Sir we are living in the captioned town the NH 167 going through our town… every day we are living with fear to cross the NH to go to everything into the town. On NH no sign boards stating TOWN LIMIT/ SCHOOL ZONE SND AND NO SPEED LIMIT BOARDS NO SPEED REDUCERS NEAR OM SHANTHI JUNCTION.. Already two accidents took two lives… please provide the required measures.

Sir myself Ananya Swain. I have recharge my paytm wallet with Rs.2000 from my bank account on 21st of February 2022.
I already have 400 rupees in my account so overally it's 2400 rupees. The merchant from the toll plaza at manguli plaza transfer that whole amount to my fastag
Account so that it will be deducted from it directly from the paytm wallet .
But my amount is not shown in that fastag wallet .I was suffering from last months whole passing through the plaza as i have to pay cash while crossing it. Kindly please look into the matter & solve it as my money is being stuck & I couldn't utilize it further after my recharge on February month sir.

Today me and my family were return from Karur to Chennai. Near mayanur village karur to trichy highway I had to go to toilet, on the way i crossed 3 toll gates, in which none of them has cleanliness and not even proper basins and 2of them didn’t have proper clean. Broken toilet also.this is why we pay toll? Without even maintaining a clean toilet then why the name “swacha bharath” on all the boards, why should we pay toll then, to get infections?? I request you to take a sever action on this and respond to this

Hi, Recently i visited Maheshwar from my personal vehicle from Indore. There is no signals to speed breakers, no paint on speed breakers, no sign boards. This causes more accidents and more dis-balance at the time of journey. I request to take responsibility of this and make all speed breakers visible with suitable yellow/white paint at-least. This is very dangerous and can cause many accidents.

Inspite of having sufficient balance in my fast tag nallur toll plaza has asked me to pay Rs.140 towards toll charges. My fast tag i customer id 11711022

Toll plaza lakhanpur deducted my money from my fasttag account.. without my movement from toll plaza. My car was at home and toll plaza lakhanpur deducted my money.
1 may 2022 rs 75 and rs 75 is on 2 may 2022.

I sold my old vehicle, and the fasttag I purchased from Paytm is still sticked to the vehicle, and the new owner is using it illegally for paying the toll on toll plazas, and the money is getting deducted from my account, which is wrong, I request you to please close that fasttag with vehicle Registration number: MP28CA3821

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Today I reached harsar mansar toll plaza where I got to know that my fastag balance is low.Then i immediately reacharged the fastag and asked the staff to cut the money through fast tag but they told me that it will take 20 minutes so give your ID to us and park the car on side then I did the same then I asked the guy to cut the amount as it's showing active and asked for my I'd card then the guy misbehaved and didn't gave my I'd card I moved into office and told the same incident to the manager he then brought my I'd card and gave it to me.I was with my family on a trip crossed around 7 toll plaza and this guy rather helping or understanding started harrasing me..I need action against him as he knows that I immediately recharged the fastag but after that also he didn't gave my I'd back.

Though we had balance 480 rs. Person at toll saying no balance and took double charged

As a resident of Baripada ward no 28. We would like to bring to your notice the undergoing highway flyover project of NHAI in Palbani bypass is increasing occurrence of accidental situation .The diversion provided by NHAI from Palbani chowk to Palbani bypass through service lane is intersecting to more than 5 different roads at Palbani bypass with two bus stops at each side of the service lane which are being used as parking lot for big trucks. While exiting from Baripada through Meghasani road which leads to Palbani bypass, there is a major blind spot as diverted routes are busy with high speed trucks always while crossing the road, there is possibility of major or minor accidents in our locality. It has become a serious problem for those living in our area as well as for the daily commuters or passerby. The situation is quite panicky and requires a traffic police with patrolling of police forces to keep the vehicles in control.
We as residents of this locality are concerned over the life threatening situations happening around. It would be a great help, If you plunge into action and take necessary measures to provide us an underpass at Palbani bypass.
We request you to understand the gravity of the situation and take action at the earliest before any dangerous incident happens in this area.

