National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

I'm not a frequent traveler and i don't visit airport road every now and then and like thousands of people who are same like me would not need a fastag for just a visit. Pathetic rules by NHAI. I had to pay 600 rupees just to drop a person off to airport . The rules should be compulsory for other cab drivers and not for general public .

I entered my car on eastern peripheral highway from duhai, but toll people are charging me from Palwal which is the starting point of this highway. This is the 3rd time, they have charged us extra i.e toll debited from Palwal instead of Duhai. What is the use of having Fast tag if the amount is not being debited as per rules. Also the behaviour of appointed person at Kundali & Duhai toll was unproffesional. Please refund my extra deducted on priority.

The road conditions at Nagpur-Bhandara NH6 is pathetic and poor right ftom inception...Ecery week repairing going on..still no improvement...The toll plaza shall be sht down considering the above road condition and shall be reopen only after cgecking one year of sustenance after repairing

When we are crossed butchireddypalem toll plaza (Nellore, Andhra Pradesh). It costed 30rs which is correct but in return it costed 30rs instead of 20rs(fast-tag). I need a Clear explanation on this.

IDTL Mangliya, Indoreके टोल प्लाजा में नगद वाली लाइन के अंदर फास्ट्रेक से पैसा काटा जा रहा है जबकि नगद वाली लाइन में टोल के आसपास के 5 किलोमीटर दायरे के रहवासियों के लिए और उनके वाहनों के लिए टोल नहीं लगता है फिर भी फास्ट ट्रैक से हमारा पैसा टोल टैक्स के रूप में काटा जा रहा है इससे टोल प्लाजा गलत तरीके से आसपास के रहवासियों से टोल टैक्स वसूल रहे हैं
जबकि एक बार टोल टैक्स चुकाया जाता है तो उसकी मान्यता 12 घंटे की होती है परंतु टोल प्लाजा में 1 घंटे के भीतर की दो बार पैसा काटा गया है जबकि मैं टोल प्लाजा के 3 किलोमीटर के दायरे के अंदर का रहवासी हूं

Today our vehicle no - RJ18CB7783 Crossed Sirohi Bahali toll on NH 148B at 6.48 AM.
As per NHAI rules one way toll charge for car is 60/- but toll plaza deduct amount Rs. 120 /-.
Kindly refund our excess deducted toll tax amount in to my fast tag balance

Rs. 265 has been deducted on your IDBI Bank FASTag ending 0704 against VRN - HR98D1347 on[protected]:11:59 at Main Plaza Village Jakhauli 312019.

I dispute this deduction, and claim refund of extra amount. In case closer of Complaint from your side, do provide justified reasons for doing so, failure to which i shall bring legal action against you the authority and vendor of toll for doing doing extortion of my harden money and doing fraud with me.

Sir, my veh WB23E 8454 stopped by toll people in morning 4 to 8am. And also in night from 2 to 8am. They told fastag blacklisted but in my fastag toll amount sufficient available. I call 1033 they assured me. But not resolved. Lastly I direct to driver to pay double toll. This happened on dt 26.05.2022 to 27.05.2022 8am on Rajchandra pur toll plaza Bally Kolkata. Sir, why we suffer always. Now party ignore to recvd material. This veh loaded emergency material.

The fastag scanner on padalsingi nh 52 yoshi toll plaza is not working. According to the rule we should have been exempted from the toll because I had balance in my fastag but they asked for cash and misbehaved. When I rejected to pay cash they were like we will also see how I cross the toll. Take necessary action on the toll plaza and take care that such kind of behaviour is not made again.
Kindly revert back to me as soon as the complaint reaches u.

I have already given complaint my no. Is 595559 but not resolved

Date 24.05.2022 Time at 18.56, , ₹130 was deducted between Mavi Kala to Fatehpur Rampur by Fatepur Rampur toll, During my car trip in a journey of 67 kms.
Date 25.05.2022 Time at 16.59, . ₹235 was deducted between Fatehpur Rampur to Mavi Kala by Mavi Kala toll, During my car trip In a journey of 67 kms at Eastern peripheral expressway. My toll tax has been deducted in excess of about ₹220.
Please kindly put an end to this organized robbery by getting my excess deducted money back.

Broken road is sern from khanapara to jalukbari NH. Particularly near paschim Boragaon. Are yoi not patrolling.
It is shameful to collect tool tax ?

I am a serving defence personnel while traveling from Gandhinagar (Gujarat) to my home town in Karnataka, at Vijayapur toll gate (Kasaba Plaza) on NH 50, toll tax was charged to me despite being under exempted category even on showing service ID card on two occasions. first on[protected] and second time on[protected].

This amounts to unwarranted altercation/ harassment. request issues necessary directions to the Toll.

Your positive action to this regard would go in long way in instilling the faith in the system

I paid tall through attached fast tag on my vehicle.

Now after 6 day they have sent message of payment cut of rs 215 showing that the vehicle class is mismatched. Without any evidence they directly cut money from my wallet and also not providing proper answer on call. I have raised ticket no. [protected] with all supportive document evidence but they are not replying.

I, Mr. Baldi Shivnarayan B having PAN ABBPB4495L residing at 8-A, Shrikrupa Society, Ramosana Road, Mahesana, Gujarat – 384 001. I have a vehicle having Registration No. GJ02DM3001 having fast tag id 34161FA820328E4020D14A60. I Crossed the Khemana toll plaza on 28.04.2022 at 15:32:43 with a vehicle having registration no. GJ02DM3001. Amount of toll was deducted at that time and after that Rs. 300 was deducted. After that, I asked the person who is on duty at the KHEMAN TOLL Plaza for the reason for the deduction of an additional amount of Rs. 300, he did not reply to my query and declined to reply with very rude behaviour.

When I received text message from Paytm for deduction of Rs. 300 (Copy of receipt for payment of Toll and deduction of additional Rs. 300 attached herewith and marked as Annexure-I), I know that the said amount of Rs. 300 was deducted for vehicle class mismatch, I was surprised about that and I checked the status of the Fast tag which shaws correct details. (Screenshot of the details/verification of fast tag id is attached herewith as Annexure-II).

It is hereby clarified that I am using the said vehicle and its fast tag id since long, a complaint/issue for mismatch of class of vehicle never arose this was the first instant.

Your good office requested a refund Rs. 300 which was incorrectly deducted and to take action against the employees for such type of misconduct.

Dear sir
The National highway of Mumbai- Ahmedabad stretch becomes highly bad and un-motorable after the Hotel Fountain. The stretch becomes so narrow that only one vehicle can pass and entire road are having debris/ bunch of clay/ road side kankar and uprooted road condition.

This requires immediate repair before the Monsoon / rainy season and requires attention for the clearance of road side debris which will flow in mid of the Road. There are high probability of skidding of Two wheelers regulars travelers to Vasai/ Virar form this NH08 highway.

I have used Vijayamangalam Toll gate Yesterday night once only while returning from Perundurai to Coimbatore.
But toll was deducted two times as Rs.55 and Rs.60.
Hence I request you to refund the extra deducted toll Rs.60 immediately.
