We are travelling from Ranibennnur to Bengaluru via NHAI road. There are lot of diversions, constructions and even road is in very bad condition. But toll is collected at high rates without providing proper quality road. When we question about this in toll plaza they say we don't know about it. Looks like their duty is only to colextt toll and not fix pothholes and roads.

Atleast toll amount should be reduced or cancelled until roads are back in condition. Tolls are just collecting money and have not fixed roads from last 4 months

Myself raguram m. My vehicle number is tn59 az 3165. I have crossed the othakkadai tollbooth, madurai by today morning. I asked for return journey. He simply puts single journey without my knowledge & charged rs.85. I argued there for few mins. They simply said we can't do anything. Because of the unskilled worker, i have charged rs.170 instead of rs. 125. If i asked about this, they force me to leave. They simply kept them to & fro bill which i paid.

I was passing though BHAGAN TOLL PLAZA[nh1] towards Panipat at 9:12 AM on 23rd Oct 2019 and was told Fasttag is not working so I have to pay in cash. I paid Rs. 105 in cash for both sides trip.

In evening when I was returning from the toll, they deducted money from my FASTtag account too. On asking for refund Rs. 70, which was wrongly deducted they said ask your FastTag company to initiate refund.

Now the problem is on receipt of Rs. 105 Toll has not even mentioned my car number.. it only says Receipt number 8511, time: 9:12, Date: 23/10/19.

This is not the first time it happened. I have crossed this toll 3 times in October month and all the times they have double charged me and never refunded. Bank could not refund as cas receipt doesn't have all details.

The condition of nh 34 from kisanganj (Bihar) to siliguri (Wb) has been in a very bad condition for months but no body is there to look after this. Specially from kisanganj to islampur there are certain holes in the nh34 which may cause accident. As a daily passenger i request you to please look into the issue so that the condition may improve and we reach home safely.

From pune to satara there are five flyovers of which none are working. All of them have alternate road but that roads are so bad that the small cars can't even move forward.
Condition of roads are so phathatic that even if anybody wants to travel are not even thinking of coming to satara.
Pl do something and start the work of the five flyovers from pune to satara.

This is regarding the project mentioned in the subject line.

There is complete lull on the project for almost a year. Work was done only for a week around may-june 2019 in last one year.

I tried to find the project details on the nhai website but the details are in bizarre format. Please see the screen shot of their details below

Lakhs of commuters are taking this hell made route everyday but the work is not moving even at snails pace and making our life miserable.

Could you please look into this matter and let us know the status and actual timelines.

Having this kind of work in modi govt is really unthinkable.

Today i was coming from sonipat to greater noida. At the toll of sonipat entrance i was told that fast tag is not working and they give me a slip to be paid at exit when i exited at greater noida toll, they asked me to pay 135 rupees and then and in the evening i got a message from my fastrack /paytm account that another 135 has been deducted from my account.
I am told that this is going on for a long time and thousands have been cheated

I am an indian army officer traveling in a hired taxi from delhi to chandigarh. I was asked to pay toll tax at bhagan toll plaza even after i proved my identity. I paid the tax and asked for the staff to show me the policy/ ruling on the same. The female staff in lane 1 rudely commented "paise de k gaadi hatao fer policy dikhate hain" (Pay toll, pull over and we will show you the policy". Ticket no k6213021eja.

I have purchased a benz gle 250 by feb 2019 and in april the windshield broke and during its replacement i have lost the fast tag, even after several calls and reminders to dhileep kumar his no is

I am unable to get my fast tag sticker bar code replaced.. I have not see such a irresponsible behaviour and rude person not inclined to serve the customer as i. Calling him for the replacement for the past five months... He doesn't pick up the calls if so simply say he will arrange and just leave it. I am fed up with the service and stopped calling him and till date i pay cash on tolls and i am unaware what to do so

I sincerely advice you to remove these kind of people in order to serve the customers properly

I beg you to serve and get me a copy of my fast tag sticker as attached in this mail please tell me what all documents you need i can mail it

