Today 12 aug 2022 my car CH 4274 passed sanwara toll plaza NH 22 kalka shimla highway at 8.03 am ...in my fast tag account there was less money but in that account there was security amount which was also emergency amount of 300... Wn I reached plaza only one green signal I was told about low balance ..I asked him that there is emergency amount...he told that won't work ...and also that if refill wallet it may take 15 minutes to update...or I ll pay double the amount to cross that...I was to reach home so paid 130 rs and crossed. Without checking that he wrote HP 4274 for my car..wn I reached home I checked msg for amount 65 deducted from my that emergency balance...please check the cctv fottage and instruct the responsible person sitting there about the type of negligence he has shown...I had to pay thrice the amount..

Sir, i would like to inform you about unauthorized building contraction's going on alappuzha, cherthala. Proper pattanakad village ward 6th near govt high school. This area located kerala state, The man build a building on highway acquired land and he received full settlement from government.
Govt attached his land and building
For future highway development and they pay him well. Still he don't want to demolish the building.

I Crossed valavanthakottai toll plaza on[protected] at 17.24.54. In car no. TN 02 AY 4972. My vallet balance before entering was Rs 990/- they deducted 65/- the balance in my vallet should be Rs 925/- but it shows 825/- Thus they have wrongly deducted Rs.165/-instead of 65/- Please rectify the mistake and reverse Rs 100/- to my vallet account no. [protected].

We are crossing from khiriya toll plaza NH -12 udaipura and having such a bad experience with staff and services their machine is not working and they are taking double toll from us it's a 90rs toll and they take 180 rs and saying that Fastrack machine is not working if you want to cross you have to pay double toll such a rude behaviour and senseless talks and if it's like that then why people were having Fastrack and why govt. Started this .

while i came, 14/08/22-21:48:31 - Rs 21

11rs cheating has been happened.

Jakhauli Toll Plaza — WRONGFUl deduction from Fastag Wallet

I am Sachin Kumar, approaching you to seek help for reimbursement of extra toll charges for which I have registered a complaint for my vehicle - HR-85-0795, ON Village Jakhauli toll plaza on[protected] at 10:48:04 This is regarding WRONGFUL deduction of the amount 265, . I got the message on[protected]:15:34 and I was shocked that the earlier complaint was closed without any reason. I will appreciate if you could help to reimburse the amount at the earliest

I have travelled from Kodungaiyur to Ennore today by 18.22, Mathur toll plaza has rowdies it seems. They behave rude and talking in bad words.
I have fast tag and available balance was 252, when their machine is not working, they ask me to change and spoke bad words. I paid in cash doubly and moved.
Looking for justice.

Above mentioned problem created by toll plaza workers when there was issue in 1 car fasttag they jammed whole highway in arguing. They should have resolved it by taking the car aside, but even on others request they didn't do it and jam got bigger and took 30-40 mins to cross it. All this happened on 14 August 2022 6:50pm to 7:20 pm. As per law our toll charges should not imply, but they still charged it. NHAI should refund our money and penalty should be charged on toll operating agency for intentionally creating problem to users.CCTV footage can be used as proof.

I was at Chandwad, Nashik, Maharashtra toll plaza on 11th Aug 2022, 6:13 pm. There was a truck in front of my car which had some fasttag issues and they made all cars in that row to go back for that truck to be out of that lane. This took more than 15 minutes. So I requested the toll person not to charge my vehicle against toll. But he deferred after agreeing to do so. So please revert ₹ 165 to my account which I had paid at toll plaza.

I was driving from manesae to Gurgaon, and the toll showed the fastag blacklisted. I was told that I would have to pay with penalty if fastag not working. I was made to manually exit the toll and wait for them to assess. In meantime the toll was deducted from my fastag, despite I was given edit manually and waiting for the person so check details. I was lucky to be traveling with the mobile that was linked to fastag, and sms came immediately. Else i would have ended up paying toll twice with penalty. Pls see if it's genuine fault or fastag system or manipulation to charge twice.

I just crossed walaja toll on 14/Aug/22 @4:05 pm...they took more than 20 mins to clear the fasttag lane i just asked why before that I had horn ...for that one employee came and fighting and using bad words and asking my address to kill me...i took a video too for your reference i am attaching too...if your not taking action against him i will suite a file and i will give a complaint against him in a police station...he need to suspend and he need to ask apologies

I had a round trip from Badli to Kundli on KMP Flyover on 11th August 2022. My toll deductions are Rs 245 from Badli to Kundli and Rs 145 from Kundli to Badli, whereas one side toll charges were Rs 100 only. I am attaching my fastag statement, please take necessary actions against this behaviour.

Sivaya Toll plaza is delaying for 2-3 minutes even not the peak hours
According to the rules published by NHAI if vehicle is delayed for more than 10seconds then toll will not be charged

After asking that no toll would be charged they are saying “rules are not meant for us”

Is jk o8 they can’t deduct money because it falls under 20km radius and when i asked them for refund they denied by saying once money is deducted from fastag it can’t be refunded I informed plaza manager ashok sharma and supervisor or as they were saying by the name of ajay there reply were same …I just want you to kindly refund my money or else I have take legal action against it
