Dear sir
Please refer to my earlier complaint with its id as 2430430 filed with you in august on 22nd. What's the matter of regret that no cognizance of the request has been taken so far. The authorities concerned didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge it. Nearly after a couple of months receiving no communication from your side in this regard is a matter of great concern. You are once again requested to kindly go through and justify the situation at the earliest before knocking at the court of law.

Single journey toll tax has been collected as rupees 105 where as receipt being provided for rupees 75. Receipt attached. I travel through this toll quite frequently and have been noticing it very often. Normally the toll counter is so crowded that there is hardly any time to discuss this with the toll collector. I believe that either Govt or customers have been cheated consistently. Looking forward to exemplary punishment. Expecting to receive the details of action taken.

It is to inform you that the bright toll plaza are dealing late with their customer... They are taking much more time then prescribe in the rules i.e. 10-15 second. As per the information Mr. Jindal received about NHAI toll plaza rules, that One doesn't have to pay the toll fees if any vehicle fails to complete this process due to:
Congestion at the booth.. As there was one jeep infornt of me after one car the staff member was having some conversations with him for about 6-8 minutes..
After reaching there I asked him for the same rule and for 3 min in a line rule.. He totally sad no and took payment from me and started arguing with us... So please do something against it...

I had to travel by road from roorkee to moradabad due to the cancellation of the train from dehradun yesterday.
It took me 7 hours to travel 235 km on the highway.
Virtually there is no road in a major portion of the highway between haridwar and nagina specially after nazimabad.
It appears that the contractor of the 4 lane work has left the work. It is for national highway authorities to ensure that the two lanes atleast are worth driving.

I have been noticing that NON-FASTTAG holders blocking FASTTAG lane and TOLL Staff encouraging such things at below Plazas:

Shantigrama, Karnataka
Kadabhalli (Kirasave)
Bellur Toll Plaza
Nelamangala Toll Plaza

This is NOT the first time I am complaining here but, as my previous concerns are not being addressed, bringing up the same once again. Please help and SAVE OUR TIME !!!

I regularly use your sonwa toll plaza (Irb jaipur deoli). Each and every time the staff member of above toll plaza said"our fastag is under service" and asked for cash. Their behavior with customers/ are also not good.
I are requested you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

The fastag lane at hasanpur (Sainkul) toll plaza of nh-215 (Panikholi to rimuli) of odisha is always closed. I have fastag in my car but due to close of the fastag lane, everytime i have to go in the normal lane. The behaviour of that toll plaza staff was also very bad. They always gave excuses very rudely. They always say that blow horn infront of the lane and wait then we will open the fastage lane. I have fastag in my car to go quickly. Why should i wait unnecessarily? The toll plaza staff were violating the rule by blocking the fastag lane. So i want that fastag lane should always be open for easy access of vehicles.

So pls notice my complaint for this highway because every day many tourists and vehicles passing by this and they are suffering from this bad condition

On October 13th, 2019...

I travelled by my car on Express Road NE.01 - Vadodara - Ahmedabad...
It was 17:52:12 when I entered Toll Tax Booth at Vadodara...

An amount of Rs. 110/ was debited to my Fastag bearing ID number 10019563...

I exited at Sardar Patel Road for going to Ahmedabad air Port...

There were many road construction activities going on...Difficult to Drive...

So,
While return journey I choose to make entry from CTM Toll tax Booth...
It was 20:37:12 hrs...
Due to some error, an amount of Rs. 110/ was debited to my Fastag account...

In fact, return on same day fetch less of Toll tax...

Kindly organize to get refund...

Toll is being collected for one of the worst roads between chitradurga and hubli. There are a lot of diversions into service roads where there is no road at all.

At least stop collecting the toll fees till the road work is completed.

Not able to understand why are we paying toll for?

Request concerned authorities to look into the matter and do the needful. Hope to hear something positive on the same.

My name is kiran p. Amrutkar, i am going to chalisgaon from mehunbare (National highway no.211/13 chalisgaon to dhule, maharashtra) there are many speed breakers on this 12 kms road.
Out of these speed breakers many breaker's height is very high. My wife is felt down with my 2 years daughter on our motor cycle due to this dangerous speed breaker (Location - opp kamaldeep apartment, near collage, before railway overbridge, chalisgaon)br...

Please find attached the condition of the road on nh 8d at gadoi fee plaza, gujarat.
We pay toll of 90 rs (Return trip) and there are around 7 diversions and infinite pot holes.
We have to pay toll and this is what we get.
I have attached the toll ticket for your reference. It becomes really difficult with senior citizens on such roads. Why do we pay toll if we get road? I want a refund of my toll.

Quality of national highway while going from from pune to shirwal is very poor. There are big patches of pot holes at multiple places on the road causing serious delays, wear and tear of vehicles and damages. It is a toll road yet the quality is pathetic.

Few prominent locations that need immediate attention are just before khed shivapur tool booth, near nasarapur phata, near hotel tiranga, just before sarole (Bridge on river)
The flyover bridges have been incomplete for past 5 years.
There are multiple industries around shirwal. So thousands of employees who commute every day from that road are suffering from this.
Pregnant employees have taken full leave as it is risky for them to travel with such poor road conditions.

I shibashish p mukherjee have worked in mass infrastructure pvt. Ltd (Mipl) as a project manager from 1/03/2017 to 28/10/2017. I was posted in talaja mahuva national highway projects under concessionaire mep infrastructure developers ltd (Mep idl).

The details of client, main contractor, and subcontractor & projects are as below.

