Recently built gwalior to shivpuri road was good, infact we all in our car were liking it, but suddenly with no surprise there was big piece in road which was not present and had proper pit and then bump. This mistake of nhai caused us thousands of rupees to repair our car and then there were females and kids in car they were injured due to this incident.

Who will fix the problem caused?

We need strict action to be taken against these kinds of inappropriate road constructions.

This could be any family in any vehicle.

Please take actions against the builder and then fix such place asap.

I have raised complained in pradhan mantri and mukhya mantri complaint portal.

Ankleshwar brhanpur highway no.4 was totally damage and various accident happened near shirpur shahada road take complaint and do needful as soon as possible otherwise something major will happen and government is only responsible for the major damage to all people it will be very dangerous for all o[censored]s, the road is totally damaged and very ridiculous...

I am complaining about essel ahmedabad godhra toll road ltd.
Toll plaza name :- vavadi (Km 110.436 on nh 69)
Section :- (Km 69.200 to 122.420 on new nh 47)
Ticket no. :- t43454843kz

As per my recent journey on above mentioned highway, the road conditions was pathetic, even i cannot cross the speed of 40km/h due to bad road quality! Exactly after the toll plaza the road conditions gets worst and i have to apply brakes constantly! So i didn’t get that why are they charging 110/-!? For this type of road!???

I didn’t tool photos of the road! Otherwise you also would have a look of it! So please correct it asap!

I am from saravakota of srikakulam district of andhra pradesh.. Hear 326 a work is under construction from narasannpeta to mohanam for the last 1 year.. Road work is in very slow.. The contactor digged total road 6 months back and not completed..
... The road fills with bouldelrs... Clay.. Small stones.. Mud and rainy water.. Pregnent women.. Old age people and patients facing serius health problems... So many accident s occuring... The contactor is in very negligence.. He dont care about public safety.. He didint follow any safety measures... Plz take immediate action... Other wise we have only way to file public interest litigation..

सादर निवेदन के साथ अवगत कराना है कि वाराणसी आज़मगढ़ मार्ग पर स्थित देवगांव बाजार की सड़क पिछले कई वर्षों से उपेक्षा की शिकार है। सड़क के हालात ऐसे हैं कि उन पर पैदल चलना भी मुश्किल है। सड़क इतनी टूट चुकी है कि प्रायः दुर्घटनाएं होती रहती हैं। कई मामलों में जान भी चली गई है। पूरी बाजार में केवल धूल ही धूल है। जिससे व्यापारी से लेकर सड़क के किनारे बसे हुए आवासीय लोग व बाज़ार में आने वाले ग्रामीण भी परेशान है। यदि इसका तत्काल कोई समाधान नही निकला तो धूल के कण कई घातक बीमारियों को जन्म देंगे। सड़क की इस दुर्दशा से बाज़ार और ग्रामीण वासियों में अत्यन्त रोस व्याप्त है।
अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप उपरोक्त विषय पर तत्काल विभाग को निर्देशित कर समस्या का समाधान कराने की कृपा करें। हम सभी क्षेत्रवासी आपके आभारी रहेंगे।

I am Fastag user and am facing no issue with most of the toll's but Kherki Daula where in Fastag is never scanned & the employess of the toll plaza get into arguments & using ABUSIVE languages.There is no mechanism to put a complaint. Even when we show them a physical print out of payment receipt of monthly pass still they argue and using ABUSIVE languages .The fastag has been approved by Paytm as active yet there is issue with scanning at Kherki Daula, please provide a solution and save our lives from such hoodlooms.

I think fastag is for speed mode... But these guys in the toll plaza are stopping by using barricade, ropes, cones when asked saying fastag and all means you give cash in the counter and go. Fastag all government will give rules but here whatever we say is the rule if you have an idea go in fastag or give cash in the next counter.. When the front vehicle passes and after a minute only we are left

Its highly regret to say that despite having rfid tag with availability of full balance in that, toll staff members always show disrespectful language, stop vehicle unnecessarily, waste my precious time.

This toll failed to correct it's rfid automation & always come in front of car during pass on.

When i try to teach them manners, they are so rough in attitude that they come out all and ready to start fighting.

Pls look into d matter urgently.

We are travelling to amritsar, punjab with our physical handicapped vehicle. On usma toll plaza we are forced to pay 125 toll tax as toll booth operator forced us to pay toll fees arguing and giving fake excuses of that more than 70% physically handicapped persons are only liable for exemption. Pls take some required actions or educate staffs of toll booth operators.

