I just crossed Chengalpattu toll and faced very bad experience. People over there are untrained and so much havoc that they started abusing us.toll in charge himsel[censored]ses abusive language on asking letter of permission from NHAI to collect toll tax from personal vehicles. Suddenly 7-8 guys gathered and started misbehave with me and my family.

I request you to take strict action against them and help people like me to have smooth journey in future...

People over there are untrained and so much havoc that they started abusing us.toll in charge himsel[censored]ses abusive language on asking letter of permission from NHAI to collect toll tax from personal vehicles. Suddenly 7-8 guys gathered and started misbehave with me and my old father.

    I request you to take strict action against them and help people like me to have smooth journey in future.

      I am living in salem, Tamil nadu. In our city on the way from tirumagal byepass to kollampatti bypass there was separate road towards coimbatore(Bridge). There was a small board only so the drivers suddenly cant identify. so lots of accident was happening. so please take immediate action to put big board as soon as possible, to indicate the route.

        On 10-Dec-2016, I was coming from Gurgaon and going towards Manesar side via Toll Plaza ID- KM42. I have shown my local ID proof and allowed to be exempted by Toll tax operator. As I started to cross, barrier rod comes down and hit my windscreen which resulted to be windscreen broken. I registered my complaint with local Toll plaza team and CCTV photage also verified by Toll plaza team, They accepted it as there technical fault(Refer Enclosed Complaint form) and assured me for its reimbursement.

        I was following about the same incident reimbursement with Toll plaza PRO office(Mr. Ratan Lal) and they are not ready to pay the actual expenses charges even after one month. Request you to look after into this matter and suggest some solution at the earliest.

            On 31-Dec-16, I was travelling from Kanyakumari to Trichy. At Kappalur toll plaza, I was charged Rs 60/- and immediate after the bridge, I had to take right towards Trichy. The road was terrible bad an hardly 8-10 km road was fit to be called NH. Then I had to pay 75/- at Chittampatti toll plaza.
            I'm charged unnecessarily 60/- for pathetic road.
            Overall I had to pay 405/- for less than 380km which itself is on higher side.
            Is there a way to return 60/- which were charged for driving on poor road.

            I'm attaching toll plaza receipt. For security reasons, I've darkened some part of my car number.

              P. D. Aggarwal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd Toll Palaza Moga Kotkpura Road has no facility for online transfer of Toll i.e. through Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm, Online Banking etc. Till today. They are forcing to pay toll trough Cash only, which ill legal as per Gov. of India Policy. When I was crossing the toll palaza on my car I facing lot of problem in these days due to availability of Cash. They allow the public only paying toll in cash

                As everybody who loves technology I quickly got my fastag after lot of documentation and 3wks waiting. I stay at cuttack, Odisha. But when I go to any toll gate I find the fastag lanes being occupied by cash paying vehicles. There is no fine imposed on them so this encourages such misuse of fastag lane. It also discourages early adopters like me. I am hopeful that a prompt action will embolden us.

                  I am travelling daily from Vellore to Kanchipuram via NH48. Road is at worst condition starting from Kadapanthangal Tollgate to Kanchipuram Byepass. When we travel in two-wheeler, we face so much difficulties to ride. When we travel in bus, we always in vibration mode till Kanchipuram.

                  I personally faced conditions where I might met with accidents to be happened to me while travelling. Also highway is still in 4-way and it is very difficult to travel. The highway is in this condition for past 4 years or more.

                  Please take action against the contractor who collecting toll charges but still not developing it.

                    I am running a transport business. I have put on icici fast tags on my fleets. My basic route is raipur to bhopal and indore.There are many toll booths who do not provide fast tag services. Toll in bhandara, mulatai. Betul are nor giving these facilities. We are getting a nomial cash amount from banks hence we are not able to provide cash to such booths.

                    Request to look into the matter and put compulsory fast tag machines on toll booths so that there would not be a cash problem.

                      With due respect I want to say that NH 43 near manendragarh is not having use of fluorescent paint to mark the division and end of road which causes a lot of problem during night time to riders. In place of fluorescent paint authority has used limestone paint.
                      I beg to please act as soon as possible so that inconvenience cause to people will not become any disaster by taking innocent life of people.

                        Condition of nh-7 from virudhunagar to madurai road is not maintained properly as a result of which roads have become worst. We pay money for two toll plazas from sattur (Pin code :626203) to madurai, for maintenance of the road. But, increase in potholes and uneven pavement of roads, makes the journey more uncomfortable and dangerous, thus leading to the rise in accidents. So i request you to look into the issue and take a right course of action as soon as possible. Thank you!

Due to vibration of speed braker our residential area as well as our RCC houses becoming damage and we cannot reside peacefully and the students are facing disturb in study.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am daily user of NH4 and pass 2 Tolls twice a day. They are Navayuga Toll after Peenya and JAS Toll at Nelamangala. At both toll plaza's the Fast Tag does not operate properly. The sensors do not authorize gate opening even when there is sufficient balance in the fast tag account. Sometimes it opens and when you are about to pass it suddenly closes. This can cause serious injury to travelers. There seems to be a technical glitch which is unresolved for quite some time. Especially during evenings all vehicles are allowed in fast tag lanes making them useless.
                            It is very annoying considering that we deposit excess money in advance and still have to wait in long queue's.
                            I request the concerned authorities to take suitable action.

