Hello team HDFC Fastag, S Shetty and ETC NODAL/NHAI and all respected senior officials,

In continuation with the mail correspondences below, this is to bring to your urgent notice once again that there's Excess debit of Rs.130(140 IPO 10) on 13.05.22 return journey at PATODI toll and as usually said excess debit intimation shared after two days and that I had highlighted previously as well, snapshots attached as ready refn.

Therefore, let me summarise all EXCESS DEBITS FROM MY FASTAG AC SINCE 30.03.22 TILL DATE, 17.05.23 DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING (OR DELIBERATE MISTAKES??) OF TOLL PLAZA AT MANESAR-7A AND PATODI REPETITIVELY.

1) Excess debit of Rs.110(125 IPO 15) on 30.03.22 return journey at PATODI toll.

2) Excess debit of Rs.280 (Rs 145 debited twice IPO 10 only) on 31.03.22 onwards journey at Manesar 7A toll

3) Excess debit of Rs.110(125 IPO 15) on 31.03.22 return journey at PATODI toll

4) Excess debit of Rs.140(155 IPO 15) on 08.04.22 onward journey at Manesar 7A toll

5) Excess debit of Rs.130(140 IPO 10) on 19.04.22 return journey at PATODI toll

6) Excess debit of Rs.130(140 IPO 10) on 02.05.22 return journey at PATODI toll

7) Excess debit of Rs.140(155 IPO 15) on 06.05.22 onward journey at Manesar 7A toll

8) Excess debit of Rs.130(140 IPO 10) on 13.05.22 return journey at PATODI toll and as usual said excess debit intimation shared after two days as highlighted below

*WHERE AS EXPECTED ONE MORE EXCESS DEBIT OF RS.130(140 IPO 10) at PATODI toll ON 13.05.22 RETURN JOURNEY WHICH WAS NOT REPORTED TILL 14.05.22 AND IT'S HAPPENING IN CASE OF ALL EXCESS DEBITS (ALL EXCESS DEBITS INTIMATION REPORTED AFTER TWO DAYS)

FEW RELEVANT SNAPSHOTS ATTACHED AS READY REFN.

THIS IS SOMETHING VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING TOO, AS IT'S HAPPENING OF AND ON REGULARLY NOW, IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.

THEREFORE PLS LOOK INTO THIS REPETITIVE ISSUES OF MALFUNCTIONING ON TOLL PLAZA AT MANESAR-7A AND PATODI TOLL AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO RESOLVE SUCH REPETITIVE ISSUES OF EXCESS AMOUNT DEBITED FROM FASTAG AC OFF AND ON FROM IT'S ROOTS AND STOP HARASSING FASTAG USERS ALMOST EVERY DAY NOW AND ALSO INITIATE FULL REFUND OF ABOVE-MENTIONED ALL EXCESS DEBITS FROM MY FASTAG AC URGENTLY ON TOP MOST PRIORITY BASIS.

This is too much of disappointing and disgusting that my last excess debit of Rs.1170/- not yet refunded back, as summarised in my mail correspondences below, there's again excess debit of Rs.145(155 against 10 only) on 12.08.22 at Manesar toll-7A onwards journey and resulting total Excess debit of Rs.1315/- as on date, few relevant snapshots attached as ready refn and doing the needful by refunding excess debit of Rs.1315/- as on date.

This is something extremely painstaking that my CB REJECTED DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING AS WELL AS MISMANAGEMENT OF TOLL PLAZA MANESAR 7A AND PATODI WHICH IS VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING TOO.
This is to update you that I have never ever had passed through KUNDALI TOLL PLAZA AND THAT ALSO COULD BE CHECKED FROM MY FASTAG TRANSACTIONS HISTORY OF LAST TWO YEARS.
PS: MY REGULAR TRAVELING ROUTE INBETWEEN PATODI TOLL AND MANESAR-7A TOLL, AS I HAVE BEEN RESIDING IN SARE HOMES, SECTOR 92, GURGAON SINCE LAST THREE YEARS, COPY OF MY AADHAR CARD ATTACHED AS READY REFN, ALONGWITH FEW RELEVANT SNAPSHOTS.
*And working with Oriental Carbon and Chemicals Ltd, Dharuhera, Rewari.

      While crossing the toll after paying the toll fare, the barrier got damaged intentionally by authorities. After this incident they asked me to file a complaint regarding this issue and assured that they get back to us for further action. We visited the place very next day from my home town which is 75KM far, still they are not responding anything this. They are simply redirecting the authorised person repeatedly. Kindly take action on this.

      They were completely not responsive, making me to bring back again and again to their place. Simply fraudulent and irresponsible staffs from Toll plaza. I request all pass by peoples please be more careful while crossing this toll gate. They even try to abuse you with words.

        Hi NHAI team 🙏,

        While travelling from Visakhapatnam to Srikakulam observed so much of Dust, Sand, Plastic, Covers accumulated on the 6 lines national highway and service road also.

        Due to dust while two wheelers riders getting risk when going on edges when overtake by heavy vehicles from besides.

        I had not seen ever cleaning the NH16 from last one year.

        Please schedule and Impliment to clean weekly or monthly.

            Vehicle no HR 26 BF 8782. I wanted to travel from Sonipat to Gurgaon via Western Peripheral however I mistakenly started from Eastern Peripheral. But took a U-turn after crossing First Toll Plaza. And got a message of INR 265. Which is too high for a short distance. So kindly check and refund accordingly.

