I am Tanmoy Chatterjee son of Nirmal kumar Catterjee, my birth place is Village- Gangatikuri, Post - Gangatikuri, Distt. Purba Bardhaman, PS- Ketugram, West Bengal.
Here I want to pull your notice that how since freedom our place not get develop in the sense of road and infrastructure and this pieces of land is basin like between Mayrukshi and Ajoy river, very rainy season it get flodded as because both the river loss it water storage capacity .
There is no connectivity of road from Jharkhand to nadiya .
Here my suggestion a new NHAI which will will be start from Tehatta (Bangladesh Border) through Debogram - Gangatikuri-Nanur- Bolpur- Ilam bazar- Asansol NH-2.
Whole the way the only huge river bridge require that is on The Ganga (Six KM north from Katwa) and rest all the rout will pass between the river Mayurakshi and Ajoy.
It will help border connectivity in the sense of National security and force movement to the border and also will split water block in two so less wastage of monsoon crop .
since freedom Bardhamn and Nadiya are two neighbor district but due to span of The Ganga there is problem in connectivity.
My request to Government of India through NHAI for this highway and hope my plea will meet kind consideration.

I have requested on 06.07.2022 at about 09:00 PM to Mr. Deepak Udhadya (Toll Plaza Incharge, as told by himself) to provide me CCTV footage of 30.06.2022 at about 10.11.26 AM when my vehicle (HR 59/7117) crossed the lane No. 05 of Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza located at Patiala Rajpura National Highway.

In the beginning I narrated the history of incident that on that day my vehicle got Hydrostatic damaged at Mohali in Sector 79 due to heavy rain fall and I am ready to give in writing and follow the procedure to get the CCTV footage as it has to be submitted to Insurance Company for claim of Insurance.

After understanding the total incident, He told that we will provide and a directed a gentelmen in the same toll plaza to look after this (I don't know the name of that gentleman). This gentleman and I worked for about one hour and able to trace our vehicle.

Then this gentleman told me to get the pendrive so that CCTV footage could be transferred in the pendrive, as at that time I was not having pendrive so I brought my external hard disk from my another vehicle which was parked below toll plaza.

Thereafter Mr. Anil Kumar Patel (IT Head as told by him to me) has been called at about 10.15 PM, he came and bluntly denied to give CCTV footage without FIR. I again narrated the case history to him and requested him that my family is waiting in my another vehicle HR 59/C - 7771 from last one and half hour and now you are denying to provide CCTV footage, this is not fair with us, you could have told in the beginning that we can't provide CCTV footage without FIR.

Further no injury is involved in hydrostatic damage and even I showed him the pics of my damaged vehicle and also provided him mobile number of surveyor so that he could confirm it. But he told I will not give you CCTV footage without FIR and after about one and half hour Mr. Deepak Upadhayay now started saying the same and denied to provide CCTV footage without FIR.

Sir my few questions are about this total Physical and Mental harrasment occurred to me and my family, which was waiting in my vehicle below the office of Toll Plaza for about one and half hour -

1) If FIR copy is required why Mr. Deepak Upadhayay didn't told me in the beginning when at about 09:00 PM I approached him and was ready to follow the procedure to get CCTV footage.

2) Is copy of FIR required to get CCTV footage to Toll Plaza of our own vehicle, if yes, what is the procedure that I shall adopt to get the CCTV footage as no FIR is registered about the incident of my vehicle.

3) Who is responsible for mental and physical harrasment happened to me and my entire family that waited for about one and half hour at Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza from 9:00 PM to about 10:30 PM on 06.07.2022 in my another vehicle HR59/C - 7771.

04) When I told to Mr. Deepak Upadhyay and Mr. Anil Kumar Patel that I will make your compliment to higher authority, both of them told you make to whom you want to make our complaint, we are on Govt. Job no body can take any action against us.

Sir, as a citizen of this country I humbly request you kindly take appropriate disciplinary action against both of them so that In future no person shall be harrassed by behaviour of such irresponsible person in any Toll Plaza.

Further Sir, kindly provide me the procedure to get CCTV footage of my vehicle crossing from Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza on 30.06.2022 at about 10.11.26 AM (HR 59/7117) so that it could be submitted to insurance company for insurance claim.

