Respected Sir, NH 5, has a toll at the very exit of chennai city, between redhills and karnodai.

Firstly L&T has abounded the project and left half the roads hanging. Then why are they still allowed to collect The toll ??

Secondly, the toll is like a jungle, where MIGHT IS RIGHT, all the tracks are occupied by trucks, in most ruthless manner. They is not line, or proper arrangement. The staffs functioning is totally worst. They are least bothered to even properly queue the crowd. Leading to a major chaos at the juncture. The staffs efficiency is poorest I have ever seen. They take their own sweet Time to handle customers. Also during afternoon, when most of the heavy vehicles are set
To leave the city, they take lunch breaks and keep few booths closed. This leads to a big ruckus creation for the common man.

Complaint regarding commercial activities growing unplanned / haphazard manner in Malyana, Shimla bye-pass NH-22 which is suburbs area of Shimla city
Being a resident of this area, I feel this is the right time to check these unauthorised construction/ activities at this stage only as this is the only area left where land is available for future planning in the surrounding of Shimla. The following few things which require immediate attention and action by the Concerned Govt. authority are as under.
• In Malyana, many unplanned and unauthorised service stations are operating. They are using nearby nallah dirty water for their service stations and vehicles are parked on the NH-22 in haphazard manners for servicing. The greasy and muddy water is being left open to flow on the road, residential foot paths and dry nallahas as these service stations are working in residential unauthorised constructed buildings in residential area and creating unhygienic conditions.NHAI shall check and remove this immediately.

• In malyana, private buildings are approved illegally in acquired or control width of NH-22 . moreover these buildings are used for commercial purposes without any approval of competent authorities and creating problems for adjoining neighbours. NHAI shall identify the acquired/ control width along NH-22 and remove all unauthorised construction.
• AS it has been learnt that HP high court has taken serious view o[censored]nauthorised construction along both side of national high way. In this regard it is to be pointed out that there is lot o[censored]nauthorised construction on both side of NH-22 in Malyana area.
• It is pertinent to mention here that it was earlier also pointed out but no action has been take so far,

Dear sir,
With due to respect i have to draw your kind attention towards toll paid by me on vasad toll vide t-no.(1)[protected] on 17.04.2016 and (2)[protected] on 19.04.2016.
For toll i paid on 17.04.2016 i have nothing to say as i traveled towards ahmadabad. (I paid toll at kheda also)
But while return journey from bhavnagar via tarapur-borsad-vasad, i pursued to pay same toll rs.100/-.
I request you to please clarify how it has been calculated rs.100/- for less than 5 kms journey. I informed the relevant clerk that i am from bhavnagar via tarapur-borsad-vasad even though he collected same toll as if i am from ahmadabad, i couldn't follow how irb owners/officials have been allowed to collected such unfair toll.
I hope that you will seriously think over this issue and prevent irb to collecting such unfair toll from people coming from tarapur-vasad and going towards vasad-tarapur

I am a resident of a place which is along the highway (Nh 4) bengaluru to chennai name is hebbagodi. The service road near bommasandra is very very bad in few areas where it has a pot holes. Recently nhai people started laying down a new road on service road between bommasandra and hebbagodi. Started a month ago just chipping for the depth of half inch is done. It become slippery with small sand particles full dust over this road. Since months they are laying this road not yet completed. Give the reason for delay, what is the schedule for this stretch. Particularly at veerasandra signal, road is very very ugly. I have been there to local office which is in electronic city and complained about the issue twice but no response. I want to highlight one more point here while laying a new roads after certain period (5 years) as per nhai rules. They should start or concentrate at the places where there is a more damage or worst condition but it is not happening, laying on a very good road areas since months, neglecting the worst areas, still i want to know the reason. The veerasandra signal which i have mentioned earlier is 200 to 300 metres from the elevated toll way and office of electronic city.
This because of negligence only.

AS it has been learnt that HP high court has taken serious view o[censored]nauthorised construction along both side of national high way. In this regard it is to be pointed out that there is lot o[censored]nauthorised construction on both sides of NH-22 in Malyana area. It is write time to vacate unauthorise construction and do the fencing along NH acquired line.

I am writing from Urapakkam, Near Chennai, Pin-603202.
As you know, NH45 is one of the busiest roads in south India.

In Urapakkam School bus stop junction, there are 4 schools near the junction.
More than 1 Lakh people live around here and thousands of children cross this junction for their education.

At times police stand and control the traffic in morning and evening hours. However this is not much effective.

There is a signal deployed newly at this junction and it is not activated for many months till now.

There were several accidents in this junction, few only will be notified to you. Many of the families have lost their mother and children in this junction.

It would be kind help for you, if could could activate the dead signal in this junction.

Please provide some sympathy on the poor people living here in Urapakkam School Bus stop and your actions are highly appreciated and could save several lives.

This is regarding the complaint against the toll tax junction on national highway from gandhinagar to himatnagar in gujarat.

Dear sir, i have travelling since last many years on this road (When road established). I have observed the toll collected on this toll tax is increasing year on year. This road is constructed from many years ago. And since there is so many agencies changes and collecting high charges on this toll. Currently they are charging 75/-rs from gandhinagar to himatnagar for car. This amount is increasing year on year from last so many year.

