Washing of sand of loaded truck on service road have damaged the road badly. Approximately 150 meter area is now very risky to pass vehicle.
Location - ByPass square Dhanwantri Nagar, Jabalpur, MP towards Tilwaraghat road after 200 meter.

I am using monthly pass issued by NHAI to travel from Manesar toll to Gurugram my office. I have recharged to renew my pass on 31st Aug 2022 at 11 am (which was expired on 30th Aug 2022) and received the confirmation from IDFC gateway regarding the confirmation of payment of Rs. 875. But still that monthly pass is not reflected in my Fast tag account. I have stuck on toll plaza at late night with family due to this issue and i have paid twice the amount again by doing recharge.

I have escalated the compliant with all 3 parties involved in this process IDFC, HDFC and NHAI through their customer care no. but nobody is registering my compliant and blaming to others.

We request your kind attention about bad road condition of Surapattu Toll road
1. Starting from all access roads (Madavaram, Ambattur, Maduravoiyal) to the entire stretch including the toll plaza, the roads with potholes, undulated roads, patch roads are seen
2. Proper scanning of fast tag and other basic facilities including toilets (locked) are absent in the toll plaza, the Staffs are very rude and undisciplined....

Sir road condition from vapi to surat highway NH8 is very bad accidents accours due to Road conditions...

My sister was traveling from hisar to Agroha and came back to hisar on the same day. While going towards Agroha she need to cross the toll called "Landhari Toll Plaza". When she was passing the toll, though my fastTag was operational and also in the wallet enough amount was available, the toll person intentionally said the tag is not working and took double the amount as cash which is 180 rupees(90 + 90). When my sister opposed, they rudely behaved with her. While coming back from Agroha to hisar they took same amount i.e. 180 rupees. We have already gone from Chandigarh to hisar a day before that day and also the day after that day, the tag was perfectly fine and working.
Total amount taken by us on the same day of 2 way journey is 360 rupees (180 + 180). We want our deceived amount refunded and also strict action to be taken again them.
Please find the attached details of the wallet along with the timeline and the receipt of the amount that I have paid along with penalty. I hope with this complain I will get justice and take necessary action against the toll.

Vadodara to bharuch highway road under NHAI. Has requested to provide better way of street light during night, because last 2 month tarsali Bypass overbridge street light is stop, no one responsibility for the street lights so public facing problem for this area and where is their officer of NHAI to take responsibility for them, I think public have pay toll tax so you have to be provide better facilities to public for all time, so I request to the urgently start street light for all nights, kindly help for this .

हम 40 दिन 22 जून से 3 अगस्त 2022 तक ऑस्ट्रेलिया यात्रा पर थे। इस बीच घर बन्द, कार बन्द, सभी लॉक में फास्टैग गाड़ी में अंदर लगा है । फिर बबीना सेमरी टोल प्लाजा पर 4 जुलाई को रात्रि 23:55 पर टोल टैक्स 115 रुपये फास्टैग से कट गए है।

I travelled on ghamroz toll plaza yesterday 4 times means to and fro 2 times and have been charged 115, 60, 115 and 115. How is it possible . I stay in Gurgaon sector 54 and ghamroz toll plaza is 18 km from my location..still how can you charge 405 rs in total. It is shocking .it is in the sam day and if return is 175 rs I should have been charged 175 regardless of how many trips in undertake in 24 hra. This is obnoxious and refund should be made to my account ASAP.

At chalageri toll near Ranebennur karnataka bpoth no 10 @ 12:20 AM i just told about road condition...he misbehaved with me also tend to attack me

On 26 aug 2022 i was travelling through KMP Expressway from REVASAN cut to plawal.I asked at toll whether its read my fast-tag and they said yes meanwhile I recharge my fast-tag but at exit at PALWAL cut it deduct 245 insted of 45 rs. so it is req to return my amount back as soon as possible.

Un neccessary toll deduction on two consecutive Suhndays

I have shown toll free pass konkan ganeshostav 2022 for my car 22BH2996A at Talegaon Toll Plaza on 28/08/2022 still my FASTTAG is debited for Rs.203/- vide challan no.MAKGN254AN4100026. Kindly refund my toll amount

The entire stretch of roads after crossing Adilabad towards nagpur there are so much of pot holes and very bad quality of roads for this kind of road i have been charged several road toll plaza changes that too from Rs. 100 to Rs. 50 each tolls.

Toll plaza - 1. kelapur, 2. Pippalwada

But there is no proper maintenance of roads all the public vehicles are facing huge difficulties in this worst road.

Hence pls take necessary action immediately. Don't collect toll on these roads untill you provide good condition roads.

On 11 Aug, I was travellng from dewas to Indore around 7:30PM, Near to Kshira one by one new Tryes of My Vehicle were fully tear and busted due to damaged road. I was travelling with family and by God grace nothing happed serious other then tyre damages.
Later with the help of near by Police station people, we have filled ip Damage section which was nearly 1 feet in depth and many other vehicle around 20-25 were damaged till this time. Police tried calling toll people by no one responded and finally tehy helped in filled damage section. Till date, the condition is poor of entire road and I been incurred into loss of 30000.00 due to trye replacement. I request respective ministry for quick resoluion and compensation against our loss, since we are regulary paying toll tax as a good citizen

Vashi Naka toll Naka always have long traffic jam while going to Navi Mumbai to Mumbai and return.

Can you make rule to take Toll once either at entry or Exit, (For entry and Exit)
This will save Traffic jams, save fuel and time.

our pipe line going 1 form to other farm this pipe line was damage and broken by NHAI contractor during excavations of soil plz replace my pipe line

On 24 th of Aug 2022 I travelled to Kathua and crossed Thandikhui toll plaza and I got a message of payment deduction of Rs 155 of Bann toll plaza Udhampur.
After returning again I crossed the thandikhui toll plaza and I paid 160 cash at the counter due to low balance shown by the staff inspite of having Rs 300 in my paytm wallet and I got the payment deduction message of Rs 75 of Nashri Toll Plaza Ramban and Rs 80 at Bann toll plaza Udhampur.
Same has happened with me on 12th of Aug 2022
Kindly look into it and help me in getting out of this harassment from NHAI otherwise I have to take legal action in this matter
