Total rush on solapur pune road. Toll gate was packed and rush with no proper response.

Yellow line was already crossed but still keep holding entire line and with wrong gratitude and misbehaving.

No any obey ness or maturity as how many cars truck and rest busses are keeping in wait for more than 15 min on toll express.

I live in Roorkee which is 13 km from the Bhadrabad toll. Toll person are not allowing for local pass. They are behaving very rudely. When I ask them that my region is within 15 km radius. They are not listening are saying first pay toll and then go give a complaint. We don't know this 15 km local pass rule.

NH-03 Shivpuri Gwalior national highway road is not good for driving, I personally experienced dangerous over that road, , anytime major accidents can happen over that road..I request NHAI To look over this matter very seriously else I’ve to approach MP high court for public interest…thankyou

I have coming from bhatkal in the toll gate near byndoor the toll gate persons waited for 5 minutes and deducted amount from my fast tag

Today 11th June 2022 while passing towards Thane from Mulund(East) toll plaza our vehicle was stopped at toll plaza. We were told that your balance is insufficient and were asked to pay in cash. The balance in fastag was Rs. 189 and toll fees is Rs. 40. Upon telling them they said you need to keep balance of Rs. 240 for this toll and were forced to pay in cash with assurances that toll fees will not be debited from fastag. We paid in cash and begin journey. After some time we received message for deductions of toll fees of Rs 40. So we are charged double in illegal manner. Please find details and evidence attached as below

Fastag deducted today for RJ18CD9829 today around 11:00AM from Katuwas toll plaza, but I haven't visited this place today.

Dear Sir/Madam

On National Highway 44, There are number of toll plazasa. But Toll plaza at Bhagan near Murthal is worstly managed.
Even the behaviour of the goons standing there as the employee of Toll Plaza is not acceptable & irrespectful towards their customers / client/ passing through toll plaza.

You are requested to take strict action towards them & it is also reqursted to deploy your representative their to observe their behaviour 24 hour.

Secondly people are surpurized that they are paying toll for incomplete highway construction, 30 minutes traffic jam is there in evenkng on everyday where on patch where KMP is connected to NH-44. There are other places of regular traffic jam on the highway.

I beleive it will be better to suspend collection on this toll plaza till road construction work is not completed by nhai. Did Govt. Have no funds to make highway of its own.

Requested not to make financial burden on people for crossing irritating traffic jam journey on NH 44.

I had to suffer through a jam of around 15 to 30 min for which toll shouldn't be deducted as per rules, I also told the same to them but after misbehaving they deducted it please look for this matter on june11, 2021 at 4:09 P.M.

I travel daily to and fro at eastern peripheral expressway. On 06.06.22 and 10.06.22 I was wrongly charged at Jakhauli toll gate @Rs. 265/- while I entered from Rasoolpur toll gate. The normal charge for the same is Rs. 100/-. I demand my refund for wrong toll charge.

I traveled through kalajhar toll plaza on Patiala Sangrur Highway, on the 10th June 2022. I was charged INR 100/- while going one side. I returned within 12 hours time. The return ticket on the said toll plaza is INR 150/-. However, On my return I was again charged INR 100/- instead of the balance INR 50. Please look into the matter.

I was through with this toll plaza on 1st June 2022 (TS07GR7718 - around 11:00 AM). The toll operator was rude and mis-behaved with me. He was rude and verbal exchange as I had to wait longer as the vehicle before has stalled. People can understand if they explain situation, he was rude and saying it was mistake from me for hurrying up.
Not sure how a toll plaza employs such ### as they do not know how to talk and behave with users.

On the National highway between Hyderabad and warangal there's is a road near Vangapally where the road is not yet built since last 3 years of operation of National highway and we pay toll for that road. The muddy road goes deep down and with no proper link between Bt road end and muddy road 4 out of 5 times the car gets damaged. Why should we pay toll if we want to get out car damaged. Return my till fees for last 3 years or lay the road within 1 month. If it is not done I will go to court and then you have to return till to all the vehicles.

Amount debited two times but recharge not process and not refund my amount.

Second :- i choose Toll plaza name " choundha" and filled captch

Third :- i filled Vehicle Registration No " MP07CK1642

Fourth :- fill all details choose UPI option for recharge and process through

Phone pay UPI " [protected]@ybl" this UPI id connect with

My Punjab National Bank account. amount debited but after that

This is to bring your kind notice that I along with my family were travelling to Puri yesterday evening on my Car No OD 02 AS 5847. At 8.11 pm my car was at the Pipili toll gate. Before me there were 2 cars who didn't have fastag were lined up. When I was requesting the operator to clear my path, he didn't listen and started misbehaving me. At 8.20 my fastag which was registered with ICICI bank got deducted with Rs 130.00.
I hope NHAI has fixed a time limit to wait at Toll gate. And the operator have no rights to misbehave for inquiring the delay.

i need to complaint on Devanahalli toll plaze as they deducting toll charge multiple times on same day of travel. on May 23rd when i was travelling from bangalore to Anantpur i was charged Rs 105 around 11.51 AM, and i returned back to bangalore city and crossed the same Devanahalli toll plaza on same day that is 23rd May around 01.07 PM with price of Rs 55, after finishing my work, again i satrted my travel from bangalore to ananthpur on same day that is 23rd of may and crossed Devanahalli toll around 03.05 PM again they deducted amount of Rs 105 . why this toll is charging multiple times on the same day, it has to be free for the same toll on the same day. what kind of fraud they are doing. this is really insane,

I was travelling from pune to kolhapur & kolhapur to pune with in 12 hrs back journey... But deducted full amount return amount should be applicable but deducted full amount while return at two tolls

There are no infrastructure facilities like - Public toilets, Restaurants, Tea spots, etc. on NH 50 in Karnataka State, after crossing Maharashtra-Karnataka border.
