Waiting more than 25mins in the queue at Guduru Toll Plaza on national highway 163 Telangana state. This is a horrible service but still I had to pay the toll free to cross

Currently the tasawade plaza has more than 100 meters line and for the people who know the rule they just cant get oit of the car and go to domeone to tell that the vehincles should be passed. Hen i stopped for the toll, i conveyed the message to the representative that the line is too big but he gave a stupid reason that today is sunday. Where in the rule clearly states that for any reason the line should not be more than 100 meters otherwise vehicles should be allowed to pass. I want a refund for mg toll and even others should not pay until the line is less than 100 meters

As we was Travelling from Pune towards Panvel, we paid Toll amount of ₹203/- at Talegaon Toll Plaza & the Toll collector said that your car will be allowed to pass by Khalapur Toll Plaza by showing this Receipt. Also its been clearly mentioned on the receipt that the Exit plaza for this Toll receipt is Khalapur Off Ramp(West) (I’ve mentioned it below in the image).
After reaching to Khalapur Toll Plaza, the Toll collector denied to pass this Receipt saying that this receipt is not valid for this (Khalapur Toll Plaza), you’ve to Pay ₹203/- for this Toll Plaza too.
I tried telling them that this is wrong, but as their were many cars waiting behind me, I didn’t made a huge issue & paid the toll amount again & left from there.
It’s not a big deal about money, but this things happens with many people everyday.
Kindly Look into the issue and do the needful immediately.

I, Maj Kiran Reddy A serving Major in Indian Army while on duty travelling from Bangalore was denied for exemption of toll tax in my vehicle KL13AS9075 at Mulbagal toll gate and was charged Rs 75 which got debited automatically from my fastag . I have spoke to the manager also but he denied to refund and saying that it should be reverted from NHAI then they will refund me. I request you to refund the toll tax paid by me.

Hello mai mahuvan toll plaza mathura ki complaint karna chahta hoon vahan lane no 14 Par jo worker hai jiska naam Amit kumar s/o mohan lal hai Us vyakti ne toll par mere or mere parivar ki mahila ke sath gaali galoch va badtamizi ki or Maara peeti karne ki koshish ki jiske liye mai chahta hoon uske khilaaf jaldi se jaldi koi legal action liya jaaye aapki ati kripa hogi

On NH 919 has 5-6 ft pit in Dhatir Village and this road is used by thousands of daily commuters to Gurgaon for office
In rainy day, this big pit also not visible and may cause a death of life for two wheelers and also create a long queue for passing this pit as which is not visible in rainy days...

I travelled on date 4 February 2022 from rohtak to khair, aligarh where at palwal toll plaza i paid toll tax in cash rs 160 due to some error in fast tag at tume 21:51:54 vehicle no. HR12AL8516 but later on date 10 February 2022 time 10:02 am rs 160 also deduct from my paytm wallet for this travel.

Plz refund this amount otherwise ready for the consumer complaint.

Dear sir/madam,

There are many illegal speed breakers made on highway NH248A between kadav and Karjat. This speed breakers unnecessarily creating accidents as there is no any signboard for that. It is creating noise, increasing vehicles maintaining and human discomfort while driving through this speed breakers.

I request you on behalf of many residents from this area to take action on this and remove this breakers to avoid any further accidents.

My name is Balakumar studied B.Com and after coming out o[censored]nemployment I took a loan and drove an auto to make a living.

The KNR Contract National Highway from Trichy to Kallagam is yet to be completed.

At night the cow calves are lying on the road and in the dark at night they are placed on the big stone road without any notice board.

They charge toll fees without proper maintenance until the work is completed.

In this context,
A few days ago, when my Tata ace auto passed the KNR Toll Plaza in Kallakudi, a girl charged me Rs 220 as penalty for not having a Fastag for my Tata Ace Auto. I gave the money and got the receipt, but I found out it was a fake receipt that only had the last four numbers of my vehicle on it.

The woman took the machine hidden under the table, put the bill and put it back under the table.

I have asked for Computer Bill.
But she denied.
And then one fat man came whose name is Lenin, comes to know he is the supervisor.
He sent me away talking in a threatening tone.
I became very depressed.

They deceive the government and keep the bill machine alone and give the receipt. Especially from evening till night only that Manual Billing Machine is used unnoticed.

I humbly request you to examine this and take appropriate action against this theft and anarchy.

Delhi merath express ve per fixed toll se jyada rupaye Kate jaate Hain shikayat karne ke bad bhi vah rupaye wapas nahin kiye jaate Hain 45 rupaye ke toll ke badle ₹80 Kate ja rahe hain aur kafi bar shikayat ki ja chuki hai toll per karmiyon dwara badtamiji ki jaati hai aur koi paise wapas nahin kiye jaate Hain kripya iska Samadhan Karen.

Ratanpur border toll plaza(bhilwada) have not been follow rules,
We have been waiting for 5 to 7 min, still toll was detected. They are not response properly. We told them that we are eligible for exempt from.toll still they not responsed and deducted

I have travelled Bikaner to sriganganagar district in Rajasthan total distance is 240 km and 4 toll plaza, toll charges Rs 215, it's too much, charges should be decreased sir.

Today(22/6/2022) I have been deducted with Rs.45 from fastag( through equitas app), but I didn’t travel anywhere with my car today. It has intimated that my car (TN23 BL7777) has crossed by chennasamaduram toll at 09:10:40AM during which my car was actually at Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu. I need refund of my money and I wish this doesn’t happen hereafter. Please do needful.

Waiting period at Bhatia till plaza is 5 min.

It is to bring your kind notice to the road which is badly affected and have a number of potholes . It becomes very difficult to cross the road. Road is so damaged that it can lead to any mishappening. As rainy season is about to hit . Please do something regarding this issue . I shall be very thankful for this.

Many a time 15 mins is wasted at Toll plaza at Basawant pimpalgaon and Toll plaza waiting long lane is seen due to either malfunction of RFID detector, not reading in time and no support from local collection agent..
Please look into as 210 rs toll is too high with respect to waiting’s/usage time.....

At your vasad toll buth the toll tax amount is too high for very small distance of 45 km.
Here I would like to complaint against this and it's totally unfair for people to pay this much of amount for this distance. On what basis you are charged this much amount, kindly know the full details of this toll tax in written.
For just 45 km you are charged 140 INR as it is too high then rules and regulations. There has been charged more then 3 INR per km for LMV. On what basis they charged this much, please take some action for this, if you not taking any action will complaint in consumers.

While travelling to Mumbai I cross Baswant toll plaza, where Rs210/ was deducted at 3:11 pm via fastag and I reached Mumbai by 8:30 pm and again ar 10:28 pm same day I saw sms saying that 210/- deducted for sane Baswant Toll Plaza...

How come

I saw it in the fastag statement also...please advice

It is to inform that while travelling from Udhampur to Jammu and while crossing the toll at Bann there was double deduction of toll @ Rs 155/- (screenshot enclosed) which has not been refunded till date. So it is requested to initiate the refund of Rs 155/- asap.
