This complaint is regarding Pune-Nashik-Dhule National Highway (NH60). There's one point on this highway (Jetvan Nagar, Nashik Pune Road, Opp Nehru Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra). I stay in Morvi. It is 30 kms from Wankaner Railway station. If I have to drop a family member to the station I have to pay rs.145 for a return journey. That means I'm paying almost rs.2.5/km which is quite ridiculous. I don't know why if anyone has complained but it's high time the authorities take some sane steps to charge such an exorbitant toll fee....

Summary of incident : On reaching the toll booth the toll personel did not raise the barrier saying there was low balance in the fastag a/c: and handed me a manual challan of 40rs.
Since the fastag account had 800rs balance, I challenged him and refused to pay the amount...

My vehicle number is HR02AA 3200 and I entered KMP from Patuadi and took exit from Kundali and fare for which is 125 Rs but on 3rd Apr I received message that 250rs has been deducted for this which is un acceptable, Attached snapshot and please return extra amount.

When you fix the toll charges you will calculate the expenses incurred by the company while constructing the road. They why have you increased the amount.

My car registration no TN 07 BY 6567 and i am using fastag. 30.04.2022 i have crossed NALLUR toll at morning around 11:29 AM and rs.70 deducted and while returning at 02:23 PM again rs.40 deducted, It's happening frequently.

Yesterday I wants to Travel Village - Vasad, it is located before Vasad Toll Plaza GJ SH 188, Vasad, Gujarat 388306.

Which Location is i wants to travel is before Toll Plaza, but Toll Plaza was closed road to vasad by Cement Poll.

I Bimal Tirgar my car breakdown after Nadiad at Root No. 36 and I had call NHAI executive for toeing and they have left at reliance petrol pump and here I didn't get any assistance. And near exit is Ahmedabad which 20 km away from here. I had requested but no one has helped. And I am stuck here. No responce. Here I dont have any access to get car repair.
