Aug 7th we have faced terrible incident at Kalaparru toll plaza, Eluru District, Andhra Pradesh

Issue : Our Car FastTag is having sufficient balance (1095/-) But it didn’t allow us to pass shown with low balance.

To respective toll people, we have shown the balance in our mobile too. Still they didn’t accept it and asked us to put it aside in a very vulgar way.

    I was going through shambu, ambala toll plaza in morning at around 8:00 am in lane 3. When we stopped our car there there, girl on duty said us that please wait fastag isn't working. Another person on duty there said that fastag balance is low please pay it through cash . I paid the cash there in hurry but then out of concern I checked my phone notification. It showed that 75 rupees debited from my account. When I notified them money had been debited through fastag, they acted rudely and started giving excuses that we have to give 150 rupees cash . We showed them message multiple times but they keep on doing drama to sucessfully fraud us. It took us almost half hour to clear the issue meanwhile other people in lane also waited as we are resolving the matter.
    These malpractices should be stopped.
    If we have to struggle so much in paying even after having fastag due to this malpractices going on to earn extra money by fooling people then what's the benefit of this service.
    The people concerned there should be checked and scolded for such henious acts so that they restrict themselves from fooling common people further.

      I have to inform you that the street light of highway not working of village jambhala (Dist. Aurangabad) which is on national highway no 52 from karodi to verul My near toll plaza is located karodi(aurangabad). there is total street lights are not working . We always pay toll on toll plaza but there service is not good so why we pay our toll to them. So please take stick action on this complaint. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

        Address: Pune mumbai expressway toll plaza

        I waited for paying toll via fastag for about 15 mins on expressway (pune mumbai) toll plaza on 8/8/2022 at 7.45 pm to 8.00 pm. This has wasted my precious time due to negligence caused by staff. This caused me unnecessary headache and anxiety.

          Dear Concerned Authorities,
          I am Resident of City Butibori, h.no 11 Santaji housing society on NH44, district Nagpur, Maharashtra, pin 441108.I am writting this complaint about recent increase in accidental events as few meters away from the concerned location(NH44) on their is a flyover which is why people avoid flyover and enter into the service lane using this incomplete Divider Construction area and the vehicle from both lanes face each other for head-on collision, This Divider was created with the construction of flyover but the flyover construction completed last year but the divider construction was left out.below i am attaching affected area with accidental event images.Kindly complete the Construction as soon as, please find the attachment below.

            Toll tax is deducted at dadri toll plaza from defence person and employee of toll is not listening about exemption, also no toll taken on kehrrari toll bit toll tax is deducted on dadri toll during exit, saying no exemption for on duty personnel on NH-152D

              We are serving military person and we are traveling from dadri to narnaul to and through on NH 152D. They hv charged us rupee 180 for each trip however to our knowledge as well as the various circulars released by NHAI as well as ARMY states that toll tax is exempted for a serving military person. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

                    I traveled through Eastern Peripheral Way (from Duhai to Jakhauli) on[protected] at 5.09PM (Single travelling, not To & Fro) by car (Vehicle No. : HR20 Y0244, Fastag Barcode[protected]. 140rs deducted from my fastag account instead of 85rs.
                    Transaction ID: 0010012208071632130912

                    This is not the first time, i m facing this issue. Number of times this is seen.
                    In other instance, on dated 09-04-22, 100rs were deducted instead of 85/-

                    Toll of 200/- was deducted against 25/- toll charges while travelling through another car dew months back.

                    Kindly look into the matter. This problem is seen very frequently and leads to customer dissatisfaction.

                    If the complaint would not resolve, next time i will complaint directly to PM window.

                      Dear sir,
                      I dissatisfied with nimali toll plazza staff they have not technical knowledge about deducting toll about.
                      I am waiting more than 15 minutes but the amount was not deducted and when I say to attender then he scan using his machin and say problem from your bank not our issue and he is not good way to communicate with us.
                      I think this way is not good to communicate with users. I am waiting more then 15sec. Then please refund my amount and please assign good workers on duty.

                      Kindly do action as soon as possible.

                          It is Brought to your attention that the toll plazas under NHAI are deducting double money from the buses of Faridkot depot through Fastag and causing a lot of loss to PRTC .So you are requested to Refund the Double deductions immediately and Strictly instructions should be given to the tolls in advance that no doublr deductions should be made again

                            On August 4th 2022 on Eastern peripheral expressway regular charge of my route from Duhai Topl plaza to Dasna toll plaza is 15 rupees from one side but on listed day the tag machine of “Dasana toll plaza” was broken and the toll staff was scanning fastag from hand machine due to which they charge me 100 Rs which is very unproffesional mt Transaction id is - 0010012208060545097569 please take a look at my complaint and refund my money back

                              I was going from Bara Toll Plaza Lucknow Varanasi Highway I am from Indian Army I was shown the army card but they kept the card with them and refused to give the card and started abusing the manager was also being abused After that I did not let go when I told the manager that you are talking rudely, then he said that we do not accept the card, whatever you have to do, get an FIR against such manager, otherwise I get it done from my department

                                  There has been a wrong deduction of 265 rs for my travel through jhakauli on 5th august.i got this message 2 days later of my travel. Below is the message of deduction.

                                    I have two local pass, since this fast tag was introduced on Mayyar toll plaza Hisar. Therefore I recently found out that, they REMOVED MY LOCAL PASS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE intimation. From, Since last 4 months.

                                    This has caused me heavy losse, mental agony and hareesmet. Due to which i have lost my inner peace. Therefore this can not be settled or covered by any monetary value.
                                    But if compensation of five thousand inr will be deposited in my car fast tag. This will atleast settle my tangible losses.
