Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mr. Baldi Shivnarayan B having PAN ABBPB4495L residing at 8-A, Shrikrupa Society, Ramosana Road, Mahesana, Gujarat – 384 001. I have a vehicle having Registration No. GJ02DM3001 having fast tag id 34161FA820328E4020D14A60. I Crossed the Khemana toll plaza on 28.04.2022 at 15:32:43 with a vehicle having registration no. GJ02DM3001. Amount of toll was deducted at that time and after that Rs. 300 was deducted. After that, I asked the person who is on duty at the KHEMAN TOLL Plaza for the reason for the deduction of an additional amount of Rs. 300, he did not reply to my query and declined to reply with very rude behaviour.
When I received text message from Paytm for deduction of Rs. 300 (Copy of receipt for payment of Toll and deduction of additional Rs. 300 attached herewith and marked as Annexure-I), I know that the said amount of Rs. 300 was deducted for vehicle class mismatch, I was surprised about that and I checked the status of the Fast tag which shaws correct details. (Screenshot of the details/verification of fast tag id is attached herewith as Annexure-II).
It is hereby clarified that I am using the said vehicle and its fast tag id since long, a complaint/issue for mismatch of class of vehicle never arose this was the first instant.
Your good office requested a refund Rs. 300 which was incorrectly deducted and to take action against the employees for such type of misconduct.
