I was driving from manesae to Gurgaon, and the toll showed the fastag blacklisted. I was told that I would have to pay with penalty if fastag not working. I was made to manually exit the toll and wait for them to assess. In meantime the toll was deducted from my fastag, despite I was given edit manually and waiting for the person so check details. I was lucky to be traveling with the mobile that was linked to fastag, and sms came immediately....

I just crossed walaja toll on 14/Aug/22 @4:05 pm...they took more than 20 mins to clear the fasttag lane i just asked why before that I had horn ...for that one employee came and fighting and using bad words and asking my address to kill me...i took a video too for your reference i am attaching too...if your not taking action against him i will suite a file and i will give a complaint against him in a police station...he need to suspend and...

We were traveling between Ghaziabad to Ajmer and there were so many cattles on the road making it unsafe as vehicle are at high speed. This issue is worst between jaipur to Ajmer and back. Kindly take serious action to avoid accidents....

I had a round trip from Badli to Kundli on KMP Flyover on 11th August 2022. My toll deductions are Rs 245 from Badli to Kundli and Rs 145 from Kundli to Badli, whereas one side toll charges were Rs 100 only. I am attaching my fastag statement, please take necessary actions against this behaviour.

Sivaya Toll plaza is delaying for 2-3 minutes even not the peak hours
According to the rules published by NHAI if vehicle is delayed for more than 10seconds then toll will not be charged

After asking that no toll would be charged they are saying “rules are not meant for us”...

I crossed lakhanpur toll tax at 9:50pm on13/8/22 my no. Is jk o8 they can’t deduct money because it falls under 20km radius and when i asked them for refund they denied by saying once money is deducted from fastag it can’t be refunded I informed plaza manager ashok sharma and supervisor or as they were saying by the name of ajay there reply were same …I just want you to kindly refund my money or else I have take legal action against...

I am a resident of village Chandbaja district Faridkot (Punjab). My village is on National Highway 54. The lights on the highway in my village are off since last year. Despite many complaints to the toll officials, the lights have not been repaired. We request you to take the complaint into consideration and resolve it.

Hi Team,

I travelled on Nuh toll plaza from Palwal to Nuh on[protected] at night around 10.00 PM. When I entered on toll plaza and asked that pls captured my fastag but they said yes recorded and when I exited from Nuh exit point and the toll cost is 45 for my journey but they charged today 200 INR for whole journey from my fastag account. This is not the first time. Pls help me to get my money back and take necessary action...

I used Ghot toll to go and return from Nashik to Igatpuri journy. I crossed Ghoti toll plaza at around 4.00pm on 12/8/2022 and return by same day around 5.20pm but both time i charged by 135rs i.e. Total charged paid 270 for only within 2hrs time.

Yesterday I was coming from jaipur to bundi with all my family members on NH52 . I was driving the car.
After crossing devli there is a bridge between devli to pech ki bauri. ( पेच क़ी बावड़ी ).
There a mahindra pick up came to my side by an un authorised cut in front of me. The driver was totally stupid. Any how i succeeded to save me and my family.

I was traveling back from chandi mandi toll plaza. The toll person told me that my fast tag balance is not sufficient and asked for double money. I told him that money is sufficient but he told me to pay double money (cash). After i crossed the toll plaza i got a message of money deduction from my fast tag. While traveling on NH-130 we are continuously facing problem regarding domestic animals especially cows there heard is sitting on the road and not letting us to maintain our speed and while travelling in night sometimes we are not even able to see there heard from far distance which leads to jerk braking which is very dangerous sometimes so please try to do something about this...

My self kk Reddy traveling from kadiri to Hyderabad on[protected].my fastag was working in all toll gates but kasepalli toll gate andhrapradesh was not working and their mechine was not working and they were behaving very badly and asking to purchase new fastag.These guys tie-up with fastag sellers and asking to buy new fastag.same my fastag was working ine next tollgate Amakthadu.
