The toll plaza at murthal on g. T road near haveli have such poor management and no separate lane for just fastag.. Even with fastag we need to stand behind long queue of vehicles. There should be a separate lane only for fastag and no other vehicles should be allowed to facilitate fastag users and save time.

Several time i have asked the person sittibg in toll booth to take it up with their management but nothing happens. For eveey passage at least 10-15 mins are wasted in spite of having fastag. This is very bad.

I would like to bring to your notice that in karnataka we are facing problem with attibele toll gate. There is a dedicated fast tag line available there, but they are allowing non fast tag vehicles also in that line and collecting cash, which is making a long waiting period for fastag users. Last saturday (16th march 2019) i waited more than 30 mins in this line. When they question about this malpractice their behavior was rude. This is happening almost all days. Could you please help us. Many fasttag users are facing the issue in this toll gate

Dear sirs,

This is to convey that

1. The toilets at karnal toll plaza are dirty, filthy and with foul smell.

2. There is no water in either the toilets or even the wash basins.

3. Efforts to contact the project manager or other responsible personnel (As mentioned on the toll receipt) went in vain. (March 17, 2019)

4. It is a matter of great concern that the highway from narela, murthal upto jalandhar has been eroded from place to place (Right in the middle of the road) with potholes/puddles.

5. Exorbitant toll (Rs 410/-) for a stretch ranging from murthal to jalandhar i. E. 300 km, is being charged but with very poor maintenance!

6. There is waiting period at toll plazas ranging from 4-10 minutes. If 3 minutes rule is there at all - it is not in force!

श्री मान जी, नेशनल हाइवे नम्बर '07' के ऊपर पिछले कुछ दिनों में पुलियों का निर्माण किया गया था, लेकिन जो पुलियां है वो सड़क से ऊंची है उनका लेवल सड़क के बराबर नही, जिस की वजह से पुलियों के इर्द गिर्द दोनो तरफ बहुत खतरनाक गड्ढे बने हुए है, जिनहे तेज रफ्तार साधन बहुत ज़ोर से बजते है । क्योंकि ये पुलियां दूर से नही दिखती, सभ से बुरी हालत nh 7, पर अबोहर-मलोट के बीचों बीच गांवो बलुआना में है जो कि बहुत खतरनाक है, इसको 2 बार पहले भी रिपेयर किया जा चुका है लेकिन घटिया मटीरियल की व्रतों के कारण यह बस 1-2 माह तक ठीक रहती है उसके बाद उसी हालत में हो जाती है किर्पया जल्द से जल्द इसकी रिपेयर करवाई जाए ।

While travelling from jaipur to delhi, road is bumpy and suddenly the vehicle gets a shock which resulted in crack of wind screen which i had to get replaced and spend money despite paying tolls. Moreover flyovers are so badly needing repair that it is difficult to travel for a patient. My suffering from knee pain faced acute pain due to shocks and very uneven roads making journey bumpy.

This incident occurred at gorakhpur toll plaza where the toll fees collector wasn't in his cabin for very long period of time... Rather he was chanting with his friends outside his cabin even after looking up to the long queue of the cars... When my turn came... My dad asked him "don't you value our time" he replied "no" i mean just imagine how it would have felt that time. As soon as he said no i took my phone and started recording him... And asked him to repeat it again... But guess what... He didn't.

Kindly take strict action against him...!!!

Today while travelling from mumbai to pune thru my car where 213 rs charged on khalapur toll plaza - lane id:e14 trip no.[protected] & rs. 142 were charged at talegaon toll plaza - lane id:e02 trip no.[protected] total amount charged rs. 355/- for one way trip.

Same case happened on 23.02.2019 where 213 rs charged on khalapur toll plaza lane id:e03

When i raised the issue with the person (Mr. Ambre) regarding excess deduction he upfront rejected the claim stating that you have installed wrong fast tag.

Waiting for refund of excess deducted toll.

Myself devendra gupta, as i was passing through khairabad toll plaza, at the time of payment the staff informed me about the failure of pos machine, when i enquired about it he said "online payment ke liye itna lamba line lgaoge" after that he ordered for the pos machine. This is not the first time. Khairabad toll plaza staff did it so many times. Please take proper action for it.

