Sir I traveled by my car HR20AA7090 on 16.7.22 from rohtak to rewari. The toll road was in worst condition, bid deep holes at every 50 meters. Not maintained by companies yet they charge full toll. It's not fare

There is truck parked on national highway 27 service road near wankaner at Chandrapur village. This truck is parked from more then 1 year and it is causing lot of traffic issue.

I am writing this report to complaint about your toll plaza staff(on Muzaffarpur-Sitamarhi, National Highway 77). I am listing the following troubles we faced at the toll plaza this afternoon:-

1. The fastag machine was not working.
2. We asked the cabin staff(Rajendra
Prasad) to check the machine
again, he started misbehaving
with my driver and when my father
try to speak with him he started
abusing him and he also gathered
his colleagues to get involved in
physical fight.

After this incident my mother feels very uncomfortable ( reference to insecure).
I request the authority to please ensure quick action on this incident. Your earliest action will prevent this same situation to general public too.

I am Bhavana Patil daughter of Mallikarjun Patil R/O # 92, Krishna Nagar, Behind M.A.M Hostel Kalaburagi-585102 (Earlier known as Gulbarga), Karnataka.

The Issue which I am taking up needs immediate attention.

The Over Bridge crossing railway line at Naganahalli village of Kalaburagi Ring Road. Karnataka (which comes under NH 218) does not have a proper service road which has been pending for over 10+ years now. (The service road which we are talking about is just 400m on each side of the bridge, taking up a total 1.6 km and road just need be from Start of the bridge to Railway line)

The same request has already been taken up many times to respective official authorities (Kalaburagi NHAI Office), but we had no response from them.

On 24th August 2021 the surrounding villagers requested the proper service road upto the railway track on either side of the bridge to Project Director Kalaburagi (Sri. K.N. AJAYKUMAR MANI) but the officers have neglected and misbehaved saying that this complaint can be taken upto any officer of Higher authority.

On 31st August 2021, My Father Mallikarjun Patil personally met Mr.Akil Ahmed in Bangalore NHAI RO Office and handed over the request letter. The response from Mr.Akil Ahmed has been positive and said he will be discussing with concerned officials and resolve this issue.

The same issue is already raised to PMOPG, as we are expecting the response on the same, the PMOPG no as follows : PMOPG/E/2021/0438586 .

So, this mail is just a reminder and please take this matter seriously and resolve the issue which has been pending for decades.

The Current condition of the road (Service road under bridge) and reference documents will also be attached for reference.

It will take more than 5 minutes to pass the mansar toll. Also there is a long vehicle queue at mansar toll. Because of server issues

Eventhough we pay very high for each and every toll the toilets are very nasty in many tolls especially krishnagiri via Bangalore toll. This morning 15.07.2022 I tried to use because it was very nasty could not use. Why it is not maintained properly? We r paying very high for tolls when we cross.

Hi yesterday i had crossed panipat toll tax to drop my family member after dropping them toll tax was not deducted then toll plaza person asked for rs.70/- i asked him to charged it from fast tag he bluntly refused and said you have to pay this amount otherwise you cannot move.

Now all motor vehicles are using fast tag which is compulsory then how can they asked for money if we have fast tag is there any law or provision regarding this.

Need your interference to resolve this matter

The road is broken badly near kawas village on NH6. the speedbreaker is too high and has 5 big bumps. this needs to be broken and standard breaker should be made. everyday there is too much jam on this stretch.

This is the hailway of Manhor to thane roads are badly affected kindly look into the matter ASAP

Pune-Bengaluru Highway has been almost filled with pot holes betweem Kolhapur-Karad and poor patch work between Sankeshwar-Belagavi. Could you allow people to travel smoothly on smooth and comfortable roads?

The roads between Thane and Padga, have never been worse. With the increase in population and traffic, the construction of the bridges and roads have to be done with proper concrete and substances required to build a road. Seems like the roads have not monitored by NHAI, and the contractor have build awful road. By using least of the concrete and the substances required. The whole road stretch are full with potholes just by a single hit of rain.
I have seen multiple emergency ambulances stuck in minimum of 2-4 hours traffic.
Please resolve this issue and construct a healthy road and hope this is monitored and examined by NHAI, before passing any bills for the contractors.

I crossed KOTA bypass toll Plaza four times (2+2) on 26/6/2022 and amount deducted Rs. 75+35+75+35 which is OK. But again Rs. 75 deducted on 28/6/22 and Rs. 35 deducted on 29/6/2022 while I did not cross there on these dates.

I m daily updown from surat to ankleshwar - gujarat. I m facing daily 2 hrs traffic to just to cut distance of 5 kms. Total surat-ankleshwar's distance is hardly 55-65 min. But it take almost 3-3.5 hrs daily to reach home. This is only to bad cum nonsense planning.
Please look into, waiting for the good response.

Government staff. I am working as Senior Inspector of cooperative society in Tamilnadu Government. Today I have going to Chennai high Court of madurai bench branch for office case purposes. Puthurapandiyapuram toll plaza hasn't allowed while shown my Identity card. This one hasn't allowed and misappropriation for Tamilnadu Government staff.Please take action.

Toll plaza deduction my whole balance in wallet and I was already end up traveling on exp at 230 km . The toll plaza deducted my whole balance please return my balance back .
The Transection I’d is[protected] from Payton balance . Then we ended our journey at pulhwaria toll the toll man said us the machine is not working properly if toll will cut then please inform . And not a single action was taken and it is very disappointing like Nhai not maintaining the tools of such a great expressway. I want to add up a last thing also that the journey was done from lko to pukhwaria and we ended journey there.

Near bording to unn on highway near jeevandhara petrol pump, bording to unn village navsari, before kanai khadi bridge, centre road have big stand. please repair the road for stop any big accident.

Attrortious and rude behaviour of tollgate staffs in paranur taminadu tolls all are like gundas or like group robbery team i having balance in my fasttag but they are fakely telling no balance in my fastag and that gundas group robbery me 120rs all staffs came to beat me they behavior is like gundas pls take approitate action on them that supervisior speaks to me in local language threatened me also treated me as a slave we are not slave for anyone pls take immediate action and change all staffs

I was travelling from Hoshiarpur to chandigarh on 10 July, 2022 from 04:30pm to 5:30pm. Three toll plazas near Cholang and Banga and Balachaur didn’t take toll from me as i am grandson of a freedom fighter Sardar Gian singh from Hoshiarpur . I have freedom fighter card issued by government of punjab. But toll plaza on Kurali road took toll tax from me. And tell me, why toll plaza manger ignore and reject my grandfather card and DC Permission? And I was Travel last month in from Delhi, there all’s tolls plaza didn’t take toll-tax. Pl take action on the toll plaza authority immediately.
