On 06.11.2016 Sunday I travelled from Chennai to Neyveli. At around 7.00 pm, I reached Vikravandi Toll Plaza. There was a huge crowd of vehicles as two counters were shut and used for vehicles coming in the opposite direction. It took nearly 20 minutes to cross this plaza.
On top of that, the staff behaviour was very rude, when I enquired why they have blocked 2 counters even though the traffic in the opposite direction is not very much.
The Operator replied rudely and used foul language which is totally unacceptable mainly because this is the highest charging Toll Plaza in this route, but service is lowest.

Never expected such bad service from GMR INFRA LTD., which I thought is a good company.
