On 14/02/2019 morning crossed TALAPADY toll naka, I was debited Rs 40.00 but while coming back at 5.10 PM, the same toll company debited Rs 15.00 in fastag as well as collected rs 40.00 in cash once again saying there is no balance in account; when in fact, there was balance present of 275.00 after deducting rs. 15.00. I tried explaining to the employee but he misbehaved. We were made to wait for nearly ten minutes and had to pay Rs. 40....

At toll plaza gharounda, karnal, haryana, when we give toll they deduct for 205 km and deduct rs. 120.00 which is wrong because everybody does not go to 205 miles.. Some persons go to chandeigarh and take trun from ambala. Thhus he traveles only gharounda to ambala while he paid for 205 km.. This is wrong policy and should be rectified and take the charge for the distance which a persons covers on nhai road....

Please construct the sevrage system on side of highway flyover.. All the nearby flyover severages are construct on time. Only one sewerage is pending on highway taraori flyover. Road condition is very bad
. Rain water comes from upper flyover and stores on service road. There is no place for waste water to drainage. Working of drainage severage pending from 5 years nobody is taking responsibility of this work. We need to keep our country...

I belong to village kang sahbu which is located on newly four landed pratappura (Jalandhar) - moga road, nh703. There is a school named national model high school in my village on the other side of the road and my village children face alot of difficulties in crossing the road and it always poses a life threatening risk to cross the road. Fastag is introduced to facilitate the commuters but there is no management. All users are allowed in the fastag only lane at gharaunda (Karnal) highway. Well this situation is same at every toll plaza. Neither the instructions are visible to distant passengers nor the travellers try to make it out in which lane they have to go. Kindly install boards of lanes at the starting of dividers or make your employees manage better. This is matter...

Dear Sir,
Total of four flyovers between Bawal ( Near Rewari) to Dharuhera on NH-8 ( Delhi Jaipur highway toward Delhi).

Total of four flyovers are in very bad shape & many of time people met with an accident.

In all these four flyovers are taken for repair & road material was taken out for repairing.
Since then the same is in very bad shape for almost last six months.
We complaint many...

On 14.2.19 i, manmohan arora house no. 76, sector-14 karnal was driving car hr05al 6535 and crossed the toll plaza between 10-10.30 am. While travelling from mangalore to mysore, the toll gate near b. C road to padil section collected rs 35 for to and fro for my travel on 9-feb-2019 and 12-feb-2019. I exclusively mentioned that we would be returning on 12-feb-2019. So, he collected rs 35 for to and fro. While returning on 12-feb-2019, they said the toll collected is not valid for return and they collected rs 25 again.

This is Yuvakanth with mobile no [protected] In Nannur Toll plaza of Kurnool district doesn't allow us to use cards properly. The team let me wait for 30 mins despite there swipe machines doesn't work. They did tried 3 -4 machines so far. This is of Line no 9. Of course swipe machines of another lines were used too. They finally made us to take paytm from the employee someone....

While travelling from kurnool to bangalore, i have encountered amkathadu toll plaza. The toll road is really in poor shape and with out any safety parameter. There is no plantation in between, no safety measures are followed near the u turn, no radius are used on the important junction for highlighting sharp curves, diversion, speed brakers. Road condition is poor. There's are no lights on important junction.

The newly constructed 4 lane highway from shivpuri to dewas is good... But the flyover built at biaora indore bypass is so risky and life threatening. The flyover is built with so much turn that several accidents are happening on regular basis. The local authorities has also complaint to the higher level officer, but nk proper solution is provided yet. Please try to provide immediate solution, so that further accidents can be avoided....

I have a monthly pass for nanguneri toll gate and i passed through the regular gate. Why i am charged in my fastag account when i clearly showed my pass to the gate person?.

Krishnagiri toll has the worst Fastag lanes .. they allow non Fastag vehicles in FASTag lanes ...
please increase the FASTag lanes in this toll..
the guy named Dinesh who allowed these non tag vehicles in FASTag lane, challenged me and told ‘do whatever you want.. go and complain’..
This attitude questions me why should I have to go for FASTag ..

Complain about dhule maharashtra. Laling chandwad toll plaza.in toll plaza servant is not coaprate with us he abuse my family and act to beat on us use dirty words and he use very guilty languge. Can gase of his photo and style to stand. He was drunk on duty and he is not coaprate with people. He is vary cheap words user. He is not good and able to service of toll plaza....
