Hi,

This morning on 13 may 2019, i was on ropar to chandigarh national highway and on nhai kurali toll plaza there was a long queue and i had to wait for 11 minutes for my turn in queue. As per the rules customer is not supposed to pay for toll if customer had to wait in queue for more than 3 minutes. When i asked for toll executive to open the gate and i told him that its a rule that no one is supposed to pay if a person has to wait for more than 3 minutes.

But that toll barrier executive argued and denied that there is so rule and forcefully charged me the toll amount.

Please check and ask them to refund the amount to me next time and pay for the compensation on time wastage.

दिनांक ११/०५/१९ को १७ बजे मै परिवार सहित नागपूर से जामसवाली दर्शन के लिए जा रहा था। केलवद टोल नाका पर भुगतान करके जैसे ही गाड़ी आगे बढ़ाई अचानक एक अनजान व्यक्ति मेरी सीट के पास उपस्थित हुआ और जोर जोर से गालियां देते हुए दरवाजा खोलने कहने लगा विंडो खोलने पर वह और जोर से चिलाने लगा कि "मैंने उसकी गाड़ी को कट मारा है।" वह खूब शराब पिए हुए था और आस पास का कोई अराजक तत्व था। इतने में एक टोल कर्मचारी कहने लगा " गाड़ी साइड में लगाओ और आपस में निपट लो। क्युकी मेरे साथ माता पिता और परिवार की महिला सदस्य थी इसलिए हम किसी विवाद में नहीं पड़ना चाहते थे। हमने वहां से निकल जाना ही सही समझा। इस घटना क्रम के दौरान कार के आस पास कुछ लोग जमा हो गए थे और वह अराजक तत्व रुपए ऐठने के प्रायास में था।
शाम ७ बजे के करीब वापसी में इसी नाके पर एक कार के यात्रियों का उन्हीं अराजक तत्वों के साथ झगडा हो रहा था, मौके पर पुलिस भी पहुंच गई थी। मैंने कार के भीतर से ही टोल कर्मचारी से पूछा कि यहां ऐसा ही चलता है क्या, तो उसने कहा "हा"।
उक्त घटनाओं से स्पष्ट है इस टोल नाके पर बाहरी तत्व गुंडागर्दी कर यात्रियों से अवैध वसूली का काम कर रहे है और इसमें नाका कर्मचारियों की मिलीभगत है या उनकी धमकी से डर कर उच्च अधिकारियों को बता नहीं पा रहे है। भविष्य में किसी भी प्रकार की अनहोनी/घटना न हो इस हेतु आप से निवेदन है कि कृपया नाके पर सुरक्षा का पर्याप्त प्रबंध हो। ऐसे असामाजिक तत्वों को नाके पर आने से रोका जाएं।

Toll bhatwada toll plaza, gujarat, nh 47.
They have made separate lane for fastag equipped vehicles, but that lane is always kept closed. Now i have to stand in other lanes which are cash+fastag, but again their fastag radars not working, finally i have to pay via cash.
This is serious issue, what is the use of fastag then?
Please penalize the toll plaza operating agency and instruct them to make fastag payment a seamless experience for the travellers.

We are to inform you that there is no separate lane for "no cash" fastag. They are using as emergency lane instead of fastag no cash lane. On inquiring at toll plaza they told that there is fastag on every lane, so you can to any lane.
Sir, what is use of getting fastag and giving you advance payment, when we are to pass through ordinary lane.
You are requested to please check from karnal toll.

Since operational, i am facing harassment at the banskopa toll plaza due to non functional sensors causing delay and inconvenience. It has become a regular feature. Moreover, the support staff are also very rude and non cooperative. Kindly redress these grave issues at the earliest.

At sergarh toll plaza, balasore, odisha i was told that fastag is not working and i have to pay cash. So i paid the toll amount of rs. 80 by cash at 17.06 hrs against my car no od05an1630.in a hurry i could not check the vehicle no in the slip which was mentioned wrong. Later i came to know they also charged my fasttag account for rs 80 also. I have video footage proof for the same. Also i found a bye pass lane in that particular toll plaza where you can surpass by paying a nominal amount without any bill. My name hitekshu das and mobile no [protected]

Toll plaza at milk majra (Yamuna nagar), there is very poor facility of fast tag.
First there is no seprate lane for fast tag
Second fast tag is not quick and accurate.
When ever i cross from there, the man at the counter always take my vechile back for fast tag and after two tries of fast tag scanning i was able to cross the plaza. Please take care of it as it is difficult to cross this plaza.

Dear sir,

I am resident of godrej frontier sector 80 gurgaon haryana.

We use service road near rampura flyover on nh-8 for daily commute from home to office.

Every day it takes 15 min to pass through the service road.

Our cars are getting damaged and all the side gutters are very dirty, no lights, road is full of potholes.

It is impossible to drive the car and nh-8 connectivity is such a poor condition and chances of accidents are very high..

We all residents of godrej frontier paid 6 to 10 laks per apartment to government via builder and collectedly paid 40 to 50 cr to the government as a edc charges.

We request urgent repairs, before monsoons

Please ensure that repairs are carried out immediately with proper supervision.

The service lanes on both side of rampura chowk can not be negotiated by car, without the bottom of cars getting scraped in deep pot holes all along the road for a kilometre on both sides of rampura chowk. We request urgent repairs, before monsoons

Please:
1. Ensure that repairs are carried out immediately by kherkidaula toll contractor who has successfully bid for the toll service road maintenance and nhai maintenance.

2. He should be asked to repair free as tax payer has already paid once for this road, & it is very poor quality work done by the contractor.

