in the course of NHAI new project of construction of additional lane of G.T. Road from Aligarh to Kanpur NHAI made 11 months lease agreement for establishing office at my house property District Kannauj. after 11 months we renewed that agreement for 11 month and submitted to NHAI office Kanpur but they did not provide us copy of agreement and after 4 months they left my property without paying rent and without prior notice or information. i approached many times but very casual response from project director and other staff. please do me favour and provide resolution as soon as possible.

I i have humble request to you actually i am from ludhiana. Sir near about 10 years ago, ludhiana toll plaza started. Near about as per our mp speech 6080 crore ruppee toll plaza ha collected to complete the project but still project is not completed. All traveller face a lot of problem due to this toll plaza by financially and morally. They waste time of all teavellers... We suffer a lot due to this toll... Please provide me proper detail why this toll plaza is there... For how much time we have to suffer... Please resolve this issue... Thanks sir

Respected officials,
I am a resident from mangalore, frequently traveling to and fro to ududpi. I'd like to bring to your notice that there are no adequate street lights, reflectors, speed limit sign, traffic signals and service roads. These in addition to the fact that it is under construction is making driving hard and dangerous. Accident rates are rapidly increasing taking away innocent lives. I have witnessed and heard about 6-7 accidents on the highway in the past two days. I earnestly plead to you to do the needful to prevent such events. Kindly do the needful.

Recovery of toll tax from the two wheeler riders seems to be banned at the badarpur toll plaza and only toll is being recovered from four wheelers. Please tell why is so discrimination. Also there are incidents of accidents with the two wheelers, who will be held responsible as the two wheelers are not being stopped even at the toll plaza by the security guards. An early action will be highly appreciated.

This is to inform you that national highway 9 rohad rohtak toll road has terrible conditions. There are lot of potholes on the way. And road and toll services are not good. The toll tax is much higher than the value of services of road. Are we paying toll tax to hamper our vehicles? This highlights the utmost indifference of the toll tax authorities towards laymen. We thereby request you to revise the toll tax rates so that they are in tandem with the services being offered and also improve the condition of the roads so that customers' interests are served.

My vehicle no. Rj14cx8588 in name of reena yadav, i crossed tatiwas toll plaza on[protected] at 8.55 am and returned on[protected] at 8.31pm
When i crossed in morning time, rs. 60.00 has been debited from my fast tag account and at evening time i return rs. 60.00 has been debited from fast tag account. So for signal trip you have deducted rs. 120.00 for up and down.
As per highway norms you will be charged up down trip rs. 90.00 so you have charged rs. 30 excess from my account. Now i requesting you please credit rs. 30.00 my fast tag account. For future transition correct the mistake.

Hi,
I use to travel from ambala to chandigarh on daily basis. I have paytm fastag on my car. From 25th april my tag was shown blacklisted at toll plaza on ambala chandigarh highway. I never had insufficient balance in my paytm account and have sufficient balance maintained everytime. I do not know why tag is shown as blacklisted. Please look in to the issue.
My tag barcode number is 10234919.

Sir, i am resident of village padgha in bhiwandi, almost every alternate day inpass through arjunali toll naka on nh4, being a local i hv got a discounted toll of 15 rs instead of 105rs, my car has a fas tag sticker on the screen, today afternoon i was stoped at the toll naka and asked for additional 105 rs and when told that i hv the fas tag they said its jot scanable and hence i had tonpay the toll, the main motto of fas tag is to decongest the toll naka and easy payment of the same automatically. Over and above he took a photo of my mother from his machine without her permission. Please look in to the matter.

On 24.02.2019 at 07.03 am, toll was collected for Vehicle NO.KA51ML7825 - Rs 60/- both by cash and from Fas Tag account at Paranur toll plaza (Chengalpattu-Chennai). A mail was sent to www.nhai.org on 26.02.2019 requesting to refund the amount collected from Fas Tag account and a reminder was also sent by mail on 28.03.2019. So far neither the amount collected in excess was credited to Fas Tag account nor reasons for not complying with my request have been intimated. I attach copies of my mails for reference and request that the amount collected from Fas Tag account may kindly be credited back to the account in Axis Bank from which it was debited.

