National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

As per the rules of the Ministry of road transport and highways there must be atleast 60km distance between two toll plaza's . But the distance between bhagan toll plaza in Sonepat and toll plaza in panipat is less than 45km. So anyone of the highway should be removed as soon as possible.

NH 4, Nelamngala to Tumkur highway, kulumapalya and chokkenahalli toll plaza, here toll collection agreement is ended on 1st June 2021, but here toll is collected on regular basis illegally.

Please take urgent action..

This is to inform that, my vehicle Passenger car is being deducted Rs. 245/- every trip at Palwal toll plaza at KMP.
Actual amount deduction should be Rs. 60/-
I take entry form Tauru every trip
This is one of worst plaza as their scanning system does not work and they scan each vehicle manually.
I already complaint Axis bank also for each higher deduction but no solution.
How can I get refund of money ?

In sengurichi Toll plaza they charged mistakenly from my bank account

I am an ordination citizen of Assam. I request NHAI to seriously look for National Highway 27 where the toll plaza are charging toll for the worst road which are as it is and not being repaired.

I was coming all the way from Hyderabad to Panipat on 1st July and I took Easteral Pheripheral Expressway. I was happy after looking at the traffic conditions. It was all clear. However, Near Baghpat exit, there was a huge bump on the road and it is not visible to the public/driver.

It damaged my car completely after taking that hit. I was in speed limit around 100KMPH. Due to this sudden bump in the road, I got my windshield broken, and got my quarter panel welding removed which caused water leakage in my car.

Please let me know if you need more details about the Toll transaction details, car damage etc.

Sir, construction material lying unattended on road, potholes not filled.If due to rainy season construction work is delayed so kindly clear road at Ludhiana sherpur chowk for regular flow of traffic.Due to negligence any accident can happen .To avoit it kindly clear material and fill potholes on emergency level.As on this roads your friends or relatives can travel safely 🙏

I Md Nawab Khan respectful citizen of Sahibganj. Sir/Madam I am writing this to make aware of the situation of roads of Sakrigali.
These bad roads are very dangerous, they cause thousands of accidents and deaths every year.
In rainy season, there condition is worst, water come on big-big spots on the road.
So, at last, Sir/Madam, I request to improve the condition of roads of sakrigali.
Which cause very major and minor accidents.

Nh135a has a very drastic condition plzz do something

We were travelling via Easter Peripheral Dulai Toll plaza and there were two ladies who told us to show us a slip which was to be given by the previous toll person on our way. We told them that we waited at the previous toll and there was a person there, we asked him if we could go and he let us go and didn't give us any slip. The ladies told us to submit INR 360 as we were not carrying that slip. We told them clearly that the person at the previous toll didn't give us any such slip even though we waited at his counter.
Then those ladies made a call to their senior accountant, Mr. Vivek Singh to whom we told the same thing but he also told us to pay INR 360. The person didn't even check the camera footage of previous toll and told us that it's our fault that we didn't take the slip; it is our responsibility to that slip. We told him that we new to this place and why didn't the person at the previous toll give us the slip even though we stopped our vehicle and waited. But he cut it off everytime saying that it's our responsibility only to take the slip.
Why and how is it the consumers responsibility?? This is sheer ignorance of the authorities by putting the responsibility on the consumer. I am attaching the INR 360 slip which we paid to finally take our vehicle ahead. Please look into this issue on priority and take strict action against the faulty personnel.

I am traveling from Kanpur to Ranchi few days back. Subjected road conditions very poor. Not a single KM road surface is smooth. Big size bump, big pot holes, bridges joint very painful and more than 30 diversions. Travel with Google map I am surprised when diversions road show actual road. So think how much old diversions. Car or other vehicle driving in road we pay road tax but you provide world class road we pay toll. In my knowledge NHAI call tenders for road with time period maintenance or speret road maintenance. Where is your promises against for toll collection. Hor able Supreme court many times direct NHAI bad road no toll. You derespect Ho'bale Supreme court orders and Vehicle onwer who respect your orders.

