Condition of national highway NH -48 is worst even regularly paying toll at plaza. Between Manser to Bawal it is badly broken, also service road in badly wrost condition. Due to bad condition of road their is always traffic jam on it . Some of the worst pathhole you come across and leads to many accidents on regular basis.
So it is requested to NHAI department, pls look in this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible

Today at 12:40 am i passed through kalajhar NH 7 tollplaza. . Firstly its was not working properly. I standed for about 10 min in one lane because there fasttag reader was not working and then they asked me to shift to other lane and when i shifted. To another one then also there fastag reader take about 4 5 min and after waiting for so long n discomfort they are misbehaving with me abusing and treating very badly

They are charging extra amount in no fastag lane and if we are telling them its wrong so they are miss behaving with us and although they were drunk in their duty hours is this the way to treat all the traveler's. I request you to guid them properly and teach them some manners beacuse it's a shame for us if any tourist will face this kind of problem.

Condition of national highway NH -27 if worst even regularly paying toll at plaza. Company is not at all maintaining the road. Feels like some state highway are better then this NH 27. One the worst pathhole you come across and leads to many accidents on regular basis.

Fasttag se toll ktne k bad hr gadi ko kante pr chadaya jata h or agar 200 se 500 kg bhi wajan jyada hota h to unse bhi overloading k name pr avedh vasuli ki ja rahi h . Or with receipt 2000 se 3300 tk ki demand ki jati h and without receipt k 1000rs tk ki vasuli ki ja rahi h or agar. Underload h to bhi jabran 8 se 10 log hr toll pr lathi dande le kr sarab pi kr apsabd kahte h and jabaran overloading bata kr pese vasulte h jisse kai truck wale pareshan hote h . Local gadiyo ko kuch nhi kaha jata h. Lekin jo bahar jile ki ya other state ki gadiya hoti h unse galat vyavhar kiya jata h. Jabki fastag me hi ek bar me kai jyada pesa toll k name pr le liya jata h to 200 se 300 kg agar gadi me mal jyada ho ya barish ki wajah se wajan bad jata h to is prakar ki avedh vasuli kyu ki ja rahi h. Yah same complaint cm helpline me bhi ki ja rahi h . Kyuki truck and logistics se hi sari chijo avm aarthik arthvyavstha me bahut jyada yogdan h agar is prakar ki illegal chije band nhi hui to iska vyapak asar dekhne ko mil sakta h . Kyuki truch wale agar gadiya band kr denge to govt ko toll tax walo ko kahi se bhi revenue nhi praprt hoga so please cooperate kiya jaye avam avedh vasuli band krwayi jaye tatha driver bhi insan h din rat mehnat krte h to thoda sa izzat se pesh aya jaye. आदरणीय महोदय,
चरणस्पर्श ! आपको सादर अवगत करना चाहता हूं की राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद कन्नौज की तहसील छिबरामऊ के ग्राम विशुनपुर-हसिलपुर में अनाधिकृत तरीके से भूमि का अधिग्रहण राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के अधिकारीयों द्वारा आपने निजी स्वार्थ एवम कुछ व्यापारीयों को फायदा पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से भू-खण्ड का अधिग्रहण किया गया है जिसको रोकना ही न्यायसंगत होगा। महोदय आपका ध्यान निम्न बिंदुओं पर केंद्रित करना चाहता हूं –
1. यह है की जनपद कन्नौज में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 289.00KM से 356.00KM तक के निर्माण के लिए 3 बार राजपत्र जारी किया गया है प्रथम राजपत्र 3A का प्रकाशन दिनांक 10/09/2017 को (4/6 लेन निर्माण हेतु) किया गया था जिसका बाद में 3D प्रकाशन हिंदुस्तान समाचार पत्र में दिनांक 01/04/2018 में (4/6 लेन का) किया गया था। इसके उपरांत नवीनतम अधिसूचना धारा 3A का प्रकाशन हिंदुस्तान समाचार पत्र में दिनांक 20/8/2020 को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग (सड़क चौड़ीकरण/4 लेन) में किया गया एवम संशोधित 3D का पुनः प्रकाशन राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग (सड़क चौड़ीकरण/4 लेन निर्माण हेतु) दिनांक 06/01/2021 में किया गया था जोकि हिंदुस्तान समाचार पत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया था।

2. यह है की नवीनतम अधिसूचना की धारा 3 D दिनांक 06/01/2021 के अनुसार जनपद कन्नौज में 4 लेन तक के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अधिग्रहण किया जाना है तथा इस अधिसूचना के अनुसार संपूर्ण राजस्व ग्राम विशुनपुर--हासिलपुर को अधिग्रहण मुक्त कर दिया गया है। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग (सड़क चौड़ीकरण/4 लेन) के निर्माण का कार्य 3D अधिसूचना दिनांक 06/01/2021 के तहत ग्राम विशुनपुर–हसिलपुर में पूर्ण हो चुका है, एवम (सड़क चौड़ीकरण/4 ) के निर्माण कार्य में 3D अधिसूचना के तहत किसी भी भू-स्वामी की भूमि का किसी भी प्रकार से अधिग्रहण नहीं किया गया है।