                              Dear all requesting your good management to take HIGH LEVEL ACTION AGAINST TOLL PLAZA's WHO ARE INSISTING FOR CASH.
                              due to shortage of cash & as per guidelines by GOVERNMENT, we transporters are paying thru ATM CARDS, but in BAGODARA TOLL PLAZA - GUJARAT Agency name - ASHIRWAD IND. & INF - AGENCY INSISTING TO PAY CASH ONLY AS THEY DONT HAD ANY MACHINES.
                              Not only this but they openly tells that - DO WHAT EVER IS POSSIBLE TO US'
                              THAT WAS THE LAST STAGE - TO BEAR.
                              IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST SUCH AGENCIES - WE WILL FORWARD SAME TO ALL CHAMBERS OF GUJARAT / ASSOCIATIONS / GOVT. OFFICE.

                                1. I am a serving naval officer. On 25 Dec 16, I was driving my car from Indore to Mumbai. On this entire stretch of NH3 not a single toll plaza asked me for the toll when I showed them my identity card barring one toll plaza called as P&G toll plaza near Nashik.The details of this toll plaza and the transaction as printed in the toll receipt are as following:-

                                2. I am very clear that serving defence personnel are exempted from paying toll on highways, then why this particular toll plaza collected the toll? May I get a clarification on the issue. I would also like to know under what rule position the toll was collected from me? If the toll was wrongly collected, then please send me a proper authority quoting which I can apply for re-imbursement from the referred toll plaza or any other appropriate authority.

                                  I have been using Fastag for some time now and recently (24th Dec), I passed through few toll plaza on Bangalore-Mangalore highway. I was surprised to see the Fastag lane being used by all passengers and I had to wait in the queue for long to pass through. Even the toll plaza people say "there is too much rush, so we allow them", this is really crazy.
                                  So, what is the point of having Fastag when we don't get preference. I think NHAI should take action to ensure ALL the toll plaza allows only tag holders in the dedicated lane. Otherwise, I see not many will take advantage of this.
                                  Please strictly instruct all toll plaza people to take necessary action immediately.
                                  90 km stretch on NH4 after Hubli towards Bengaluru is badly maintained despite of paying toll fees, hoping department acts on this, also traffic rules amended for having slower traffic on left most lines so to avoid zig zag driving.

                                    I belong from satna madhaya Pradesh and I'm travelling almost thrice in a month from satna to Rewa by NH 39. The road condition of this highway is too much worst and their is a lot of dust on road and every months here minimum three accidents occurs and there is no road lights on highway so that one can easily travel on night. Many MPs and MLAs are traveling from this road but they doesn't take any action till now and two construction company have taken the tender of this road but they doesn't have done any things from last five years. It's humble request that kindly take any action regarding this road.

                                      I Travelled fromLudhiana to Jalandhar on 27.12.2016 and made payment of toll tax of Rs 175.00 using debit card and asked for concession of 10% as promoted by government to promote cashless economy. I was told very rudely by the executive accepting toll tax that they had no policy of concession on e payment and hence no concession will be allowed to me even on making e payment. Still i went ahead and made payment using my debit card. This practice seems to be against the rules/advertisement given for promoting cashless economy. Proper implementation of rules is required

                                        Sir, with reference to my ETC (fastag) account no. 20050114 and license plate no. TN29 AM7795, i am using the fastag at Krishnagiri (Tamilnadu) toll plaza. The autodetection of local pass amount accounting to Rs.235/- has been deducted for the month of December 2016 on 7.12.16 as the Union Government has announced that all the toll fees have been suspended due to demonetisation. Inspite of that, for the to and fro passing at the abovesaid toll plaza on 03.12.16, an amount of Rs.120/- (Rs.60+Rs.60) has been deducted on 24.12.16. Only hand-readers are used at the ETC lane and the details are uploaded at the toll plaza for a week or fortnight. So, there is delay in receiving the sms alerts regarding the deductions. I have approached the toll plaza staff in person and I faced a bitter experience in getting a suitable reply. No staff is able to reply about, why the amount has been deducted during the period in which the Union Government has suspended the toll fees due to demonetisation. As the system update is not proper and also not carried over as a day-to-day routine, these discrepancies occur. Along with me, there were more people stating the same complaints. Kindly pursue this as we, the citizens of India abide by all rules and inspite of that, suffer due to the lethargic attitude of the staff at the Krishnagiri (Tamilnadu) toll plaza
                                        Condition of NH-31 is sever between Unnao And Achalganj in Unnao district in Uttar Pradesh. For last 2 years people are facing accidents here. Many accidents are happening everyday.. 15 people have died and many injured till now. Vehicles are meeting accidents everyday.
                                        NHAI toll at triveni -jahajpur at bhilwara of Rajasthan do not having debit card swipe machine, we people of bhilwara facing currency problem to pay toll in cash please instruct toll manager to bring it immediately
                                        When crossing Krishnagiri toll gate double payment made in by cash and airtel payment also.
                                        Amount is ₹.70/- to be refunded.
