Dear sir
Today arnd 7:10pm when i was returning from faridabad towards delhi, on booth no.4 (From left side) i showed my disability certificate (Photocopy) (Booth no4 doesn't have barricade) so that i can go smoothly without breaking my rule. The guy first simply refused to acknowledge that disabled ppl are exempted but when i insisted that whether he has any knowledge abt rules then he asked me to show the original and start abusing me. I told him that i don't carry original as it might get lost and to get issued new one it takes lot of mental trauma. I also told him that he can check my car, it has been modified according to my need.

He simply refused to accept that i m disabled person and asked to show the original certificate and abusing me. Then i asked his supervisor to tell him about the rule but he didn't refused to accept it. I am using this delhi badarpur toll for the last 3 years but no one behaved so badly and made mockery of my disability.

I want to know whether we disabled person have any self respect or just unwanted citizen of this country

I am an ex service officer owning my private vehicle. I find it difficult to pay the huge toll amount. While ex servicemen have rendered their whole life to serve our nation and are considered for concession and special facilities in many areas, it is pity to note that they are not considered for toll concession by the national highway authority of india.

Following is suggested for consideration and implementation.

1. Consider exemption of toll tax to all ex-servicemen owning a private vehicle (Cars & two wheelers only) registered on their name.
2. Commercial vehicles/taxi/auto owned by ex-servicemen should not be considered
3. Nha can consider issuing of a special pass to the vehicles (As in 1) after collecting a nominal fee. The toll pass should contain the following information.
(A) name rank and age of the ex-serviceman.
(B) the name of the corps (Army/navy/airforce)
(C) the registered vehicles number.
(D) photograph of the ex-serviceman and the photograph of the vehicle with the number plates visible
(E) the certificate should be printed on a watermark sheet of national highway authority of india
(F) signature of the nha with official stamp.
4. The toll pass should be valid for minimum 5 years, and should be renewed thereafter.

The ex-serviceman driving or travelling in their own car should carry the original identity card/discharge certificate, and to be produced if demanded by the toll plaza staff.

If the authorities are not willing to consider the above for all ex servicemen, the nha may consider toll exemtion to all the senior ex-servicemen who are above 60 years of age.,

Sir i am sanjay kumar khate iof vill chuda. Our village is situated nh57 road side. Road is being broken in dangerous situation. Contractor also fill stone dust only to fill broken point. They dont spray water over dust..in wind and move of vehs dust flow everyones house. That cause various types of disease.
Sir please check the site and maintain require satisfication.

How many times i can pass through the toll in 24 hrs or in one day. If i pay up and down charges

(Eg from mangalore to udupi)

How many times i can travel from these two places up and down

Toll staffs or authorities are saying that only once we are allowed to pass the toll if we pay up and down charges.

Please assist me on this

My name is pradipbhai maniya. Mo [protected]. I am handicap to right lag. When i travelled surat to mp and up state the nhai authority to foce to paying toll tax, but i respect to tolled that my vehicle is invalid carriage and to not pay toll tax oll india.
But, them to force to collect the toll tax and i tolled to called senior inches he said to you have pay the toll.

The highway from nagpur to bhandara is filled with alot of patches and potholes. The potholes have caused a lot of tyre damage to the cars and the toll of the road is all high of rs 80. The road condition has not improved and many of the state highways are better than this nagpur bhandara highway. Please take action otherwise the road condition will worsen causing alot of accidents.

There had been number of potholes in Birmitrapur to Rourkela and Vedvyas route of NH143 but the municipality is taking no action and just filling the potholes with soil or mud but not fixing it with concrete as they think that the four lane work has started so now no action is to be taken.
This has caused lot of major problems in this road network, many vehicles jammed on this road and many times during rain the potholes get filled with water resulting in severe accidents of two wheelers and three wheelers.The journey time has also increased to provide safety of the public buses but vehicles are damaging rapidly .

This toll plaza authority person (Who chaving gutkha lots) miss behaving and abuse with us while journey with Family (my father, mother, 2 aunties, grand mother, sister, niece)
I have start journey between deesa(Gujarat) to adisar by NH 27 at bhalgam toll plaza. I'm ready to take return toll tax but one Hyundai car passenger arguing to avoid toll tax above me. Some time we wait to clear line but no body from toll authority interested to clear line After some time my father tell to authority person to clear line and take our toll tax and leave us
But the authority person abuses my father and my driver. After all this we take toll and trying to leave toll plaza. the person again come abusing us this time all women's scared of our family
That time I m lost my control and slap the person who chaving gutkha. After this All mob From toll authority attacked on us

Toll plaza about which complaint is given : kini - nh 4 (Msrdc)
Above said vehicle was using a dedicated etc / fastag lane.
Date of occurance : 2-oct-2019
Time of occurance : 18:13 hrs

There are two points in this grievence / complaint.