My self is Harish and I am residence of Village MAtheri Shekhan Distt Ambala Haryana. I am trying to explain you the problem which we are facing in newly build NH 65 from Ambala To Kaithal. My Village comes in this Highway, and they made a four lane highway without giving us any crossing area. Now we are facing problems every time while crossing to the highway. We've to face very speedy vehicles while crossing. And already around 10 plus accidents had been happened there, even 2 persons lost their life while crossing that road and many injured just in 2-3 months. We request you to please take action against this complaint and provide us suitable crossing area. further I would like to say that that crossing area is not just for our village its used by more than 5 villages. and everyone is upset with this crossing. Please do some needful steps and help to provide us proper crossing area. I will be available any time if you need any further assistance regarding this complaint.

I have use SBI fastag that tag is active and i have an balance, But now i cross tool way that time our server said your tag is block list, and i am contact SBI customer care that time they said contact to your agent, but agent end they send an proof of activation, and proof of fitment, now i want immediately resolve the issue.

Hi I’m Living in Subramaniyapuram TRICHIRAPPALLI 620020 in this above mentioned area the road side shops are too disturbances for traffic and many accidents last time your department came for encroachment that’s best and during that period it was so nice but after 15 days they again started their shops in road it’s to disturbing for livin peoples and for travelers can’t go left to slow slowdown the vehicles from the road my humble request please take action for this complaint

I'm working as manager in powerica ltd. Dta unit bangalore. My office is just 1km after kulumapalya toll plaza. I'm coming from nelamangala. They are charging full amount (Rs. 40 per day).
Request to intervene and provide us a concession rate as we are hardly using 1% of the total stretch.
Please do the needful and let us know what to be done for availing free / concession rate.

I bixapathi gollena had experienced a bad situation with toll plaza people. Toll plaza is located on warangal-hyderabad highway at gudur village, nalgonda distirct, telangana.

I had paid the toll fee of rs. 90 (Ninghty ruppes). However the fee collecting operator did not give the bill and he argued that machine is not working. They had wasted my time and there was a huge traffic jam behind me. They argued and did not give proper bill. Instead he gave me a writing of fee collection details on a plane white paper which do not have any authenticity. There is no stamp of the plaza name etc.
I had attached the bill for your reference that i was given by toll people.

I would request please consider my complaint and a necessary action to be taken on the toll collecting people.

National highway vijayawada to machilipatnam route. Drainage work is in process in poranki area penamaluru mandal vijayawada. From the last three months we are facing the problem. The contractor not finishing the work. Everywhere he was done half work. News papers already wrote about it. But nothing happened. It very dangerous to children if fell down in it.

I performed my journey on 11th of March, 2019. Fasttag is activated in my Vehicle No-JH01DD0804. But at the toll tax counter, it was told that fasttag machine is not working. I paid Rs. 45 in cash. (You can see CCTV Camera). I was in hurry due to traffic. That time I did not see the receipt. But when money was deducted from my account then I thought to lodge a complaint. But when I saw the receipt, I surprised that the counter gave me receipt of 10th of March, 2019 without Vehicle no. (You can check the machine, if printing details are recorded). It is fougerry. I tried to call customer care but failed. You are requested to look into the matter and take a stern action against the accused.

My village is located at nh-52 (Under construction). They are saying your village is not the part of our route which is hardly 300 meter from the nh52. If they don't make, we have to travel more than 2 km to cross the road everytime. We will face lot of difficulties in near future. Please take appropriate action and try to resolve our problem. It would be grate for us.

I would like to raise an complaint that toll amount rs. 45.00 has been deducted from my fastag account and also taken cash for same trip at gamjal toll plaza situated at nh-7 on 10th march, 2019 @ 01:18 pm.

I would like to request you to refund the toll amount to my fastag account.

First a big congratulations and thanks to the honourable minister, ministry of road transport and highways mr. Nitin gatkari for the excellent road network in the country. However the frequent lane jumping and wrong lane driving are causing serious and fatal accidents in the national highways. The issues are
1. Not enough sign boards to indicate about the different lanes
2. The right extreme lane is to be named as the overtaking lane and not as fat lane. This if strictly implemented, will help the overtaking vehicles to overtake only in the right side of other vehicles and there wont be zig zag overtaking.
3. Sufficient publicity and awareness can be made about the lane disciplines for all categories of drivers at all levels for a month before making it a rule and issue challan for its violations.
4. Hd cameras can be fitted at frequent intervals in the highways and challans can be issued for violating drivers. Serious punishments should be given for violations.

I like to inform you that talaja to bhavnagar high way road is in very bad condition. Near mamlatdar office talaja road is in very bad condition and its damge our private vehical. More over there is road in bad condition near bapada and dhardi village which is situated on talaja to bhavnagar high way. Daily many private and personal vehical are use this road. On road there are many khada on road.