This complaint is about the flyover after khed shivapur toll plaza on nh4. Its been a year the flyover has started functioning, but the crossing under flyover towards village khopi has lot of stones and leftover materials. This has blocked the under flyover crossing more than 60% of hight. Still we have to use this way, last week there was a accident of a car who fallen from the big stone.
Please clear this path for crossing to khopi village.

I am coming from madurai towards dindugul were we entry of j - oothupati before toll gate which first from madurai to dindugul road where he is fighting with one rangeover car which we are strugle more than 20 minutes and capture the camera, kindly share your email id i am forward the same and now i am going to complaint consumer court. I was travelling with my car no. Up53cw3403 having fastag on it. While driving on 24.04.2019 (09:47:31), at parsoni khem toll plaza the sensor did
Not work instantly, therefore the staff of toll plaza used a portable machine for the deduction of toll. After some time i received the message of the deduction of rs.100/- vide toll txn id:[protected]rp (At 09:47:31) and again the deduction of rs.50/-vide toll txn id:[protected]rp (At 10:07:44) for single way cross of toll plaza. Similarly while coming back through the same route again on 27.04.2019 the incident repeated same way but money deducted twice rs.100/- vide toll txn id:[protected]rp (At 16:17:41) and again rs.100/-vide toll
Txn id:[protected]rp (At 16:41:30).in this way for to and fro jouney total money deducted rs.350/- whereas it should have been deducted rs.200/- only.in this way there was the extra deduction of rs.150/-
At the time of returning i questioned about the extra deduction of money, but the staff of toll plaza denied saying that this type of mistake can not be possible.
I crossed many toll plaza on the same day of journey, but nowhere i got the problem except parsoni khem toll plaza.
My request is to make inquiry of the deduction of money on this toll plaza and get the remedy of such problem.
If the above query is found true, kindly return back of extra deducted amount rs.150/- in my account.

Dear concern, it is very hectic to cross karnal toll plaza every time. This toll plaza has always make us delay by 10-15 min due to mis management. Even after paying rs 120 everytime and getting delay because of toll plaza. Why should be pay for getting delay, unnecessary wastage of fuel also. Overall very frustated. Can anything is possible to be done.

Also there should be free passing with no charges deducted, if there is delayed in crossing toll plaza by upto certain minutes.

There are two gaps in the median. One at palya gate and other one at chikkasanne gate. This makes the highway users as well as the people who try to access highway from surrounding villages prone to accidents.
The railway track runs parallel to highways from udayagiri to devanhalli. There is no service road because of the railway track.

These junctions need a underpass or fly-over to make sure that there are no accidents and hence no fatalities.

I hope you will consider it seriously.

I am a citizen of osargoan sindhurg. We are 4 brothers living in osargoan. The topic os that our land which was besides the old bombay goa highway has been captured by the government. The compensation of the land was given to only one brother and the oyher 3brothers have not received any compensation from the government. Inspite of having the names on the papers of the land and also having a joint ownership of the land the payment was made only one brother out of the 4brothers. I want an answer from the government that by which paper the compensation is granted to only one person out of the 4. Inspite of submitting the papers the officers and the government is not giving a proper response. Whatever it may be if it is a mistake or a fraud in this situation the government has to help us.

While coming from easter peripheral highway duhai (Ghaziabad) to noida there is rs 15 toll amd then just 300-400meters another dasna toll plaza and again rs 35 to pay. So paid 2 times toll. When eastern highway toll constructed, dasna toll must have been shifted or closed.
Being a commuter it is very tough to give toll 2 times just after paying 1st toll.
Now there is a construction going on on nh24. There is no point of charging toll plaza.
Dasna toll plaza should be closed permanently.
Please look into this matter.

Toll operators at kherki dhaula toll (Gurgaon manser toll) does not follow the 3 minutes rule of toll exmeption. Attached video is shot from 5 minutes post we entered the lane and after showing them the video, the booth operator and the supervisor refused stating on the video that 3 minutes rule is not followed here. My contact detail is sahaj. [protected]@hotmail.com or [protected]. I paid them 65 toll charge since i didnt want others to wait. There is a daily wait of 10-15 mins.

The management is worst at Khaniwade Toll Plaza there is always heavy traffic and everyone has to wait for more then 10 minutes which is very difficult to wait for paying toll it leads to problematic for us to travel anytime and for paying a good amount of toll we are not receiving services as desired actually it's worst and no use for paying toll here.

Though the validity of toll tax receipt is for 24 hours for to & fro journey, in hasanpur toll plaza and panikoilithey are saying its valid for once only (To and fro). How many times one vehicle can cross the toll plaza during the period of velidiry (24 hrs). If some one got his off at one side and home on the other side, do you think it proper that he will keep on paying the whole day the no of times he moves home to off or vise versa. The matter to be taken into acvount.

Toll exemption

1. I am an active soldier in indian armed force. On 04 may 2019 at 0610 hrs. While i was on my way from adilabad to hyderabad. I was in hired taxy, at my home town i. E traveller veh : near nirmal toll gate on production of my service identity card i was forced to pay the toll tax, where as i showed them that in their exemption list it is mentioned that for defence personnel on production of the same are exempted for paying toll, rather they humiliated me and force me to pay the toll.

2. The govt of india, ministry of road transport & highways (Morth) in consultation with the ministry of law vide letter no nh-12037/278/2003/pb/nh-1 dated 12 november 2003 (Appendix b), the relevant extract of which is quoted below :-

. “ministry of law and justice have indicated that indian tolls (Army and air force) act 1901 is a special act which over-rides general acts such as national highways act, 1956 and private vehicles of the officers, soldiers and airmen of regular forces are exempted from paying toll irrespective of whether they are on duty or not.”

3. I humbly request you to take an appropriate action against it so that no other soldiers get humiliated in future