1. Etc lane from kolhapur towards karad was congested for more than 10 minutes, but as per nhai directives toll charges must not be collected during such congestion. But after staying idle in lane for more than 10 minutes toll charges were collected.

2. On etc lane from kolhapur - karad, toll collector staff (Specifically a local marathi spoken manager) has misbehaved and spoken arrogantly.
A written complaint has been registered against the said person in the official complaint register book at toll plaza and verbally to toll manager mr. Amol gaikwad,

Fastag toll transaction copy is attached herewith.

Kindly take appropriate action so that above situations should not occur again and a fastag customer must not be humiliated by such shamless and arrogant behaviour of toll plaza employee.

Revert back after the matter is resolved with corrective action taken.

Potholes all over the highway.
Tar melted and derp cuts on highways.
Uncut trees and plantation in divider area.
The list is never ending sir.
Despite the tender terms specifically mentioning weather conditions and load the highway traffic will experience then how can the roads get spoilt in such a short duration and hardly few years have passed after the completion

Sir this attracts bad name for the country and for the government.
This is national waste.
This is very unsafe to drive.
Lot of accidents happen.
Pls get these defects rectified.
A line in response and timeframe to complete these defects will be highly appreciated

NH3 पर धामनोद से इंदौर के बीच रोड की हालत अत्यंय खराब है जबकि धामनोद से इंदौर के बीच 2 टोल पर वसूली की जाती है। और इसी NH3 पर गणेश घाट सेक्सन में रोड़ निर्माण की तकनीकी त्रुटि के कारण निरंतर दुर्घटनाएं घटती रहती है जिसके चलते अभी तक सेकड़ो जाने चली गई है NHAI और केंद्र शासन से मेरा निवेदन है कि जिस कार्य के लिए आपकी सरकार के द्वारा जिस जनता से TOLL वसूली की जाती है उनके प्रति अपनी जवाबदेही समझें और उपरोक्त समस्या का अतिशिघ्र निदान करे।

We were held up in a fastag toll gate (Pallikonda) at 07.30 on 2nd oct 2019 for more than 10 mins. And we ended up changing the lane and had to pay cash for the toll even though we have fastag in our vehicle. The previous toll also had the same issue.
If we cannot move faster in a fastag toll lane, then i don’t see a point in having fastag in the vehicle.

Two wheelers are not supposed to be allowed on the flyover. However everyday, they travel on it, because a side opening is kept for them. If they are allowed to go, there should be toll tax for them also.
Moreover, serious accidents have taken place and are likely to take place if this continues.
Take care of the issue before it is taken to higher level against map company.

This is a feedback for western peripheral expy which starts from bahadurgarh to kundali. I have traveled twice on this highway and it is very risks as well as some improvements suggestions:

1. There was no fastag sensor on entry of the highway
2. Pathetic roads with lot of broken areas and unexpected gater joints which actually led the car to jump many times as there were no indications of such situations
3. No cleanliness on the side of the highway which spread due to accidents (E. G. Car bumpers pieces, plastics etc.)
4. Broken toll plazas

I am not sure how much value it will add to its improvement however i would love to travel to this highway freely like i travel on lucknow - agra and agra-greater noida highway which are like no tension on road conditions but yes on speed.

I have discovered the following problem with concrete road work between hospet to bellary. The pavement quality is not up to mark as compare to other national highways within the state & contractor who is working in this site are not making the right things & creating lot of problems to the users as well as public.
• road contract was scheduled for two years of validity from dec-2017 to dec-2019 but now it seems it will take another year to complete this project – for this what is your action plan against delay in completion of project.
• at many locations road was not properly designed i. E. Service roads for villages/ factories parallel to highways
• from last 6 months there is no single activity carried by contractor.
• most of cases the joint between bridge & roads are kept very pathetic conditions & this is creating lot of dust & hazardous surface to drive at evening & late nights.
• no proper display boards or caution boards for road diversions (It may lead to serious accidents)
• bypass roads are kept incomplete & contractor are not doing any single activity on bypass roads.
• existing service road is damaged at several location & very unsafe to drive for users – (At least maintain the existing service road in good condition till the project completion)

Dear NHAI
At negadiya toll plaza Udaipur which cost 125 RS per side charged me twice in 6 minutes due to their system error in FAST TAG.

