I Travelled fromLudhiana to Jalandhar on 27.12.2016 and made payment of toll tax of Rs 175.00 using debit card and asked for concession of 10% as promoted by government to promote cashless economy. I was told very rudely by the executive accepting toll tax that they had no policy of concession on e payment and hence no concession will be allowed to me even on making e payment. Still i went ahead and made payment using my debit card. This practice seems to be against the rules/advertisement given for promoting cashless economy. Proper implementation of rules is required

Sir, with reference to my ETC (fastag) account no. 20050114 and license plate no. TN29 AM7795, i am using the fastag at Krishnagiri (Tamilnadu) toll plaza. The autodetection of local pass amount accounting to Rs.235/- has been deducted for the month of December 2016 on 7.12.16 as the Union Government has announced that all the toll fees have been suspended due to demonetisation. Inspite of that, for the to and fro passing at the abovesaid toll plaza on 03.12.16, an amount of Rs.120/- (Rs.60+Rs.60) has been deducted on 24.12.16. Only hand-readers are used at the ETC lane and the details are uploaded at the toll plaza for a week or fortnight. So, there is delay in receiving the sms alerts regarding the deductions. I have approached the toll plaza staff in person and I faced a bitter experience in getting a suitable reply. No staff is able to reply about, why the amount has been deducted during the period in which the Union Government has suspended the toll fees due to demonetisation. As the system update is not proper and also not carried over as a day-to-day routine, these discrepancies occur. Along with me, there were more people stating the same complaints. Kindly pursue this as we, the citizens of India abide by all rules and inspite of that, suffer due to the lethargic attitude of the staff at the Krishnagiri (Tamilnadu) toll plaza

This is regards to toll plaza located at Palayam near Dharmapuri on NH44. On 23rd night while travelling towards bangalore at 10 pm, there was a huge pile up of traffic at this toll gate. It took almost 90 minutes to cross this toll. There was chaos and none from the toll collection agency were bothered to clear the traffic. The pile up was on both sides. What is the use of paying toll if we have to waste hours standing at toll gates. Hope NHAI will address this issue

My name is Madhu travelled Chennai to Trichy on 21/12/16.At Sengurichi toll plaza I paid return toll of R's.70 using my credit card but slip didn't come.They asked to pay by cash and told amount will be credited back to my account.But it didn't happen.After calling customer care also the response was very poor.Please do the needful and avoid such false commitment.

Dear sir,

Today, while traveling from vadodara to bharuch on nh8, at 0730 hrs, it took us 30 minutes to cross karjan toll booth. There were huge queue of vehicles at the toll.

Why the agency collecting toll
(1) is not deploying people with mobile terminal to collect the toll or

(2) deploy additional toll booth parallel to road

To speedup the toll collection.

Currently it is wasting lot of fuel and causing great inconvenience to the travelling people.

We kindly request you to give your valuable consideration to the matter.

Not accept 10 rupees coin at toll plaza khandela - ringus toll booth sikar Rajasthan I comp. on Raj jansampark no action. They said it is not an issue of state government you should complain central government. This is a big issue becoz no one accept even small seller also not accept it is not possible we can complain each and every time please do some action against this toll plaza.

After to days hospital treatment to my old 75 yar mother i was travelling towards my home @dhule mhs the representive of toll both at khalghat were not allowing me to save my mother from pollution of trucks and only bsy in statement of our lod truck i gave my car toll fee n serve time request them to clear me with my receipt. But they tried us very badly. They took toll fee n didnot gave us receipt.

When i was travelling today (14.12.16) on n. H 5 from bhadrak to bhubaneswar with my vehicle swift dzire (Od02ab9164), at 09.30am at manguli toll plaza stopped to pay toll fee, but on denial of having smaller currency denominations helplessly i was abused profusely and vulgar remarks heaped on me. Saddened with the rude and inhumane dealing by mr. Swain and others i really have severe mental anguish. I and my old uncle were cold shouldered and jostled roughly by mr. Swain and others. I can not collect me from this mental shock and trauma.

The news that toll collection is cashless & a 10% discount can be availed using cards is not implemented on ground. I was traveling to Mumbai on 10th Dec, when asked for accepting a card they bluntly said they don't have machines yet. While returning to Pune, I asked for accepting card then I was told there was no discount or anything. Surprising that was is advertised versus what is being implemented are not line. Unless there are mechanisms to ensure that the benefits come to ground level, these intermediaries will keep flouting the rules.

National Highway 2 is jammed near Sasaram Toll Plaza, Bihar due to congestion at the toll plaza . The road is one way and due to traffic and waiting trucks at the toll plaza car traveling has been hindered to a great extent and we cannot travel . We have been stuck in the jam for over 2 hours . The toll has to be stopped and the vehicles should be allowed to pass so that we can travel hassle free .