3. यह है की जनपद कन्नौज की तहसील छिबरामऊ के ग्राम विशुनपुर-हासिलपुर में ही परियोजना से हटकर भूमि का अधिग्रहण आपने निजी स्वार्थ एवम कुछ व्यापारियों को फायदा पहुंचाने की नियत से ग्राम विशुनपुर-हसिलपुर में प्रथम 3D प्रकाशित अधिसूचना दिनांक 01/04/2018 के तहत भूमि अधिग्रहण किया जा रहा है, ग्राम विशुनपुर-हसिलपुर में प्रथम अधिसूचना के तहत कुल 29 गाटा संख्याओं का अधिग्रहण किया जाना था किंतु राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के अधिकारीयों की मिलीभगत से 27 गाटा संख्याओं को छोड़कर केवल 1 व 2 गाटा संख्या का ही अधिग्रहण किया जा रहा है इसमें भी गाटा संख्या 1 व 2 में संपूर्ण भूमि का नही केवल कुछ चुनिंदा भू-स्वामियों की भूमि का ही अधिग्रहण किया जा रहा है। इस भूमि अधिग्रहण से करोड़ों रुपया का अतिरिक्त खर्चे का भार प्राधिकरण एवम भारत सरकार पर पड़ेगा जोकि हमारे प्यारे भारत देश के टैक्स का पैसा है जिसको किसी अन्य निर्माण कार्य में भी उपयोग किया जा सकता है ।

4. यह है की माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वाद यूनियन ऑफ इंडिया बनाम डाक्टर कौशाला शेट्टी के वाद में कहा गया है की यदि कोई अधिसूचना निकली जाती है तो उसमे बहुत ही कुशल जानकारों की राय शामिल होती है अर्थात नवीनतम अधिसूचना के अनुसार यदि ग्राम विशुनपुर-हासिलपुर को छोड़ दिया गया है तो उसका अधिग्रहण भूतपूर्व अधिसूचना के अनुसार नही किया जाना चाहिए।
माननीय उच्च न्यायालय उड़ीसा के वाद संजीव कुमार शर्मा बनाम यूनियन ऑफ इंडिया के निर्णय में नवीनतम अधिसूचना को ही स्वीकार किया गया है
अतः महोदय आप से हाथ जोड़कर विनती करते है की इस भूमि अधिग्रहण पर रोक लगाने की कृपा करे

National highway no 48 under boriach toll plaza, kharel chowkdi owerbridge road light close after 3 months, please start the road lights

There is till collection in Tanur - Tirur road that have no sign or ID of NHAI. They have no fast tag reader and they forcefully collecting money even though there is money in fast tag ( NH 66)
Please clarify and help

A staff member misbehaved with us by using vulgar language his name was rinku mishra we live in datia toll is located in datia this type of language is not acceptable please take action on him

ALEP main plaza 290 crossed my Scorpio s5 whose registration no. is BR06PE4445 It has charged 650 rs instead 115 rs on 02 sep 2022. Kindly refund the diffrence of 535 rs.

Sir I have passed my car on MR 10 road toll plaza on Date:27.08.22 Time-13:19
But toll plaza employee stopped me at force me to pay money for toll plaza but I have told him, I cross this toll plaza daily but no one ask about money and at that time so many cars passing on that toll even out of state car also, i have told them why you pass this cars without toll payment, but they misbehave with me and abuse me and told me its our rights and pressurise on me to pay toll payment,
I told them deduct money from my fast tag but they collect money in corruption way because they have no rights to take toll amount by car

Untill I have paid toll Rs18/-
Sir I request you to please stopped such kind of things because this toll plaza has no rights collect money by car
And they are not using fast tag scanner also

As I am a local resident in Salem when I entered Salem toll plaza they charged double the amount for single entry which is 80 rupees and i paid 200 rupees and they ignored to give the remaining balance.. as they said it's regular fee which is not true.. then they use abusive words also

While going in my own Tata nexon vehicle with my wife on NH16 near Singarayakonda PS purview on 22nd July 2022, I met with an accident at night hours 2.30am purely because of improper maintenance of NH. A single unmarked cement barricade placed in the middle of road where no traffic divider exist for a long stretch of road. As no radiant or even normal identity mark exist on the barricade I hit it at a speed of 70 to 80km speed and my car engine got damaged fully allowing air balloons to hit both o[censored]s - one way saving us but we could not relieved of pains till now. Once accident met car in midst of NH, a speeding bus thrashed the left side of car while we are in car!! We're still in that trauma of accident!!! I lost my car of rs.8.37 lak because of this small traffic barricade on a cement road stretch on NH16 in Singarayakonda PS limits in AP. Request your immediate action in this regard n sanction of eligible compensation for the loss incurred by me . Please note we paid toll fee all through the toll gates. I think this is fee we are paying for our safety while traveling on NH. So I'm justified in seeking compensation!! Pl acknowledge and confirm your action plan!!

