The workers at pbtl toll plaza, nh30 didarganj, patna (Patna to bakhtiyarpur) are so irresponsible, causing damage to vehicles passing and are still not guilty about their acts and are talking arrogantly to us after damaging our car by dropping the barrier before our car could leave.
We payed our toll tax on 19/2/19 at 7:06pm, before we could cross the barrier they dropped the iron barrier over the car and the right side of our vehicle has been damaged, and these people here aren't even guilty about their mistake and are talking rudely to us, not giving proper reasons for their mistakes. Also the manager is irresponsible and hasn't arrived to the spot yet. It's been more than an hour now and we are still here on the road without getting any proper solution.
I don't think innocent people like us who are paying proper toll should suffer like this.
Please look into the matter and arrange for the losses.

I waited on the vigakhet toll plaza for more than 10 minutes still i had to pay the toll tax. When i asked the toll operator that there he is not authorized to take toll tax after 2.50 minutes still he rudely rejected my request and i being my family did not argue with him and i request my money back.

Fastag is introduced to reap the benefits of getting through tolls fast. But on orr hyderabad particularly gachibowli, the time taken on toll plaza is nearly 10 minutes each day. This happens even on fastag lanes as it is not exclusive to fastag owners. Why would someone be motivated to own a fastag if they are not able to move through tolls fast? Please make fastag lanes exclusive to fastag and this would boost the sales of fastag and even customer benefits because of this.

As we bought fastag card for moving fast through all toll but from now we are getting trouble in all toll gates because there is no separate line for fastag user before we were liking to travel by car but after looking to this issue we are fed up of fastag card kindly look into the issue and do the needful toll gates are travelling from bangalore to mangalore.

I am rajiv purandare working with rotomag motrs and controls p. Ltd, 2102, vitthal udyog nagar, anand, gujarat requesting you to allow monthly toll pass at vasad toll gate.

My residential address is as follow :

C-12, anand mangal society, kamlanagar, ajwa road, vadodara - 390019

As i am daily up and down from my residence to anand, toll tax at vasad toll gate is rs 175/- (To and fro) per day costing rs 4550/- per month apart from fuel cost which is very very high for the middle class privet job employee like me. I am aware that there is a clause of 20km distance between registered vehicle address and toll gate for concession. I also knew that the distance from my home is higher then the nhai guideline (Rule 9, clause 3), but as a spacial case and since i am daily up and down for my job, i request you to please allow me a monthly toll pass.

Please find enclosed herewith following documents for your ready reference.

Looking to the above, i request you to please allow / issue monthly pass from vadodara to anand at vasad toll tax.

On 14 feb 2019 at around 3.00 pm i was going to ranchi airport from ramgarh. Between route there is one toll gate plaza. Where i produce my identity but one staff refused to exemption as he told this id card card in not valid as it is temporary i card which was issued to me on occasion of my promotion as its takes minimum of four month to issue permanent i card with new rank. I have also shown him authority letter but his attitude was very bad which hurts my dignity as i am indian soldiers. After huge discussion on direction of manger he left me to go. Due to this time taking decision by the authority of toll plaza i reached airport late and missed my flight. And i faced lots of financial loss. And also late reported to my unit ex leave. So its a humble request please direct or teach nhai staff about icard type. And validation.

Fastag lane queue at walaja toll plaza always stands for more than 1 km and to cross that toll it is taking more than 30 minutes, it is being very regular. Whereas cash paid toll lane's are free.

This is really ridiculous that fastag people are suffering of this practice.

Desired resolution: desired action to be taken to the irresponsible toll authorities who always fail to clear the queue of fatag lane

Our institute's (Dr. Vikhe patil foundation pune) volvo car no-mh-16 ba 6699 was passing from sangamner (Maharashtra) toll plaza on 18th feb.2019 at 9.40 a. M. There was no fastag scanner available at toll plaza & the staff namely mr. Mukesh mahajan (Supervisor) behaved very rudely & was very harsh.

We request you to kindly look in to it and do the needful.

Sir this complian regarding tantiwas toll plaza near jaipur rajasthan at the time of 4:08 am on dated 18/02/2019 only two line in working when in one line i. E. Line 7 is stuck by overload truck still they don't start and didn't take fast action so i wait more than 20 mins. So there are very careless and miss management.
Kindly take appropriate action.

I am on my way to hyderabad from kurnool. Why do we have to pay toll fee when the other road is on repair and there is only single road and it road was on repair for almost 25 kms. This happened near bhootpur. This is really worst service from nhai. Atleast the toll charges have to be waived off. This is not the correct way to collect charges for no service at all...

Sir i am a respectable citizen of this country i want to draw your attention towards the fact that the toll authorities are allowing the big vehicles to pass through the lane applicable only for small vehicles which is creating a lot of problem for us. This is also causing a lot of jam on the toll plaza and it is consuming a lot of time. The fact that they are also using abusive language also is a major concern. I wish that our problem should be looked in and an prompt action should be taken.

