M name is Ram Gopal, i own an Alto 800 cc Car, carrying number HR 35J 5023. My car has FASTag of Paytm. Yesterday on 22 April 2022 i visited New Delhi from Ateli Mandi (Narnaul). At National Highway 11, near Kathuwas, one toll plaza is set up. I reached this toll about 0650 AM and the personnel deployed there were not in cabin. they asked money from me then i said, i have FASTag, deduct from it. After initial reluctance they deducted this money through one mobile which they were carrying. I got the message of deduction rs 65 athrough FASTag ID 3416FA820328E4009D7D1E0, order ID[protected], Wallet ID [protected]
Then in the evening even when i had not crossed and i was taking dinner in Rewari district, i got the message that rs 65 is deducted vide FASTag ID 3416FA820328E4009D7D1E0, order ID [protected] Wallet ID[protected].
Then actullly i reached at Toll plaza, the employee was in cabin and he asked me money and i said you take money from my FASTag. He shouted at me and said you are blacklisted and give me money. I replied that give me any proof. I have crossed twice Kherki Dola (Guru gram) toll plaza and there was no problem. He was very furious and said don't try to terrorize me i am an ex serviceman and he deducted rs 35 through fast tag after asking my vehicle number vide order ID [protected] Wallet ID [protected].
Again today they deducted rs 65 from my FASTag vide order ID [protected] Wallet ID [protected] and i have not crossed i was in my govt school, teaching the students. I got this message at 0133PM, as per them i crossed toll at 0131 PM.
Again today they deducted rs 65 from my FASTag vide order ID [protected] Wallet ID [protected] and i have not crossed i was in my my and sleeping. I got this message at 0406 Pm, as per them i crossed toll at 0254 PM.
In view of above facts you are requested to:
a) esquire the matter?
b) Refund and compensate me for cheating me
c) give this tender to a responsible company which can deploy educated, discipline, courteous staff which is equipped with scanners etc.
d) Kindly give me feedback to restore faith in NHAI system.
E) If matter is not resoled, i will approach to court also and lodge FIR for misbehaving and extracting unauthorized money under cyber crime Act. Kindly help me.
