Crossed toll plaza dhurwae, Shahdol, madhya pradesh.
For past multiple times we have been facing the misbehave from The staff prior to this time staff were trying to fight with my father,
Today i was going hosputal with my mother wife and daughter, there was huge queue due to which it took good time for passing the toll, i only asked the staff that you should allow free of its more than 10 secs (i had my video recorder on) and then staff replied with a genuine question what if one of the persons fast tag doesnt have money then they have to make it manual pass (genuine but i am sure NHAI must already have solution for this ) then its my turn to pass those 3 guys stopped the camera for good time and said that fast tag not detecting (i already had stopped my camera after his genuine question but again i had to start my camera ) after around 1 min when i first stopped my car and waited for them to do complete whatever they were doing, i started my camera again then they came with a fast tag scanner on their hand (some how because of their such act i was not able to understand what wqs happening so i was trying not to communicate with them but kept recordung on for few secs ) and scanned fast tag and at the same time told that go wherever you want, tell who so ever you wanr to tell and also were ready to tell their name so that i can complain about them.

This is very humiliating and i ecpect that such thing does not happen to any other civilian, i work as a software engineer in bangalore and had come shahdol for 1 week.

I have also heared that this toll belongs to a powerful minister of the state so i am svared when i am co plaining here but still i trust the govt.
Hope that i get some pksituve and proper resolution.

On 7th August 22 around 6pm I was passing NH79, near Bhawalia Village, In front of Nuvoko Cement, two tyres of my vehicles are badly damaged due to passing over big pot holes on the road . I was coming from Chittorgarh .
I have paid toll of Rs 45 on Ochhdi Toll in between Chittorgarh - Nimbahera ) details:
HDFC Bank FastTag deducted: Rs 45 for Vehicle No: RJ09UB0586 at: Ochhdi on:[protected]T17:56:36 Wallet: [protected] Bal: Rs 1428

Estimated cost of replacing these two tyres is Rs20000/-
Requested to please compensate my loss

I have recently travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad(3rd August 2022) and the toilet at Bagepally toll plaza was horrible, unclean and of very bad standards. As a previous NHAI employee I am extremely disappointed with the lakhs of rupees spent on toilet construction and the final disgusting result. Many privately maintained toilets are much better. There were 3 toilets in which one was damaged, one was not cleaned with flies all over the excreta and one had no water. If this is the result of all those Toll plaza checks and weekly meetings over the standards of construction, all of them are a waste.

This is about NH05.
There is one toll at chandimandir Haryana
the next toll is at Sanwara Himachal pardesh
Distance between the two is Approx 40 Kms.

As per Nitin Gadkari Sir, No toll shall be allowed in less than 60 kms.

Kindly close either of the TOLL ASAP

Hope you know there are 4 toll plazas in Chennai Outer ring road. In that, Varadharajapuram toll plaza is very near to my home and I have to use that road every day to go to office. When I approached to get the local pass, they said it is not available and they asked me to show the AADHAR card and I did that. But still the money is getting deducted automatically from FASTAG account. I am using ICICI FASTAG...

Sir, this is Aravind CG from Mysuru karnataka.I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of roads in our area. The worst condition roads situated at kuvempunagar depo to shanthisagar road For the last four months, the road has been almost impassable.

This highway has so many potholes and uneven deformities from Nashik to Sangamner. With less visibility due to low lights and rain, It's difficult to avoid these. Kindly look into this matter....

Inspite of charging heavy toll charges from Nasik to Pune Highway there are so many pits holes on this way. These pits are so big, deep and hazardous that it may cause an accident at the cost of someone's life.

Before 90km from mathura there was a road repair covered by cone shaped barricade kept in centre of the main highway... There was no reflector on it and no street light caused sever damage to my car and you can check I paid toll tax also @nitin_gadkari @NHAI_Official https://t.co/Hyop4xTzFA

I have faced four incidents of inappropriate toll collections at Dhinva Toll Plaza (an RSRDC Toll) when travelling from Nimbaheda to Mangalwad.

1.[protected]:39:52), Receipt No - 4390, Amount - 45, paid cash, wrong vehicle number. From Nimbaheda to Sawaliya Ji
Same day same time there was a debit of Rs 30 from my fast tag linked to my car MP43CB2372.

2.[protected]:04:41), Receipt N0 - 2553, Amount - 45, paid cash, 00 vehicle number. From Sawaliya Ji to Nimbaheda
Same day same time there was a debit of Rs 10 from my fast tag linked to my car MP43CB2372

3.[protected]:23:03), Receipt No - 6350, Amount - 45, paid cash, 2372 my car's number. From Nimbaheda to Sawaliya Ji
Same day same time there was a debit of Rs 30 from my fast tag linked to my car MP43CB2372

I have all the hard copies with the above details.

This is on a serious note that the toll is inactive when I'm searching on https://tis.nhai.gov.in/tollplazasonmap.aspx?%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%2...⇄
But still there are collecting toll. On the op of that they are arguing with travelers and saying that the toll is not getting deducted from FAST tag and so they are collecting toll in cash.

I am an army personnel. At buchawas toll plaza ( bokth RM4 EN L12 & TCC12) Ddid not accept my id card and forced me to pay toll tax. kindly resolve this as they are continuously doing this kind of act.

In NH75 at kunigal bypass towards Hassan, uneven dangerous road surface created length 30 to 40feet and depth 1/2 feet due to May be heavy rain...
We travel to hassan on 6/8/22 at approx speed 80-100kms and car is sudden jumped and landed in dangerous condition...
I and Co passengers survived by luck...
Please correct the road surface as soon as possible.

Yesterday on date 08082022, I have been received a massage from fasttag company that 75 rupees deducted from my fasttag account inspite cross my car.
I was very surprised that how can it is possible because that time my car park in my house.
I request you to kindly solve this issue and refund my money as early as possible.

Aug 7th we have faced terrible incident at Kalaparru toll plaza, Eluru District, Andhra Pradesh

Issue : Our Car FastTag is having sufficient balance (1095/-) But it didn’t allow us to pass shown with low balance.

To respective toll people, we have shown the balance in our mobile too. Still they didn’t accept it and asked us to put it aside in a very vulgar way.

I was going through shambu, ambala toll plaza in morning at around 8:00 am in lane 3. When we stopped our car there there, girl on duty said us that please wait fastag isn't working. Another person on duty there said that fastag balance is low please pay it through cash . I paid the cash there in hurry but then out of concern I checked my phone notification. It showed that 75 rupees debited from my account. When I notified them money had been debited through fastag, they acted rudely and started giving excuses that we have to give 150 rupees cash . We showed them message multiple times but they keep on doing drama to sucessfully fraud us. It took us almost half hour to clear the issue meanwhile other people in lane also waited as we are resolving the matter.
These malpractices should be stopped.
If we have to struggle so much in paying even after having fastag due to this malpractices going on to earn extra money by fooling people then what's the benefit of this service.
The people concerned there should be checked and scolded for such henious acts so that they restrict themselves from fooling common people further.
