Dear Sir, This is to bring into your notice that the plaza does have automatic boom barriers in working state for fast-tag users. There is no way someone will know that the vehicle has to stop at the counter and someone will come after 10 minutes to scan the card using a machine and then they will allow you to leave. There is only 1 machine there.

In such a case there is no use of having fastag service. On top of this, the people standing after 100 meter with barricades misbehave with vehicle owners. After knowing that someone is going to scan the card, i came back twice bit no one from plaza staff came to my car to scan it.

Dear sir,
The NH4 stretch between Haveri towards Hubli, the road has shriken down and has take the w shape on both the lanes; Its quiet difficult to drive on this stretch as the vehicle tends to slip and change of loosing control is quiet high, this also results in cars wheel allignment and balancing issues. Kindly look into this.

Dear sir/ madam,
Nhai open safety threat for pedestrian between rajiv chowk gurgaon to masjid nh-8 gurgaon after breaking the footpath, and pedestrian has no choice than use the main traffic road to walk where they meet frequently accidents. Matter already raised to cm window haryana where they advises to raise the subject with nhai who is responsible to make and break the pedestrian on nh-8 service lane.
We request you to look into the matter on priority bases and arrange to construct the footpath for sake of pedestrian safety in the mentioned service lane area.

The toll plaza on NH4, Mumbai- Bangalore, situated at Taswad had an extremely long waiting queue. As per the rules if toll takes more than a certain time vehicles should be left freely without toll. To pay the toll here we had to wait for more than 20 mins and the staff was completely relaxed and had no sense o[censored]rgency. Something needs to be done immediately to speed up the traffic at the toll plaza. This is a very regular situation at this particular toll plaza.

I am chiranjeevi an architect, having car (ap 02 aq 2084), specially designed and equipped with auto clutch system as my convenient because of my disability. i enclosed copy (ministry of road transport and highways, govt of india). as i asked here for toll exceptions, some of the toll executives are not giving exemption and they are asking original certificate of notification g. s. r. 585e. i don't know how can it possible of getting original certificate to all the disabled persons. some of the executives are saying they dont know about this circular, so they can't give toll fee exemption.

The staff at the toll booth allows non-fastag travellers to use fastag lane even after complaining. This happened on 16/10/2016 18:05:56 and today as well(27th Oct 2016 around 8pm). If the FasTag lane is opened for everyone then what is the use of having this Fastag sticker? Even spoke to the manager available there and he assured that this will not happen again but it is the same story even now. All the vehicles are being allowed and it took more time than the other counter. Please take corrective action

I am using fast tag service but many of the toll plazas do not provide dedicated/. Separate lines for Fast tag users. Major problem is between chennai & vellore 2 plazas where there are no seperate lanes for Fast tag sticker holders. I have lodged complaint in Sriperambadur toll plaza in d complaint book, & I tried to call d Manager several times. But they never pickup d phone, when complained they never bother to reply us, but Past 6 months I keep complaining them there is no improvement & solution to this.
You are aware of Sriperambadur toll plaza is more congested & takes minimum 20 to 30 minutes most of d peak hours,

NHAI have any check over registered consultants those who did not pay the salary of his key personal who wa on duty. If not provisions made in the agreement. Due to this reason key personals are suffer from non payments.A company Redicon india Pvt ltd based on Delhi is giving consultancy services to NHAI P I U Dhanbad on NH- 2 from KM 180 to 320 and km 320 to 379.75 (Barwa Adda). The payment released by PD, PIU Dhanbad for the month of September 2016. But Redicon did not release the pay of Team Leader cum Highway Engineer.

I feel very sorry, being a responsible citizen, to inform you that there are frequent road accidents on nh 16 between agnampudi and lankelapalem near e-marripalem at homi bhabha cancer hospital. There is a small crossroad just after flyover bridge. Vehicles come down very fast and meet with accidents oftenly at the cross road. I request you to close that cross road. There is bus-bay on both side of highway at a distance of 100m from that cross road. The bus-bay has no use. It is vacant. No buses stop there. I suggest that busbay can be used by vehicles to cross the highway or to enter the nearby village e - marripalem. This will save lots of lives.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and act promptly as it is matter of life and death as everyday, we are loosing at least one life.

I heard this two toll plaza has been suspended but they are been charging high in these tolls.
NHAI please look into this because I'm a regularly using this way and roads are not likely to be cleaned nd fully damaged. Last one year they have not cleaned the corners too. Also they are not issuing any LRP for local residents. Since I'm staying 3 kms near to that toll. KIndly help and resolve this Or provide me any document copy to show them.

