so many people are having the same issue, kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

I have been wrongly Charged Rs 265 at Main Toll Plaza, Village Jhakauli on Eastern Peripheral Expressway. I have heard many complaints about this Toll Plaza and today have experienced it by myself. I request to please investigate the matter and help me to get the refund of extra charges back to my FastTag account. Screenshot attached.

Travel Date: June 2, 2022
From: Ghaziabad To: Karnal
Toll charged: Rs 265 (apart from other toll charges at Bhagan, Panipat, Gharaunda, Duhai)

The Toll collection process continuously and properly from every vehicle but the maintenance of the road is not done as proper as per required, So the respected sir please take action on this complaint for our safety, due to the pit escaping process accidents were happened in night its sure.

So please take action on it before the rainy season start otherwise the condition of road gets worst.

Myself is Puneet Gupta resides in Giddarbaha 152101 Punjab . My nearest toll plaza is at balluana within the radius of 10-12 km. Toll plaza managers are forcing me to make pass of rs rs 315 per month . Sir why should I give rs 315 for just one time visit to Bathinda.
Please clear or direct
1. Whether citizens of Giddarbaha are exempted from toll tax being resident of radius within 10 km or not ?

2. Why toll plaza manager forcing to make pass which is financial burdon?

3. Does BJP govt support this nonsense ?.

I was in the Rehan Kalan toll plaza that lies before Agra and the plaza operators demanded cash for passing. Even after insisting 1000 times, the operators behaved poorly and were adamant in their demand. There was no sign in the plaza that stated that ‘cash is accepted here’. With lots and lots of Nagging, they let us use fastag. It wasted our half an hr on such a busy highway. Kindly look into the matter....

When i am passing through Bhiknoor toll plaza which comes under telagana state,
Some body stolenmy fast tag i said operator pls enter my vehicle number and you can deduct amount, he said number, vumber nahi marte in loud voice
I dont understand who has given them job
Even dont know who are they because they are not in unform nor having id card,
When i asked to call there manager he started arguing with usin filty langauge
Hence i request the kind authority pls atleast to look in to the matter or else take a meeting and give instrutions.

By using phone pay i paid monthly pass charges for kaza toll plaza for our car ap07bg4488 (transaction id - T[protected], dt[protected].

All the trasaction went smothly but finally got the message try again from nhai site.

As it is not the 1st instance for me, as you niether refunded or activated pass for kaza toll, requestin you to take necessary action and refund my money.

At the Mundiyar toll plaza on 02 June 2022, 08:35 AM, my car was stopped for more than 3-4 minutes due to improper functioning of fastag scanner, which violated the rule of that any vehicle cannot stop at any toll plaza for more than 10 seconds.
So, according to the rules I request that please refund my amount as I have the right to it given by NHAI.And please take required action against the Toll plaza organization.

As I have journey on the way of kumaramangalalam to panruti road that toll present on that road is not properly maintained no water facility available kindly rectify the issue as soon

On 1st June 2022 morning around 9am I was crossing Madapam toll plaza located near Srikakulam Andhra Pradesh. Though there were 10 gates only 3 were in operation. There was a long queue in every gate. It took 15minutes to cross the booth and when I asked the employee why they not opened other 7 booths there was no reply and also asked why they are charging vehicles despite taking more than 15minutes he is saying there is problem in vehicles Fastag only. This happened many times please take an action against these plazas.

The toll was not working. Then had to reverse the car. There was a lot cars in que and it took lot time to take reverse and then had to change lane and that lane was having waiting more than yellow line.

My name is Rajni joshi, I am passing Palanpur to Mandvi vai NH27 . We paid nearly 5 tool both every 50 km but all road is worst, The toll people is not maintaining road .
This road NH 27 having big hole it can happen big accident as well. I feel their are taking free money.

Please look this issue urgently or give our money refund.

The toll on NH-48, (Satara-Pune section, MAHARASHTRA) at Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza was Rs, 110/- but I was compelled to pay Rs.220/-with the argument by the official that my FASTAG was not working.

There is temporary toll plaza in Ahroura, there is illegal recovery is going on.
If person is paying toll tax for one toll plaza they force to pay second toll plaza in the same time.There is no reason behind?
Why they should pay toll tax for second toll plaza also?
Need a clearance for you?
The local man is doing hooligans.
When you are paying toll tax, how many times can you in and out in 24 hours?
There should be proper rules of NHAI to be placed on toll plaza.

I come to toll plaza on kolaras kota road .
I selected a lane of plaza to cross over .
I have sufficient balance in my fastag card.
The digital gate board show me blacklisted.
Then i call a service boy near me, i ask for why the toll gate is not opening i have sufficient balance in my fastag
He say that go back u don't have sufficient balance .
Then i say him to check the balance in his computer .
Then he checked the balance and don't say anything .
I again request to open the gate because i m getting late to go.
I say that cut the balance with the vehicle number .
Then in 10 minutes i realised that no one is helping me .
Then i decided to change the lane.
I go to another lane and the same error is also shown in the another gate display .
Now i call the same service boy for this .
The another boy come and say again that, you don't have sufficient balance .
I make a video of this all incident.
Please give help to me.

I am using fastag from Paytm my car no. is HR51BU6922 on dated 30th may 2022 fastag was in my pocket and i was not travelling anywhere but two transaction was deducted from my paytm wallet transaction no. of the payments is[protected] Rs. 120/- and[protected] Rs. 65/- please do the needful and resolve this issue
