Toll Plaza at Nawabganj on Lucknow kanpur Highway NH 25 is charging Toll from Defence Personnel travelling in Private car despite of showing Identity card. Defence personnel have to move from one city to another in discharge of their duties and thus government has exempted them from paying toll even though they are travelling in private vehicles. Kindly instruct the Toll manager accordingly.

Ahmedabad to himmatnagar NH8 Highway road is at very bad condition, especially chiloda to himmatnagar. The road is not at all maintained although huge amount is collected as tolltax from common people.
Kindly take necessary action and provide us comfortable journey.

Why all authorities and police department are silent.I have always seen people demanding toll on NH 9 dasna hapur toll despite it is being removed from toll collection of NHAI.They even make fake receipt if some innocent person fulfil there demand.I have known this from long time that why I have not given but I am very fed up wid NHAI and UP govt officials.First step is to remove those toll boards and setup.Kindly do the needful its very urgent and I will be obliged.

We are sorry to inform you that we are facing some severe problem in recharging the Account by means of NEFT/RTGS from Union Bank of India
our principal banker..

When we are trying to recharge the account a challan is being generated from your website which mentions of all details of the Beneficiary Accounts
along with the name/account number and IFSC code, etc.

These particulars are necessary to register the beneficiary with Union Bank of India. To register the beneficiary the cooling period is 24 to 48 hrs,
which means if we register the beneficiary now, we can transfer the amount for recharge only after 24 hrs.

Now my contention is every time we need to recharge this Fasttag a new Account Number is generated by your website where as the other details
remains the same as before. Now again we have to newly register the same with Union Bank of India following the same procedure with the new
beneficiary account number and wait for 24 hrs to recharge by means of NEFT or RTGS. Here all teh details are as before except the beneficiary
account number is changed.

Our contention is that can not the account number be constant with the other details as we do in case of the different Fleet Card of various Oil
Corporations.

The process of registering the beneficiary for every recharge is cu-cumbersome and instead of making things simpler in this digital India age you are making things worse and complicated.

Even if we do the RTGS or NEFT from ICICI Bank Ltd account the same process will have to be followed except that in ICICI Bank the process of
registering a Beneficiary is fast withing few mins but the question is how many beneficiary of the same name with different account number you want
us to register.

We would request you to kindly look into this matter and find a solution to it at the earliest or else this Fasttag is useless for transporters like us.

An early actions and response will be highly appreciated

Dear sir, / Authority,
All the public specially the industrialist at manesar model township and the employess and villagers are facing so many problems at the kherli dhola toll plaza near Manesar, there are no such services given to the public and the staff always act like a Mafia and also the policemens there are taking undertable money to allow the big commercial trucks to take the material in illegal manner due to which public has to face long traffic jam problems.
Also they are allowing the VIP's cars to cross the toll plaza in wrong manner as they stop the opposite side lane just to make the vip car cross.

There have been increase in many number of road rage between the public and the toll staff as they act like mafias and also they dont have manners to deal with the public as they abuse to the public if they protest against the traffic jam and wrong vip movements.
We all Know that now a days the Manesar model township has increase in number of industries and companies their as most of the insduatrialist are moving towards Manesar from New delhi. The company employees are facing issues to reach the office on time and even the Industrialists.

We as a common man are very much troubled with the behaviour and management and traffic jam and road rage at Kherli dhola toll plaza.

There is no such problem in giving the toll tax at the toll plaza but the point is that the public should not face the problems and hummiliation from the staff and also they should provide the service to the public and should treat properly as we are not crossing the toll plaza at free of cost we are paying it for that and we should get the service.

But public wants this toll to be removed or shifted to bilaspur.
As we are fed up and tired from this toll plaza.

I request you to please take some serious measure on this.

I am facing lot of trouble in making the monthly toll card which is given to local people within 20km radius of the toll plaza. I am residing within 10km of the toll plaza. I have Pan Card, Voter ID, Privatized Bank Address Proof, Nationalized Bank Address Proof and the Car is Registered with the same address. They are not accepting Voter Id as address proof and neither they are accepting Privatized Bank Statement as Address proof and as well as Nationalized Bank Pass Book. They want minimum 6 months statement. I have 2 months of transaction recorded in my Pass Book but they still don't want to issue the Montly Toll Tax Card.

