Our beloved Prime Minister wants to make a Digital India. I thought it was going good until recently at samakhyali NH toll gate (Gujarat) they forced us to make cash payment and rejected e-payment. There was a paytm sticker on the toll plaza so they should accept paytm payment. Also Our PM had announced that paytm payments will be accepted across all toll plazas in India. Our PM's of making a Digital India is shattered by such people. It's also quite possible they are corrupted and taking away all the money for themselves. Please take actions against such people. They even said "jo karna hai kar lo, hum to cash hi lenge".

As per NHAI (National Highway Authority Of India) the distance between two Toll is 60 Kms...But today while traveling from MANGALORE to UDUPI came to know that Toll distance is only 11 Kms. one is at NITK Surathkal and another is at Mulki Is that new rules only here... Or the company people enjoying the public money... So kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Because of this bus price have been increase drastically.

The road condition is not at all fit for driving due to lot of pot holes. Moreover there are two toll gates. massive traffic jams are also caused at peak hours.

IThis may cause accidents while driving. the situation has been the same for the last 7 years. tolls should be immediately withdrawn or roads repaired immediately. the same complaint has been filed many times but no response.

UN AUTHIRISED SHOPS OF PUBLIC PLACE AND EXPLOITATION OF PAVEMENTS BY CERTAIN UN AUTHORISED SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIES





Respected Sir,



1. I request your kind consideration and immediate action on the following few points which is instigating hindrance to the public of Kumbalam.



(a) In the recent past, a lot o[censored]n-authorised small scale industries have been erected near National Highway Cochin very near to Kumbalam Toll Plaza. These industries are occupying almost 3.5 meters of the pavements thus making the area so thickly populated. As a result traffic block and a lot of fatal accidents is a common scene at this place which is adversely affecting the life of the pedestrians.



(b) They dispose wastes which includes fish waste and local hotel waste into the highway drainage systems which in turn causes blockage and foul smell in the entire area. Due to this, menace by the stray dogs and pests have also been increased in the locality and hence polluting and spreading diseases in the entire premises.



2. A lot of complaints have been made by the public till date and a full page news came in one of the leading Malayalam Daily two months ago. After these much efforts no action has been taken till date by the National Highway Authority of Cochin.



3. I think from the above few points itself, you may have envisaged the pathetic situation of the public especially the pedestrians. An instant action may be taken in order to remove these unauthorized shops and thereby giving the pavements back to the pedestrians and making the entire area neat and clean. I am also attaching some photographs of the area for your ready reference. Thanking you in anticipation..

Some people are unethically disposing waste water near NH-16. It has become breeding grounds of mosquitoes making it difficult for nearby inhabitants. Several animals are slaughtered daily. There is huge loss to life and property. No attention is paid by NHAI and Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation. Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan is not taken into account here. The road is close to Aiginia market complex, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This condition is prevailing over last 6 months.

I am a frequent traveller by car between Chennai-Bangalore-Chennai. Recently I found an issue in the sign board. Near Mulbagal after the RTO check post there is a big Display (Bangalore-Chennai) shows the distance to Chittoor as 62KM and just after 1KM the milestone on left shows as 72 KM. Please look in to the same and correct the distance on the main highway signboard (62KM mark) at the earliest. This will mislead the travellers.

Sir,

I am UJJWAL BARAN BAG a regular traveller on NH16 from ALAMPUR, Howrah(WB) to Bally, Howrah (WB), which has heavy traffic and average speed is also very high . I would like to draw your attention to the fact that- The night Highway Light availability is irregular . This entire length has enough Street light, but they didn't get switch on every night. Around 30 to 40 % section give light every day. Also some section light is on only for somedays. Then different section is switched on.

There is no grievance lodging phone no. available for this kind of problem.

Sir if you please look into the matter, it would enhance our saftey in night ride. Because dazzling light from down side vehicles completely blank out our view at night.

Dear Concern,

As per policy 25-30Kms distance a toll has to be collected. but between Porur Toll plaza chennai to CholavaramToll plaza an additional toll has been collected.

