National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

I have to inform you that the street light of highway not working of village dhani chanan wali (Dist. Fatehaba) which is on national highway no 9 from fatehabad to sirsa. My near toll plaza is located bhavdeen (Sirsa). Approximatly there is total 50 street lights and working only 6 lights. We always pay toll on toll plaza but there service is not good so why we pay our toll to them. So please take stick action on this complaint. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

While coming from Ambala to Gurugram, I took the WPE at Kundli. I have the Fastag so the boom barrier got opened and I passed that thinking that my toll tax has been deducted.
I took an exit at Badli / Gurgram and I came to know at barrier that Fastag does not work here. The toll Person asked me give token which I didn't have. When I told him about this, He said I need to pay INR 125.
I was asking him that my toll would have been deducted there at Kundli toll also which a couple of his colleagues said that cannot happen.
While checking the balance, we realized that we were given INR 15 back. We stopped the car and Went back to Toll and asked for Customer complaint numbers so that we can talk bu they didn't provide any number.
When enquired about their manager and further discussions, We came to know that actual toll from Kundli to Badli/ Gurugram is INR 90 while they charged us INR 125. on confrontation, We were charged INR 90 ONLY.
BUT THIS IS a Fraud of INR 35 HAPPENING to almost everyone car passing by WPE.

With due respect i beg to state that i am working in general reserve engineer force (Ministry of defence). I am an uniformed employee and equivalencies of our posts/ rank is as per army employees. Also as per under the gazette of india notification no. 79 dated 12 jan 2015 border roads organisation (General reserve engineer force) goes under ministry of defence.

Sir, we are not getting facilities of toll free on nhai & yamuna express but, army personnel are getting the toll free facilities. Hence, i request you kindly instruct to toll plaza of nhai and yamuna express way for exemption toll facilities. For this act of kindness, we will ever grateful to you.

Sir upon nh63 the road widened upto thakallapalli turning which is 17 km from dharmauri towards jagtial, the turning became dangerous and should be extended atlest 20 mts more which leads no accidends, no sign boards are kept, how you stoped the extention at turning, how the enggineers approved it, like this we are still developing country, so when we are going to be developed, now also laying tar goingon with no change at turning

We have paid toll tax with jhiriya chakghat mp toll and have been changed toll tax and as per nhai website this toll is not registered. Is it registered toll booth and if not under what condition we had been charged the amount. Is it authentic or forged. Necessary action may be taken against the same.

The road from ahmedabad to udaipur nh-8 is too worst road bcos road signs are not placed properly while 6- laning of section is going on. Companies who are awarded the tender is solely responsible for providing proper road signs durings construction. And currently the road signs are definitely not according to govt norms. Nhai should take action on this companies.

Mandal toll plaza, kikakui, ta-songadh, dist-tapi, gujarat has started charges for local vehicle. Official at toll plaza has denied to accept my valid local rc book & forcefully recovered charge on tall plaza. They also denied to provide notification regarding charges & valid proof for exaptation of charges on toll plaza and reply you may complaint any where and any body

I have a own car vehicle no rj 45 ce 4042 and i was travelling in national highways 52 (Earlier was 11) on dated 26.05.2019 at 06:10 pm from chomu to jaipur and i was paying toll through fast tag but toll computer operator (Lane no. 11) said fast tag not working so you pay cash further i have paid cash of rs. 60 but after some i have received a message from hdfc fast tag that "dear customer, your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 60 for transaction by vehicle malbm51bljm578011 at toll tatiawas toll plaza on[protected]t18:14:37. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 427.75 - hdfc bank ltd.".

Today i was crossing from ladhowal toll tax at that time one of zeep driver entered in fast tag line gaurd’s stopped him and use abuse language with him then they said him to back his zeep immediately without checking is any body behind him, my car hit by zeep, when i came out of car and said to gaurd’s check behind, they used abuse language with me also without any reason,
My car damaged due to there irresponsibility,
I am paying all taxes then who is responsible for this and who will be responsible for my insult

Ashoka toll plaza sakoli, maharashtra 441802, they delayed more than 5 minutes 30 seconds even though another lane was less crowded they don't allow us there which disrespect the rule which was "the news refers to a rti reply from the national highways authority of india (Nhai) which says if a vehicle is delayed for more than 3 minutes at a toll plaza, then one needn't pay the toll tax". The amount taken rupees 70. We requested them about this but they ignored and asked us to pay.

