Self rupesh sharma alongwith with 75 years old father and 2 young brothers was travelling on nh 24 on 11.03.16. We had taken return toll receipt at brijghat toll. While returning back, there was a car in our lane who was negotiating something with the toll operator for quite some time due to which huge traffic queued up in our lane. After waiting for sometime we approached the operator requesting him to take that vehicle on side so that the traffic may pass but he didn't bother to accept our request. After enough waiting, when we insisted to open the lane, all the staff ganged up and started misbehaving and abusing. It was very embarrasing as i was travelling with my family. When we objected strongly for misbehaviour, they manhandled us and we had to run away. (Toll receipt no.[protected].
This kind of incidents are highly objectionable when you are travelling with the family. The toll staff should have some courtesy to their customers. Secondly in case a particular car is not willing to pay toll and negotiating, he should be taken a side so that the traffic in the queue can keep moving. This toll plaza has become a threatening spot as the staff is very arrogant and gang up immediately to manhandle and abuse public.

I am a resident of Hoskote, Bangalore. Every day I travel From Hoskote to ITPL, Bangalore for my job.

Whenever I cross the Lanco-Hoskote toll gate - the staff ask for ID proof - I shown them my Adhar card. My Hoskote residential address is clearly mentioned on my Adhar card.

Residents of Hoskote are allowed to travel freely through the toll gate. This is the understanding of all the residents of Hoskote.

In-spite of this the toll gate staff make trouble and behave badly. They are very very undisciplined. They want me to purchase a toll ticket/pass. Please look into this issue and instruct the toll gate employees to behave like a professional.

From Chennai to kanniyakumari, we need to go via GST road. Near Madurai, its very worst for long days. NH department didn't take any steps to correct it. It's a toll road.

I have been complaining this to NHAI for Long time and in Indian condition my time seems to be getting waste as there looks to be no forum to make complain against L&T’s Illegal operations at Pallikonda Toll which is on the NH 46 between Chennai to Bengaluru. (L&T Krishnagiri Walajaphet Tollway Ltd. Pallikonda)

Please refer the Picture enclosed where in L&T purposefully closed the legal U-Turn provided by the NHAI which is the basic rights for the travellers. This is 3rd time I making the complain and hope that appropriate action would be taken against this service provider as early as possible.

On NH -67 ( Thanjavur to trichy road) Near BHEL- Ganesa( Thiruverubur, Trichy - 620014), many accidents are happening due to wrong banking of roads. There is a circular chowk around which roads are passing which have the banking in opposite direction. Actually banking should be done towards center of curved path but at this location banking has been done towards outer edge of curved which has enabled lot of accidents to occur at this place. Recently 1 day ago 10 persons died due to toppling of vehicle which has again happened due to banking on opposite direction.

Kindly look into this matter and try to stop these accidents to happen again.
I would like to get your full support in this regard.

I took return journey ticket at Chilakapalem toll plaza AP at 6:40 AM on 21/2/16. I performed my return journey at 16:50 hrs on 21/2/16. The person at Booth no 6 without checking with a rash voice demanded amount saying I already completed my journey.Upon my information the in charge checked and agreed with me.. The emp name is I. Raja Rao.

It is very strange that we need to pay more than 120 Rs to travel 44 Km in b/w Malegaon to shirdi, i tried to convene toll plaza staff but they were not able to help. I think there should be some serious and immediate action require to control the same. I am ready to pay 120 Rs if i am using highway till Nashik, but for shirdi it is not acceptable.

Dear Sir, I travel through NH7(AH43) on a daily basis. The Road and street light quality is pathetic. The lane Markings on the road have vanished and the street lights on AH43, NH7 from silk board to Bommanahalli is always unlit(including service roads). Since lot of people keeping crossing near Rupena agrahara bus stop(who cross NH7) we definitely need street lights to operate or a foot over bridge. Many lives are in danger as the vehicular movement is on high speeds on this stretch. Please look into it and take action.

Dear sir, why there is no standard road in NH 63? We are facing huge problem over here daily. We ppl travel in this danger n unconditional road. How many years you need to complete this work? Why you are not taking care. Daily accidents and huge traffic jamm b/w bellary to hospet. I m seeing other places got changed and its good to see. We bellary district ppl what made mistake why this harrassment to us only. Why no one caring this road. Pls answer me before i die.. Thanks

