Dear sir,

1. I am a serving soldier in the Indian Army. I was coming back from my home town on 01 Aug 2022 on completion of my leave. I was in my car number HR06AW4597. When I reached at palwal toll plaza on Kundali Manesar Palwal Express Hiway (Eastern Peripheral Hiway), I produced my Identity Card and requested for exemption of toll tax. But toll plaza employee told me that you have to pay toll taxes. They started misbehaving with me and told me this the only toll plaza in India where serving soldiers are not allowed for any exemption of toll tax. I was on a long journey by road and have to reach at my duty station on permitted time, so I have no option and I agreed to pay toll tax. But they charged Rs 560 including fine for No Fast tag. Receipt of payment is enclosed for your reference.

2. I contacted on NHAI toll free number 1033 on same day and told all about the matter. But they also favoured toll plaza and not contacted me again till date.

3. This toll plaza on the way to my home town and I will have to go there everytime whenever I will proceed on leave. So I am afraid of misbehavior of that toll tax employees and illegal toll taxes.

4. May I request your personal indulgence in this harassing behavior with a serving soldier and illegal toll tax charges. I shall be highly grateful to you if you can support me and take action against the above toll plaza employees in this regard.

When i used my brother's vehicle by crossing the Surapattu Toll Plaza, Redhills - Chennai, They have charged double amount by cash as well as on Fastag. They are cheating the consumers like your Fastag is not scanning well pls pay the amount by cash. And I have realized once i reach home the amount has been dedicated from (my his (my brother) Fastag and i paid by cash as well. This is a serious issue of mad practicing and cheating the citizens. Later stage i heard the same story from other peoples as well. This is a repeated issue please taken appropriate action against the Surapattu Toll Plaza Redhills - Chennai.

.Such a rude staffs should be penalised for their attitude and behaviour with customers ... They are spoiling name of NHAI

The Highway of NH48 roads between Ahmedabad and Surat are so bad that the travellers are getting literally harassed .It’s like driving on pot holes with roads in between.

It’s causing lot of inconvenience to the the travellers due to long traffic jams, damage to vehicles and increased fuel costs and pollution.
Still we have to pay the heavy toll for this kind highway.

I travel on 12 august in meerut Expressway same day return within 6 hour but not shown on display board of toll plaza and deduct my toll three time toll tax this is fully wrong and access. I see my fast tag transaction in my statement first transaction shown of 11 august 2022 and other two shown of 12 august 2022. I travel only 12 August nothing on 11 august this is fully fraud done with me toll plaza staff of meerut Expressway.
I request you please taken necessary action on meerut Expressway staff they done fraud with all vehicles and deduct excess toll tax. Please return my excess toll tax otherwise i gone consumer court.

Violation of 10 sec rule at devanahalli toll plaza..we waited more then 3min...we need immediate refund at any cost...and rude behaviour from toll employees.

I am going meerut from dehradun on 16.08.2022 and same day I returned from Meerut to Dehradun. I passed through Sivaya toll plaza. Rs. 110.00 deducted twice from my Paytm Fastag balance for round trip journey. My vehicle no. is UK07BA7248
Mobile no. [protected].Kindly refund the excess amount deducted by this toll plaza and blacklist this toll plaza for cheating...

Journey from Ambala to Pune-
The toll counter at mahendergarh on NH152 stopped me 45 mins for taking money where the supreme court order says that serving officers are exempted from paying toll even while travelling in personal vehicle. Also they did not understand the basic english in letter to decode that we are exempted with the exemption pass yet the officials denied to accept it when explained.

I am a defense personnel and keep on travelling from one place to another as part of my duty. This complaint is regarding the Barajore Toll Plaza near Kanpur whose operators are adamant about deducting toll. While travelling in my car from Kanpur to Delhi on 12 Aug 22, I was told that I would not be exempted as I am not in uniform. However there is no document pertaining to defense personnel which says that the toll is exempted only in uniform. Again while coming back to Kanpur on 15 Aug 22 (This time I was in uniform), I showed him my identity card and he conveniently without telling anything deducted the toll from my fastag. Here are the messages of my deductions on the two days:

I am lodging a complaint in the consumer forum against the toll plaza. You can check that for the entire route no other toll has been deducted as I was under official duty.

My vehicle number is MH14GS7330 Wrongly add sum of Rs. 4000.00 to my fastag on 7th August 2022.

As I send request for refund the amount. But till date 10 days are passed, but the amount is not credited to my account.

Pl do the needful and credit the amount to my account urgently.

Road damaged opposite of ONGC plant, Hazira, Surat Gujarat on NH53. Due to this all passing vehicle through NH53 are being prone to accident. PLEASE DO NEEDFUL AT URGENT BASIS.

Extra 95 rs toll deducted at lakhanpur toll on the way to jammu

Last 10-12 hours Traffic in NH 48

The toll is located in mid of city and in office times the equipment doesn't function properly. Why NHAI authorities silent on toll plaza proper management and technical upgradarion. It is highly making inconvenient to public which warrant highest authorities intervention.

I live in Kota Rajasthan and while going to Chittaurgarh Rajasthan i crossed through the Kota bypass toll which is already in Kota City. The toll was deducted from my account also while going to and coming back to Kota. Total of 75+35=110 rupees where deducted from my fastag account.

I had a talk to bank customer service also but no such refunds are given from there end.
I request you to please look after this issue ASAP.
As this may happened again if i cross the same toll again.
Take a strict action and make it correct.

Sir, today, I travelled from Loharu to Delhi via Bhiwani, Rohtak. Toll is collected at two points. One is Bamla toll plaza and other is Rohad toll plaza. Toll collected at Rohad toll plaza is justified as road condition was satisfactory but toll collected at Bamla toll plaza seems unjustified as road condition was poor. There were several speed breakers on the road. Please rectify the condition of road. My car number is DL1CAF5552. On speed breakers, car got hit from underframe several times on the road maintained under Bamla Toll plaza. If road condition can't be improved then kindly remove toll tax as like other roads in India.
