I was travelling from haveri to shimoga today morning at 6.40:04 i reached nhai collection toll by m/s sahakar global ltd section hadadi - devgiri at km 288.200 in karnataka toll plaza name : chelagiri toll plaza on 05 mar 2019.
I paid cash of rs.75 with transaction no [protected] where vehicle no. Mentioned as new.
Amount of rs.75 deducted from fastag account no also. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

Hi sir,

From chennai to thiruppathi there were two tool booth was there. We have to pay for 30 and 60 for each. But the tool road not yet completed properly. More take diversion will be here and more demages also found theat more speed breaks were available without notification. Just 100 km for tirupati to thiruvallur will take almost 3 to 4 hrs to complete the entire travel. Please take some nesssary action on this.

Location-national highway 60 (Pune to nashik), attached with rajguru nagar st stand,
Unsafe bridge condition, height of brigade wall is too small (Pune to nashik), depth is too much of that bridges. If anyone fall down from the brifge chances of alive ness is zero,

I was travelling through dankuni toll plaza on 2nd mar 2019, rs80 was debited from my fastag account. While returning again rs80 was debited whereas it should have debited rs 40 as return journey as cost is rs120.
Fastag id:34161fa[protected]
Vechile no: wb24an8032. If this is the service then why govt is encouraging to use fastag. When we return within 24hours then (Total of return journey)- (Amount debited) has to be debited but in my case once again amount for single journey has been debited from my account.

Every day i travel on hyderabad orr toll road from tspa junction to shamshabad junction and the up and down fare is rs 30. But it has happened thrice that the money deducted from my account rs 70 (1 way) twice and rs 50 yesterday (1 way). No one at toll registers the complain. Fast tag has become an pain. Sometimes fast tag is not detected at toll and i end up paying at booth and after 5 minutes get message on mobile that money has been deducted from account.
Details of dates when overcharged
1. 9 feb 2019 at 8:15 hrs - actual fare — rs 10 (Amt deducted — rs 70)
2. 26 feb 2019 at8:20 hrs — actual fare - rs 20 (Amt deducted — rs 70)
3.2nd march 2019 at 17:14 — actual fare rs-10 (Amt deducted - rs 50)

I faced a lot of inconvenience in using fastag in bangalore to mangalore highway, lanco devihalli toll. The operators were so rude and arrogant.
They wasted half an hour and then made me to proceed in normal queue.
Other cars also faced the same problem.
In fact the problem is in their sensors.
Plz take immediate action against these authorities.

Complain is regarding dhaneshwar toll nh 76, road under this toll is highly damaged. Since more than 1 year me and my colleagues are driving on this road and it's been getting worse. We did complain lot of times to manager over there. But none worked. Now it's very prone to accidents. They are fooling public. Kindly consider his lack of awareness and consider his professional negligence seriously. Take appropriate steps for repair of highway and punish the corrupt manager. Thanks

As a citizen of india, i feel i should pen down this.
I have been travelling from noida to aligarh on 2019.03.02. There is a gbhana aligarh toll in between which costs rs 145 for one way. I have given five 1rs coin along with rs 140. The guy in the video doesnt accept those coins saying these coins are not accepted here as per government orders. I wonder if the government currency is acceptable at government authorities.

Travelled grom chittorgarh to kanpur through nh 27 on1st march.
Difficult to identify the origional color of road as repaired part is more than origional part.
Count less tolls are inducating that thay need money for repairing for patch work...
Nhai should reconsider about their image.
Plz change thw name it from nation highway to nahi milenge...

This is not a complaint. It's a concern that i want to raise regarding the death of animals like dogs, cows that cross the farms and come in highway which gets hit by speeding vehicles. It not only leads to death of animals but also many inevitable accidents. My request is to kindly put fences along the highways for some distance that stretches along with the farms. This issue is on highway nh-11 between bikaner via lakshmangarh to jaipur. I would be obliged if i get any response on this or steps that i can take.

