Due to underpass construction, road connecting shamboor road and NH77 has been closed and alternate way has been created around the construction site. This however is not paved and everyday commute is become horrible. I am sure there is some amount allocated for pavement of this alternate road. I am travling on NH-11 from Rewari To Ateli at KHATUWAS TOLL PLAZA, they deduct my rs 65 for one side where as rate is 35 for cars. in return journey i will be back within 24 hours from same route and again they deduct rs 35. Proof of deduction of fasttag card attached. My car no is HR26BP9011.

Request you to please take the necessary action against toll operation authority and refund me back.

I have travelled to Nashik on 23rd April 2022 from Thane. Rs 120 deducted at Arjunalli toll plaza( Padgha) at 08:22:20 hrs. and Rs 120 at Ghoti toll plaza at around 10:00 hrs.
And while coming back from Nashik on 24th April 2022 same thing happened of double toll deduction. Rs 120 deducted at Ghoti toll plaza at 15:14:45 hrs. and Rs 120 at Arjunalli ( Padgha) toll plaza at 16:48:45 hrs.

So Rs. 240 amount should be refunded...

I am a Air force personnel. While crossing toll at Narsinghpura toll plaza, RJ SH 37, kuld kalan, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. I was charged toll tax. I showed my ID card but he said this toll plaza is ol lease and no exemption is allowed for defence personnel. We paid toll and left.
I request you to register my complaint against this toll plaza ad take necessary action.

People of Nazirakhat toll plaza in Guwahati behave very badly with people. I approached them for renewal of my monthly pass which I have from last 2 years. Suddenly they refuse to renew it even after repeated requests...

My car was stopped at Dharer Azizpur Toll. And they told me my fastag has no balance. But my fastag contains 2050 balance. I stood their and talked for 10-15 minutes but they want cash payment and then I insisted in checking again then fastag worked. I have travelled in my car PB29AB-1585 on 28/04/2022 from Moga to Jallandhar and returned on the same day writhin 24 hrs. But on return journey I have been charged twice. at Chak Baminya Toll Plaza. Once Rs.55/- bring return journey & again Rs. 115/- at the same time. Kindly return Rs.115/- excess amount charged at Chak Bamniya Toll Plaza....

Due to some technical issue with front vehicle we could not move ahead for over 10 mins. Both do not have complaint book. It’s lane 4 at Sullurpeta, AP booth between on 30/04/2022, 10:20-1035 pm and we are charged by default. I called helpline but busy with other customers for over 15 mins. Called toll helpline, Mr. Kasthuraiah is the incharge now but he says he can not do anything.

Sir, I am a corporate Vehicle driver, I was driving on EPI highway on 29/04/2022 There was toll deducted of vehicle. Jakhauli to Movikalan deducted of Rs. 235 and or return deduction is Rs.30 But the total amount would be Rs. 40 only. That was excessive amount as per rules of toll deduction. This is worst things. Please solve the problem. Ye choryasi toll plaza, surat, gujarat p toll k pass jo pan masala ki shop he udhar pe overcharge p fastag sale karte he and misbehaviour karte he. In logo k pass koi right bhi nai sale karne ka to bhi sale karte he abd driver ki gadi me se card nikal lete he and fir bolte he dusra banalo. So pls solve this problem as soon as possible.

Toll fees collected for less than 60 Krms, why are these tolls not removed?...

I request Sir Nandgaon to Aurangabad Highway No. MH SH 7 that the construction of this road is very delicate. The condition of vehicles is deteriorating completely. Solve early.

The road condition between coimbatore chengapally toll and vijayamangalam is very bad. It's more of patch work rather than smooth roads.. the toll collection is primarily for maintaining the roads in top condition. Please look into this...

Respected sir, on dated 24.04 2022 i was accident due toh caution board/sign board is near highway. I going to cinemas hall and near cinemas gate your pilar is placed. Board has been removed but pillar is not removed. This pillar is situated just cinmeas gate. Kindly please remove this pillar because so many accident near cinemas hall. I so many complaint to GM of cinemas but no action regarding this pillar. And also my car was damaged.br...

Extra toll was charged at Sarai kale Khan of rs 155 although I already paid 70 rs and 85 rs while travelling to and fro from meerut to Delhi on 27.04.22.
