NH -21 Dohlu Nala toll plaza
The toll plaza workers there spoke very badly and today on 03/07/2022 at 7:07 pm they had a fight with two drivers. It is a great shame. Strict action should be taken against the workers.

Fasttag was with low balance and was asked to recharge. I recharged and took a break for the system to be Activated with balance.

After 30 mins, I see I have a balance of 960 and there was a problem with scanning and deducting. I was asked to visit the fast tag concerned guy at toll plaza.

He took 30 more minutes to verify the details and finally he can not do anything because he does not deal with IDFC Bank. He asked me to change the Fasttag to other one or told me to go to place where I purchased fast tag which is altogether 500 kms from this toll plaza.

Is this the solution NHAI has in place? And NHAI does not maintain any support mechanism to deal with Fast Tag issues at toll plazas irrespective of the Bank??

While travelling from Pragati Maidan to Mayur Vihar in my car (DL9CAQ 4743), Rs. 155 was deducted from my FasTag account (connected to [protected]), at DME km 0000 on 29/6/2022 at 11:34:24. (Txn ID: FT[protected]) I was on the DME for hardly 4 kms!!

Kindly look into the matter.

NH 14, location (Vijayapura city, Karnataka) - from solapur road flyover to Indi road flyover there is no divider in between, please travel in opposite directions to save fuel & time just because there is no divider including heavy vehicles. Couple of accidents have already occurred. Kindly look into it ASAP. Thanks

I was traveling from Jaipur to Sikar.. When I reached at Akhepura Toll Plaza on NH-52, I went for cash payment window reasonbeing I have FastTag however, due to non-availability of Internet for past 3-4 days in Rajasthan and still today I was not able to recharge the FastTag.. Without prejudice to the above, Though I went for cash payment window, I have been charged penalty of Rs.65 totalling to Rs.130 for Blacklist of Fast Tag? ..

In this regard, it is kindly requested to tell me that what has been done with me is right or wrong?

Still 2 toll plaza working within 60km bhawanigarh and rajpura Punjab..

Despite 2 toll plazas working here road quality is bad... paying 145 rs for 50km distance with lower road quality

Illegal toll is collecting at mangalore goa national highway near Surathkal NITK college situated at mangalore. As new toll plaza has came at end of mangalore near Padubidhiri, still old toll plaza is collecting tolls near NITK COLLEGE, if say that its illegal they are threatening using goons. Please remove that toll immediately, as i saw the news few months before Hon. Minister Nithin Gadkari sir said that in between 50km no tolls allowed to collect. I have paid lot as i travel frequently through that toll

I am rajender singh and i have aplied on the portal nhai.gov.in for the exempted fastag but they did not give any information about it.now it has been 2 months.but they are not givig any response to me.
please issue y fatsag at the earliest so that i can use the services of the exempted fastag at the earliest.

I own vehicle number UP16AV3276 and there is extra toll deduction at Duhai toll plazaof 180 and 55 rupees for actual toll amount which is INR 15 from Dasana to Duhai toll plaza. It seems Duhai toll machine is malfunctioning. Please look into this matter on urgent basis. Please call me at [protected] for more details.

I am resident of Punjab state.
Heading towards Patiala from Bathinda on NH7, there comes a toll gate near 'Dhaula' (distt. Barnala) and then next toll gate near 'Bhawanigarh' (distt. Sangrur). The distance between two toll plazas is 52-53 km (less than 60 km). These two toll olazas are violating the rules framed by Ministry of transportation and NHAI on the National Highway 7. So please look into the matter and kindly take action against the toll plazas.

I am Maj sudheendra traveling on official army duty from Guwahati to Tezpur in vehicle no AS 12 BC 4490 with Driver on 02Jul 2022 at 1550 hrs, at Nazirkhat toll plaza toll staff had not allowed me to go through toll with exemption of toll fee. The staff were so rude and wasted time and had taken photographs of vehicle to charge fine. Person quoted " kisko complaint karega Nitin Gadkari ko" Request to take necessary action on staff and issue required guidelines to toll plazas to avoid future discomfort for army personnel who proceed on official duty.

Every time when I travel between Mumbai to Surat and vice-versa, 50% of toll plaza FastTag sensors are not working. Even though the public is paying money we need to wait more than 30 minutes in the queue because of this kind of nonsense.

Sir, today morning as I cross karman toll plaza while traveling from kosi kalan(distt- mathura, UP) to hodal(distt.- palwal, haryana)
Toll plaza's worker told me that fastag was not working & they charged me double the amount(170rs) as penalty, and after sometime I got message from fastag that 85 rs deducted from your account, please help me. Thank you!

At 08:30pm on 01/07/2022, I was waiting in que at Landhari toll plaza for around 7 minutes. I asked the person with I card that I will not pay because I have been waiting for a long time citing NHAI rule. He asked me that this toll plaza is not under NHAI and you are not waiting for a long time. I started making video to record his statement and he attacked me physically saying that I am drunk and Why I am making video. After which I got out of the car and asked the vehicle in front of me, he also stated that he has been standing for around 7 minutes. He again misbehaved with me.
A strict action must be taken against the person and the authorities for inconvenience caused to the travellers who are paying huge taxes on the roads.

I m from jagdalpur, baster dist, Chhattisgarh.There is a toll naka.
My car no is cg04hx0112. I have a vilid fast tag with cash available.
The person standing in toll tell me he will not accept fast tag due to some fault. I paid cash with no receipt.
If possible please check.
I passed from toll naka around 2.55 pm

FASTtag at Faridabad toll which connects delhi and faridabad does not work properly.They have come kid working on the toll and they do not know any rules around waiting time.Cars with FASTtag have to wait as the scanning system does not work.They have provided scanning devices to people and they can manually which causes alot of delay while passing toll.

The whole point of installing FASTtag is pointless if we have to wait because of toll functioning not taking place as per standard.Take some quick actions to rectify this issue

Hi, I am Ashish Wankhade. I am having Tata Tigor MH 14 HW0383. I had travelled from Pune to Malegeon via Nashik on 25th June 2022. Total toll charges were around 570 INR for that route for one way. Can you please make it clear about toll charged was appropriate or not.
