The toll on Chaulas, Bulandshahr charges Rs.110 for one side but the toll management here is the worst. People are occupying from anywhere and toll employees are not even bother that how much they are spending on a particular vehicle. Its hard to understand the meaning of toll tax if roads are not good even the toll itself is not manageable.

Please make employees learn to manage if you are charging this high amount or else stop this nonsensible toll

It is Brought to your attention that the toll plazas under NHAI are deducting double money from the buses of Faridkot depot through Fastag every day by day and causing a lot of loss to PRTC .So you are requested to Refund the Double deductions of month september 2022 immediately and Strictly instructions should be given to the tolls in advance that no doublr deductions should be made again

After complaining again and again on Etawah Bareilly highway there is no work started to construct the national highway nor thay are ready to fill the pits on roads. There are many pits on the road and condition of road is very pathetic near Farrukhabad area.

Please reverse a charge of Rs 50/- as the toll charges has been deducted of Rs 50 twice on 15th Oct 22

On 14th Oct 22, we were driving for a wedding from Thane to Pune.

At Khallapur Toll plaza, realized our PayTM balance was low, but we are a regular fastTag user, the person at the toll told us that toll charges (Rs 203/-) will be recovered when you top up. And he allowed us to go ahead at Talegaon Toll Plaza, the person refused to let us go and said, we have to pay Rs 406/-, we told him that when account is topped up, it will get deducted as confirmed by the person at Khallapur, he refused to let us go until we paid Rs 406/- and issued a receipt.

Upon reaching Pune, we topped up our PayTM account, and immediately we saw Rs 203/- deducted for Toll charges. Attached is a copy of the Cash receipt at Talegaon for Rs 406/- and the PayTM st of Rs203/- deducted on 14th OCT 2022 at Khallapur.

I seek your guidance to getting the refund on Rs 406/- that was collected from us in Cash at Talegaon.

We were going for a wedding to Pune from Thane on 14/OCT/2022. When we reached Khallapur Toll Naka, i realized my PayTM wallet balance was low; the FastTAG person said, when you topup, the toll charges Rs 203/- will be recovered, and allowed me to go ahead.

At Talegaon Toll Naka, the person said, toll has not been collected, so you have to pay Rs 406/-. I told him that person at Khallapur told me that it will be debited later due to low balance, he did not listen and asked me to pay Rs 406/- and gave me a receipt. After reaching Pune, i topped up my PayTM account, i saw immediately Rs 203/- was deducted for Toll at Khallapur. Now i have paid extra Rs 406/- and have the receipt.

Please advice how the extra money collected Rs 406/- can be refunded.

Yesterday I was traveling from Meerut to Rajasthan via Delhi Meerut expressway, and i was returned same day, but my toll deducted 2 times @155 and 155 two times but for the round trip toll charges are Rs.230 only

I use to travell from Bengaluru to Chitradurga but the road at tumkur National Highway is not properly maintained and even they are collecting toll so solve this issue as soon as possible and I'm seeing that road without proper maintenance from past 5-6 years.

Do proper road & maintenance or else remove tool plaza of karajeevanahalli

At chandni chowk the bridge demolition work is in progress and the mountain stone is being drilled and removed without any safety barigating. Today, during my travel to office a stone got hit on my car and the window glass of my car was broken and the stone hit on my leg. The major shock got absorbed by the window glass which got broken and then the stone hit my leg. I have highlighted this issue to the site contractor and NHAI supervisor. They have assured me for compensating the damage. However, I wanted to raise an official complaint against NHAI for not having any safety measures implemented during the work. Had the stone hit me or any other person directly it would have caused a major and serious injury or even death as the stone was of significant size which was hit.

The behaviour of a male toll collector was very bad .

4th टाइम भी दुर्घटना वाली समस्या को सरकार ने कोई एक्शन प्लान नहीं बनाया और हर बार समस्या को बिना हल किये ही बंद कर दिया जाता है।
अत आपसे निवेदन है हमारी समस्या आपके निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मे वैसी ही बनी हुए है और सरकार का कोई भी प्रतिनिधि इस समस्या को हल करने कि पहल नहीं कर रहा है और हमारी समस्या को बिना हल किये ही पोर्टल पर बंद कर दिया जाता है।

Just saved from accident, one vehicle enters in highway by divider side. I am talking the unauthorized divider cut on barwa bypass just after the entering board of Barwa from Hissar side. If someone drives on highway at authorised speed and suddenly one vehicle enters from unalloted cut then you can imagine the situation. Please do some barrication on the divider so that mishappening can be stopped

Crossed Pipili Toll Plaza at 10.44.04AM on 25/09/2022 while travelling to Puri from Bhubaneswar and back on the same day. Toll charges of Rs.130/- debited to my Fastag account. On return, I crossed the same toll plaza at 19.44.45 PM. Again an amount of Rs. 130/- has been deducted from my account. The round trip was completed well within 24 hours. Why the round trip charges were not applied on me? Please refer to the picture of the transaction details and refund the excess amount so deducted.

I m travelling from Sausar (MP) to Nagpur, in between i cross Kelwad toll plaza, my Fasttag showing Black listed, but same time my wallet balance was more then 500Rs, Kelwad toll plaza charge 150/-(Double) in cash. i just cross this toll and i receive this message

this complaint against Kelwad Toll Plaza, for wrong vehicle number entered, it is very short time no one is check vehicle number because already behind every vehicle waiting behind every vehicle on toll plaza.

Hello,

I have to go to the Bangalore International airport to receive my friend and then drop off. While coming from airport, fastag worked fine, but when I was dropping him back, the system of tool booth showed that it has been blocked. I have to pay double charges due to that and wasted my time at the tool booth. The receipt of that is attached. I sent email to unblock my fastag account and found that it was not blocked. There is no reason for it to be blocked when it was working same day less than 12 hours earlier. This is surely a scam. I tried two lanes but both lanes were showing it blocked and I ended up paying double cash. Please find attached the toll plaza receipt and email proof that my account is not blocked. Please provide resolution as I have to pay double and I wasted time due to their scam. They think that people will just leave it and not complain for small amount and they can make free money. But this is wrong.

I had recharged local pass of my car number HR01AA 1900 with rs. 150 at shambhu toll plaza but they deduct 85 rupees from my paytm account, which is totally wrong. Please see the matter. Thsnks, Kirpal Singh Ambala City

It is to bring to your esteemed office that i was not treated well at toll plaza at HIREBAGEWADI, Belgaum district of Karnataka on 10 October 2022.The individual at the location not only bought disrespect to me but my organization ie defence personnel of this country.It is not about the toll tax.But respect that matters the most.If it not excused by the government please bring it on and confirm it.But disrespecting the defence personnel this way will harm the country.Please take necessary action against the individual and confirm it to me.I am attaching individuals photo.I will even tweet regarding the same attaching political personalities if it is not done.

In ourarea kurmanapalem toll gate not working properly not receiving the signals of fast Tag for toll gate crossing we have to wait 30 minutes busy tollgate sir kindly request to solve the problem as early as possible

Hello Ministry of National Road and High ways,

I'm tax paying citizen of India, would like to highlight a pathetic situation of Muvattupuzha to Ernakulam National Highway.

The road is named NH 85, and through the road about a million of vehicles commute every month. Potholes and gutters have been a highlight of the road. Its creating number of accidents thereby mortality and morbidity to the tax paying citizens.
Responsible authorities didn't even take into consideration of these pathetic situation.

Its very shameful and sad in writing this complaint as a proud citizen of India.

Kindly consider my request to restore the normal condition of the National Highway 85( Muvattupuzha to Ernakulam Kerala)