With regret, I am to inform you that my Private Scorpio Getaway Vehicle is being charged with Rs.55.00 for once entry and it should be Rs.30.00 as my Vehicle falls under Jeep Category.
I am a frequent Commuter of Assam-west Bengal National Highway and the Toll Booth's name is GUABARI TOLL PLAZA of Shakar Global Ltd. Please look into the matter.

Have purchased a fasttag sticker for ease of travel and saving time. I have faced following issues:
1. But staff at the toll booth allow non-fasttag travellers are also allowed to use fattag lane
2.in some booths staff refuse to accept the fasttag on the pretext that the rfid identification/scanner is out of order and ask to pay cash.
3.in some cases the vehicle owners are asked to move back and forth so that the rfid reder can recognise, which sometimes becomes impossible due to vehicles parked behind.
The nhai authorities must make the use if fasttag hassle free as claimed in your advertisements and claims.

The maintenance of tambaram bye pass is really worst. There is no proper maintenance. Corner of the roads are not cleaned for the past one year. Road and spoiled and there are no emergency contact. Charge of 45INR is complete waste of money to be paid for the service. There is no proper response from the authorities. Action must be taken and changes should not be collected for this damanged road.

Vikravandi toll plaza is allowing non fastag vehicle also in fastag lane.

So most of the time the fastag lane is filled up with long que. As a fastag customer I need to wait long time then the regular cash payment customer.

when I enquired in the counter they are saying that this is how we are handling it, and didnt get any proper response.

Please address this issue.

At national highway illegal construction is done so that more & more accidents are occurring please take care of this. This is located at dhareswar (jetpur)(Gujarat) petrol pump. Every day cars are striking over there and more and more people are getting injured.so please take care of this.i have send my complaint letter to gandhi Nagar but I didn't got any result so now I am complaining over here. I hope this letter will be taken in notice and the illegal construction will be removed.

I want to tell you that nhai has aqar 30m. From centar for nh2 six lane project (Delhi-agra) and by dimolesan drive take paseson allrady but few shopkpar's in kasara no1034 dolatpur, farah, dist-mathura. Soorajbhan, bheemsen and others shopkeepar's after taken comanseson from nhai recnstract shop in
Nhai land above 3-4m. And petroling team not taking any actiong for that.
O fore pablic belfare please take strict action for that. Thankyou.

We are frequently using this toll on our travels and have been experiencing lot of inconvenience as the tag detection system at this toll is not working . The detection is very erratic and Not of good quality . As a result a lot of time is wasted . I hope you can look into this and take necessary steps to ensure tag users can go through this comfortably .

This is to inform that we had used nhai, eagle infra india ltd., hebbalu toll plaza on 20th sept 2016 by 16.53hrs. The operator at the toll entered the wrong vehicle number as ka3570 instead of ka0570. The operator id printed is 99999, which we have no idea whether the same is correct of just typed for formality reason. Please take care of the entering vehicle numbers as it might create problems for us.

The Toll Road Surapattu is a stretch is Poorly Maintained. Though it is 6 Lane but the last lane is always avoided due to poor maintenance, too much dust, too many sharp parts lying from heavy vehicles.

The Toll Charges are abysmal high. It costs Rs.130 for a Two Way trip especially the Puzhal toll is Rs.85 where as the Porur one is Rs.45 (for larger stretch).

The Road Conditions are worse and with coming monsoon it will get worsened. There are HUGE Pot Holes in middle of the roads which is difficult to track on high speeds, attracting accidents.

The Toll Booth Management is another area of concern where
a. there are No Boom Barriers
b. each Toll Booth is manned by two or more people
c. Toll Booths are not functional during peak hours creating artificial Traffic Snarls

I have been using this road for more than 14 months now and the Roads are getting from BAD to WORST.

I travel daily on NH22 from Panchkula to Solan. Last year the 4 lanning expansion work of NH22 was started from Parwanoo to Solan by company GRIL. I have following issues with the way the work is being carried out:

1) Safety of commuters is overlooked. In July 1st week 2 persons died due to big boulder fell on their car due to excavation on NH.
2) Boulders are regularly coming down of hills and it is very unsafe to drive in these stretches.
3) Road is completely damaged and it doesn't look NH any more but looks like simply a Kuccha road connecting some interior.
4) Proper barricading is not there where highway work is going on.
5) I fail to understand why human value is not given any importance in India.
6) I request the concerned authorities to pass this message to our Beloved minister Sh. Nitin Gadkari ji as he is very much concerned about the road safety and I do hope that this issue shall be addressed at the earliest.