Sir please see to this matter it is quite inconvenient traveling from there to Kolkata for work purpose and paying daily Rs.135 for toll tax. I have to drop my children to school which is situated after the toll plaza and pay Rs.135 more. Sir this is my humble request to you please take necessary step to end my woes.

I have obtained FASTAG for my car from ICICI. Without using my TAG, I have been constantly charged with bogus transactions for the past few weeks.

I have raised many complaints about those transactions:

So far I had lost around Rs.380/-(6 bogus transaction) from my account and the bogus transactions are still not stopping. More than a month passed-by but was no response from NHAI for the complaints raised.

I have been calling ICICI fastag customer after every occurrence of bogus transaction..They put the blame on NHAI for not resolving the issue..

NHAI has a pathetic system in place...Its a waste of time & money for me..I thought FASTAG will save my time :-(

I'm a regular commuter of Chennai-bypass road NH-45. Vanagaram toll plaza. The road is not maintained properly though they collect huge sum of money from common people. During evening time they create lot of traffic to the public. I feel this toll has to be reviewed and necessary action should be taken to address the public needs. Thank you.

Dear sir,
Chennai to bangalore road conditions are very bad. It is not possible to travel in 80km speed. During humps and dumps while travelling, very figficuly to control the vehicle and bright chances to male accident.
Moreover during rainy season, it very difficult to drive. If some one overtske water flashes and loosing control
Many time complaint given at the toll and no use.
There is no meening to pay toll fee.
Kindly take necessary action and provide us comfort journey.

It is with great regret I would like to highlight the following potential injustice to the villagers of Kadekodi, Kumta Taluk, in Uttara Kannada district while undertaking four laning and widening of NH-66.
There was no public consultation in regards to creation of new Truck Terminal/Truck Bay or Truck Parking at Kadekodi.
Though NH policy categorically states that no Truck Terminal should be created within 5 km from town limits, it is being created within 5 km town limits of Kumta town contrary to NH's own policy.
It is rumoured that the contractor IRB Infrastructure is creating Truck Terminal at Kadekodi village against the public wish to save money for themselves as previously identified location calls for higher contractor efforts.
Kadekodi is a village consisting of poor people and people from backward and scheduled caste and their livelihood is being threatened due to Truck Terminal.
We request National Highway authorities to look at this daylight contravention of NH's time tested policy and take action against officials and the contractor creating this unwarranted situation.
So far emails sent to National Highway, Minister of Surface Transport Shri Nitin Gadkari, National Highway Project Director, Deputy Commissioner Uttara Kannada, District Incharge Minister Shri Deshpande, Member of Parliament Shri Anant Hegde have not received a response.
We believe that Truck Terminal should stay at the originally designated location of Holegadde (just 2 kn from the proposed location at Kadekodi) and that will affect no one.

I have a N/A plot at rajsamand rajasthan bearing plot number 26/2 on NH number 08 bearing name chanchal b. Parmar being NH is being expanded from 2 lane to 4 lane thats not the issue i am happy for that but the problem is Thier is being illegal construction constructed by sadbhav construction co ltd. Exactly in front of my plot not a single inch is left to go inside my plot that to its being N/A plot I had said to each n every concerned person for the same but no one showed me interest to solve my problem i had contacted from each level officer now pls show whats the way to solve my problem and now they had broken my wall for what reason i dont no but that to without my consern they even dont felt to contact me once for the same pls look into this matter now i am not getting what to do so please help me i will be very thankful to you i hope you will help me the best way i will be happy to help you for development of national highway as much its in my hand

they refused it ...
By showing xerox of some local news paper named "chandigarh kesari " in up .. ... they said we don't know about guidelines. .. contractor said to take money from u all ..u have to pay ...
Instead of listening my pleading they forced me to pay money beyond all means ...