Hearing about accidsnts on yamuna expressway is nothing new but i wonder nothing has been done to even control it. There r boardson speed limits but no check on the vehicles that do not follow. How could this be a facility when it has become a way to death!
I also want to complain against the authority against their irresponsible behaviour. Last year on december when there hits fog on d highway i was driving along my husband. Just 20KMS from mathura toll we found a tata safari moving in a reverse direction that too speedily. On the toll we complained against this driver as this could lead to a major accident. But to our surprise the authority member said that the driver didnot carry cash, seemed he had come for a drive so he returned back taking a u-turn on d same road. When v insisted that y was he allowed to return he replied irresponsibly "sir this is usual here nothing new v send them back"
I cant imagine there r such activities going on on d highways. The irony is there is no authority yet made to check the recurrence of major accidents on yamuna expressway. A shame on our govt who has allowed a big project without assuring any security to its users. NHAI has no check on it n i wonder how the lives of innocents r put to danger just for money.
I had registered a complaint last yr too but seemed no response. Hearing about d accidents i could not stop myself from atleast bringing awareness to ppl to not to use the yamuna expressway as it has no assurance n no consideration for ur priceless life.

Farmers are not getting their compensation awarded by nhai in fair manner in the vadamalpeta mandal of chitoor district in andhrapradesh Chennai tirupathi highway where the land was acquired by nhai.only those paying bribes are getting money please help the farmers so many farmers are complaining about these to the higher authorities but no body responding

I am venkatesan .p current living in Acharapakkam Near Melmaruvathur, in our NH4 there many accident taking place due to shortage of four way road in our Acharapakkam Bazaar, this accident are taking place due to government Buses and other vehicle not coming through Acharapakkam Bazaar street, for accident taking place in Acharapakkam you can refer local police station at Acharapakkam, hence kindly consider this complaint and please lay four way road in our Acharapakkam Bazaar

Desite the rule for toll free until 24th Nov. We were forced to pay toll at NICE Road entering Tumkur from Bangalore NH4 entry 8 on Nov. 23 around 8 AM
The staff were rude and threatening and they said this is a private road not a government one. They forcibly collected Rs120 from us. I request you to enquire on this and take necessary action asap.
More than the money, it's the rowdy behaviour at toll collection that's unacceptable and needs strict action.

OLA and UBER are continiously charging Tolls from customers even when Govt. of India has exempted toll upto 21/Nov/2016. On complaining, they are saying we will refund only your toll and no action is being taken by them. Even the toll collected is not refunded till yet.
I mailed UBER regarding it and tried to talk to OLA customer care also but they were completely ignorant.

A copy of invoice is attached. I have many other invoices in which they have charged toll.

Just now crossed the toll plaza near sasaram the toll collectors are forcing the people specially the truck or lorry drivers to pay the toll but as per guideline of the government toll is free till 24.11.16 so please do the needful so that no inconvenience should happen for the movement of the public as there is much problem of change now a day but a good appreciate work done by the government

Central government has stopped tolls till the 18th of november. However i was forced to pay toll at a toll booth in bangalore on the way to mysore. He told the road is private, and talked in a rubbish way. I had to pay a toll of 53 rupees at the time of crisis, when we are trying to adapt with the problems created with the currency ban for the betterment of our nation.

As per govt no toll to be collected till 14th nov but still tolls are open and collecting money. Please take ab action. Please find the reciept details in aatched file. Plz let us know if its genuine or not genuine as well. We donot have a problem in payig the toll tax. But the peoblem is in news govt declared the statment no toll and toll companies still taking its leading to miscommunication. There should be valid reason also which ia not givwn by thw toll rwcoept person.

NHAI Team, this to bring to your notice that road from Mambakkam to ponamalle is very nasty and there is more number of patch works in the road which makes unsafety to drive in NH.If the road is not good how the NH team can collect Toll plaza charge from people. Really worst service on the particular highway which makes the people a lot of discomforntness. Kindly lay a road on this Lane for safety purposes and help the people. Thanks for your help.

On 06.11.2016 Sunday I travelled from Chennai to Neyveli. At around 7.00 pm, I reached Vikravandi Toll Plaza. There was a huge crowd of vehicles as two counters were shut and used for vehicles coming in the opposite direction. It took nearly 20 minutes to cross this plaza.
On top of that, the staff behaviour was very rude, when I enquired why they have blocked 2 counters even though the traffic in the opposite direction is not very much.
The Operator replied rudely and used foul language which is totally unacceptable mainly because this is the highest charging Toll Plaza in this route, but service is lowest.
TOLL RECEIPT NO. 1265730 dated 06/11/2016 19:04 hrs.
Never expected such bad service from GMR INFRA LTD., which I thought is a good company.