सर मैं 21/05/2022 को अपनी कार (वाहन संख्या UP 42 BF 2148) से बस्ती से अयोध्या जा रहा था रास्ते में चौकड़ी टोल प्लाजा को पार कर रहा था (समय 2:30 PM) मेरे फास्टैग से पैसा कट गया और सिग्नल ग्रीन हो गया फिर बैरियर ऊपर उठ गया । फिर मैंने अपनी कार को आगे बढ़ाया जैसे ही मैंने कार को आगे बढ़ाया टोल प्लाजा के कर्मचारी ने बैरियर को गिरा दिया और बैरियर मेरी कार के आगे वाले शीशे पर गिरा जिसके कारण मेरी कार का शीशा टूट गया। उसके बाद मैने इनके मैनेजर से शिकायत की ( जोकि वो उस दिन वहा उपस्थिति नहीं थे) टेलीफोन पर बात होने के बाद उन्होंने मुझे आश्वासन दिया कि 3 दिन बाद मैं शीशे को सही करवा दूंगा ।

मैं फिर 3 दिन बाद गया लेकिन मैनेजर फिर नही मिले मेरी टेलीफोन पर बात हुई तो मैनेजर ने फिर 3 दिन का समय मांगा। इसके बाद फिर मैं 3 दिन बाद टोल प्लाजा पर गया लेकिन फिर मैनेजर नही मिले।

इस प्रकार मैं कई बार टोल प्लाजा पर जाकर अपनी समस्या को बताया लेकिन आज तक कोई समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ।

अत: मैं परेशान होकर इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से आपको अवगत कराना चाह रहा हु कि मेरी समस्या सुनी जाए और उचित कार्यवाही के लिए टोल प्लाजा के मैनेजर और कर्मचारी को निर्देशित किया जाय। और मेरे कार का शीशा बदलवाया जाएं।

Myself milind savle and I am a employee of central reserve police force (para military) in all toll naka I am exmpted from toll but only png toll pimplegaon has been collected 210 rs
Hence it is requested that take a strict action against him

Several cement trucks has been parked for so.many days on NH-47 near Koshmi Industrial area dist Betul which is causing problem to passing vehicles. I was passing by there and avoided a major exident. Kindly take necessary action about it on urgent basis.

In respect of SOLAPUR - VIJAYAPURA HIGHWAY, vehicles going out of Vijayapura city via Ring road (Ashram road) are entering highway and are going against on coming high speed traffic. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Please take action in this regard.

Sitarganj khatima national Highway NH9 KE FOOTPATH per atikarman karke vyaparmandal jhankat dwara toilet nirmaan karvaya jaa raha hai jo ki aaye din durghatnao ka kaaran banega. Main chouraha jhankat.

I am residing in vyara and having office at fort songadh which is connected by NH48 and I travel daily 18 kms too & fro it's a toll road at mandal then too the road is not been repaired and maintained well kindly inform the authorities and make a solution for above !!! Vande mataram !!!

National Highway NH74 ke upar atikarman karke toilet banaya jaa raha hai jisme parsaasan bhi involve hai. Vyapaar mandal jhankat dwara parsaasan ki sahayta se NH74 per toilet ka nirmaan Kiya jaa raha hai jo ki avaidh hai kirpya sangyaan le . Main chouraha jhankat

My car tata Nexon brand new car with only temp no having FASTTAG crossed DIGHAL toll on Rohtak JHAJJAR road two times on 17/7 from rohtak to jhajjar on 18/7 from jhajjar to rohtak Toll was deducted from my fasttag APP PARKPLUS Rs 50 and rs 30 while on return but toll authorities demanded rs 100 and make slip of 100/- then allow to cross toll plaza You are requested to return our payment of rs 100/-