I am from maharashtra and traveling from pune city to satara frequently. Here we are facing very bad and dangerous road with full of patholes, incomplete bridges, long ques at toll station. Problem is faced by everyone traveling to satara, kolhapur, sangli, karnataka etc. No buddy is looking at it. From last 9 years this is the sistuation and govt is doing nothing just promising "ache din".
Please do some work. We are paying tax and getting nothing from you.

There are many of obstructions and bowl pounds on road at many locations. And there are hundreds of diversions at many of locations due to road construction, because of such problem there may be chances of accidents and chances of damage of property as well as lost of life.
Kindly look into this matter, we are paying toll as well as road tax.
Yesterday there was an two accident near the satara city and 2 young personal death.
Kindly do needful.

I had booked for fastag through icici bank. The account allotted was 21858224 dated 23.10.2019. On 25.10.2019 they sent sms stating it is despatched by bluedart courier no. [protected] dt. 25.10.2019. On 26.10.2019 i get a message suddenly ' missed you. We attempted delivery of prepaid card-etc fast tag for account... For details pl call customer care. With great difficulty i get customer care which is nothing but a call center. Casually they say within 72 hours we will resend the card. I have not moved out of the house on 26.10.2019. None has turned up. But still i hget this message. It is high time for govt. To take cognisance of this third rated service and blacklist icici bank from issuing fastag. Dont make it compulsory.

We were at toll tax of karjan gujarat. As the traffic is to high due to diwali. This is not the way of working. Hold time was more than 3 minutes. I want my refund. I had paid the amount. Nhai will be held responsible for getting late of me at my work. They should pre determine the situation and rush of diwali and should prepared some solutions. Regarding that. I am having a video and i will go to court for that.

This toll plaza is not maintaining a dedicated line for fast tag, therefore it is causing a lot of inconvenience for fast tag holders, if we are not able to utilise it and wasting time in the queue, there is no point in having fasttag.
Please advise the management of jadcherla toll plaza to take the necessary corrective action.

The condition of nh 15 between balipara and tezpur, sonitpur, assam is very poor. Only filling up of pot holes has been done in the name of repairs. However this 20 km streatch of road requires full relaying as repairs have made the matter even worse as that has not been done properly.
This road is used by lot of people because this road connects important towns like guwahati, mangaldai, udalguri, tezpur and other important towns o[censored]pper assam.

I traveled yesterday 25/10/2019 from chennai to kerala almost covered 10 nhai toll booths and while i gave them 5rs as ten 50 paise coin all of them said it's not a legal tender it had stop. And while i send a mail to the bank they said 50 paise is still legal, then why the toll both doesn't except 50paise. Is it legal to do so. And the thing is i only have them ten 50 paise coins and nothing more. I got a small shop in kerala and we need change so we collect it from our church and we use to get lots of 50 paise.

I got my fastag recharged thinking that it would help me save some time and i also wanted to be part of something new which nhai is implementing. However, my happines was shortlived when i figured out i still had to wait and waste time at vashi toll on sion panvel highway operated by mep infrastructure. The operator had the audacity to give me in writing that the fastag is not operational at this toll and they are not obliged to provide the services either. Please look into this and help us in having smooth flow thru fastag lanes at the heavily congested entry points of mumbai.

We are travelling from Ranibennnur to Bengaluru via NHAI road. There are lot of diversions, constructions and even road is in very bad condition. But toll is collected at high rates without providing proper quality road. When we question about this in toll plaza they say we don't know about it. Looks like their duty is only to colextt toll and not fix pothholes and roads.

Atleast toll amount should be reduced or cancelled until roads are back in condition. Tolls are just collecting money and have not fixed roads from last 4 months

Myself raguram m. My vehicle number is tn59 az 3165. I have crossed the othakkadai tollbooth, madurai by today morning. I asked for return journey. He simply puts single journey without my knowledge & charged rs.85. I argued there for few mins. They simply said we can't do anything. Because of the unskilled worker, i have charged rs.170 instead of rs. 125. If i asked about this, they force me to leave. They simply kept them to & fro bill which i paid.

I was passing though BHAGAN TOLL PLAZA[nh1] towards Panipat at 9:12 AM on 23rd Oct 2019 and was told Fasttag is not working so I have to pay in cash. I paid Rs. 105 in cash for both sides trip.

In evening when I was returning from the toll, they deducted money from my FASTtag account too. On asking for refund Rs. 70, which was wrongly deducted they said ask your FastTag company to initiate refund.

Now the problem is on receipt of Rs. 105 Toll has not even mentioned my car number.. it only says Receipt number 8511, time: 9:12, Date: 23/10/19.

This is not the first time it happened. I have crossed this toll 3 times in October month and all the times they have double charged me and never refunded. Bank could not refund as cas receipt doesn't have all details.