Very Big Pot holes on road and continues traffic due to that on that road daily.
And due to all those pot holes vehicle is also damaging and consuming more guel and that causes pollution and that is causing directly climate change.

Surapattu toll plaza in tamilnadu near chennai, roads of the toll plaza which is not maintain properly, the roads having more pits and damaged for more than 2 years. Toll plaza having many unauthorized persons in the toll both and manager's are not in shift leaving this unauthorized persons in toll plaza as his representative.

चमारी आटा उकासा टोल बूथ पर अव्यवस्था के कारण दुर्घटना रोकने जन मानस की जान को खतरे से बचाने के लिए टोल बूथ मैनेजमेंट सुधार की आवश्यकता है ।

दिनांक 31 /08 /2022 समय लगभग 7:40 AM से 8:00AM पर
एक ट्रक toll gate पर प्रवेश करता है । ट्रक का fastag black लिस्ट होने के कारण टोल tax कर्मी द्वारा ट्रॅक को बापस बैक करने के निर्देश दिए जाते है
जबकि टोल पर बैक to back व्हीकल्स की लंबी कतार हो जाती है । उस दशा में क्या कोई वाहन कैसे पीछे जा सकता है ।
ट्रक के जस्ट पीछे वाहन है । ट्रक ड्राइवर बिना कंडक्टर की सहायता के ट्रक को पीछे करता है । जिससे पीछे वाले वाहन में टक्कर हो जाती है । गाड़ी में बैठे लोगों की जान को तथा गाड़ी में नुकसान होता है । टोल बूथ मैनेजर की इस अव्यवस्था के कारण गाड़िया बड़े हादसे2 की शिकार हो रहीं हैं ।
ब्लैक list fastag होने की दशा में व्हीकल को forward move करने के निर्देश होने चाहिए toll पेनल्टी सहित बसूलो । लेकिन लोकल टोल management के कारण गाड़ियां पीछे करा कर lane बदलने का नियम प्रभावी है । जो NHAI toll manual guideline के विपरीत हैं । मेरी निवेदन है कि toll पर backward movement of vehicle को पूर्ण रूप से बंद करना चाहिए ।

ऐसी घटना 31अगस्त 2022 को आटा उकसा चमारी टोल पर घटी । toll बूथ के 7:40 am से 8:00 am के कैमरा रेकॉर्डिंग में देखा जा सकता है ।
बहुत बड़ी दुर्घटना हो सकती थी ।
Toll पर मौजूद पुलिस, ambulance, अन्य सहायता के तत्पर नहीं रहते । टोल पर गुंडो bouncers का अधिक बोलवाला रहता है । टोल पर गुंडई दबंगई व्याप्त है । toll प्रशासन ऐसी घटनाओं पर मौन हैं
शिकायत के उचित निवारण हेतू । toll booth की लोकल मैनेजमेंट टीम को ये निर्देशित किया जाय कि कोई भी वाहन किसी भी दशा में Backward नहीं जाएगा । टोल गेट से समीप पहुँचने पर केवल Forward pass दिया जाए। Fastag ok या black list । पेनाल्टी बसूलो ।लेकिन गाड़ी forward जाएगी । यदि ये व्यवस्था हो जाए तो दुर्घटनाओं को बचाया जा सकेगा ।

शिकायत उचित कार्यवाही हेतु प्रेषित।

Do Change and Release New Advisory Guidelines FOLLOW RULES OF NHAI प्रोटोकॉल। लोकल प्रोटोकॉल से संचालित आटा टोल बूथ पर आधिकारिक जांच कराई जाय।

Washing of sand of loaded truck on service road have damaged the road badly. Approximately 150 meter area is now very risky to pass vehicle.
Location - ByPass square Dhanwantri Nagar, Jabalpur, MP towards Tilwaraghat road after 200 meter.

I am using monthly pass issued by NHAI to travel from Manesar toll to Gurugram my office. I have recharged to renew my pass on 31st Aug 2022 at 11 am (which was expired on 30th Aug 2022) and received the confirmation from IDFC gateway regarding the confirmation of payment of Rs. 875. But still that monthly pass is not reflected in my Fast tag account. I have stuck on toll plaza at late night with family due to this issue and i have paid twice the amount again by doing recharge.

I have escalated the compliant with all 3 parties involved in this process IDFC, HDFC and NHAI through their customer care no. but nobody is registering my compliant and blaming to others.

1. Starting from all access roads (Madavaram, Ambattur, Maduravoiyal) to the entire stretch including the toll plaza, the roads with potholes, undulated roads, patch roads are seen
2. Proper scanning of fast tag and other basic facilities including toilets (locked) are absent in the toll plaza, the Staffs are very rude and undisciplined....