Project name: “four lanning of talaja-mahuva section of nh-8e from 53.585 to 100.00 km (Design chainage km 54.990 to 100.450) (Package-ii) in state of gujarat”

We a team of 49 staff members were relived from duty as informed to site team by vide letter no mipl/mrpl/2016-17/76 dated: 26th september 2017, as m/s mepidl has withdrawal the work from m/s mipl from date 30/08/2017 due to non-fulfillment of the target as jointly decided by mepidl & mipl.

As per settlement agreement cum consent terms between main contractor & sub-contractor i. E. mepidl v/s mipl. Dated 23/03/2018, mepidl has cleared all the balance amount to mipl for the work done till 17/08/2017. M/s mipl received the balance amount from mepidl in the last week of may-2018.

Though it has been conform in the reliving letter that our full and final dues will be cleared by 26th october 2017. But till date i have not received my pending dues such as salary, expense done on behalf of mipl, balance leave encasement etc.

i have always performed my duties with utmost dedication and sincerity. My work has always been appreciated by both the contractor & sub-contractor.

i am a salaried person and all my expenses are managed by my salary. Non-payment of dues which is a huge amount is creating a hindrance to the payment of other associated expenses.

Though it is mandatory to employer to deposit the deduct tds on salary if total salary exceeds the threshold exemption limits provided under income tax act under section 192 of income tax act, 1961.

Regular tds & professional tax has been deducted for whatever the payment i have received from mipl's end. But i have not been provide the form-16. on viewing the online departmental record form 26-as it has not been deposited.
Due to the non-availability of form-16 i could not available the applicable deduction like hra, medical expense, conveyance etc.

From october 2018 m/s mipl representative are not receiving my call nor r replying to my mail. though mepdil being the principal employer also not responded to my e-mail as well as written communication. As client m/s piu bhavnagar, i request you to register my grievance and also request you help me to clear my dues from principal employer m/s mepdil as m/s mipl is not responding to my valid dues and m/s mepdil has cleared all the balance due of m/s mipl.

I am resident of bhawana estate, sikandra (Front of kaamyani hospital), agra-282007.

My main concern is that there is turn in front of kaamyani hospital for residencial area, where vehicles take turn from nh-2 to that residential area. This area average 2500+ vehicles cross the nh-2 on daily basis which occurres daily traffic jam & major cause of accidents.

It can be easily solved with traffic signal or 2 u-turn.

I have been a regular commuter between (Dausa to jaipur) & dausa to bandikui) where as fast tag lanes at rajadhok toll plaza and sikandra toll plaza are made purposefully slow movement and trucks will be lined haphazardly where as cars will find little space and the toll booth operators are irresponsible and takes their own time to scan.

Most of the times i pass through cash lane in spite of having fast tag

Their intention is not to entourage the digital transaction and show rude in behavior when we ask for the reason for slow movement. Even i spoke to smt. Vasundhara peddapalle / [protected] representative of jmtpl in this regard, but sorry to say i didn't found any improvement.

Is there any one is looking at this? Please take some corrective measures so that smoothly vehicles can be passed from the toll plaza lines using fast tags.

Nhai (Panchkula - kalanaur highway) in haryana toll plaza situated at village milk majra operated through the coral company. It is submitted that the coral company :-

1. The company charges the amount from very nearby villages in the shape of
Pass.
2. The company always imposes extra rules on flimsy ground during the
Period of renewal of pass.
3. Now a days, the company imposes the compulsion of fast tag during
Renewal of pass in the m/o oct. 2019 with a justification that the govt.
Made it compulsory.
You are requested to direct the authority to resolve the problems immediately.

I am a resident of srinagar garhwal uttarakhand. My house is on badarinath marg. I have been facing severe water crisis since nh construction started in my locality. Your workers have no concern for the public. There is no coordination between jal sansthan and your workers. Frequently our water supply is getting disconnected and every time we have to arrange plumbers personally. Three days back i was standing near the sight and i requested your workers to save my water pipe from getting disconnected when the jcb machine was working on the road near my house around 11.30 pm but they did not bother. Then they gave me a umber of somebody and ensued they they would get it done the next day. But it has has been three days since my water supply was disconnected. I am a working woman and it is impossible for me to arrange water. Is this the way your workers should work? Where do we go for water? Please take cognizance of this serious issue and ensure that there should be proper coordination between nh authorities and jal sansthan authorities along with their respective workers so that the affected residents, who are cooperating in all respects with the ongoing nh construction work, may not have to suffer at least for the necessary necessity like water.

Nhai's bad roads from ladvel below bridge to tuwa railway station on ahmedabad to indore nhai. Extremely bad situation on small bridge behind paper mill near savroday hotel near narmada main canal after timba on ahmedabad towards godhra nhai. Many times had informed them verbally however just came to know that vavdi toll booth is going private things will be repaired soon. But situation is the same and dangerous for riders on nhai.

A lot of illegal or unregulated speed bumps which are not constructed as per indian roads congress guidelines are seen on chennai - anantapur highway nh716 from taduku, andra pradesh to tirupathi, andra pradesh on the highway. These speed bumps are so steep that it becomes dangerous for the traffic, especially ambulance, firetrucks and for the general public who travels along that stretch. Moreover, these speed bumps are not coloured in black and white nor they don't have reflectors to identify them, which makes it much more dangerous during the night. Instead of these speed bumps, i suggest the usage of barricades with reflectors on it, which would serve the purpose. Kindly inspect and analyze the highway stretch and remove the unnecessary speed bumps which could save many lives.