On 21.4.2019 at about 5 pm, when i crossed krishnagiri toll plaza, on my way to bangalore, toll was collected for car ka 51 ml 7825- rs.70 as per ticket no.[protected]/shift no.3 and also through fas tag rs 70. I enclose scan copy of cash receipt and pasted the mail received for deduction of amount from fas tag account. Kindly refund the amount deducted from fas tag account and get it credited back to the account in axis bank from which it was debited,

Dear customer, your fastag account has been debited rs. 70 for transaction for vehicle malc181cljm409396 at toll krishnagiri plaza on[protected]t16:55:30. Balance amount in the account is rs. 87.25.

After lot of chasing and struggle I got hands-on fastag from paytm and was very happy to use it to save time plus wanted to be part of something new which nhai is implementing, my happiness was shortlived when I figured out I still had to wait and waste time at these two toll plazas (Chandigarh Ambala). Showing Black List on my fastag. When in My Paytm Wallet Amount is 900 and in my Fastag wallet amount is 150.

With fastag on my car I used to cross Dharer Azizpur toll plaza on zirakpur patiala highway while traveling between Zirakpur and Rajpura. Almost every time I notice that all type of vehicles other than fastag vehicles are being allowed to pass through fastag lane. If you raise the question, you will be asked to talk to manager or highway authority of India.

Yesterday I was travelling by KHEDSHIVAPUR NH48 toll. I waited there for more than 10 min hence asked as per high court order we should not pay if we wait for more than 3min. They r not ready to listen & abuses and forced me to pay. They said go to court then we don't know such rule.
comm. to police & asked to complaint to NHAI.

My name is ashish and i live in agra (Uttar pradesh). I was coming on date 28/04/2019 from agra to aligarh. At brijbhoomi toll plaza, toll staff misbihaved me, they insulted very much and abused me and they were saying that they will beat me or can kill me while driving on higway. I was very scared on highway. I not did any mustake but they did very wrong to me. I have a request kindly look into this matter very seriously as these people are doing very wrong with customers. Dear nhai, i have icici bank fastag and linked vehicle no. Is ma3nfg81sjb18512. Today[protected]Time:12:17:34, trip number[protected] on anewadi toll plaza. I was traveling to satara through non fastag line due to long queue. At this time toll plaza collected my toll by cash plus amount debited from my fastag account rs. 65. Here they not given me toll receipt due to some technical problem. This all situation you can watch through your cctv camera. Please solve my complaint and return my amount.

Neelambur toll plaza coimbatore charges rs.45 for a stretch of 18 kms. But it is quite a disappointing journey. The road is very narrow and two ways not four ways. Lots of traffic.

No proper lights on the road. No lane discipline no reflectors. It is a nightmare to travel through this route. The authorities seems to be shameless and blind. Public have to pay to drive through this nightmare. Hope the authorities open their eyes and do something.

The toll fee keeps increasing every now and then, y should we pay a toll fee, the government shouldn't fool people. Every toll need to be excluded after a period of invested recovery period. The govt and ministers get certain amount of commission on each toll and superseding poor people.
Notable thing is - the toll is free for the cars and jeep which has hoisted a political flag who has more looted money.

Dear sir,

So sorry to say that but toilet condition really bad and pathetic at gmr ambala-chandigarh toll (Towards chandigarh). Had to use urinal towards my trip from delhi to chandigarh. I stopped at toilet just paying after toll tax. Entered and found urinal were full with lots of flies roaming here and there. Seems toilet seats were not cleaned for so long. There was no taps on wash basins. No water. It was dangerously unhygienic. Kindly look into it. Needs immediate attention and rectification.

My name is v. Karthikeyan residing at 97/1, sengulam east street-3, chozhavanthan road, tirumangalam from 1971. I am working in theni which is 70km away from tirumangalam. Company has provided me a car tn60 m4114 (Innova).in the past i have not paid any toll since i am residing in tirumangalam. But now the people working in toll plaza (Very rough behaviour) are asking me to pay even after showing my residence proof of tirumangalam.

I was going on national highway and came across choryasi toll plaza section bharuch-surat, there was a long traffic and i had waited for 5 minutes so i had told them that i waited for 5 minutes in the yellow line so i wont pay the toll according to yellow line rule, so he said that there is no yellow line rule on national highway and he started arguing and closed my way using barrier, firstly he told me he will give us in writing on backside of toll ticket that no such rule exist there but once i paid the toll he refused to give in writings and we were forced to leave the place. He allowed 2-3 vehicles that were ahead o[censored]s without paying the toll charges, but being a maharashtra 'mh' registered car he stopped us and started arguing. He argued and talked disrespectfully and loudly.
