My name is v. Karthikeyan residing at 97/1, sengulam east street-3, chozhavanthan road, tirumangalam from 1971. I am working in theni which is 70km away from tirumangalam. Company has provided me a car tn60 m4114 (Innova).in the past i have not paid any toll since i am residing in tirumangalam. But now the people working in toll plaza (Very rough behaviour) are asking me to pay even after showing my residence proof of tirumangalam.

I was going on national highway and came across choryasi toll plaza section bharuch-surat, there was a long traffic and i had waited for 5 minutes so i had told them that i waited for 5 minutes in the yellow line so i wont pay the toll according to yellow line rule, so he said that there is no yellow line rule on national highway and he started arguing and closed my way using barrier, firstly he told me he will give us in writing on backside of toll ticket that no such rule exist there but once i paid the toll he refused to give in writings and we were forced to leave the place. He allowed 2-3 vehicles that were ahead o[censored]s without paying the toll charges, but being a maharashtra 'mh' registered car he stopped us and started arguing. He argued and talked disrespectfully and loudly.

I'm writing this to inform you and complain about an unpleasing incident that happened on april 23 2019 at 10:37 am.

On april 23, when i was driving from new gurgaon to gurgaon at fast tag boom barrier lane # 4, boom barrier suddenly hit my car. After reaching ahead i checked my car had a big dent is visible on side of the front mirror at the driver side. My car number is dl4c ap 8596 and you can see this in the footage.

My tag was active, had balance, and it was read by the sensor. Despite this, it fell down and hit may car. It was a shock when it suddenly fell on the screen and could cause even more damage as i could loose control due to the sudden impact and the consequent shock. On the way back, i spoke with one of the operators there and she suggested me to put a formal complaint.

Please register a complaint against it and compensate for the damage to the car.

Toll is being collected on dasna toll plaza, while there is construction work going on from dasna to hapur bypass road. Most of the time there is heavy traffic jam on this stretch. It is unethical to collect toll on under construction road. Therefore we request you to defer this toll collection till the road construction in this stretch is complete.

There is no any online payment fecility or any bank account for fastage monthly pass holder. your's cashier shift is also not setisty to us i.e. 9 am to 5 pm from date 21 to 30th last 10 days of every month becose we are crossing sach as toll before 9 am and after 5 pm. after that time nobody will accept our monthly pass payment for next day recharge from the idfc bank for next month visits. so pls provide to us any account no where we may recharge our monthly pass without any your cashior help as also bee halpless during his duty time purheps.

Sir, i am an force personal. I here want to throw light on behavior of a nhai toll tax at kichha to rudrapur in uttarakhand. Besides instructions given to all tolls around the country to not take tolls from defence personnel wether on duty or not as defence personnel are in active service and should be treated as 24 hours round the year on duty and saluting them or giving standing ovation, this toll plaza has been taking tax from defence personnel and sometimes if any defence personnel tells them about the rules, they tell you are not exempted still i am leaving you. I being a denizen of kichha have paid tax 3-4 times at this gate thinking who get in arguing with men there. Hence you are requested to send clear cut instructions to this toll plaza. Thankyou

I sunil kumar want to bring one thing to your kind notice that i have made a journey with my car (Hr 80 3001) on 18.04.19 in night and toll tax which was to be deducted 50 rupees but actully it was taken 95 rupees and said to me you have to paid this amount. I was with family so i didn, t taken risk and i have paid the amount but this is unethical. Kindly take action and also return my extra paid (45rupees, proof attached). Hope for best at your end
Toll plazza (Kaithal tollway private limited)

We had purchased 65 nhai bond in the name of bhawana verma on 29 december 2018. The bonds were expected to be delivered in february and same were tried by speedpost no ed[protected]in but as we were not present at home at that time the post got returned back to its sender address. Now we tried to customer care at [protected] but there was no response. Kindly bonds send again at same address and my contact no is [protected] that was also mentioned on bonds. NH4 between Pune to Kolhapur in Fastag lane they are allowing cash payment vehicles also. Which causes time delay for fastag vehicles. Please let us know what is the purpose of fastag lane?
When line is too long during festival time it will take too much time at toll booth. Where is 100meter line and who is monitoring those things?
Please address these issue as soon as possible.

1) no street lights working on nh48 or on service road adjacent to nh48. Even bigger lights installed does not work. We have tried reporting this issue many times to different department however no action till now.
2) no speed breaker on service road adjacent to nh48 in front of shagun society. High speed vehicles ply on service road on both direction. They don't slow down in front of shagun society.

