Sholapur Pune High way toll plaza employees are not accepting this Yellow line issue, and they behaving like Roudies..! recently I faced this problem..! before yellow line my vehicle jammed 45mins, when I reached toll post I explained about this..! 4 members of toll plaza employees attacked on me.., forcelly taken money from me..I am trying to take traffic photo graphs toll plaza employees attacked on me.., I afraid about this situation.,...

I am sorry to say that some of the-toll barrier under your company violating the order regarding exemption of toll tax from vehicle carrying physically disable person. I got 45% disability certificate. On 1 feb 2017 i an travelling betwwen udaipur to jaipur from my car .
Which is having automatic gare system.Some of your toll barrier person not charge toll tax ..while i show them my disability certificate.But...

The toll tax charged by Ashoka Sambalpur Bargarh Tollway Ltd. for a single journey ticket is charged at Rs. 110/- & Rs.165/- on return ticket for Car (LMV category) is completely unjustified as the road work is still not completed in Attabira and the quality of road is very bad the street dividers are not properly marked there is so much undulation...

Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that from last 3 years the toll road was in bad shape, there were many ups and downs and lot of accidents happening, this toll has only lot of north indians where no one will anwser to your queries and they are behaving like gundas they have done this purposely, per day around 10000 vehicles pass, all the money they are collecting is to be like they are bribing so many, they have made an entire setting....

I was hearing from multiple sources that the TOLL near chengalpattu
Feedback from customers :
1) This toll plaza al ready contract date expried. but till date toll tax paying. government and private cheating the all people

2) Not an organized toll. Charges more
3) The employees do not know how to talk with traveller's.. They are rude.
4) Not sure why it even exists....

This is about the national highway no 8. Truck and bus drivers are mainly driving on the overtaking lane only and cars have to overtake from the wrong side and this is the major cause of accidents on this road. Even though this is a toll road and the toll amount is also very high they are not bothered about the safety of people travelling on this road. Have complaint many times to them about installing Canara, petroling vehicle, panelty on...

I am travelling daily from Mogappair East to Tambaram via Chennai Bypass. I could see the road was not in good condition, there are lot of waste dumps on the service road. The dividers were not in good condition, no lane seperate marks ... The road layed on the Adyar river bridge have bumps, I can see the vehicles have to almost stop to enter and get out of the bridge ...

Please stop collecting the toll money or provide proper...

I was travelling hazaribagh from dhanbad. The first toll tax booth which came in journey took more money and misbehaved with us...i was highly disappointed to be harrassed like this...he was constanly misbehaving with us and abused us...it was just a contrast to what was the actual tax... We were supposed to pay 40...instead he took 85 ...and when we opposed he started abusing us...please it Kindly look on this matter...

Greetings! I would like to inform / compliant against a toll gate which is situated in Karnataka border – Attibele toll gate
Since they don’t have a dedicated 2-wheeler lane for the bike riders and I’ve been forced to use foot walkers space to cross the toll gate, even though the toll gate is free from traffic

On the other hand, toll gate authority never objects the 2-wheelers...

Lamba pind chowk, hoshiarpur road, jalandhar city punjab. Mein main highway road flyover bridge ke nichey nah it saari paan cigerate, channa bhatura, auto mechanic, n open meet salter shop n many more other wanders run their business.
Local admin n nhai not action against its.
All wanders illegally run business under highway road flyover bridge. Pls solve this problem.

People over there are untrained and so much havoc that they started abusing us.toll in charge himsel[censored]ses abusive language on asking letter of permission from NHAI to collect toll tax from personal vehicles. Suddenly 7-8 guys gathered and started misbehave with me and my family.

I request you to take strict action against them and help people...

People over there are untrained and so much havoc that they started abusing us.toll in charge himsel[censored]ses abusive language on asking letter of permission from NHAI to collect toll tax from personal vehicles. Suddenly 7-8 guys gathered and started misbehave with me and my old father.

I am living in salem, Tamil nadu. In our city on the way from tirumagal byepass to kollampatti bypass there was separate road towards coimbatore(Bridge). There was a small board only so the drivers suddenly cant identify. so lots of accident was happening. so please take immediate action to put big board as soon as possible, to indicate the route....

On 10-Dec-2016, I was coming from Gurgaon and going towards Manesar side via Toll Plaza ID- KM42. I have shown my local ID proof and allowed to be exempted by Toll tax operator. As I started to cross, barrier rod comes down and hit my windscreen which resulted to be windscreen broken. I registered my complaint with local Toll plaza team and CCTV photage also verified by Toll plaza team, They accepted it as there technical fault(Refer Enclosed...

On 31-Dec-16, I was travelling from Kanyakumari to Trichy. At Kappalur toll plaza, I was charged Rs 60/- and immediate after the bridge, I had to take right towards Trichy. The road was terrible bad an hardly 8-10 km road was fit to be called NH. Then I had to pay 75/- at Chittampatti toll plaza.
I'm charged unnecessarily 60/- for pathetic road.
Overall I had to pay 405/- for less than 380km which itself is on higher side.br...

P. D. Aggarwal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd Toll Palaza Moga Kotkpura Road has no facility for online transfer of Toll i.e. through Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm, Online Banking etc. Till today. They are forcing to pay toll trough Cash only, which ill legal as per Gov. of India Policy. When I was crossing the toll palaza on my car I facing lot of problem in these days due to availability of Cash. They allow the public only paying toll in cash...

As everybody who loves technology I quickly got my fastag after lot of documentation and 3wks waiting. I stay at cuttack, Odisha. But when I go to any toll gate I find the fastag lanes being occupied by cash paying vehicles. There is no fine imposed on them so this encourages such misuse of fastag lane. It also discourages early adopters like me. I am hopeful that a prompt action will embolden us....

I am travelling daily from Vellore to Kanchipuram via NH48. Road is at worst condition starting from Kadapanthangal Tollgate to Kanchipuram Byepass. When we travel in two-wheeler, we face so much difficulties to ride. When we travel in bus, we always in vibration mode till Kanchipuram.

I am running a transport business. I have put on icici fast tags on my fleets. My basic route is raipur to bhopal and indore.There are many toll booths who do not provide fast tag services. Toll in bhandara, mulatai. Betul are nor giving these facilities. We are getting a nomial cash amount from banks hence we are not able to provide cash to such booths.

Request to look into the matter and put compulsory fast tag machines...
