Hi,

Due to some technical issue with front vehicle we could not move ahead for over 10 mins. Both do not have complaint book. It’s lane 4 at Sullurpeta, AP booth between on 30/04/2022, 10:20-1035 pm and we are charged by default. I called helpline but busy with other customers for over 15 mins. Called toll helpline, Mr. Kasthuraiah is the incharge now but he says he can not do anything.

Complaint book also not there to write
So why should govt collect toll in this case

    Sir, I am a corporate Vehicle driver, I was driving on EPI highway on 29/04/2022 There was toll deducted of vehicle. Jakhauli to Movikalan deducted of Rs. 235 and or return deduction is Rs.30 But the total amount would be Rs. 40 only. That was excessive amount as per rules of toll deduction. This is worst things. I am fully against this. Please look into this matter and return my balance. Thank you .My Details are below

      Please solve the problem. Ye choryasi toll plaza, surat, gujarat p toll k pass jo pan masala ki shop he udhar pe overcharge p fastag sale karte he and misbehaviour karte he. In logo k pass koi right bhi nai sale karne ka to bhi sale karte he abd driver ki gadi me se card nikal lete he and fir bolte he dusra banalo. So pls solve this problem as soon as possible.

          I request Sir Nandgaon to Aurangabad Highway No. MH SH 7 that the construction of this road is very delicate. The condition of vehicles is deteriorating completely. Solve early.

          The road condition between coimbatore chengapally toll and vijayamangalam is very bad. It's more of patch work rather than smooth roads.. the toll collection is primarily for maintaining the roads in top condition. Please look into this

            Respected sir, on dated 24.04 2022 i was accident due toh caution board/sign board is near highway. I going to cinemas hall and near cinemas gate your pilar is placed. Board has been removed but pillar is not removed. This pillar is situated just cinmeas gate. Kindly please remove this pillar because so many accident near cinemas hall. I so many complaint to GM of cinemas but no action regarding this pillar. And also my car was damaged.

            Kindly please remove this pillar as soon as possible otherwise i will take strict action.

                The narrow bridge near Mayyadi on Kollur-Byndoor highway has turned into a dangerous spot for people passing through it. The bridge is small, narrow, elevated and not straight . This makes it a total blind spot as people coming from one side can’t see who is on the other side and the moment they are on the bridge they have to immediately take a 20 degree turn to go to the other side.
                With heavy traffic density to Kollur via this road this bridge has become a nightmare as many fatal accidents have taken place on the bridge leading to death, critical injuries, damage to vehicles etc.

                Have complained to local administration also about it. Please widen this bridge at the earliest to avoid further accidents and implement required warning sign boards and marking to prevent accidents.

                  They charge us like a 5 star services and giving such a zero star services. Nagpur akola highway karanja toll plaza mini nest toilet condition is very bad, people not dare to use it. All urine on the float, who is responsible for this type of dirty places, i[censored]r services was not good then pls close the toll plazas

                      One of the flashing light in median is not blinkinkg. Now the signal look like a warining signal before red stop signal.
                      I have witnessed number of times vehicle (they may not regularly pass trough this road) stoping after saw this not blinking signal. The main problem is that this area is slighty curved and slanted. There may be a chance of accident at night times. Beacuse regular passers know there is no stopping signal here. Please do the needfull.

                        I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of NH 205A . I am daily commuter to this road from banur to mohali and find it very difficult to drive on this road. The road is in very poor condition and there are large potholes on whole stretch. The surface of the road was broken by winter rain which has created the craters, making the journey even worse. The buses, trucks, cars, three-wheelers, have to halt after every minute just to adjust with the road breaks and pits. Most of the vehicles keep avoiding these potholes and stick to one side of the road or applies brake immediately resulting in slow-moving traffic or even collision. It is also submitted that even patch work is not done on this road from the past 1-2 years due to which road is fully broken in some places. So it is requested that this road may kindly be repaired or re carpeted asap.

                        NO action taken till date and Today morning one more car got damaged as truck applied instant brake due to large pothole on this road around 8:40 am.

                          On 18 April 2022 around 8 in the evening, when I was crossing Attibele toll plaza it took more than 30 to cross with nearly 1 km queue. Even than toll plaza they were charging for toll fee. As per the NHAI press release on 26May2021 they were violating the rules. NHAI Takes Steps to Ensure Waiting Time of Not More Than 10 Seconds Per Vehicle at Toll Plazas. Please take action this happens almost everytime.

                            I traveled from Ghaziabad to Patiala on 25th of April 2022. I crossed Jakhauli toll between 3:30 PM to 5 PM. On reaching my destination, my paytm FASTag summary showed me a deduction of Rs. 265 at Jakhauli toll plaza which to my knowledge has been deducted wrongly. Please initiate the balance amount and kindly direct the above mentioned toll plaza to function legitimately.

                                Hi my name is harsh and i seek refund of extra toll that has been cut for my car HR06AW0730. We used it while coming from delhi going to Panipat.

                                PFA message for toll charge deduction.

                                It is totally illegal and against government approved rates. Please resolve it asap otherwise I have other ways also to get it refunded.

                                  I travelled on KMP expressway fron Rohad to Kharkhoda (at 12:57:23) on 23/04/2022 via vehicle number HR26CB3699. I received a message on 25/04/2022 at 17:08 for deduction of amount of Rs 210 from my Fast Tag for this journey. The deducted charges are not correct and too high. Kindly look into the matter and refund extra charges.