I am assistant commandant in crpf, my car no. is uk07fc5055, Yesterday at about 20:05 hrs when I was crossing the the toll chutmalpur, Saharanpur, up . I have shown my I’d card to toll employee, he refused to take as he was saying where is your uniform, I will not spare you like cheap language, i have shown my fastag to him he said you have out of balance, he said that on duty hote toh chor deta abhi nahi chorunga,

First of all we as a force personal are always on duty even on going leave, second our I’d card is a self explanatory document, it is a pride, dear I am an gazetted officer and hurt by this cheap man, I want apology by individual, and want to clear that we r authorised or not to pass free from toll please make it clear please take appropriate action ASAP

There are dangerous potholes on NH 60 on Sangamner bypass. My brand new car tyre bursted due to these potholes.

Sir, This is to inform you that we stay within 1.5 km from toll tax of bhago majra and everyday for our office(Chandigarh University, Gharuan) i have to cross toll tax. They have issues pass to only those person's who have have their own accommodation within 20 kms, we stay on rent but they are not making our pass. We are not financially sound to pay 150 rupees everyday. i request you to kindly solve our problem and issue pass to us. Because for just toll tax pass we cant buy a home of 50 lakhs . And this complete baseless that they are not issuing us pass just in this condition.

उपरोक्त रस्त्याचे काम सुरु आहे. १३७/०६० ते १३७८४२० किमी मध्ये डाव्या बाजूस पेट्रोल पंप, बिश्वकर्मा वसाहत, बजेश्वरी नगर वसाहत देसाई कारखाना इत्यादी रस्त्यालगत आहेत. सदर लांब HPC(पाईप मारी) आहे सदर पाईप मोरी जन्या पातळीत असून पासून सदरचे वसाहती पावसाचे पाणी रस्त्याच्या डावीकडून उजवीकडे जात होते. सदर जुन्या मोरीचे आहे त्या पातळीत रुंदीकरण केले गेले असून सर्व्हिस रस्त्यालगत असलेली कॉक्रीट गटारची पातळी वसाहतीतील जमीन पाताजी पासून अंदाजे ४९ ६" (चार फुट सहा इच) इतकी वाढ आहे सदरचे रस्त्याचे Pian & profile प्रस्तावामध्ये दर्शविली आहे सदरचे काम झाल्यास उपरोक्त वसाहतीतील पावसाचं पाणी वाहून जाणे शक्य नाही व सोलापुरातील

इतर नेशनल हायवे प्रमाणेच अक्कलकोट रोड येथील काम करावे. तरी आपणास विनंती आहे की, सदर लांबीतील Service Road व Concrete gutter

ची पातळी कमी करून लगतच्या वसाहतीमधील पावसाचे पाणीवाहून जाणे योग्य होणे इतकी

कमी करणेस आदेश होणे विषयी विनंती आहे

I am charged high on couple of occasions in past during my travel from Gachibowli to TSPPA Junction. Normally the charges are between Rs. 10 to Rs. 20. However am charged Rs. 70 and Rs. 60 for same distance at time even if I cover the distance in same time.

Can I know why am I overcharged. Am sure am not the only person with this complaint but i will like my money back.

With due respect and much regret I want to bring your notice towards the worst condition of toilets near Rohtak toll palaza, Haryana on NH no. 9. It's a request to take some serious actions as their are no doors, water, flushes in the toilets we commoners are facing so much problem.

This is to address you regarding very difficult to drive for two wheeler and four wheeler on the road from Pollachi to Samathur (Valparai main road). Address details as i mentioned below.
Road from Pollachi to Samathur
Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District, Tamilnadu State.

You can also take the complete and survey and check the road traffic conditions. It is very difficult for us to travel on that road. Even we are paying complete road tax and all cess we didn't get proper roads on those traveling conditions. Many accidents also happening on this road due to short size of road size. kindly extend both the sides and do the needful to support the public system.

My fast tag for vehicle KA20MA7392 has been wrongly deducted by Nalawadi Karnataka toll plaza on 12/05/22 at 09:29:00 Txn ID FT[protected]. My vehicle never passed through this toll plaza so far.Surprisingly my vehicle passed through Hejamadi Toll Plaza at 08:34:45 hrs on the same day.Both toll plazas are 300 Kms apart.Please investigate and return my money. HDFC Bank FastTag deducted: Rs 160 for Vehicle No: DL5CN3406 at: GABHANA Tollplaza on:[protected]T18:09:25. It's a wrong deduction as I was in chennai at that time