Public toilets near bijapur allamatti nh 13 toll booth is not mantianed.. Pathatic i feel.. No power no water.. No doors.. Worst maintained.. It was very problematic for ladies.. That to next to toll booth they are not maintained. Modi is saying against your policy where is swacch bharat program. No public toilet. Please request to take action asap.

I am writing this email in regard with the toll tax charged from disable ic (Invalid carriage) passing car by yamuna expressway, uttar pradesh, agra toll plaza.

Sir, my name is mehul gupta. I am disable person and i am having my tata zest car which is under ic (Invalid carriage) passing number gj01 ic 0879. Ic series is only allotted to modified cars for those who are disable.

Sir, i had very bad experience with the toll tax people during my journey. I had started my journey by my car from ahmedabad to uttar pradesh via abu road on 9th feb.2019. And every toll booth i had shown my rc and explained every toll booth person that ic passing car is exempted from toll tax by central government. But no toll booth person was aware with this rule and after 5 to 10 minute explanation and asking to their seniors, they exempted my car from the toll tax. It took me 5 to 10 minutes on every toll booth.

On 12th feb. 2019 (Tuesday) i went to mathura through yamuna express way, on yamuna express way around 9:50 am the toll booth person asked for toll tax and same process i followed and explained that ic passing modified cars are exempted from tax but he did not want to listen and he called his senior and his senior also said that this is the private toll tax we will not allow you to go without paying toll tax and if you want to talk to our senior you have to go to noida as our office is there.. They behaved very badly... Finally i paid the toll tax 140/- rs because other cars also in the queue. I have attached the toll tax paid slip for your reference...
Note: all the toll booths, i showed my rc.

Sir, my concern is not with the tax which i paid, my concern is with the difficulty which i faced due to lack of awareness of toll plazas and their toll booth people..
I request you to do needful for that and kindly make a circular that every toll plaza staff should be aware to this, which help other disable people who go with their ic passing cars, will not face this difficulty which i faced.

There are several barricades placed on the highway between bengaluru and chennai. While i understand that these have been installed with the view of increasing safety, i strongly feel that it makes the roads more dangerous. Cars travel at high speeds on the highway, and it is dangerous to have these barricades constantly on the way. Please do the needful and remove these obstructive barricades.

I was passing through dasna toll plaza,
The operators at dasna toll plaza have collected unreasonable and unauthorized charges and using abusive language and misbehaving with me, it is like they are extorting money from customer illegally, they were also about to torture me physically which demotivated me and hurt my dignity and made me to complaint for them.
I have to pay toll charges at 2 places within the distance of 1 km which is highly unreasonable and unjustified.
Please resolve this complaint as soon as possible because it is a matter of concern for common public, we are suffering a lot,
We have our hope with you because you have the authority to redress our grievances.

On 14/02/2019 morning crossed TALAPADY toll naka, I was debited Rs 40.00 but while coming back at 5.10 PM, the same toll company debited Rs 15.00 in fastag as well as collected rs 40.00 in cash once again saying there is no balance in account; when in fact, there was balance present of 275.00 after deducting rs. 15.00. I tried explaining to the employee but he misbehaved. We were made to wait for nearly ten minutes and had to pay Rs. 40. Please go through record, credit amount of rs 40 to axisbank fastag account.

At toll plaza gharounda, karnal, haryana, when we give toll they deduct for 205 km and deduct rs. 120.00 which is wrong because everybody does not go to 205 miles.. Some persons go to chandeigarh and take trun from ambala. Thhus he traveles only gharounda to ambala while he paid for 205 km.. This is wrong policy and should be rectified and take the charge for the distance which a persons covers on nhai road.

Please construct the sevrage system on side of highway flyover.. All the nearby flyover severages are construct on time. Only one sewerage is pending on highway taraori flyover. Road condition is very bad
. Rain water comes from upper flyover and stores on service road. There is no place for waste water to drainage. Working of drainage severage pending from 5 years nobody is taking responsibility of this work. We need to keep our country clean. But with this type of progess we can not. Nhai is charging a toll tax to repair the roads and severage system made on highway. To keep roads clean and perfect. But this is very bad thing they made flyover and service road but no any option for severage or darinage of water. Which also effect the service road. Please send the inspection officer to see the actual site on this location taraori highway.

I belong to village kang sahbu which is located on newly four landed pratappura (Jalandhar) - moga road, nh703. There is a school named national model high school in my village on the other side of the road and my village children face alot of difficulties in crossing the road and it always poses a life threatening risk to cross the road. It's our villagers demand that a footbridge is built that can put the students at ease and also other villagers who want to cross the road.

Fastag is introduced to facilitate the commuters but there is no management. All users are allowed in the fastag only lane at gharaunda (Karnal) highway. Well this situation is same at every toll plaza. Neither the instructions are visible to distant passengers nor the travellers try to make it out in which lane they have to go. Kindly install boards of lanes at the starting of dividers or make your employees manage better. This is matter of sheer negligence and utter annoyance.
