Being waiting for an hour on toll on jam
And still have to pay toll
As per toll rules it is not compulsory to pay toll...

Several toll plaza are present at a distance way less than 60kms as per the fee rules 2008 . NH 22 has a toll plaza in panchkula at only a distance of 32 kms from the next toll plaza situated at kalka Shimla highway . Same is noticed on the way from panchkula to patiala which is only 70 kms where we have to go through 3 toll plaza...

I have been charged toll fee for my electric vehicle no. CH 01 CE 8187. As per Govt notification toll for electric vehicle are exempted. Attach are photographs of it....

The toll, situated at newly constructed Gurgaon Sohna road, started deduction of toll even the road is not completed fully. We are using only 12 Kms of toll road out of total distance of 34 Kms.

I have traveled from Madurai to Tirumangalam in my car and kappalur toll plaza charged me 95 INR, though it is 20 kms distance and that too thirumangalam is just 2 km from toll plaza.I have informed this is local travel to person in toll plaza, still fee is deducted. Vehicle number is TN 58 AP 9712

I paid a single toll twice from different fastags, one fastag was in my bag inside vehicle and another was on the vehicle. Please help to refund.

i want to inform you that your NHAI VISHANKHEDA TOLL PLAZA weight machine calculation is wrong as per loading truck 14'' feet loading without any goods total vehicle weight is 2870 kg and maximum capacity of loading is 3500 kg and how is possible total weight is 13220 ks as per your toll receipt and they are charging extra amount near about 300/- rs to 400/- rs and not giving any receipt to driver if driver is asking for receipt...

My fastag get blacklisted and they made me to pay double payment 160 rps at paliyekara toll plazza Thrissur and also deducted cash 80 rps from my fastag on 15/04/22 at 3:55 am

We reside Chengapalli(638812), Uttukuli tk, Tiruppur Dt, TN. In 2008, NHAI built a flyover crossing our farmers land. So there is some leftover part of land which NHAI bought from local farmers. I live in Amritsar and my house is 8 to 10 kms from toll plaza I visited toll palaza with my adhar card and car RC but they refused to issue the pass . They don't consider my adhar card as I'd proff they want my car RC as adress proff but my RC stand with ferm address which is around 60 kms I have all address proofs adhar card licence, passport but still they refused to issue pass I request nhai to please provide solutions for this

We have to wait very long in queue.. Fastag isn't working effectively.. Even if single car is there fastag response is very slow.
Kindly rectify it I have been seeing it for last one year....

Myself Kapil Prakash Kapade and mother Kavita Prakash Kapade are the owners of land situated at Kolhapur, Taluka : Karvir, Village : Ujalewadi, Gat number : 35/A/1/3 .
We handed over our land 0.41 Hectre (44, 116 sq.ft) land to National highway of India long time ago and we still haven’t received any compensation.

Today 12 April 2022, at around 9:30am my vehicle no DL9C AQ5089 got stucked in 6km huge traffic jam.

There was some railway bridge work is being done, but arrangements were made by NHAI to manage traffic on highway.

No communication of diversion.

Please refund toll taken from my fasttag as I knew in advance I would have taken Noida expressway.

I travelled today through SV Puram Toll booth on the way to Thirupathy. Anantapur dist. Andrapradesh.

Roads for which i was charged wad so bad, my car wheels and tyers were almost damaged. I was charged ₹ 80/- up and ₹40/- on my way back.

I mafe a similar journey last month. Then also the condition of the road was bad.
Why we should pay for the road which was not maintained?
We feel cheated?...
