I was going to rajkot on this morning and toll plaza deduced amount from my fast tag. And as per the rule person going from jamnagar to rajkot or rajkot to jamnagar are not being charged

I have purchased three bonds for
Rs.22 lacs, Rs 10 lacs and Rs. 10 lacs on 25/2/22. The remittance was sent through SBI DHAYARI br to your account with Union Bank Of India account no [protected]. The three application forms were submitted through SBI securities alongwith original remittance acknowledgement. Till today I have not received 2 bonds.Only 1 bond received. This fact was informed to BEETAL by email but there is no reply to my mail. Even though SBI securities have also informed to BEETAL for this matter under copy to me. No reply received from your end neither to me nor to SBI securities. Therefore I request you to kindly look into matter and solve the issue immediately

I have been chaged the Windshield because it have been broken and we cannot peel old windshield fastag at gummadidala tollbooth so i said the worker to deduct my balance by entering vechile number And he refused to do and he charged double amount 65 rupees is toll charge and he charged 130 rupees

Roads are clean, toll gates are good. But the worst is toilet. There is no maintanence, no cleaning. No one is bother to provide option to lock the washroom doors. You can see the dirtness of washroom in my photos. Swaccha bharat abhiyan ki to dhajjiyan uda rahe govt k hi toll plaza. Mosquitoes are there to kill you. Stay away from public toilets of toll plazas.

Kindly Declared 1 side toll fee without fast tag ...We were going rajpura from patiala then toll charge us 90 rs one sided..Is it Genuine fee of toll plaza or not...Thanks

As I travelled from jalandhar to PGI Chandigarh and while crossing toll from Kurali to New Chandigarh i was forced to pay cash for Toll Slip even being Fastag enabled on my vehicle.
If Fastag is mandatory on vehicles and double toll is being charged for non availability of fastag on vehicle, why the forced me to pay cash, why that toll plaza is not using Fastag service.
In past i have paid double toll fee for non availability of fastag facility on my vehicle. Kindly confirm me whether fastag is compulsory or not? If complusory I want double refund of my fees and action against that plaza.

M name is Ram Gopal, i own an Alto 800 cc Car, carrying number HR 35J 5023. My car has FASTag of Paytm. Yesterday on 22 April 2022 i visited New Delhi from Ateli Mandi (Narnaul). At National Highway 11, near Kathuwas, one toll plaza is set up. I reached this toll about 0650 AM and the personnel deployed there were not in cabin. they asked money from me then i said, i have FASTag, deduct from it. After initial reluctance they deducted this money through one mobile which they were carrying. I got the message of deduction rs 65 athrough FASTag ID 3416FA820328E4009D7D1E0, order ID[protected], Wallet ID [protected]

Then in the evening even when i had not crossed and i was taking dinner in Rewari district, i got the message that rs 65 is deducted vide FASTag ID 3416FA820328E4009D7D1E0, order ID [protected] Wallet ID[protected].
Then actullly i reached at Toll plaza, the employee was in cabin and he asked me money and i said you take money from my FASTag. He shouted at me and said you are blacklisted and give me money. I replied that give me any proof. I have crossed twice Kherki Dola (Guru gram) toll plaza and there was no problem. He was very furious and said don't try to terrorize me i am an ex serviceman and he deducted rs 35 through fast tag after asking my vehicle number vide order ID [protected] Wallet ID [protected].
Again today they deducted rs 65 from my FASTag vide order ID [protected] Wallet ID [protected] and i have not crossed i was in my govt school, teaching the students. I got this message at 0133PM, as per them i crossed toll at 0131 PM.

In view of above facts you are requested to:
a) esquire the matter?
b) Refund and compensate me for cheating me
c) give this tender to a responsible company which can deploy educated, discipline, courteous staff which is equipped with scanners etc.
d) Kindly give me feedback to restore faith in NHAI system.
E) If matter is not resoled, i will approach to court also and lodge FIR for misbehaving and extracting unauthorized money under cyber crime Act. Kindly help me.

I am traveling from Nagpur to Pandharkawada. The road condition is very bad between Vadner to Wadki. This is toll road which is in bad shape.

Request you to drop the toll charges until the road is repaired.

Where the deduction already deduct from wallet 45 and 70 ruppees then why dundahera plaza deduction comes from where and why.

I am Nagaraj CP from Madurai, I used to travel to Karaikudi twice in a month via Melur, Thirupathur, the road between Melur bypepass to Thirupathur is still Reconstructing more than a year, cannot ride our vehicle safely on this road, please take some immediate action to complete the reconstruction of this road.

I was traveling from agra to Firozabad. On tundla toll plaza there was heavy traffic load fast fag sensor not working properly i have to wait there for more than 20 min. It happen many time with me. I request you kindly take necessary action so we not face such problems again

This is to bring to your kind notice that condition of service roads beside NH-44 (shadnagar bypass, telangana) is very poor and pitiable. There are very deep ditches on the service roads. They are repaired with soil and got damaged in 15 days and due to soil getting huge dust. But your company is not paying even a little bit attention towards the circumstances which are being faced by the passers who use these service roads on daily basis....

Charged 1200(600+415+245+more) at alep plaza but the round trip is only 170rs and single trip is 115rs, so please refund my 1130rs money as soon as possible, i have read other complaints also for deduction of 600 rupees,

Hi, this related Pune to Belgaum national highway, you people have increased toll amount in the name of maintenance of road. But there is no improvement in road quality.

Need your response on this please make improvement otherwise reduce toll price.

My toll charge deducted and msg received but still they didn't allow me to pass, they waste lots of time there by calling someone, they miss behaved alos, I was traveling with my family, with a kid. it is requested not to haras the public, either change the sytem or change yourself.