“A document from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways says that road users in a four-wheeler need not pay toll if they have been waiting at the toll plaza for more than 10 seconds. At the same time, toll plazas have been instructed to draw a yellow line 100 metres before the booth entry. If there are vehicles behind the yellow line, then the toll operator will have to let the cars ahead go without paying the tax.” Today i was waiting in a palavedu, chennai toll plaza for more time but still the fashtag got deducted. When i was inquiring that toll employees don’t know even have any info about the law. The only thing they know is if fastag is not sticked that vehicle has to pay double the charge. Kindly assist me to get justice. It is a well defined theft by government. No response in 1033 helpline as well, they are useless.

I have travelled by my car HR14 H 8225 on 26 June 2022. At PIDHI Toll plaza the Toll is deducted twice.

Please note that the timings are different. The right time is 16:57 hrs

On 4 July 2022, I was passing through the toll palaza Rohad KM 52+460 and my fast tag balance got less than whatwas required to pass me through the toll palaza. The officials told me the same and took my ID and told me to set aside my vehicle. After setting aside my vehicle, I politely requested them to let me recharge my fast tag and then they can proceed with the process but they rudely denied that and told me that I have to pay cash only. I asked for QR code or any digital payment method since I was not carrying cash with me, they behaved inappropriately with me and told me that I have to pay cash only else I won't get my ID back and I won't be able to go from here and they did not see my for 30 mins and I was figuring out a way in heavy rains to arrange for cash only. After 30 mins or so, with the help of a fellow passenger, I was able to arrange cash and give it to them and then they only gave me my ID back then with inappropriate behaviour and rude attitude. If government is promoting digital payments then why NHAI does not have any digital payment methods and only relying on cash and who gave them the right to speak a income tax paying citizen with some rudeness and inappropriate behaviour ?

This is to inform you that daily computation or travel at NH 19 Mathura- Delhi road has become too risky and full of Traffic Jam.
This is another instance of judgment error for all the industrial employees will have to pay inr 165 for daily movement and huge traffic Jam as many o[censored]scomefrom Noida and another NCR regions. Since locals of this place are too aggressive so fights has become common scenario.
Hope the Haryana govt wake up and take evasive steps to keep the situation peaceful and for people's employed here are given Pass to work in congenital environment.

Respected sir/madam.My name is A.Gangadhar gurukul.My village name is Mogili, Mittoor post, Bangarupalyam mandal, Chittoor district, Andhrapradesh, pincode 517429.I have six acres of land beside to NH road .Even my land is acquired for laying new road purpose (chennai to banglore ).The contracters dug a side canal for rain water flowing purpose.My land is below five feet to road.They dug the canal in my land, which is not useful to water flow.Due to heavy rains water flown from road to canal which is dug in lower level and water wont flow from lower level to upper level.So water got stuck in lower level and mud canal dissolved in water and water flown on our lands.so my crops and lands got damaged .So I kept mud like a wall on road side to stop the water flow to my land.Local authority didn took any necessary precautions on this issue and blaming us to remove the mud which kept to block the water flow to my land.If we remove the mud, water will flow to my land and it will damage my land and crops.This is not a issue .The nhai workers here working is under control of our sarpanch husband.He have one hotel in road side .These nhai workers eat food in this hotel only.our Nhai local authority workers obey his orders .The sarpanch husband and his men encroached road land and build somany constructions with the help of nhai local authority workers.Here local nhai workers took bribe from sarpanch husband and his men and allowed to construct illegal buildings .I opposed this so many times.With this grudge nhai local authority trying to blame and make false cases on us.So plse check this once.

When I travelled through Madanpur Toll Plaza from Nalbari to Guwahati Rs. 125/- was debited from FAST TAG No. [protected] for VRN No. AS01 DX-6135 as toll charges on 3rd July 2022 at 11:48 AM. On the same day when I returned from Guwahati to Nalbari Rs.125/- is also deducted as toll charges at Madanpur Toll Plaza at 6:31 P.M. instead of Rs.60/-. In both entries they deducted Rs. 125/- from FAST TAG. Kindly let me clarify the matte

HDFC Bank FastTag deducted: Rs 445 for Vehicle No: DL12CT5603 at: on:[protected]T17:42:46 Wallet: [protected].

This 445 deducted from Azamgarh entry which is at 232km entry point to fulwaria which is exit point at 203kms. Means I drove only 29kms and problem was that from Azamgarh point toll booth were working and fulwaria was not working and when I came back similar problem were there. But when I got received this message i got disturbed.
So I would like whatever amount were deducted extra should be back ASAP.

The toll plaza at madanpur is charging fees twice one for ₹125 and of ₹60 for what reasons? Also when the government has instructed to use fast tag why are they using number plate to deduct toll plaza fees i had to pay toll tax twice because two fast tags were registered under my car.

