Hi Sir,

Several cement trucks has been parked for so.many days on NH-47 near Koshmi Industrial area dist Betul which is causing problem to passing vehicles. I was passing by there and avoided a major exident. Kindly take necessary action about it on urgent basis.

In respect of SOLAPUR - VIJAYAPURA HIGHWAY, vehicles going out of Vijayapura city via Ring road (Ashram road) are entering highway and are going against on coming high speed traffic. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Please take action in this regard.

Sitarganj khatima national Highway NH9 KE FOOTPATH per atikarman karke vyaparmandal jhankat dwara toilet nirmaan karvaya jaa raha hai jo ki aaye din durghatnao ka kaaran banega. Main chouraha jhankat.

I am residing in vyara and having office at fort songadh which is connected by NH48 and I travel daily 18 kms too & fro it's a toll road at mandal then too the road is not been repaired and maintained well kindly inform the authorities and make a solution for above !!! Vande mataram !!!

National Highway NH74 ke upar atikarman karke toilet banaya jaa raha hai jisme parsaasan bhi involve hai. Vyapaar mandal jhankat dwara parsaasan ki sahayta se NH74 per toilet ka nirmaan Kiya jaa raha hai jo ki avaidh hai kirpya sangyaan le . Main chouraha jhankat

My car tata Nexon brand new car with only temp no having FASTTAG crossed DIGHAL toll on Rohtak JHAJJAR road two times on 17/7 from rohtak to jhajjar on 18/7 from jhajjar to rohtak Toll was deducted from my fasttag APP PARKPLUS Rs 50 and rs 30 while on return but toll authorities demanded rs 100 and make slip of 100/- then allow to cross toll plaza You are requested to return our payment of rs 100/-

Why to suffer in que car if somebody ahed you is not paying toll tax as he is government employee.
On 18/7/22 I was passing through that tall tax at 6:15 am, I had suffered from same situation waitedfor 15 min, and conclusion was to go back and turn to other lane.
So, how this could be dealed. Please consider this

Not good staff for songhadh to toll plaza South gujrat hazira to nvapur highway...local staff not done job very well...mis behaviour for customer...and also not follow gov . Rule...plz change staff ...

I crossed badbar toll barrier on[protected] at 2:19 PM and paid Rs. 100 .
I returned on[protected] at 5:20 PM . They again charged Rs. 100. It should have been Rs. 50.
Pl look into the matter

There is a big hole on the bridge of ganga river at gegaso, between Fatehpur and Lalganj U.P. It is very dangerous please fix it or atleast place a warning sign

Sir I am sanjeev kumar singh serving in Indian Air Force was travelling from home to duty station one toll plaza in haryana named madina toll plaza collected toll tax from me

On 16th july 2022 I was going from hosur to chennai in car TN11 AU5956 while crossing the vaniyambadi toll gate, money was deducted and toll gate boom opened, while crossing the gate, the boom fell down on my front bonnet causing minor dent and again opened and fell on glass, my family in car were panicked and when asked about this, tollgate employes were very cool answering that nothing happened to glass and said dent is not so much for visible, and telling me this incident happens often so only they have put thermocol around boom for avoiding damage. How can NHAI answer like that with out any responsibility and telling this happens. Any times, what resposibility do NHAI take, I have taken video of employee answering

Sitarampura toll is charging toll from local public situated at Jaipur ring road at vatika exit.

When i have shown my aadhar, he said aadhar is a not a valid address proof.

I have asked to provide complaint book then he started misbehaving with me and clearly refused to give complaint book.

Pls confirm why local punlic is charged for toll.
Pls confirm why aadhar is not a valid address proof.
Pls confirm why comolaint book is not given by toll employee.
Also confirm what action is taken against that toll.

Also confirm why this kind of dadagiri is allowed on tolls.

I was travelling to Narayanpur from Bavdhan, Pune. My Car is MH12 QY0901 registered. I have got charged Rs. 110/-. Is it chargeble if I lived within 20 km. I have visited Toll Naka Office and staff was talking to me very much arrogantly. These employees and specific agency is lootmar company. DM of pune should come forward and intervein for this sophisticated lootmar. and refund my amount. let me known the procedure to avoid such kind of irritating experience.

Dear Sir, Mohania toll plaza is taking more then 45 min to cross even though toll as not free as per the policy this should be free pls check this matter toll timing 16 th july around 16:20

Sir I traveled by my car HR20AA7090 on 16.7.22 from rohtak to rewari. The toll road was in worst condition, bid deep holes at every 50 meters. Not maintained by companies yet they charge full toll. It's not fare

There is truck parked on national highway 27 service road near wankaner at Chandrapur village. This truck is parked from more then 1 year and it is causing lot of traffic issue.

I am writing this report to complaint about your toll plaza staff(on Muzaffarpur-Sitamarhi, National Highway 77). I am listing the following troubles we faced at the toll plaza this afternoon:-

1. The fastag machine was not working.
2. We asked the cabin staff(Rajendra
Prasad) to check the machine
again, he started misbehaving
with my driver and when my father
try to speak with him he started
abusing him and he also gathered
his colleagues to get involved in
physical fight.

After this incident my mother feels very uncomfortable ( reference to insecure).
I request the authority to please ensure quick action on this incident. Your earliest action will prevent this same situation to general public too.

Hope you all are doing well.

I am Bhavana Patil daughter of Mallikarjun Patil R/O # 92, Krishna Nagar, Behind M.A.M Hostel Kalaburagi-585102 (Earlier known as Gulbarga), Karnataka.

The Issue which I am taking up needs immediate attention.

The Over Bridge crossing railway line at Naganahalli village of Kalaburagi Ring Road. Karnataka (which comes under NH 218) does not have a proper service road which has been pending for over 10+ years now. (The service road which we are talking about is just 400m on each side of the bridge, taking up a total 1.6 km and road just need be from Start of the bridge to Railway line)

The same request has already been taken up many times to respective official authorities (Kalaburagi NHAI Office), but we had no response from them.

On 24th August 2021 the surrounding villagers requested the proper service road upto the railway track on either side of the bridge to Project Director Kalaburagi (Sri. K.N. AJAYKUMAR MANI) but the officers have neglected and misbehaved saying that this complaint can be taken upto any officer of Higher authority.

On 31st August 2021, My Father Mallikarjun Patil personally met Mr.Akil Ahmed in Bangalore NHAI RO Office and handed over the request letter. The response from Mr.Akil Ahmed has been positive and said he will be discussing with concerned officials and resolve this issue.

The same issue is already raised to PMOPG, as we are expecting the response on the same, the PMOPG no as follows : PMOPG/E/2021/0438586 .

So, this mail is just a reminder and please take this matter seriously and resolve the issue which has been pending for decades.

The Current condition of the road (Service road under bridge) and reference documents will also be attached for reference.
