Hi Team, Total balance disputed charges Rs860.00 ICICI bank fastag has been registered complaint no.CMP[protected] &
NHAI has been registered complaint no.5588100/5836758.as per team will be closed within 25 days but still not resolve.
I am chasing since 1 month 12 days ago. no chargeback in fastag due to dispute transaction.
ICICI Bank's response is not good and they are not resolving.
Kindly help to resolve the issue.

I was travelling Agra to Mathura on 11.05.2022. At Toll gate I was informed that my Fasttag is not working & hence I need to pay cash Rs. 240/- I asked for receipt & the counter clerk told me that printer is out of order. My father's mobile is linked with the fastag of car I was driving. My father told me that there is a SMS - "Rs. 120/- paid at Madhvan Toll Plaza for XXXXXXXXXX on[protected]:43:18 with XXXXX Bank FASTag. Please check CCTV footage & take action against culprit employee.

My vehicle is parked at home. But, still they deduct my toll.

Earlier I have a NHAI fastag but it is damaged. so I brought a new NHAI fastag through online from flipkart and i received the fastag from flipkart on 24/04/2022. still the fastag activation is not completed due to Tid number is not exist for this vendor. so i raised a complaint on 28/04/2022 through customer care, my complaint number is 5775545. still the complaint is not resolved by customer support team. they asking to send the proofs of exact error screen shot, fastag photo & fastag invoice to they given whatsups number i.e. [protected] & [protected]. I have already send the same proof to the both numbers but still the problem is pending. when ever i call to customer care from last 15 days they telling only your complaint is under process. so, please help and resolve the issue. Flipkart also not responding on the vendor. i think they send a fake NHAI fastag. the supplier also asking the documents for tag activation through his whatsup number but the number is not working.

Sir being a soldier it is my duty to seek information for illegal toll tax imposed on armed force personnell on NH92.Recently I travelled on NH 92 but toll staff denied to accept my defence I Card that was issued by IAF and forced me to pay toll tax.Sir on Yamuna expressway even Agra Lucknow express way exempted defence personnel to pay toll tax, how and why NH 92 are not included defence personnel in the list of exemption of toll tax.

On 3rd of may 10:21pm i was returning from Narsingpur to Jabalpur and on way i was crossing Shahpura toll plaza. Amount was deducted from my fasttag but the barrier was not opened to i told the employee there that amount is deducted to he open barrier manually.
As i was crossing it the boom barrier fell in my car roof.
I asked the employee there so instead of saying sorry they became rude.
I visited their office where at first the manager told me to come later, but when i forced him then he said to see the cctv footage in which the employee was faulty as he left the button of barrier before my car crossed it.
That day they said that they will compensate everything, i can get my car repaired. So i left at the time after taking their contact number.. But from that day to till today they are not responding, saying to call back again and again..
Is there any help that can be done by Nhai?

Respected sir, my land is occupied by NHAI for NH-16 road extension near Payakaraopeta, Anakapalle district, Andhra Pradesh. It was taken by NHAI without prior information or compensation. I am from a poor family. I need a own house or else new land inplace of my land. Please provide justice for me sir....

I am in Odisha from 05/05/2022 along with my car key and my car is parked in Hyderabad, Telangana-500019 at my residence.
But today ie 09/05/2022 i have received 2 messages that toll tax amount is deducted from my account which is impossible.
It shows clearly that fraudulent transactions are happening at this Singarajupally, Jangaon, 506303 TOLL PLAZA.
Attaching the proof amount deductions.
NEED TO TAKE PROPER ACTION TO PREVENT THIS TYPE OF SITUATIONS.

I am bhargav .k from palamaner . I drive my vehicle from palamaner to Chittoor and return back on same day i.e[protected]. As original toll amount was rs. 90/- for one way and return on same day it deducted Rs.90/- instead of half amount i.e 50/-. My vehicle no is AP05CJ6474 Kindly do need ful.

Kindly change bulb or repair light on Agra Delhi Firozabad highway.. Mostly lights didn’t working more than 6 months

Its about toll fee this toll charges you rs145 for dhule and if we want to go manmad that is before dhule u have to pay full toll why should we pay full toll if we don't use that complete road please take strict actions

Good evening, i am Nirbhay Tomar I am serving in indian armed forces I want to complain about morena toll plaza, on 07th may 2022 I was traveling at my home town morena there was a cut before the plaza booth.. the name of plaza is Choundha.. they are receiving illegal toll tax without crossing the plaza people are turn about 100 meters before but they deduct Money without crossing. Some pictures are attaching with this complaint. Please resolve my problem..

Please look the above two fastag deduction messages and rectify error.

Condition of NH 548A is terrible in several patches especially between Karjat & Mhasa.
Although some patches have been cemented, many patches are in very bad condition. I have been travelling almost twice a month and have seen no work in progress at all. Road will become non-usable if work is not done before monsoons.

I, DHIRAJ BHAGAT, an Indian Citizen from Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal, want to make complaint about a Toll Paza named as Feedback Highways OMT PVT LTD, RANGALIBAZNA FEE TOLL PLAZA KM 74.900 NH - 48.
Today morning when I reached at the plaza, the staff on duty said I have no balance in my Fastag account. I told him that I have more than Rs 500/- in my Fastag wallet but he denied and charged me Rs.150/- i.e. Double Charge on Non- Fastag.
The receipt is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
Sir, the male staff in this Toll Plaza is always harrassing travellers like me. Please look into the matter and try to compensate my losses.

This is with reference to ongoing project for improvement of Dharuhera Bhiwadi Link Road (NH-919, Old Nh-71B) to 4 Lane with Tender. This work is going very slow and in arbitrary manner. There is huge pathole created on the road which is effecting daily life of 5000 people residing in Aravali Heights, Dwarkadhish, Sector 24, Dharuhera Haryana. It is becoming very difficult and life risk to our school going children as both side was dug horribly and huge dust pollution is being generated. There is no water spray on the road and this dust is going into near by homes and direct in the mouth of people residing there.

I have attached some pictures of the road and board of contractor which you can see and take suitable action to expedite this job with proper manner within time limit.