In nh 67 which is under tk toll road private limited don't have proper maintenance on road. They have to repair per around 15 places with patch work and thier is no availablity of center median in nh roads. Toilet facilities have been locked and it is not opened for the travellers usage. If we enquire about the toilets the manager is not available for the passengers

Sir most respectfully i rati ranjan kar one of employee of skylark infra engg. Pvt ltd want to report you the above problems ongoing at palsit toll plaza situated at west bengal. Sir the union persons working here are deploying the protocols of nh and when asked they are behaving so rudely. Kindly take a absolute step against this matter in have a proper justice.

My self ravinderjit singh. I am daily commuter from gurgaon to fridabad. I have been using fastag purchased from gf toll plaza for gurgaon faridabad toll road. I have been traveling from this toll since one year. I am facing problem in tag line since then as cash vehicles are being allowed to enter in fastag line while it is govt. Rule not to allow cash vehicle in fastag line to avoid any waiting. I have requestd toll staff many time and now i have put mail to them on its mail id on 9th feb. 19 but till date there is no resolution. So i request to nhai authority to resolve this issue.

ये कारस्तानी है बस्ती जिले के हर्रैया में स्थित चौकड़ी टोल प्लाजा की। अपनी स्विफ्ट डिजायर कार (कामर्शियल) up32 hn0724 से वापस लखनऊ आते समय टोलकर्मी से बोला गया कि हम लोग यहीं के निवासी हैं। टोलकर्मी ने कहा कि हमारे शिफ्ट इंचार्ज से बात करिये, शिफ्ट इंचार्ज से बात हुई (फुल रयूड व्यवहार था उसका) ने बोला टैक्स पड़ेगा पूरा। कुछ देर बाद अपने कर्मी से बोला कि आधा टैक्स जमा करा लो अपने तरीके से। और फिर कर दिया गाड़ी को लखनऊ से बस्ती ट्रांसफर up 32 से up 51. क्या खेल है ये?? टोल का शिकायत प्रकोष्ठ जो कि टोल पर्ची पर लिखा है गोरखपुर में है दिये गये फोन नम्बर मौजूद नहीं है।
//विशेष- आये दिन हो रहे आतंकी घटनाओं को देखते हुए क्या ये उचित है कि पैसा वसूलने हेतु गाड़ी का नम्बर बदला जाये टोलकर्मी / शिफ्ट इंचार्ज द्वारा जबकि टोल पर लगे कैमरे में सब रिकार्ड होता है।

Why daily our all staff bus are stuck at toll booth. They have income of gidc but they never manage. Only two hours they need to manage
Because of this our production get delay. We already modified our timing due to toll booth but then also we are not able to manage.
We request you all to manage the toll booth in proper manner.
Pm and cm are just looking for investors for gujarat and they are upset because of this all issue.
Please inform strictly that no delay in toll collection. Only the laziness of people creating this issue.
Hope i will get proper soultion for my complain.

पर टोल कर्मी द्वारा 10 मिनट तक टोल खिड़की पर इंतज़ार करवाया गया।
मेरे द्वारा बोलने पर अप्सब्द ओर बदतमीज़ी की गई।
तथा मेरे द्वारा कहा गया कि 3 मिनट से ज्यादा आप टोल नही ले सकते तो गालीगलौज भी की गई।
जिसकी शिकायत मेरे द्वारा हेल्पलाइन पर की गई ।
कृपया कर के मेरी शिकायत पर कार्यवाही की जाए
टोलकर्मी ने अपना नाम विनोद गुर्जर बताया।
इसे गम्भीरता से लिया जाए
तथा मुझे शिकायत का निवाकरण कर अवगत कराया जाए ।

Road condition between ahmedabad to baroda national highway is very poor at one side lane.
Toll tax was charged fully but service of same is totally dissatisfied.
All vehicles travelling from ahmedabad to baroda runs on only one lane, so traffic is also there. Then what is the meaning of national highway.
So, please look into that & resolve it.

