National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

This complaint is regarding Road from Tirupati to Puttur . It's is mentioned as NH where half of the road is unfinished diverting users for single lane and part of highway was damaged/some issue from last year rain which left the same way from An year . They are charging Rs 80 and no idea why on what basis .

NH 150A is a national highway between Jeevargi- Chamarajanagara. This road is in very worst condition In between Bellary to Siruguppa. In this route, there are lot of industries and so many transport vehicles commute daily. Many people are died in the accidents because of potholes. I am requesting to extend the line between Bellary and Siruguppa to 4 lane road.

उपर्युक्त विषय के संदर्भ में, टोलटैक्स बंशीटीकर, भागलपुर (बिहार ) के पास nh80 रोड पर बहुत ज्यादा गड्ढे है । प्रतिदिन रोड दुर्घटना में बहुत लोग घायल हो रहे हैं ।
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि जल्द से जल्द nh80 रोड की मरम्मत करवाने का कष्ट करें ।

The road between while coming from
Bangalore, 7-9 kms before Tumkur and 7-9 kms after Tumkur and also from the other side towards Bangalore 7-9kms before and after Tumkur 7-9-kms has one of the most deadly potholes on the highway which can kill two wheeler riders and also kill someone by car and cause a major damage. I would honestly request you to plz take care of those potholes and not only patch it but also fix the roads. Those pot holes are deep and it honestly can cause FATAL ACCIDENTS. Please take care of it. When the roads are made so good these things need to be fixed asap.

Dear NHAI Team,
I would like to bring to your notice the bad condition of the road “NH 966” near to Chandra Nagar, Palakkad Dist. Kerala state through this letter.

For the last four months the road has been almost impassable. We have made several complaints. But the problem is being neglected for a long time. Many accidents have been reported during this period. The surface of the road is broken by the heavy rains. There are heaps of road material on both sides of the road. They leave only little room in the middle. The side drains are blocked and the water flows out. So, the road gets flooded even after a slight rain. There are pot-holes on the road. The broken culvert is also a danger for vehicles.

In Electronic city flyover bangalore toll gate i payed 35rs toll for bike through google pay but the person there sitting not accepted again i done 35 rs transaction and they don't return me the extra amount i transferred

There is approximately 10 kilometre of block on topran high way nh7 and still toll ppl are collecting toll money from commuters . This is unfair

While passing through khed- shivapur toll plaza today at 8:37 of My Car MH 14GN9858 the amount deducted from my fast tag account as well cash of ruppes 220 taken. Pl revert me the amount

Regarding that kaundampalayam coimbatore tamilnadu, new over flow bridge realated two sides entrance all vehicles came fast they use very heavy horn some time that mind disappointed so please check and do one speed breaker in two sides entrance avoid accident. Thank you sir

As per the rules of the Ministry of road transport and highways there must be atleast 60km distance between two toll plaza's . But the distance between bhagan toll plaza in Sonepat and toll plaza in panipat is less than 45km. So anyone of the highway should be removed as soon as possible.

NH 4, Nelamngala to Tumkur highway, kulumapalya and chokkenahalli toll plaza, here toll collection agreement is ended on 1st June 2021, but here toll is collected on regular basis illegally.

Please take urgent action..

This is to inform that, my vehicle Passenger car is being deducted Rs. 245/- every trip at Palwal toll plaza at KMP.
Actual amount deduction should be Rs. 60/-
I take entry form Tauru every trip
This is one of worst plaza as their scanning system does not work and they scan each vehicle manually.
I already complaint Axis bank also for each higher deduction but no solution.
How can I get refund of money ?

In sengurichi Toll plaza they charged mistakenly from my bank account

I am an ordination citizen of Assam. I request NHAI to seriously look for National Highway 27 where the toll plaza are charging toll for the worst road which are as it is and not being repaired.

I was coming all the way from Hyderabad to Panipat on 1st July and I took Easteral Pheripheral Expressway. I was happy after looking at the traffic conditions. It was all clear. However, Near Baghpat exit, there was a huge bump on the road and it is not visible to the public/driver.

It damaged my car completely after taking that hit. I was in speed limit around 100KMPH. Due to this sudden bump in the road, I got my windshield broken, and got my quarter panel welding removed which caused water leakage in my car.

Please let me know if you need more details about the Toll transaction details, car damage etc.

Sir, construction material lying unattended on road, potholes not filled.If due to rainy season construction work is delayed so kindly clear road at Ludhiana sherpur chowk for regular flow of traffic.Due to negligence any accident can happen .To avoit it kindly clear material and fill potholes on emergency level.As on this roads your friends or relatives can travel safely 🙏

I Md Nawab Khan respectful citizen of Sahibganj. Sir/Madam I am writing this to make aware of the situation of roads of Sakrigali.
These bad roads are very dangerous, they cause thousands of accidents and deaths every year.
In rainy season, there condition is worst, water come on big-big spots on the road.
So, at last, Sir/Madam, I request to improve the condition of roads of sakrigali.
Which cause very major and minor accidents.

Nh135a has a very drastic condition plzz do something

We were travelling via Easter Peripheral Dulai Toll plaza and there were two ladies who told us to show us a slip which was to be given by the previous toll person on our way. We told them that we waited at the previous toll and there was a person there, we asked him if we could go and he let us go and didn't give us any slip. The ladies told us to submit INR 360 as we were not carrying that slip. We told them clearly that the person at the previous toll didn't give us any such slip even though we waited at his counter.
Then those ladies made a call to their senior accountant, Mr. Vivek Singh to whom we told the same thing but he also told us to pay INR 360. The person didn't even check the camera footage of previous toll and told us that it's our fault that we didn't take the slip; it is our responsibility to that slip. We told him that we new to this place and why didn't the person at the previous toll give us the slip even though we stopped our vehicle and waited. But he cut it off everytime saying that it's our responsibility only to take the slip.
Why and how is it the consumers responsibility?? This is sheer ignorance of the authorities by putting the responsibility on the consumer. I am attaching the INR 360 slip which we paid to finally take our vehicle ahead. Please look into this issue on priority and take strict action against the faulty personnel.
