Journey from Ambala to Pune-
The toll counter at mahendergarh on NH152 stopped me 45 mins for taking money where the supreme court order says that serving officers are exempted from paying toll even while travelling in personal vehicle. Also they did not understand the basic english in letter to decode that we are exempted with the exemption pass yet the officials denied to accept it when explained.

I am a defense personnel and keep on travelling from one place to another as part of my duty. This complaint is regarding the Barajore Toll Plaza near Kanpur whose operators are adamant about deducting toll. While travelling in my car from Kanpur to Delhi on 12 Aug 22, I was told that I would not be exempted as I am not in uniform. However there is no document pertaining to defense personnel which says that the toll is exempted only in uniform. Again while coming back to Kanpur on 15 Aug 22 (This time I was in uniform), I showed him my identity card and he conveniently without telling anything deducted the toll from my fastag. Here are the messages of my deductions on the two days:

I am lodging a complaint in the consumer forum against the toll plaza. You can check that for the entire route no other toll has been deducted as I was under official duty.

My vehicle number is MH14GS7330 Wrongly add sum of Rs. 4000.00 to my fastag on 7th August 2022.

As I send request for refund the amount. But till date 10 days are passed, but the amount is not credited to my account.

Pl do the needful and credit the amount to my account urgently.

Road damaged opposite of ONGC plant, Hazira, Surat Gujarat on NH53. Due to this all passing vehicle through NH53 are being prone to accident. PLEASE DO NEEDFUL AT URGENT BASIS.

Extra 95 rs toll deducted at lakhanpur toll on the way to jammu

The toll is located in mid of city and in office times the equipment doesn't function properly. Why NHAI authorities silent on toll plaza proper management and technical upgradarion. It is highly making inconvenient to public which warrant highest authorities intervention.

I live in Kota Rajasthan and while going to Chittaurgarh Rajasthan i crossed through the Kota bypass toll which is already in Kota City. The toll was deducted from my account also while going to and coming back to Kota. Total of 75+35=110 rupees where deducted from my fastag account.

I had a talk to bank customer service also but no such refunds are given from there end.
I request you to please look after this issue ASAP.
As this may happened again if i cross the same toll again.
Take a strict action and make it correct.

Sir, today, I travelled from Loharu to Delhi via Bhiwani, Rohtak. Toll is collected at two points. One is Bamla toll plaza and other is Rohad toll plaza. Toll collected at Rohad toll plaza is justified as road condition was satisfactory but toll collected at Bamla toll plaza seems unjustified as road condition was poor. There were several speed breakers on the road. Please rectify the condition of road. My car number is DL1CAF5552. On speed breakers, car got hit from underframe several times on the road maintained under Bamla Toll plaza. If road condition can't be improved then kindly remove toll tax as like other roads in India.

I am daily travelling from Pune City to Hinjewadi, there is heavy traffic jam in chadani chowk, Navalay bridge and Ambegon area due NHAI road work please arrange any traffic signal or police in chadani chowk in the time 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm to resolve traffic issue.

NH4 which is Pune Bangalore highway which Is damaged a lot and have very rough patches from Gotur to Hattargi
At Hattargi toll they are collecting toll since ages but not managing the road properly and not maintaining as it to national highway level please look into this as early as possible

Mumbai Gujrat highway roads are got so damaged that it has become dangerous for all the life's.
It's got so bad that the AMBULANCE 🚑 is taking patients of heart patients will die due to heart attack after gone in that pot holes.
AN AMBULANCE 🚑 taking a pregnant woman will get in serious situations or even worst of that it's that dangerous for lives.
Sir please take an immediate action on this.

Due to road side shop namakal sudha maligai, Soil filled in road and leads vehicle accident

Respected Authority officer,
I am local and residence of sirohi city District Sirohi ( Rajasthan) 307001. As per NHAI and toll plaza rule local people residence within 20Km of that toll plaza get concession in that toll by making pass. So due regular need to use of that toll road I went to Uthaman toll plaza, Sirohi (Rajasthan )- 307001 at 12:00pm on 17 august 2022 to make pass with all necessary documents. The Uthaman toll plaza officer Shri Prem singh ji denied to make the concession pass for my car and the reason is that they denied the registration of certificate (RC) document because it is print out by digilocker app and I also showed them in electronic mode but they denied and said that it not applicable and not valid document . Uthaman toll plaza officer also said we don't valued Digilocker app documents. I also said that Orginal RC in card form is still under processing at District traffic officer, Sirohi and i need to go daily across Uthaman toll plaza. I also call at helpline number 1033 but still they are not accepting Digiloker document. Indirecty they are bothering and discriminating me because i have no approch as a common man inside the office o[censored]thaman toll plaza.
So my complain about not accepting Digilocker documents and not following the instruction of Government of India
Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as per notification / circular dated 17 December 2018( about document of digiloker). So its humble request to take proper action against Uthaman toll plaza sirohi and help us.

SDM High School Kharak Kalan Bhiwani (Haryana) had applied for School Bus Pass to Toll Plaza Naurangwad, Bhiwani (Haryana). Gazette notification of India under Part -II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) Dated 6 April, 2009, as per said gazette notification Provision has been made to provide passes in Rs.1000/- per month for school bus .
In this regard, the toll plaza officer was contacted with all the relevant documents, he said that there is no provision in our computer to give such pass.
In this regard, you are requested to issue an order to the said toll plaza to issue bus passes as per the rules issued by the Government of India as soon as possible. Please get the problem resolved soon.

I want to complain against Tangi toll plaza under cuttack district contractor SJEPL. I aM serving in the indian navy at Visakhapatnam. Recently on my visit home I was forced to pay toll tax despite showing them the lastest order by ministry of defence that serving personnel travelling in private vehicle are exempt from paying any toll. But the particular toll plaza employee were rude misbehaved and forced me to pay toll. I want the compensation of the amount the the harassment my family went through on the hands of that employee.

Huge hole form dahisar toll naka towards virar and vice versa n numbers of hole on the road which cause heavy to very heavy traffic many people have lost therir life and money cause by the accident due to holes on the road their is 1-2hrs traffic daily please look into the matter

Construction is very slow. No work in progress. So many potholes on road trucks stucks. So many accidents happen.
