Dear sir, nh 9 toll road is not looking like toll road. There are many patches from sampla to rohtak (Specially complaining kheri by pass)

Near toll plaza, rohad (Nh9) no proper passage given for two wheeler on both side of toll plaza. One side to delhi road is not clear for a two wheeler, where as to rohtak, no road available. Only footpath for use arranged for two wheeler.

Vehicle gj01dt7653 with icici fastag few days ago the ft automatically blacklised now when i am trying to gt new fastag from pos they are saying that your fastag is already running with hdfc bank whenever i show them my vehicle and also talked with hdfc custmer care but they are not ready to hear anything had more then 70 ft from icici bank

Arrogant employees fasttag automatic lane is closed for both the sides when i asked why they said that we received orders to close this lane. I met mr. Satyendra singn emp. Id 00330

Toll operator was not informed that the payment is already deducted via fast tag, & again collected cash and given receipt of 100 rupees, after 5 minutes of crossing the toll i got the massage that 100 rupees has been deducted from fast tag account.

This is simply 420 activity going on nhai toll plazas.

Please look into this & help to refund extra payment, i can submit both cash receipt & paytm fast tag statement.

In nh 8 highway totally road damage with in bawal chowk to delhi direction towards. Around 15 km. No one take care of this road damage. Kindly please take care of this complain & hope it will maintain with in week. This road have been damage from last one month. As a normal mal we facing so many problem during public transport. Kindly acknowledge this complain.

Toll plaza, mr rajesh, working in plaza for 9 years, near kurnool forcibly collected toll, stating armed forces person should be with the vehicle. Toll exemption certificate given. Vehicle no. I am Fastag user and am facing no issue with most of the toll's but Kherki Daula wherein Fastag is never scanned & the employess of the toll plaza get into arguments & create ruckoos frequently. There is no mechanism to put a complaint. Even when we show them a physical print out of payment receipt of monthly pass still they argue. The fastag has been approved by Paytm as active yet there is issue with scanning at Kherki Daula, please provide a solution.

It is not working from past 2 years and now it is getting worst as it is turning to be a place where local guys, people suffering daily accidents.
I have witnessed one incidence today itself, where 5 peoples are injured via accident as we objected all ran away but please take this issue seriously, fix street lights and if this message is being read by any police person kindly help civilians and take action against such people.

The toll gate was poorly maintained by the team, toll gate collecting ₹80 for single but they don't even make the road visible clearly, there is no difference between speed breaker and road.. Even we had a traumatic situation while applying brakes near toll booth we have informed booth about the issue but they have said we are also informing the same problem to the head but still no response from them, this made us felt poor experience. Must take care of the roads

This is just to highlight the incorrect practice which is going on at bhagan toll plaza, haryana on delhi-chandigarh highway.

I was travelling through bhagan toll plaza on 10th march’19 in my vehicle hr 51 bs 2726.
Though my vehicle has fastag, there was no boards/indicating suggesting the presence of fastag system to deduct toll. Unaware, i proceeded to the manual toll plaza and paid the toll charges of rs 65/- (As also attached) and proceeded further. Immediately afterwards, i received a notification of deduction of toll from my fastag account also with icici linked id: malc381uljm378617 (Also attached for ref.). Since i had an urgent commitment i decided to check for refund/adjustment on my return journey; but i was asked by the customer care no. To go to the toll administration office which was not possible at the unearthly hour. I had to continue my journey. I also called up the customer care of toll plaza several times but no positive response has been given so far.

I hereby kindly request to refund or credit the amount rs 65/- to my fastag account.

I write to you on account of a near accident at national highway 44 between doraha and manji sahib.

An under construction hindustan petroleum petrol pump on the left is coming up on the left while going from doraha to khanna. While i was crossing the pump, a truck backed out of the petrol pump directly on to the main highway causing me to brake hard and i just about missed hitting the truck with cars behind me too braking hard to avoid a collision. My friend on the back seat banged his head against the front seat but thankfully no major injury took place.