My complaint is why they are increasing amount year on year and i think there are not to many expenses to maintain this road. And also add they are not doing any kind of expensive work on this road.

So,
(1) why they are charging this high amount from people?
(2) why this road is not free from paid tax road?
(3) why they are increasing amount on year on year?
(4) after collecting so many year till they not decreasing amount - why?
(5) cctv recording is not proper. And i think there is fraud involve for collecting tax amount.
(6) why not done proper audit for this toll?
(7) is there any requirement for collecting high amount of tax?
(8) how many amount collected from starting construction to till date? ( after so many years)
(9) why agency changing frequently? Is there any fraud involve? Please check...

Drainage not closed. No one can notice that drainage is open when coming from the other side. At chandranagar. Near Sreechakra Hotel. Near Fabriteck. Near One Elaneer Panthal.

I had faced many time accident and heavy traffic at near moolakadai opp to petrol bunk because many more cars parking due to repairing work at mechanic shop .Please consider just clear that unwanted parking.

Self rupesh sharma alongwith with 75 years old father and 2 young brothers was travelling on nh 24 on 11.03.16. We had taken return toll receipt at brijghat toll. While returning back, there was a car in our lane who was negotiating something with the toll operator for quite some time due to which huge traffic queued up in our lane. After waiting for sometime we approached the operator requesting him to take that vehicle on side so that the traffic may pass but he didn't bother to accept our request. After enough waiting, when we insisted to open the lane, all the staff ganged up and started misbehaving and abusing. It was very embarrasing as i was travelling with my family. When we objected strongly for misbehaviour, they manhandled us and we had to run away. (Toll receipt no.[protected].
This kind of incidents are highly objectionable when you are travelling with the family. The toll staff should have some courtesy to their customers. Secondly in case a particular car is not willing to pay toll and negotiating, he should be taken a side so that the traffic in the queue can keep moving. This toll plaza has become a threatening spot as the staff is very arrogant and gang up immediately to manhandle and abuse public.

I am a resident of Hoskote, Bangalore. Every day I travel From Hoskote to ITPL, Bangalore for my job.

Whenever I cross the Lanco-Hoskote toll gate - the staff ask for ID proof - I shown them my Adhar card. My Hoskote residential address is clearly mentioned on my Adhar card.

Residents of Hoskote are allowed to travel freely through the toll gate. This is the understanding of all the residents of Hoskote.

In-spite of this the toll gate staff make trouble and behave badly. They are very very undisciplined. They want me to purchase a toll ticket/pass. Please look into this issue and instruct the toll gate employees to behave like a professional.

From Chennai to kanniyakumari, we need to go via GST road. Near Madurai, its very worst for long days. NH department didn't take any steps to correct it. It's a toll road.

I have been complaining this to NHAI for Long time and in Indian condition my time seems to be getting waste as there looks to be no forum to make complain against L&T’s Illegal operations at Pallikonda Toll which is on the NH 46 between Chennai to Bengaluru. (L&T Krishnagiri Walajaphet Tollway Ltd. Pallikonda)

Please refer the Picture enclosed where in L&T purposefully closed the legal U-Turn provided by the NHAI which is the basic rights for the travellers. This is 3rd time I making the complain and hope that appropriate action would be taken against this service provider as early as possible.

On NH -67 ( Thanjavur to trichy road) Near BHEL- Ganesa( Thiruverubur, Trichy - 620014), many accidents are happening due to wrong banking of roads. There is a circular chowk around which roads are passing which have the banking in opposite direction. Actually banking should be done towards center of curved path but at this location banking has been done towards outer edge of curved which has enabled lot of accidents to occur at this place. Recently 1 day ago 10 persons died due to toppling of vehicle which has again happened due to banking on opposite direction.

Kindly look into this matter and try to stop these accidents to happen again.

I took return journey ticket at Chilakapalem toll plaza AP at 6:40 AM on 21/2/16. I performed my return journey at 16:50 hrs on 21/2/16. The person at Booth no 6 without checking with a rash voice demanded amount saying I already completed my journey.Upon my information the in charge checked and agreed with me.. The emp name is I. Raja Rao.

It is very strange that we need to pay more than 120 Rs to travel 44 Km in b/w Malegaon to shirdi, i tried to convene toll plaza staff but they were not able to help. I think there should be some serious and immediate action require to control the same. I am ready to pay 120 Rs if i am using highway till Nashik, but for shirdi it is not acceptable.

Dear Sir, I travel through NH7(AH43) on a daily basis. The Road and street light quality is pathetic. The lane Markings on the road have vanished and the street lights on AH43, NH7 from silk board to Bommanahalli is always unlit(including service roads). Since lot of people keeping crossing near Rupena agrahara bus stop(who cross NH7) we definitely need street lights to operate or a foot over bridge. Many lives are in danger as the vehicular movement is on high speeds on this stretch. Please look into it and take action.

Dear sir, why there is no standard road in NH 63? We are facing huge problem over here daily. We ppl travel in this danger n unconditional road. How many years you need to complete this work? Why you are not taking care. Daily accidents and huge traffic jamm b/w bellary to hospet. I m seeing other places got changed and its good to see. We bellary district ppl what made mistake why this harrassment to us only. Why no one caring this road. Pls answer me before i die.. Thanks
