On the National highway between Hyderabad and warangal there's is a road near Vangapally where the road is not yet built since last 3 years of operation of National highway and we pay toll for that road. The muddy road goes deep down and with no proper link between Bt road end and muddy road 4 out of 5 times the car gets damaged. Why should we pay toll if we want to get out car damaged. Return my till fees for last 3 years or lay the road within 1 month. If it is not done I will go to court and then you have to return till to all the vehicles.

    First :- i visited on https://ihmcl.co.in/fastag-user/ after that i choose buy monthly fastag pass

    Second :- i choose Toll plaza name " choundha" and filled captch

    Third :- i filled Vehicle Registration No " MP07CK1642

    Fourth :- fill all details choose UPI option for recharge and process through

    Phone pay UPI " [protected]@ybl" this UPI id connect with

    My Punjab National Bank account. amount debited but after that

    Error shown. For your reference error screen shot attached.

        Respected Madam/ Sir,
        This is to bring your kind notice that I along with my family were travelling to Puri yesterday evening on my Car No OD 02 AS 5847. At 8.11 pm my car was at the Pipili toll gate. Before me there were 2 cars who didn't have fastag were lined up. When I was requesting the operator to clear my path, he didn't listen and started misbehaving me. At 8.20 my fastag which was registered with ICICI bank got deducted with Rs 130.00.
        I hope NHAI has fixed a time limit to wait at Toll gate. And the operator have no rights to misbehave for inquiring the delay.

          i need to complaint on Devanahalli toll plaze as they deducting toll charge multiple times on same day of travel. on May 23rd when i was travelling from bangalore to Anantpur i was charged Rs 105 around 11.51 AM, and i returned back to bangalore city and crossed the same Devanahalli toll plaza on same day that is 23rd May around 01.07 PM with price of Rs 55, after finishing my work, again i satrted my travel from bangalore to ananthpur on same day that is 23rd of may and crossed Devanahalli toll around 03.05 PM again they deducted amount of Rs 105 . why this toll is charging multiple times on the same day, it has to be free for the same toll on the same day. what kind of fraud they are doing. this is really insane,

            I was travelling from pune to kolhapur & kolhapur to pune with in 12 hrs back journey... But deducted full amount return amount should be applicable but deducted full amount while return at two tolls

              There are no infrastructure facilities like - Public toilets, Restaurants, Tea spots, etc. on NH 50 in Karnataka State, after crossing Maharashtra-Karnataka border.

                Our locality is Tamilandu, Krishnagiri diatrict, Hosur city, Seetharam nagar, in our area national highway is a having service road and sidewalk, There is a pipe below NHAI sidewalk from which drainage water seeps out and fills the street and damages the road, kindly clean the pipe

                  Address: Shambhu Toll Barrier

                  I am a regular traveller from Ambala to Rajpura. I need to cross the Shambhu Till Barrier everyday. Every single day, the toll barrier is jam packed. Not due to the huge amount of cars, but due to the ineffective staff and machinery. The toll machines stop working suddenly or sometimes the staff goes to the other booth, sometimes the staff is too slow to process the fastag. When we tell the staff about too much time in lane, they reply rudely and tell us to move on. I have tweeted about the same with videos, and i face this issue everyday. I have also visited the Dappar toll plaza which has a larger turnout and lesser toll fee, but it never faces such an issue. Kindly look into the matter, as it is a daily hassle for thousands of daily commuters like me.

                    My application number for the NHAI Exempted Fastag is RO-MAD-[protected].
                    With reference to the above application number, I, C. Eswaramoorthy being a physically challenged person (65% locomotor disability) applied for the NHAI Exempted Fastag. My application was rejected on the grounds that the ownership type of my vehicle was not "Divyanjan" in the RC. It is informed that I purchased my vehicle in 2010 and at that time, there was no provision to mention "Divyanjan" in the RC. Also, I haven't received any tax exemption. However, I have a valid Unique Disability Identification Card (UDI) and the vehicle is also in my name. Hence, I request that my application may kindly be considered for approval of NHAI Exempted Fastag, after comparison with scanned copies of the RC and my UDI, which I have been submitted in my application.