This petrol pump when fully functional would pose higher risks to commuters and i wonder how it has been allowed entry on to the main national highway directly. I was saved that day but it may not be so for others. But to avoid such incidents in the future no petrol pump should have direct entry to the fast moving national highway. There are other pumps that have a long entry and exit running parallelly to the national highway and merge gradually in to it. Such entry and exits must be on nhai directions and it is appreciated as it avoids accidents.

My complaint be please noted to safeguard interest of tax paying and toll paying customers who are paying for safety and good roads not to lose their lives to such petrol pumps who have disregard for the safety and lives of citizens.

The nh44 is one of the best travelled roads and has very good maintainance. The regular traffic on this road is also pretty high. But the first toll plaza (Hyderabad to bangalore) raikal toll plaza has no exclusive fastag lane. When the government is trying to improve and promote fastag how come this particular toll plaza doesn’t have a dedicated lane. The fastag customers have to wait in the same line in which the cash transactions happen. So why should we buy the tags when we are anyways waiting in the lane. It’s not of any use to the fastag buyers. Hence you are pulling down the whole idea of these tags. Infact you should be doubling up the fastag lanes to encourage commuters to adopt to the use of fastag. Please put up a dedicated lane for fastag and later to increase the fastag sales and uses you should add more lanes and decrease the cash transaction lanes.

My name is vipin. P. C. I am from cochin kerala. My vehicle number is kl7cq6269. Last sunday (31/march/2019) i went to palakkad. Since i had to come back within 24 hours, i took a 2-way toll ticket of rs.105/- from paliekkara toll plaza, thrissur, kerala. Later i noticed that they also took 70 rs from my fastag account. I request you to take proper actions and return money to my account.

Please conserve the old engineering marvels arch bridges which was constructed during british rule in india... One of the arch bridge in excellent condition on river gad tal kankavali.. Has been demolished by dilip buidcon pvt co. On[protected] for no resason... Which was historical importance because it was built in1934... So why it was demolished... The gad river

Sharing ideas, and providing the backbone of transportation networks. It is necessary to restore and preserve these structures for their particular functionality and cultural heritage value.
But without any such efforts the private company demolished the beautiful arch bridge.. Who gave them right to demolish our historical heritage... It is constitutional right of every indian to protect heritage.. You should not harm or destroy the one which you can’t afford or buy...
Please look into this matter and save / preserve the arch bridges left on national highway -66 (Old 17)

I have installed fastag on my vehicle bearing no mh12rf7314. On 24th march i have to pay to toll at shrival toll palaza. Even after fast tag deduction through my account [protected]. I did receive sms after 15 mins through axis bank. Hence i have not choice but to pay cash at toll palaza.
You are requested to reimburse my money also strengthen the system of sms alert instantly.

I baljeet singh wants to convey you about the bad condition of the batala road no 66. Lots of potholes that are much big every day accidents happens and many people losts there precious life.
I request you to take this complaint immediately and resolve it so that innocent people not die.
We have earlier complaint to the authorities but not immediate action has taken.

This complaint is regarding violation of toll exemption by the booth operator near bikaner toll booth. My used household goods were transported by truck accompanied by valid documents exempting octopi/toll from a defence establishment during my transfer from one station to another. The toll booth operator refused to allow the truck pass through without intervention from my side personally causing great inconvenience to me. There are many big potholes on nh 44
1. Below bhalgarh flyover
2. Infront of sports authority of india (Opposite side)
3. Rajiv gandhi education city gate near ashoka university.
4. Tehsil office rai.

Please repair these potholes as soon as possible. They cause any serious accident. Lot of jam in pick hours by these pot holes. It is requested that please repair this stretch.

This complaint is regarding the ongoing road construction in Goa. There are places where the warning lights for diversion of roads are placed but are dim or not visible.
Recently I’ve witnessed an accident in which a traveller smashed into the rocks because of poor visibility of the lights.
To put to rest such issues I would recommend the authorities to put additional signages and improve the visibility of warning lights

I have not travelled through paliyekkara toll talore, thrissur, but i have been debited toll as per belo message