There is no number of roll plaza to contact to take my 125 RS . Kindly help they said first time it is not working your amount is not deducted but lately I received two message of deduction from FASTTAG

Sir i was traveling from hyderabad to sircilla by my car ap 09 cd 5925 for pooja of my late father first year death anniversary in vimbalwada in sircilla dist while returning from sircilla to hyderabad @ between 8 to 8, 15 am on 28 september 2019 i reached siddipet toll tax booth of h k r roadways limited siddipet telangana state, i want to inform you that the duty officer along with 15 other pepole came and started abusue me and hit my car with iron rods and they wear drunken and they hit me with legs and hands, when i asked them why are you hitting me they only abused and hitting me, i dailed 100 to call police three times but police came after half hrs, when police man came they again started abussing i front of one police man, after some time latter i parked my car near the booth and catched a bus and went to kukunoor police station and i have complained, in the mean time two duty officer of h k r roadways along with three more pepole came to police station, there also in front of sub inspector mr, parmeshwar rao again they started abussing me in police station, i requet you to pls look in this matter and pls see viedo recording,

While traveling from cochin to agra by car, i was travelling through nagpur bypass on 29/09/2019, i had taken toll of rs 125/-at borkhedi at km 35+600 on nh 44 having ticket no 01954 at 09:59 am on 29/09/2019 before start of bypass on existing road. Immediately after entering to nagpur bypass they have charged another toll at nbp at km 745+070 on nagpur bypass having ticket no 01304 dated 29/09/2019 at 10:19 am. When it was objected at nbp that it is being objected by booth operator saying that, borkhedi toll slip is for that toll plaza this is for nagpur bypass you have no choice you have to buy it. He told that you check the toll slip no where it is written that this is also applicable for nbp toll plaza that's why you have to pay to travel on nagpur bypass. Even after telling him that it is of same company, he told that it is being instructed by company only that's why we have to charge.
After traveling few km on nagpur bypass kkbp toll plaza at km 707+450 they charged rs 130/- when it was objected by us that we had already paid 250/- rs for nagpur bypass how much you will charge for this. Toll booth operator told that we will not consider any previous ticket you have to pay rs 130 more for nagpur bypass. We objected and asked him to call toll plaza supervisor. He told we are following instructions from our office. You have to pay rs 130 for this toll plaza. Whatever you have paid it was for those toll plaza locations. I had told him that we had already paid rs 250/- for nagpur toll plaza how much we have to pay and what is the length for the nagpur bypass constructed by oriental nagpur bypass construction pvt ltd he told the he is not having details for this but as per company information we have to charge rs 130 this is only we know. We had paid rs 130/- and got the toll collection slip that means we had paid total toll of inr 380 for car for nagpur bypass.. The one more surprises was waiting for us that this toll collection slip was not having any information about the details and length for the toll collected. It seems that this ticket is fake generated on the kkbp plaza and is not the same as the other two toll plaza issued the tickets by the same company.

It is the request to nhai hq, dwarka to take this matter very seriously as the road travelers are being cheated by oriental nagpur bypass construction pvt ltd for nagpur bypass length.

It seems that this matter may be in knowledge of nhai piu, nagpur also if not it will be very surprising fact.

This is with the facts and details with me. I am requesting you to look in to the matter and do the justice in this regards.

Suggestion - every toll plaza should be assigned the specified length of toll amount with the length of section.

In case of multiple toll plazas for one section of project length - they should not charge toll for total section length at one toll plaza. Every toll plaza should be specified a length and amount so that no concessionaire will take due advantage of the situation and also they will not be able to cheat the public by repetitive collection.

Please treat this matter very very serious and punish the concerns involved in this matter from concessionaire / authority/ authority engineering company or any one in person.

With hope that mr chairman will take appropriate decision in this regard and take serious actions against culprits

I live in pandav nagar nearby delhi-meerut expressway. Everyday, numbers of heavy vehicles passes through this highway at night with such a loud music which causes immense disturbance to whole community.
I request the nhai department to please help us in stopping this noise pollution so that we can sleep properly.