On 16th april, 2019 at akhepura toll plaza nh-11, toll workers deducted double amount of 55 rupees from me. First transaction was from cash and then from my sbi fastag card..
This is totally unfair. You should have to look into it and kindly process my refund of 55 rupees.
Please lodge my complaint and inform me about complaint number and take action against your worker and update your system.

It has been a regular probleem at nhai toll on yamunanagar ambala highway at milk majra. Every time it happens that fastag is not working or they say it is black list whereas few minutes earlier same fastag is being used on previous toll plazas & has sufficient balance.
In such cases i have to pay cash. After few hours i get a message & mail that fastag has been deducted for the same toll where i paid cash as it did not work at that point of time. It is all due to untrained personnel on toll plaza operations & slow network systems on the toll plaza.
It is happening regularly & no solution. I end up paying double each day thru cash & fastag both.

Pl let me know how do we get refund in such cases??

The service road from mewla maharajpur metro station to nhpc metro station is always blocked by stationery vehicle and saw yesterday gutter water being spilled on this road. Please take steps to not to allow people to spill the gutter water and no stationery vehicle be allowed. Also, seen 3 days back traffic police removing stationery vehicle but again next day people starting flouting law.

The road on deoband national highway is pathetic and there is no control of public. The chances of road accidents are increased, the cars and vehicles are getting damaged. Simultaneously they are charging an amount of rs 130 for single entry which is too high, public is getting troubled, plz look into it and ask them to repair the road or reduce the toll charges.

I'm using fastag regularly in vanagaram toll plaza sometime that people said no balance but i have much more balance in my id i'll ask fastag customer care they said you will have balance call nhai. Fastag issues on that time that people like rude and harsh. Every day i was pass that toll minimum 20 minutes waiting time in court order more then 15 minutes people are free to pass the toll i'll ask not a free i paid but toll people behaviour is worst please take a action on that people to behave properly.

I was going back home from my shooting practice at 3rd eye shooting range, shahpur back to home. I was travelling through service road and the tractor came in front of me, to save myself so i had to turn to left but on that road there are many big pit holes in which my car went in and i met with an accident. My car went 60 feet fly in air away and 8 feet deep and even i got injuries and even my car got damaged and i had a loss of 70, 000 rs. Tell me who is going to pay my loss. Because of this carelessness of nhai who should have repaired the road before i could have even got more severe injuries.

Myself dr. Navdeep singh. My residence is 10km from toll plaza nijjarura, jalandhar-amritsar highway 143115 and my work place is 5km on other side from toll plaza. I have been issued daily pass for past 6 yrs. Now, suddenly the have asked to get fast tag. But, now they refuse to issue daily pass, saying your residence is not in 5km range (According to new regulation). I have to cross toll plaza 4 to 6 times in a day. Please, seeto it. As it will get too expensive for me. Looking for quick action.

Regarding toll plaza sampla, haryana. Heavy traffic in afternoon of summer and lanes are shut down causing disruption and wastage of time. They openly say complain to anyone you can and don't follow 3 minute rule after which no toll would be charged. Creates traffic jam and no yellow rule is being followed exceeding the que beyond the yellow line. Kindly look into the matter and don't cause inconvenience to us as we are the tax payers and we are demanding facilities for which we have rights as well.

1) roads are full of holes and speed breaker./ why charging toll?
2) no by pass crossing all. Main city no barrigage risky road why charging toll?
3) in one day 4000 trucks crossing this toll from last 10 years cost is recovered why charging toll?
4) always traffic jam it takes 15 min to cross this toll why charging?

My self e suryaprkash reddy worked as traffic and safety engineer for the following projects for redecon (I) pvt ltd and not received any remuneration till date.

1. Executive engineer pwd (R&b) division, katra (J&k) invites proposal for carrying out feasibility study and detailed project preparation for:-

A) upgradation to 4-lane configuration of domel-katra-reasi-bhambla road (Nh-144) from chainage 0.00 to 14.97 (Length = 14.97 km) and improvement of geometrics of 2 lane configuration with paved shoulders from chainage 14.97 to 82.15 (Length 67.20 km).

B) improvement of geometrics of 2-lane configuration with paved shoulders of tikri-katra road (Length 15.00 km) taking off from nh-44 (Chainage 44.2).

2. Preparation of detailed project report for the selected stretches / corridors of various road networks (Likely to be declared as national highway) in the state of maharashtra, for up-gradation to two lanes with paved shoulder / four lane configuration.