              Respected sir or madam
              Me New car tyre is damaged because of a big stone in middle of National Highway 65, i cannot move right as there is divider and in left ther is car, but i dont have any other way but run on the stne, myleft tyre completely damaged and i continued my travel by stefeney tyre, I need compensation for by damaged tyre, Because its GMR-Chillakallu toll plaza responsibility to clear or take responsibility of clean roads.

                My car no.is PB-04Y-1379. Today, 13-june-2022.I was travelling from Faridkot to mullanpur and then coming back on same day from mullanpur to Faridkot. While going to mullanpur from Faridkot crossed 2 toll plazas successfully I.e. of kot karor kalan and ladowal toll plaza using fast tag. While coming back from mullanpur to Faridkot crossed ladowal toll plaza successfully with fast tag pasted at front shield but when reached kot karor kalan toll plaza nh-54 .They people said you don't have balance in fast tag. When checked balance it was more than the toll amount. But they refused. So have to pay the double amount. Kindly take strict action against the employee.

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  Since last 4 years bridge work on state highway 48 from modasa chokdi till Prantij is going on. Apart from that road quality is also very bad. In monsoon season situation become worse. Though there are two tolls are running in this stretch. Each has toll of INR 35( Near modasa chokadi) and INR 70 ( After Prantij).
                  Please take immediate action and get this work done as soon as possible. Each time when we visit on this road we have spend more than toll on our vehicle maintenance.

                  Also note that this patch of Nation highway 48 is part of Golden Quadrilateral project.

                    My name is Rahul Singh and my vehicle number is UP-50 BZ 9119. Last Wednesday date 08 June 2022, I've travelled from Azamgarh (U.P.) to Sultanpur (U.P.) by Purvanchal Express way. Express way entry point was Azamgarh Sehda toll plaza and the exit point was Sultanpur Semri toll plaza. But at the exit point the fastag scanner machine was not working and they asked me to wait for some time. After 30 minutes they said machine is not working and they allowed all the cars to go without scanning. After that I came to the national highway where I paid another toll. But two days back I got a message that some 445₹ deducted from my account for that journey.

                    My question is how and why? First of all its not my fault then why should I pay extra amount for that journey and second thing is if toll plaza scanner machine is not working then they can not charge us any amount.

                    I'm attaching the screenshot of my fastag mini statement. Please go through with that and refund my money asap.

                      Yesturday, we were travelling to Indragandhi international airport terminal 3 and there was a toll plaza where one of your employee suggested to use cash as the fasttag scanner was not in use at that instant so we handed him double charge. Later my mobile phone showed the money was also deducted from my paytm account .Sir, I request you to money to be refunded asap. Sir, i am uploading the ticket and the mssg from my paytm account.

                            We are paying 135 for one side of travel and the road condition of pathetic. We need to wait for at least 25 minutes on toll gate. They ask for more payment even after toll deducted through fastag because we do not get instant fastag deduction message.

                              I recently travelled to Bangalore via Attibele toll gate. I was looking for a toilet in Attibele toll gate but I couldn't find it. It seems there is no toilet at all. You collect toll from vehicles but not even providing bare minimum facility. Please provide the toilet facility in the Attibele toll gate.

                                My vehicle MH46BQ9031 was stuck in a queue for more than 3 min due to technical issues from the toll booth side on the date 2 June 2022, and as per the rule of NHAI vehicle should cross the toll in 10 seconds otherwise toll will be deducted but still toll charges deducted from fastag, for this I registered a complaint in complaint book also

Today ( 13 June 2022) I crossed about 6:07 am with my family at Saidpura Patedha, that time ₹ 60 deducted from my fast tag, after completing my work at about 8:30 am when I was coming back again i had to cross Saidpur Patedha Toll that time operator was unable to deduct amount from fast tag . He told me that " you have insufficient amount". Then I saw him my balance that was sufficient and to satisfy him I added ₹200 .But he was unable to deduct amount from fast tag . So, after 2 -3 minutes I requested him " let me go because your system is not working and lots of cars were in queue" . Then 3 more persons came, they misbehaved me and took ₹120 from me. I complained about higher authority but they also did not response, because he observed me a common man .

                                    On 13th June 2022 I passed Bhuma Chota toll plaza located in Rajasthan. Just one lane was working there which was congested and it was really urgent for me to reach the destination so I used the closed lane. The officials present there instead of charging the toll argued and misbehaved with me and broke the front mirror of my car.

                                      Address: Georai

                                      Toll plaza between Georai and Beed, has faulty sensors, which are incapable of sensing vehicle niumbers and operators doesn’t care about blocking line which are unoperable and asks long ques to take reverse and enter another lane for toll. They are arrogant. This is 3 rd time in last 3 months I am being troubled on this toll. What is use of Fastag, if it’s there fault they should open the gate and let us go.
                                      They should be charged for trouble.

                                        Sir,
                                        Today I used the toilet of Tall plaza in Osmanabad, Maharastra. But something terrible happened to me. After using the toilet, I came outside but at the same time the cleaner reached the toilet and grabbed my neck with his two hands because I had washed my lag after using the toilet. And then he threw me out. This is not end, he said some bad words too. Do something for this behaviour.
