Kindly recover the Tax at the earliest....

We started from Panvel towards Pune. At start of Pune expressway, amount of Rs. 203 got deducted from Fastag.. At the end of expressway toll my fastag account balance was low.. So again they charged me Rs. 203 instead of Rs. 67. And this time i have done Gpay as balance was low.. Gpay No. [protected]. You may cross check.

Dear Sir, I have submitted my documents at Nearest toll Plaza for Local charge.
When I reached at toll Plaza I get to know that I have to resubmit documents for avail local charges. We expect document submission is one time process so we don't need to remember document submission again every year....

There was a delay of more than 5 mins to cross the toll, in omalur toll plaza in Salem Tamilnadu, we were not allowed a free pass due to the delay. When asked for free pass, the operators were not complying

The time of crossing is around 6.10 pm on 4th JUNE 2022

I’ll appreciate a full refund of toll charges.

Pl let me what other details will be required for refund

I would like to inform you that the national highway no 344 has got very big speed breakers/joints which are very dangerous. Highway is where vehicles runs at a very high speed and those big joints/speed breaker can cause a big harm to children, old people and pregnant ladies. So i humbly request you to repaire the highway between saharanpur and yamunanagar area. I have also sent this complaint to respected Nitin Gadkari...

I went malout to bathinda 31 may 2022. Balluana toll plaza NH7 charge toll dual one time. This problem face many times this place. Kindly solve this problem...

I've already raised a ticket ( ticket Number 5946875) dated 23rd May 2022 regarding this issue but didn't get refund even though it was told that it will be resolved in 7 working days...

I was travelling from duhai towards dasna on June-1-2022 through my Vitara Brezza Car # HR42 E 2606 with linked Airtel fast tag Card ID # 34161FA820328AA20405CF00.
The toll fees fixed by NHAI for that particular route is 15 Ruppess but I was charged 100 Ruppess for that which is incorrect.

The transaction ID for the deduction is FT[protected].

I have been wrongly Charged Rs 265 at Main Toll Plaza, Village Jhakauli on Eastern Peripheral Expressway. I have heard many complaints about this Toll Plaza and today have experienced it by myself. I request to please investigate the matter and help me to get the refund of extra charges back to my FastTag account. Screenshot attached.

The Toll collection process continuously and properly from every vehicle but the maintenance of the road is not done as proper as per required, So the respected sir please take action on this complaint for our safety, due to the pit escaping process accidents were happened in night its sure.

Myself is Puneet Gupta resides in Giddarbaha 152101 Punjab . My nearest toll plaza is at balluana within the radius of 10-12 km. Toll plaza managers are forcing me to make pass of rs rs 315 per month . Sir why should I give rs 315 for just one time visit to Bathinda.

1. Whether citizens of Giddarbaha are exempted from toll tax being resident of radius within 10 km or not ?

I was in the Rehan Kalan toll plaza that lies before Agra and the plaza operators demanded cash for passing. Even after insisting 1000 times, the operators behaved poorly and were adamant in their demand. There was no sign in the plaza that stated that ‘cash is accepted here’. With lots and lots of Nagging, they let us use fastag. It wasted our half an hr on such a busy highway. Kindly look into the matter....

Some body stolenmy fast tag i said operator pls enter my vehicle number and you can deduct amount, he said number, vumber nahi marte in loud voice
I dont understand who has given them job

By using phone pay i paid monthly pass charges for kaza toll plaza for our car ap07bg4488 (transaction id - T[protected], dt[protected].

All the trasaction went smothly but finally got the message try again from nhai site.

As it is not the 1st instance for me, as you niether refunded or activated pass for kaza toll, requestin you to take necessary action and refund my money.
