The narrow bridge near Mayyadi on Kollur-Byndoor highway has turned into a dangerous spot for people passing through it. The bridge is small, narrow, elevated and not straight . This makes it a total blind spot as people coming from one side can’t see who is on the other side and the moment they are on the bridge they have to immediately take a 20 degree turn to go to the other side.

They charge us like a 5 star services and giving such a zero star services. Nagpur akola highway karanja toll plaza mini nest toilet condition is very bad, people not dare to use it. All urine on the float, who is responsible for this type of dirty places, i[censored]r services was not good then pls close the toll plazas...

One of the flashing light in median is not blinkinkg. Now the signal look like a warining signal before red stop signal.
I have witnessed number of times vehicle (they may not regularly pass trough this road) stoping after saw this not blinking signal. The main problem is that this area is slighty curved and slanted....

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of NH 205A . I am daily commuter to this road from banur to mohali and find it very difficult to drive on this road. The road is in very poor condition and there are large potholes on whole stretch. The surface of the road was broken by winter rain which has created the craters, making the journey even worse. On 18 April 2022 around 8 in the evening, when I was crossing Attibele toll plaza it took more than 30 to cross with nearly 1 km queue. Even than toll plaza they were charging for toll fee. As per the NHAI press release on 26May2021 they were violating the rules. NHAI Takes Steps to Ensure Waiting Time of Not More Than 10 Seconds Per Vehicle at Toll Plazas. Please take action this happens almost everytime....

I traveled from Ghaziabad to Patiala on 25th of April 2022. I crossed Jakhauli toll between 3:30 PM to 5 PM. On reaching my destination, my paytm FASTag summary showed me a deduction of Rs. 265 at Jakhauli toll plaza which to my knowledge has been deducted wrongly. Please initiate the balance amount and kindly direct the above mentioned toll plaza to function legitimately.

I travelled on KMP expressway fron Rohad to Kharkhoda (at 12:57:23) on 23/04/2022 via vehicle number HR26CB3699. I received a message on 25/04/2022 at 17:08 for deduction of amount of Rs 210 from my Fast Tag for this journey. The deducted charges are not correct and too high. Kindly look into the matter and refund extra charges....

Road is very much damaged especially where the over bridge is under renovation . more over entire road condition is very poor . No patch work was done for the so many month....

Even in heavy crowd...on long queue ... waiting for long time beyond the yellow line...still focused on collection on Money only...neec to take action on them...

I was going to rajkot on this morning and toll plaza deduced amount from my fast tag. And as per the rule person going from jamnagar to rajkot or rajkot to jamnagar are not being charged

I have purchased three bonds for
Rs.22 lacs, Rs 10 lacs and Rs. 10 lacs on 25/2/22. The remittance was sent through SBI DHAYARI br to your account with Union Bank Of India account no [protected]. The three application forms were submitted through SBI securities alongwith original remittance acknowledgement. Till today I have not received 2 bonds.Only 1 bond received. This fact was informed to BEETAL by email but there is no reply...

I have been chaged the Windshield because it have been broken and we cannot peel old windshield fastag at gummadidala tollbooth so i said the worker to deduct my balance by entering vechile number And he refused to do and he charged double amount 65 rupees is toll charge and he charged 130 rupees...

Roads are clean, toll gates are good. But the worst is toilet. There is no maintanence, no cleaning. No one is bother to provide option to lock the washroom doors. You can see the dirtness of washroom in my photos. Swaccha bharat abhiyan ki to dhajjiyan uda rahe govt k hi toll plaza. Mosquitoes are there to kill you. Stay away from public toilets of toll plazas....

Kindly Declared 1 side toll fee without fast tag ...We were going rajpura from patiala then toll charge us 90 rs one sided..Is it Genuine fee of toll plaza or not...Thanks...

As I travelled from jalandhar to PGI Chandigarh and while crossing toll from Kurali to New Chandigarh i was forced to pay cash for Toll Slip even being Fastag enabled on my vehicle.
If Fastag is mandatory on vehicles and double toll is being charged for non availability of fastag on vehicle, why the forced me to pay cash, why that toll plaza is not using Fastag service.
In past i have paid double toll fee for non availability...