We have all the necessary document and permission to open petrol pump, outlet is ready to open but nhai officers from bhopal not giving final permission. Its been 2 months we are following them but no results. Please resolve our problem.

I am talking about madhya pradesh authority. Our retail ro situated at sagar on nh.

The toilets at toll naka near virar on western express highway are highly unhygienic. The stairs are broken leading to people falling down and hurting themselves. They are not maintained as per the hygiene standards. Also, the toilets are provided only on one side which makes it difficult for people on the opposite side to access it.
Request you to kindly look into this at the earliest

Mera fasttag kharab ho gya tha toll plaza wala ne bola ki toll free no. Pe bat kriye wo apko new fasttag bhejnge. Jab maine online se new fast tag lgwa liya to toll plaza wala se monthly recharge krwane gya. To vo kehte is pe recharge nhi hoga isko utara or hmse new fast tag lgwao. Toll plaza wale bina bat ke hmara time or paise done khrab kr rhe hae. Kindly resolve these issue. So each & every people can take benefits of fasttag.

Dear sir/madam, yesterday i happened to drive on national highway no.709a during my vist to meerut from ludhiana. I had traveled on it assuming it to be good motorable road since it is a national highway. It was one of the worst experience. Most of the 45 km road is non existent. There are deep gorges on the so called road. My maruti swift car must be crying and abusing me for driving on such road. I propose that nhai should put barricade at the ends so that no body can use these so called roads. Please look seriously into it. I am ashamed of nhai for such bad roads.

As there are some fasttag are closed. They are not managing to close that line. So some vehicles goes in that line. And have to reverse their vehicles. And in that case some large vehicles have to reverse. And mismanagement done. Because of that today our car is being damaged. And fortunately my father is saved from life threatening condition. Who is responsible for that if it goes severe???

We commuting daily from baroda to bharuch for service at bharuch. Since many time nhai working at this route at 48 no nhai.

We are right now facing discomfort at jambuva bridge at karjan to vadodara 48 no. National highway bridge leveling not upto mark. While driving fast at bridge facing high jerk and chances of accident also rise. So please your team request to complete it soon.

Nhai kumbalam toll is making people wait unnecessarily despite more than 15+ vehicles queueing up. This is creating lot of chaos n waiting. Moreover there is no system for giving 12 hour toll ticket. They just sent giving the same response that only single journey n two way journey is available. No use of complaints or asking others. We travel for multiple times waiting in queues for nearly wasting valuable time when law does not require us to wait if queue is 3+.

Hello sir i travel in april and i paid on toll tax as well as tastag also changed me same time. My fastag is axis bank and i have registered complain but they don't respond me. It's tolltay wrong i had car and 60inr charged me on toll tax and 65 charged me on tastag for same journey it's totally wrong help me. I want to go consumer form now. Dasna toll plaza charged rs 55 for highway nh 9 which is under construction while my destination is apart only 2 km from toll plaza inmantec college for bitsat examination. No link road available for destination. The contractor has also provided bouncers with weapon and the staff misbehaves regular with everyone crossing the toll. No sense of taking toll without completing the project. This is a wrong practice to charge a very high price for this type of destination and a link road should be provided to reach them. This type of toll charged without completing the project is illegal but no administration and strict action is taken against them. This is total harassment of passengers crossing the toll without any facility.

I was going on NH-9 from Delhi to Hisar, having fastag on my car DL3CBZ7317, toll plaza at 52+460 (rohad/sampla), barrier didn't automatically, when I told about the fastag, guy told, it is not sensing, so I had to pay cash, so I paid it, got receipt (ticket no. J94012747, booth no. L4, 60195 at 7:54AM, while on the way I got sms 'Rs60/- paid at rohd toll plaza for DL3CBZ7317 at 7:52:05 with toll txn id 573769. kindly be looked into and remit amount to wallet of above said vehicle (paytm fastag).