Yesterday My.vehicle not moved on road but toll deducted 40.0 RS at Vashi toll plaza, Reference ID.010B[protected]

On NH-48 at Gulabpura, the street lights are switched on at 2:00pm...and it is happening repeatedly many times now...it is waste of electricity..IRB company is working on the highway..I have attached the proof.

Kindly be informed that I'm a regular commuter from my hometown Modingar to my office in Delhi. I generally uses Eastern Peripheral Expressway for onward and return journey on daily basis.

In this regard, it is intimated that everytime I've been over charged Rs. 180/- instead of Rs. 5/- while return journey. Numerous complaints have been lodged by my own to check the issue as I'm facing on daily basis. You may check certain Complaints Nos 5825930, 5826884, 4668712, 5834542, 6009067, 6019767, 6146930, 6182477, 6230541, 6230579 and many more which records have been faded out.

Since the issues is going on a regular basis and I'm one of the regular commuter viz-a-viz compalinaint, it is anticipated that a BIG SCAM is also underway at the Duhai Toll Plaza. As per my assessment if 1000 vehicles passes from that Toll Plaza, a scam of Rs. 1, 80, 000/- per day is happening and resulting in 6 months scam comes to Rs. 3, 24, 00, 000/- (Rupees 3.24 Crore) of embezzlement of Tax Payers money.

Out of that very few will be raising complaints... and there is no one is looking into it.. Concerned Transport Dept as well as Govt. is also sat on blind eye to such SCAM happening on Toll Plaza..

However, it is the story of one of the Toll Plaza, Only God knows how many more are looting taxpayers blood sweat earnings.

Submitted in anticipation to resolve the issue at the earliest and suggestion to the concerned department to look into the matter.

We are waited almost half an hour and no response from ticket collector and security. After had a discussion they toll Collector used abuses me and his warned me to will do anything with my car no. and his collected extra 210 and the amount debited from my fastag. We are respecting NHAI rules and at the same way we expect returns. The behaviour was not good. Please take necessary action against him/toll. (NETC A/c CA[protected] debited for Rs. 105.00 on[protected]:10:39 for TS03EZ7357 via Tran ID 811656960515826414994P at Kamkole.).

Recently from 01.07.2022, gadpuri toll plaza started & seems like preparations were not done to start this toll.
Today while crossing the toll there was huge traffic jam. Why should anyone be willing to pay the toll if the authorities are not managing it in a proper way. It will become daily routine of getting the traffic at Gadpuri Toll Plaza.

Please look into it seriously & resolve the matter.

We are not expecting these kinds of issues from BJP government.

Hello Sir,

I am staying in Bangalore, and I do take daily electronic city phase 1 toll to go to the office.
First of all, I will inform you that the Toll for bikes in the city flyover is very unfair, there are no such tools in INDIA aks toll for two-wheelers.

Now the Toll changes are increased also its 35 rupees now.

The toll employees are very unprofessional. on daily basis we have to be in line in a long queue, the queue size reaches to maximum them 100 meters but as per the NHAI rule, if the queue reached a maximum of 100 meters they should not need to pay the toll as the fault is from the toll side, But if the same thing we tell them they denis us and also disrespect us for these laws. they do not even know or try to listen about these,

even the toll employees do not take their work seriously, there are 3 gates for two-wheeler toll, They mostly open the 1 toll gates and always close the 2 gates with chairs so that no one can enter, only one toll gate remains open as pe the green indication, and simply the other toll employees doesn't present, they roam or sleep or they will not present on toll booths if we ask about the toll booth, why these are in Green open mode if the employee is not there, they only make nonsense that went for food or went for some work, but how it can possible that always it happened .they have some internal setting that only one will be available and other will make fun during the duty hours.

Mudki faridkot toll service verry bad they miss behave with all customers

Trailer No NL01G4017 is harassed for carrying 17ft wide cargo. It is not being charged mentioned toll but a bribe of Rs.1500 is being asked to open the gate. Trailer is waiting since 2030 hrs of 3rd July 2022 till now.

This complaint is regarding the pathetic condition of road near Kyatasandra, Tumkur. While traveling towards Bangalore from Tumkur, the ramp down to Kyatasandra has deadly potholes and it is posing grave danger to vehicles. I had my Car alloy wheels completely broken due to its impact and witnessed many vehicles tyres going flat in a span of 30 mins.
Please maintain this stretch properly as it comes under NH.
