Corruption on highway Jaipur kota and ajmer

Dear NHAI,

My house is located in Hazaribagh Jharkhand.Some people's house has gone to the four line road near my house.Those people have got the money too, But those people have given their shop near my house.While I used to go that route.I request you to intervene in this.

Was denied passage citing blacklisted fastag/ low balance at guabari toll plaza (WB) on 08.04.2022 around 9:30 pm while coming to coochbehar from kokrajhar, Assam. However, my balance was 80 rs. and the required was toll was only 45 rs. However, I recharged my idfc wallet with 500. But again I was denied passage and they asked for cash ( 90 rs.). After heated debate, finally they agreed to deduct toll via fastag on 9:48 pm.

My parent's property has surveyed by NHAI under Visakhapatnam Raipur road ( village -gullepalli, sabbavaram). The compensation amount was to be paid by NHAI last year, but only my parents are left out. When asked about the reasons, the officials are making silly excuses of misplacing the file amongst them.
They are making my us run to & fro with different with diffrent details but are postponing to act.

I would request NHAI to take action & resolve the case.

Road between jodhpur to Balotra (NH-25) was scrapped 2 months back for repairs, but was not done leading to pot holes and uneven road conditions. Also, the Doli toll plaza condition is very poor as Fastag readers are not working and barriers are broken. Users are spending long time to pass through this toll plaza due to mixing of manual and Fastag vehicles in same lane.

Request authorities to look into and improve the conditions.

Yesterday, I travelled in my car (Maruti Ritz) from Mangalore to Karkala via Padubidi and back on the same day. Enroute toll fee of Rs.40 was collected both ways i.e., total toll collected is Rs.80. As it was a return trip on the same day, reduced toll (may be Rs.40+20=60) should have been collected. But excess amount of Rs.20 was collected.
This is happening for the second time. Couple of months back, a similar instance of excess toll collection happened. On complaining, the excess fee collected was refunded.

As per instructions issued by NHAI. Personnel from the armed forces will not be currently issued with the exempted fast tag but will continue to show their I cards at the toll plaza.
However an incident occured wherein me (a serving naval officer) along with a serving army officer were disallowed to transit through DHOLU NALLAH TOLL PLAZA in Himachal Pradesh. The same was complained to the NHAI helpline and they contacted the toll plaza to allow us to pass however despite the call from NHAI authorities the toll manager Rajendra Singh did not abide by the NHAI instructions and behaved with utmost disrespect and contempt and not only showed the same disregard to NHAI but also passed verbal slurs. The incident is recorded and can be sent to the respective authorities for perusal.
Is it requested that the issuance of such tags exemptions be streamlined and the letter/orders for such exemption shall not only be passed to service channels but also to the toll managers.
Secondly the utter disrespect to all authorities and orders by rajendra singh shows clearly the way things are abided by therefore there is a strong need to administer and monitor these issues also set an example by taking strict disciplinary actions against such people.

1. The highest paid tolls in Shirpur to dhule in under 60 km.
2. Road condition is very poor.
3. Path holes are very beautiful.
4. Only agenda is toll collection.

Toll road from Paranur to Tambaram is very poor for the last 2 years and it has not been rectified till now. And also they are collecting 60 rupees for local vehicles. Someone please guide us how to escalate this issue with higher level.

I had many time pass in tiruppachetti toll in tamilnadu.
But this toll amount debit in many time more amount.
Please solve this problem for many vechicles

Myself is Rakesh Kumar and serving in Indian Army. On 06 April 2022, I returning from Kangra Mata darshan with my family through Car being registeration No- HR50 F6628 and used Eastern Peripheral Express way from kundli to palwal. On exit from Palwal toll plaza, I requested to toll staff for exempt the toll tax as applicable to Defense Personal but they denied any exemption. The staff misbehaved with me like a local Gunda and abused the Indian Army. They have been charged Rs. 265/- through fast tag and told to us that the fast tag not work properly and also fined for non fast tag as Rs 265 and charged toll tax Rs. 265 again. The payment was made through QR code for amount rs. 530/- or bola ki jao ja kar complaint kar dena. They have charged Rs. 795 instead of Rs. 265/-. I requested to NHAI take necessary action against him. I am unable to take any action due to shortage of time and minimal of leave duration and military duty. Please help me.

Karnal toll plaza maximum booths not working . Stood in one line then was ask to back the car in traffic and stand in other queue . No assistance provided for traffic management. Stood in another queue for half an hour . Sensor did not work on that queue. Employees were simply laughing giggling around until I screamed to open the toll rod. They still did not open it manually for another 20 min until everyone in lane started panicking And shouting . Was travelling with ages parent and is being harassed like this is so unacceptable .

I am using a car under company car scheme (leased car) for which Local resident pass not issued from Surapattu toll plaza.

a. Initially i was asked by toll representative to send mail to [protected]@gmail.com for approval.
b. No response received to my mail, on directly call over landline[protected] I was instructed to send mail to etc.[protected]@ihmcl.com for approval.
IHMCL has responded as "Kindly get the toll authority to verify the address in the document and check as per the rule, we approve this on our behalf (once the tolling agency approves the document)."
But Toll representative looking for approval mail from [protected]@gmail.com (NHAI).

No response received after several reminders..

I also received call from customer care stating complaint been registered no:5478679 dated 23rd Mar'22

Hi,
I started my journey on KMP highway from kundli to Badli and payed toll charges on badli toll plaza. Charges deducted from Fastag is Rs.100/- . I had paid cash due to insufficient funds. But debit from fast tag and my amount goes in minus
Please review and return my amount deducted. Both pics attached