I have fast tag installed on my car bearing regd. No. Pb11bn2500. Today i. E. On 19/10/2019 i was going to barnala and need to cross the said toll. When approached near the toll the fast tag lane bears a sign to take diversion and when tried to cross the toll from other lane the fast tag system was not working even though the lane beard the sign "fast tag enabled". Even the lady sitter on the counter and the person standing next to her misbehaved when complained about the same. Then they took around 10 mins to carry an hand held machine and after scanning only allowed me to go. This whole process took 15 mins and a mental harassment from the staff. They keep on saying that i should go by the fast tag lane only and even my request of the sign infront of the lane to take diversion does not make them understand. As govt is promoting the fast tag but the behaviour and the mechanism at the toll plaza is not supporting that. This means we should not follow the govt.

With regards to compensation awarded for acquisition of 90sqmeter land in our plot with survey no 46/2a1a1, we were informed that building value calculated was rs332036 / only for properties of mine and my brother dr c. Sakthi annamalai which seems to be much less than the actual value. I have furnished value details of my property in my patta land likely to be demolished during acquisition process.

Hi sir, /madam,
Pls note people facing many accident (Many death) in hosur main road (Nh) while people try to cross the high way road by walk (Particularly in the peak hours while going and coming back to work). Because there is no provision to cross the bridge nearby the junction like dharga (Near muthumariyamman road) also in all other 2 below busy junctions.
1. Dharga bus stop near muthumariyamman temple
2. Bathalapalli bus stop (2nd sipcot) industrial aria side,
3. 1st sipcot bus stop (Begapalli cross)
Kindly request to arrange for the bridges over the high way to cross road safely as like in bangalore city nh road. Have foot bridge every bus stop at bangalore city, so pls arrange the same in hosur city also. Thank you.

Note : we have complaint to tamilnadu government, but they replied to go nhai team to resolve this problems.

Dear concerned,

My grievance is related to the toll charges collected between chitradurga to hubli on nh4. There are over 20 diversions we take from the highway en route to hubli and chitradurga and service roads are poorly maintained and in an inebrious state. Exorbitant tolls are collected from commuters for this pathetic road. The travel time has increased by more than an hour and a half to travel through this 200 kms.
Trust department will take suitable actions

General stores depot shakurbasti northern railway, has a three trucks for loading/unloading of railway materials from the office and with jurisdiction area i. E. Delhi division ambala division and firozpur division.
Kindly tell us that the toll tax will applicable or not.
All truck purchase by ministry of railway. Railway board new delhi
Kindly guideline regarding toll tax exempted.

National Highway 66 from Kasaragod to Talapady is worse at present that many accidents are happening and people's lives are at risk. It is time for the PWD of NHAI to take necessary actions to repair the road.
Every day, many commuters are facing health issues due to improper road facilities. Ambulances with patients are not able to reach Mangaluru on time because of bad roads. The government authority at Kasaragod isn't taking any actions too in spite of locals complaining regarding the same.

Note: I have attached an image of a recent accident involving a bullet tanker with full of fuel being turtled.

The service is very poor. Roads are not good. Should improve.

Rest rooms are not available for males or females

No food available if hungry where to go

Vehicles trouble newly married couples.

Harassment is common.

No proper security or safety.

No vulcanizing shops or repair service.

No shelter if raining and vehicle is down due to puncture

For chennai-bangalore express highway some land was acquired at hosakote, kasaba, kannurahalli village, bangalore my file no is laq/expbc/sr/hsk[protected]. Almost all of the people had got their compensation before 2019 march. But the amount is not credited to my account till today. I have already submitted all records including the receipt. The storm water drain outside aster hospital on nh 7 upto kodigehalli junction is poorly constructed. The drain taking nh traffic has broken at a number of location. Each time the cover slab is broken, it takes2/3 months to repair causing great in convenience to traffic. The quality of repairs is often unsatisfactory.in my opinion as a civil engineer. I feel that the cover slab should be replaced over the entire length.
The last complaint is yet not attended. Please do the needful.