Cost is also expensive.Because of this people trying to cheat and entering into 2 wheeler lane and making accidents and traffic jam.

Kindly look into this issue and solve the issues.

Lamba pind chowk, hoshiarpur road, jalandhar city punjab. Mein main highway road flyover bridge ke nichey nah it saari paan cigerate, channa bhatura, auto mechanic, n open meet salter shop n many more other wanders run their business.
Local admin n nhai not action against its.
All wanders illegally run business under highway road flyover bridge. Pls solve this problem.

Regarding the above subject we have made several complaints to concerned officers but no action at all

More than half foot pit and two feet of circle on the road everywhere
The road getting heavy traffic due to slow passing occurring and accident
Cuddalore is a district head of city the road is nh32

Immediately to rectify the issue in first priority

In Many toll gates, fastag lane is not maintained properly... lack of proper guidance for fastag lane. in Krishnagiri-thoppur tollgate non fastag vehicles also allowed in fastag lane which causes delay for fastag users. Many tolls fastag lane is slower then the other lanes. In ulundurpet-salem toll road, all the tolls are not using fastag, no response for fastag vehicles.

Sholapur Pune High way toll plaza employees are not accepting this Yellow line issue, and they behaving like Roudies..! recently I faced this problem..! before yellow line my vehicle jammed 45mins, when I reached toll post I explained about this..! 4 members of toll plaza employees attacked on me.., forcelly taken money from me..I am trying to take traffic photo graphs toll plaza employees attacked on me.., I afraid about this situation., Then I try these pics only...!

I am sorry to say that some of the-toll barrier under your company violating the order regarding exemption of toll tax from vehicle carrying physically disable person. I got 45% disability certificate. On 1 feb 2017 i an travelling betwwen udaipur to jaipur from my car .
Which is having automatic gare system.Some of your toll barrier person not charge toll tax ..while i show them my disability certificate.But some of them not allow me and charged toll tax.

The toll tax charged by Ashoka Sambalpur Bargarh Tollway Ltd. for a single journey ticket is charged at Rs. 110/- & Rs.165/- on return ticket for Car (LMV category) is completely unjustified as the road work is still not completed in Attabira and the quality of road is very bad the street dividers are not properly marked there is so much undulation

Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that from last 3 years the toll road was in bad shape, there were many ups and downs and lot of accidents happening, this toll has only lot of north indians where no one will anwser to your queries and they are behaving like gundas they have done this purposely, per day around 10000 vehicles pass, all the money they are collecting is to be like they are bribing so many, they have made an entire setting.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was hearing from multiple sources that the TOLL near chengalpattu
Feedback from customers :
1) This toll plaza al ready contract date expried. but till date toll tax paying. government and private cheating the all people

2) Not an organized toll. Charges more
3) The employees do not know how to talk with traveller's.. They are rude.
4) Not sure why it even exists. Only humans are there to stop the car. No indication of any sorts as to whether it's still legal to collect fees from this toll.

Request your help to confirm if this is Legal, and the money goes to government only .

This is about the national highway no 8. Truck and bus drivers are mainly driving on the overtaking lane only and cars have to overtake from the wrong side and this is the major cause of accidents on this road. Even though this is a toll road and the toll amount is also very high they are not bothered about the safety of people travelling on this road. Have complaint many times to them about installing Canara, petroling vehicle, panelty on wrong lane driving etc but it was just ignored. This is very serious and one must take immediate action on this. If I don't get the satisfactory response a partition will be filed against the govt and toll company in court for ignoring the safety of people. I would also like to get the response on purpose of collecting toll if they are not responsible about lane driving as per their reply to me on my complaints.

I am travelling daily from Mogappair East to Tambaram via Chennai Bypass. I could see the road was not in good condition, there are lot of waste dumps on the service road. The dividers were not in good condition, no lane seperate marks ... The road layed on the Adyar river bridge have bumps, I can see the vehicles have to almost stop to enter and get out of the bridge ...

Please stop collecting the toll money or provide proper road ...

Why as an Indians we need to face these kind of issues ... Even in Indonesia the roads are in good condition...
