Have purchased a fasttag sticker for ease of travel and saving time. I have faced following issues:
1. But staff at the toll booth allow non-fasttag travellers are also allowed to use fattag lane
2.in some booths staff refuse to accept the fasttag on the pretext that the rfid identification/scanner is out of order and ask to pay cash.
3.in some cases the vehicle owners are asked to move back and forth so that the rfid...

The maintenance of tambaram bye pass is really worst. There is no proper maintenance. Corner of the roads are not cleaned for the past one year. Road and spoiled and there are no emergency contact. Charge of 45INR is complete waste of money to be paid for the service. There is no proper response from the authorities. Action must be taken and changes should not be collected for this damanged road....

Hi Sir,

Vikravandi toll plaza is allowing non fastag vehicle also in fastag lane.

So most of the time the fastag lane is filled up with long que. As a fastag customer I need to wait long time then the regular cash payment customer.

when I enquired in the counter they are saying that this is how we are handling it, and didnt get any proper response.

Please address this issue....

At national highway illegal construction is done so that more & more accidents are occurring please take care of this. This is located at dhareswar (jetpur)(Gujarat) petrol pump. Every day cars are striking over there and more and more people are getting injured.so please take care of this.i have send my complaint letter to gandhi Nagar but I didn't got any result so now I am complaining over here. I hope this letter will be taken in notice...

I want to tell you that nhai has aqar 30m. From centar for nh2 six lane project (Delhi-agra) and by dimolesan drive take paseson allrady but few shopkpar's in kasara no1034 dolatpur, farah, dist-mathura. Soorajbhan, bheemsen and others shopkeepar's after taken comanseson from nhai recnstract shop in
Nhai land above 3-4m. And petroling team not taking any actiong for that.

We are frequently using this toll on our travels and have been experiencing lot of inconvenience as the tag detection system at this toll is not working . The detection is very erratic and Not of good quality . As a result a lot of time is wasted . I hope you can look into this and take necessary steps to ensure tag users can go through this comfortably ....

This is to inform that we had used nhai, eagle infra india ltd., hebbalu toll plaza on 20th sept 2016 by 16.53hrs. The operator at the toll entered the wrong vehicle number as ka3570 instead of ka0570. The operator id printed is 99999, which we have no idea whether the same is correct of just typed for formality reason. Please take care of the entering vehicle numbers as it might create problems for us....

The Toll Road Surapattu is a stretch is Poorly Maintained. Though it is 6 Lane but the last lane is always avoided due to poor maintenance, too much dust, too many sharp parts lying from heavy vehicles.

The Toll Charges are abysmal high. It costs Rs.130 for a Two Way trip especially the Puzhal toll is Rs.85 where as the Porur one is Rs.45 (for larger stretch).

The Road Conditions are worse...

I travel daily on NH22 from Panchkula to Solan. Last year the 4 lanning expansion work of NH22 was started from Parwanoo to Solan by company GRIL. I have following issues with the way the work is being carried out:

1) Safety of commuters is overlooked. In July 1st week 2 persons died due to big boulder fell on their car due to excavation on NH.
2) Boulders are regularly coming down of hills and it is very unsafe to drive...

Toll Plaza at Nawabganj on Lucknow kanpur Highway NH 25 is charging Toll from Defence Personnel travelling in Private car despite of showing Identity card. Defence personnel have to move from one city to another in discharge of their duties and thus government has exempted them from paying toll even though they are travelling in private vehicles. Kindly instruct the Toll manager accordingly....

Ahmedabad to himmatnagar NH8 Highway road is at very bad condition, especially chiloda to himmatnagar. The road is not at all maintained although huge amount is collected as tolltax from common people.
Kindly take necessary action and provide us comfortable journey.

Why all authorities and police department are silent.I have always seen people demanding toll on NH 9 dasna hapur toll despite it is being removed from toll collection of NHAI.They even make fake receipt if some innocent person fulfil there demand.I have known this from long time that why I have not given but I am very fed up wid NHAI and UP govt officials.First step is to remove those toll boards and setup.Kindly do the needful...

I have obtained FASTAG for my car from ICICI. Without using my TAG, I have been constantly charged with bogus transactions for the past few weeks.

I'm a regular commuter of Chennai-bypass road NH-45. Vanagaram toll plaza. The road is not maintained properly though they collect huge sum of money from common people. Dear sir,
Chennai to bangalore road conditions are very bad. It is not possible to travel in 80km speed. During humps and dumps while travelling, very figficuly to control the vehicle and bright chances to male accident.
Moreover during rainy season, it very difficult to drive. If some one overtske water flashes and loosing control
Many time complaint given at the toll and no use.
There is no meening to pay...

It is with great regret I would like to highlight the following potential injustice to the villagers of Kadekodi, Kumta Taluk, in Uttara Kannada district while undertaking four laning and widening of NH-66.
There was no public consultation in regards to creation of new Truck Terminal/Truck Bay or Truck Parking at Kadekodi.
