    Dear Sir,

    This is with reference to ongoing project for improvement of Dharuhera Bhiwadi Link Road (NH-919, Old Nh-71B) to 4 Lane with Tender. This work is going very slow and in arbitrary manner. There is huge pathole created on the road which is effecting daily life of 5000 people residing in Aravali Heights, Dwarkadhish, Sector 24, Dharuhera Haryana. It is becoming very difficult and life risk to our school going children as both side was dug horribly and huge dust pollution is being generated. There is no water spray on the road and this dust is going into near by homes and direct in the mouth of people residing there.

    I have attached some pictures of the road and board of contractor which you can see and take suitable action to expedite this job with proper manner within time limit.

    This is in continuation to my last submitted complaint with respect to the ongoing project for improvement of Dharuhera Bhiwadi Link Road (NH-919, Old Nh-71B) to 4 Lane with Tender.
    There is no action taken as on date and situation becoming worse day by day.
    There is huge pollution, dusty environment around or within our residence, pls see attached picture clearly shows how thick is the dust in air we are inhaling.
    Please save 5000 people life which at stake due to worse condition of roads, pathole and dusty air.
    Need immediate corrective action to save people life before some big mishappenig with a loss of life

          I am ex-airforce personal while travelling with my son who is a major ranked person in defence service's.
          As per my knowledge we are exempted from toll tax while driving self viechle. But at a toll tax in shreemadhopur rajasthan ( between khandela to ringus) i was forced to pay tax and harrassed my family to face the consequences dated 06 05/2022 at night 8:05.
          Toll sleep no is01112fe22u0513.
          Please guide me if toll has to be paid and why we were threatened to face serious consequences if we try to ask about rules.

            I had travelled from asoda toll plaza to kharkhoda toll plaza on western peripheral dated 13 april 2022 at 14:56:28. Again returned from kharkhoda toll to asoda toll on the same day at 20:52:25.

            As per my information, the amount charged is much more than that should be charged.

              I was on my way to shimla from Chandigarh...i had 200 balance in my fastag...and they were unable to scan my fastag...they started abusing and got into physical fight...and threatened me to death

                Sir,

                Today I'm traveling with my family from salem to pollachi. I checked the balance at early morning 5:45am. The balance is 418rs. So I didn't try to recharge. After I crossed avinashi toll I tried to recharge. At that moment a message pop up saying that to update kyc for recharge. Immediately I updated kyc at 8am and informed customer care and registered complaint for priority basis. Complaint .number is 5838974 .Now its 14:32 still i can't recharge and standing at mid way in travel in hot sun with my family. I need libel suit against NHAI FASTAG for this cruel action and damaging my reputation before family members and friends.

                  Please note that on the NH from dhanbad to Ranchi we have a toll gate at Sosokhurd. It is a very painful toll all the times for passengers commuting on that route. They delay instead of having fast tags and ask for manual payments. Most of the time their reading doesnot happen automatically and they charge back irresponsibly to passengers for insufficient funds. They behave like rowdies. Kindly consider this matter and take some action.

                  Common citizen is being troubled.

                    Dr Muraleedhara Bhat here, today (6/05/22) got a message that as my wife's car KA19MG3740 crossed Brahmarakotlu toll plaza on 5/05/22and 30₹ has been cut . That car was in home yesterday, So how is it possible ?

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am an employee of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited, a Public Sector Undertaking. I use Mathur toll road for commuting between my residence and office. I get monthly pass for using the toll road. However, to my surprise the people who work in that particular toll plaza denied the monthly pass for no valid reason. When asked about it, all the toll plaza people gathered and abused with bad words. I am very hurt. Many people from my office faced such issues. It is my humble request to look into the issue seriously and advise the concerned to take necessary disciplinary action against those who are involved in this issue.

                              NH 77 Krishnagiri - Tiruvannamalai - Pondycherry has been under repairs for the past several years with no end in sight. what is the completion date for this project. Several patches are completely broken roads, never repaired and unmotorable.

                                This complaint is regarding Pune-Nashik-Dhule National Highway (NH60). There's one point on this highway (Jetvan Nagar, Nashik Pune Road, Opp Nehru Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra). Goggle maps link - https://maps.app.goo.gl/UbvxUeJ37yVEJGLi6 . This is the point where road from three ways meet at one place. Usually on both sides of the main highway there is heavy traffic with high speed. At the meeting place of these three roads sometimes people find themselves in a condition where they want to make a turn and vehicles behind them are in high speed. So making turns here is real challenge and dangerous. I request NHAI to look into this issue and work on this accident prone zone. Install some speed breakers, install speed limit signs, control the speed and flow of traffic in this area.

                                  I stay in Morvi. It is 30 kms from Wankaner Railway station. If I have to drop a family member to the station I have to pay rs.145 for a return journey. That means I'm paying almost rs.2.5/km which is quite ridiculous. I don't know why if anyone has complained but it's high time the authorities take some sane steps to charge such an exorbitant toll fee.

                                    Location of incident: Vashi toll, Mumbai -bengaluru highway.
                                    Summary of incident : On reaching the toll booth the toll personel did not raise the barrier saying there was low balance in the fastag a/c: and handed me a manual challan of 40rs.
                                    Since the fastag account had 800rs balance, I challenged him and refused to pay the amount after which he raised the barrier. Within a few moments of crossing the toll the message was recieved that toll amount of 40rs had been debited .
                                    This kind of fraud/cheating is a regular occurance at tolls on Mumbai -Pune route.