I req u to take action against them ...why don't you issue an advisory to all ...
If this system is incompetent then shut this system down ...

i am writing this letter to inform you about the un authorised kiosk(fish stall..Tea shops etc, , ) business centers near nh at kochi very near to kumbalam junction, near toll plaza.So Many complaints have raised against this from public side and also a full page news came in a leading malayalam daily (mathrubhumi)2 months ago with photos.Daily lot of accidents are happening in this area due to these shop waste ..And highway drainage system also filled with fish waste and local hotel waste.
Even after so many complaints given national highway authority of cochin has not taken any action against it.
Kindly consider this as a humble request from the public and take necessary action to clean the area.

Our factory is on nh-62 near mogra khurd, we are facing serious problem of water lagging from highway. Recently highway was built because of the height of the highway now all the water is coming towards our factory. Our premises is 100, 000sq feet, there is no rain water drainage from highway authority. All the rain water from road is also entering in our premises. Our rain water drainage is also on the road and it is flowing towards slant of road.
Kindly look into this and do some arrangement for the drainage asap.

I'm travelling bangalore often from chennai in #nh4... the road which starts from sriperumbudur toll to wallajah toll is very very bad for more than 3 years, whenever we asked in the toll they simply replies contractor changed 15days back... many accidents are happening due to this road condition, yesterday[protected] also one bike spot dead due to this road condition... this is the 3rd time i'm complaining about this road in this 2 years... 2 times in written and this time in online...
*pls ensure the complaint book of road maintenance has to keep in the toll booth itself, if you do that sure you will get 500 complaints per day!!! always the toll staff throwing harsh words towards customers who are raising questions, ask them to park vehicle and come to office to write a complaint if this would placed in the toll booth you will come to know the real situation...
*many digs, no levels, lots of patch works, no road signs, sign boards, etc...
*no one hesitate to pay the toll but everyone needs a good road & safety...

I really fail to understand the collection of toll at nh67 between trichy and karur. Infact twice met with accident due to poor maintanace of roads. Basically this road is not four lane then why toll being collected. Please explain under what conditions the toll being collected when the roads are not four lane and also in many places that too whereever sand lorries branching places. Please explain with proper details from the basics.

I traveled from Chennai to Srivilliputhur on 20th Aug 2016.

There is no road from Madurai Mattuthavani to Tirumangalam, but they are charging Rs 75 from the entrance at Madurai city.
I have seen lots of accidents in that road due to the road is very small and not maintained. Only one bus or heavy vehicle can travel at a time and it is not 4 way.

Also when I entered to Tirumangalam I have paid another 70Rs as toll fee, but I have not used that toll road anyway, because I was going to Srivilliputhur which is not highway or 4 way road. I have asked a question to counter person, but he said anybody who is crossing this toll gate, they should pay this amount.

Don't know where to complaint this kind of cheating.

1) i got my 1'st fastag for my innova during june'2016. After a couple of follow ups the fastag was affixed to my windscreen.
2) i did a trip from bangalore to chennai and the fastag was not read at any of the toll booths.
3) on return i got in touch with icici and they got me a replacement tag. The replacement tag was affixed to the windscreen below the old tag which was not working.
4) i made a trip from bangalore to palakkad during aug'2016 and this tag was also not read at any of the toll booths.
5) i have already called icici 5 times and the 2'nd replacement is yet to be processed.

What is the point in the bank delivering a tag which does not work? What level of ownership in the people who are handling this service? I am disappointed with my fastag experience. My dealing with the bank gives me no confidence that this replacement would work.

Sir i was traveling from hasi to hissar on 21 aug 16 in my personal car. I am serving in indian air force. I was charged toll tax even after i produce my armed forces toll tax exemption card. They reafused to accept it saying that this is not valid when i am on leave. It is clearly written on card that it is valid all over india whether i am in private/ hired / govt vehicle irrespective of i am on duty or not.in the office of rhtpl on hasi - hissar highway there was a supervisor named mr. Vikas said that this card is not valid for toll exemption.
Sir my query is that if this card is not valid than what is the purpose of issuing it to a defense personal. If this card is valid than what action may be initiated against defaulters.