Dear Sir, Through this I am going to complaint you on the incident happened on 01.01.2016 around 10:00AM on NH-13 2Km before Kustagi, I am travelling from Bijapur to Bangalore on this day, by the way there is a maintenance activity of grass cutting being done in the centre of high way (where the flower trees are put) without any cautionary measure, stone through by the machine of grass cutting machine got hit to my car, front wind shield glass got crack, luckily no human hazard happen on that day. It is purely because o[censored]nsafe working on highway without any cautions. The front wind shield cost (Hyundai Xcent) is 8000 to 10000, but the contractor is forced me to take Rs4000/ on that day, my concern is not only the compensation, also to bring it to your notice. The NHAI toll road between Jhansi and Kanpur is in real bad shape despite collecting toll fees at 4 locations. Specifically the patches 25-30km on either side of Orai. I can suit picture proofs that I took today if you need them. Hope you will take note and repair them asap or at the least suspend toll collection. Regards Saket

Main dasna toll tax k regarding complaint karne chaha ta hu aasha h k is complaint per action leya jay last manday main apni family ke sath hapur ja raha tha in between dasna toll tax per jo ki bandh ho chuka h but illigaly local gundo or corrupt politician leader, police ki mili bhagat se chal raha he wha ke local staff ne mere saath badtmaizee ki jab maine toll taxe dene se mana ker diya or hathapai ke, meri car ko nuksaan puchaya. jab hum apni kamai apni apni mehnat se kamate h to hum apni kamai me se Rs.1 bhi kyun kiso ko bina wahjah de jab govt. ne toll taxe bandh kr diya h to yeh toll abhi tak knuy chal raha h. Please Please isko bandh kiya jaye other wise in future kuch bada hadsa ho sakta h ya govt bada hadsa hone ka wait ker rahi he.

The highway of nh-58 while going towards haridwar from delhi from where the toll road ends on further moving towards roorkee the highway is under construction and it doesn't contains any reflectors for the direction of moving towards other end of the lane as it contains sharp turns not even a white paint on the road is there which is creating a severe problem while driving in a rainy season or in an environment of fog which results into major accidents due to this. I'm experiencing this problem since last 6 months. The reflector boards should be there which should show the diversion of moving onto the correct lane just like g.T road is having on the way moving from delhi to punjab. The action should be taken regarding this immediately.

Respected Sir, I (Dr Manish S Bhoyar ) is Orthopaedically (One Leg affected) Handicapped person having 50 %disability. As per Notification NO:-NH-11065/12/2003-{ & M(14 Dec 2003) order-Govt.Of India, New Delhi. Secretary National HIghway Authority, Physically disabled person has been exempted from Toll Tax at all toll plaza under NHAI country wide. But I had been denied from exemption at 1. MATHANI TOLL PLAZA (NAGPUR BHANDARA ROAD-Maharashtra) Dated 2/12/2015 at 8:50 AM 2. ORIENTAL NAGPUR BYEPASS BORKHEDI (Near Nagpur) on dated 9/12/2015. Both the times sevice personel had denied me exemption.I have shown them above mentioned letter and my my Disability Cert. issued by Medical Board constituted by Civil Surgeon.With this application I request you to kindly look upon the issue and give me your decision in this regard. Dear Sir This is regarding Mcd tax collector boys who are jamming NH8 due to their open checking at collection point for taxis .Although dere is separate collection point for commercial vehicles even the vehicles just to avoid tax came at another side and these so called smart tax collectors boys start stoping these vehicles in the middle of road .Causing a huge jam on NH8 it daily tooks us to cross that point atleast half an hour which is just two minutes run.Are they authorized to block the road and harrass the common man daily in this way.kindly do the neefful

We just got escaped from an accident that a cow just jumped from the median. This really shocking, from Chennai I have seen almost all the medians are occupied by cows. If it proceeds it will be tough and pathetic for drivers. Pls consider and take action.

Dear sir, We are in oddampattu vill people total 4500 Nos, if any medical emergency, basic thing we only depend thirukoilur and kandachipuram city...last 6 years there is No road in between the cities its very difficult to stay this...in last 1 one there is bus in between the city due to damaged road...Kindly do the next step...waiting for 4500 peoples ...

Happened to travel with my family from chennai to vellore on 15Nov2015 for a day trip in a heavy rainy season. Roads are literally extremely worst. Happened to see lot of near miss accidents .I could have met accident in two places due to pits and holes in so called "national highway ". Not worth for toll fees paid and not good for travel also. I am also seeing lot of comments on this for so many years. Many vehicles for punctured on the way. Hope some body will look into it.

My complaint on Dasna Toll Tax at NH-24 probably won't make any difference, because I noticed 14 others are already posted, and haven’t been addressed in years.
People have been complaining for years, not only the authorities ignore everything, but recently Dasna Toll has been increased to Rs 20 (one side).

I travel to Hapur almost every day, and a rough calculation of the toll I paid in last 5 years would be around 30- 40 thousand. I'm happy to pay, if it were legal, and they pay some attention to the road maintenance.

Interestingly, they don't charge anything, if your car registration number is U.P 14 or UP.16, but if it's DL or any other then you have to pay.


This needs to stop or be explained please !