निवेदन यह है कि दिनांक 26 फरवरी 2019 को श्रीमती लतिका शर्मा, विधायक कालका विधानसभा, जिला पंचकूला हरियाणा द्वारा जीरकपुर-परवाणू राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग न पर पुराना पंचकूला से एचएमटी पिंजोर तक एक निजी कार्यक्रम के लिए नियमो को ताख पर रखकर लगभग दर्जनों होर्डिंग्स लगाए गए है। माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशानुसार किसी भी राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर साइन बोर्ड या स्पीड बोर्ड के अलावा कोई भी व किसी भी प्रकार का होर्डिंग या बोर्ड नही लगाया जा सकता क्योंकि कोर्ट के अनुसार यह बोर्ड किसी अप्रिय घटना व सड़क दुर्घटना का कारण बन सकते है परन्तु सरकार, प्रशासन की मिलीभगत से नियमो को ताख पर रख कर, विधायिका द्वारा सत्ता का फायदा उठाते हुए दर्जनों की संख्या में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर माननीय सुप्रीम व हाईकोर्ट के आदेशों की अवहेलना करते हुए होर्डिंग्स लगवाए गए है।

माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 1997 व पंजाब हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने वर्ष 1998 में आदेश पास करके होर्डिंग्स व बोर्ड्स को हटाने के आदेश देते हुए इस प्रकार के होर्डिंग्स व बोर्ड्स को चालको के लिए खतरनाक व नुकसानदायक बताते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर किसी भी प्रकार का होर्डिंग व बोर्ड लगाने के लिए बैन किया था जबकि पुलिस अफसरों की मौजूदगी के बावजूद व प्रशासन के मौके पर उपस्थित होने के बावजूद नियमो को ताख पर रखकर विधायिका के होर्डिंग्स लगवाए गए व लगे हुए है।भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण द्वारा भी वर्ष 2016 में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर होर्डिंग्स द्वारा हादसों व घटनाओं से बचने के लिए कोर्ट के आदेशों के अनुरूप राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों को नो एडवरटाइजमेन्ट जॉन बनाया गया है जिसमे राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर किसी भी प्रकार का होर्डिंग नही लगाया जाएगा।

यदि खराब मौसम के चलते भारी बारिश या तूफान आने से यह होर्डिंग उखड़ गए तो किसी अप्रिय घटना से किसी की जान-मान का नुकसान भी हो सकता है।इसके साथ ही इस प्रकार के होर्डिंग चालक का ध्यान विभाजित करते है।

आपसे अनुरोध है कि नियमानुसार कार्यवाही करते हुए इन होर्डिंग्स को तुंरन्त प्रभाव से हटवाया जाए व श्रीमती लतिका शर्मा के विरुद्ध माननीय सुप्रीम व हाईकोर्ट के आदेशों की अवेहलना का मामला दर्ज कार्यवाही की जाए तथा नियमो का उल्लंघन करने के लिए श्रीमती से उचित जुर्माना लिया जाए।

Dear Sir, some portion of NH8 from Jaipur to Delhi road are badly damaged near to Bawal i.e. near to green heck factory. The pits are so deep and invisible who can cause the accident. Please ask the concern to get it repaired on priority.
Some over bridges from Behror to Bawal roads are damaged. At least some repair work can be done for safe riding.
Manoharpura toll tax is so poorly managed, you may compare with Shahpura toll too. Some reward point should be started otherwise the customer has to wait at least 20-30 minutes to cross the toll.

The condition of highway is really bad. It is under construction but nothing is completed. After 3 km there is one diversion, which is resulting in road accidents. This is national highway 1 although the name is changed to 44 but still it's the most longest road till date. This road is india's pride and it should be nicely maintained. The construction work should be done in well planned and disciplined way. Life is precious, road should not be the reason for someone's death atleast. Please take this request on high priority and severity.