                      Dear authorities of the NHAI,
                      I am Kavin, a resident of Melur, Madurai, TN . NH45B Tuticorin - Chennai Highway passes through my town, on one edge there is a high rise lamp which is not in function for several months. I even reached out to the local Nhai officers but there ain't any response. A total of around 10 people have been killed on that particular spot because of this issue and accidents occur on a regular basis because of the darkness there. i kindly request you to take necessary actions to avoid future casualties.

                        In toll fee exemption category NHAI has provided list of Exempt persons from Toll fee on NHAI Fee plazas. In that Category Executive Magistrate is added to exempt list. We would like to know whom designations are coming under Executive Magistrate and if such persons are travelling their personal vehicles we need to allow those vehicles or not.

                          Crossed Behram toll plaza on Saturday dated 4th June 2022 on my private vehicle . Instead of one way charges Re 50/- they have deducted Re 100 from my fast tag account .
                          The mail i received is attached herewith,
                          " Dear Customer,
                          Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 100 for transaction by Vehicle PB08EX2496 at Toll Behram on[protected]T08:34:46. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 100 - HDFC Bank Ltd.
                          Warm regards, "

                          Please refund the overcharges at the earliest .

                            On 3rd June 2022 I was crossed Sali Bamandanga toll plaza at NH 34 and Rs. 95 debit from fastag and returned on same day and again debit Rs. 45.

                            When I was called to Customer care of Axis bank, they said mistakenly happened coz just after crossing by me a vehicle entered and that charges debit from my fastag.
                            WHY ?
                            Customer care said I have to raise the mail to fastag for refund process and they straight way denied to give me any complain no.
                            Why should I raise the mail with some documents also like car pictures and RC copy.
                            I told them to arrange the refund as I have complain to customer care but they denied and said mail required with all docs.
                            My question is or Toll Plaza issue why should I suffer ?
                            why need to wait for 22 days for settlement ?

                              Overcharged at Toll Plaza from Delhi to Meerut Expressway

                              Dear Sir,

                              While going by my personal car DL3CAH3730 at 5.08 PM on 02 June 2022 from Delhi to Meerut (Expressway), I was charged Rs. 155 at Kashi Plaza DME KM 5823. The Transaction ID is[protected]c. The payment is made by my mobile linked PayTm Wallet. The mobile number is [protected]. As far as I know, the rate is Rs. 70 (this was deducted in one of my earlier trips).

                                I drove through Porur toll gate by 12:10 am. I have fast tag on my car and it had balance in it. The scanner beside the pole didn’t work so the security carried the handy scanning machine to the fast tag and tried and said that, no it is not working. He also said that I must maintain the balance of Rs.150 in the fast tag to get this work. But the Banker provided me 2 credits means that despite of having balance in the fast tag I can pass through the toll for 2 times and that amount will be adjusted in the next recharge. But the guys in the toll demanded me to pay Rs.150 as a penalty which seems the 2 guys in the toll cabin and the security are bribing the people by fooling around. Kindly take immediate action. Thanks

                                  Today I travelled by my car HR51CB0281 the toll plaza people ask me to pay Rs 160 by saying that you have you did not have sufficient balance in your fast tag wallet. So i I paid him Rs 160 from my Phone pay wallet. Photo attached herewith for your ready reference
                                  However when I reach to my home I check that I charged from my wallet details are follows.

                                  Hence, You are requested to refund my
                                  ₹ 160 as it is charged double 160 in by phone wallet and 80 from Paytm fast tag.

                                      Hello respective,
                                      I was travelling to gujrat from udaipur,
                                      During the road journey there came malera toll plaza (Km11 .200 on NH-76)
                                      My fasttag was in very good condition with balance of around 500₹
                                      I waited in line for 10-15 minutes
                                      Later on as i reached near counter the toll guy forced to pay cash 110₹, they told me that their fast tag sensor had just crashed so we need to pay in cash,
                                      I argued for sometime told NHAI Toll plaza Guidelines but the guy was not in mood to listen anything from me and even police were there helping them to get paid in cash even police told to pay cash or stay aside they would not allow me to cross the toll
                                      At it was around 9 p.m. so i was in hurry to get back to home so paid and shooted a small video after i paid and crossed the toll
                                      IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL AND KIND IF YOU IF YOU TAKE A LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND STOP CORRUPTION AND TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS AGAINST THE MALERA TOLL PLAZA
