कृपया उपरोक्त विषय के संदर्भ में निवेदन है कि, मैने ऐसा देखा कि, एनएच 48 सूरत से मुंबई पर बगवाडा, वापी, वलसाड जिला गुजरात राज्य टोल प्लाझा के पास सरकारी अधिाकरियों जैसे लोकल पोलीस/traffic/home guard/TRG तथा आरटीओ एवं स्टेट जीएसटी सरकारी अधिेकारियों के द्वारा नियमित रुप से जांच /पड़ताल हो रही है. और पोलीस/traffic/home guard/TRG टोल प्लाझा के काउंटर के पास ही हेवी वाहनों के डाक्यूमेंटस की जांच पडताल की जा रही है. इससे वहां पर हेवी वाहन कुछ समय के लिए रुक जाते है. तथा शाम के समय टोल प्लाझा पर सूरत की ओर पोलीस/traffic/home guard/TRG के द्वारा नियमित रुप से 2 पहियां वाहन एवं 4 पहियां वाहन की जांच नियमित रुप से होती है इससे वहां पर ठीक तरह से वाहन चलाने में दिक्कiत आती है.

आरटीओ एवं स्टेट जीएसटी के अधिकारियों के द्वारा मुंबई तरफ टोल प्लाझा पर ही भारी वाहनों की नियमित रुप से जांच की जाती है इससे टोल प्‍लाझा हेवी विकल की भीड़ जमा हो जाती है तथा इससे छोटे वाहनो को चलाने में कठिनाईयां आती है.

इससे टोल प्लाहझा पर बड़े वाहनों का जमावडा हो रहा है.

कृपया इस पर ध्यान दीजिए एवं उचित कार्रवाई करने का कष्ट करें.

R/Sir, I am owner of Vehicle No. HR17A5803, and Govt. employee. I HAVE E-TOLL TAG ID NO. 34161FA820328EE8026BB2E0, AS MONTHLY PASS FOR THE TOLL CHOUDHARYWAS, (HISAR-- SIWANI ROUT), I AM PAY EVERY MONTH ON LAST DATE 31TH DAY OF EVERY MONTH FROM MY IDFC BANK ACCOUNT ID 242802.Mukesh also have available balance for next month pass. But Now from this April month there was no auto detection made by e-toll or IDFC bank why there was available balance for the next month i.e. 285/- or increased rate 315/-. Although direct payment cut by the e-toll on dated[protected],[protected],[protected] after clear my account today on 05.04.2022 toll employee misbehave with me and say to given 315/- rs. Case to this month pass. I have no case I have available balance on dated 31.03.2022 i.e. exceed than rs. 315/-, then why my pass not made by the company. there was available balance rs. 360 as exceed than 285/- or 315/-. It is totally en-legal and fraud with consumer. so pls. return my payment of three days and I will pay 315/- online through my above IDFC bank account as only made for e-toll tag instead of case payment and complained against toll manager of choudharywas as not able to take call to some person as such increasing rate or any banner regarding such type of awareness for the daily passenger.

Dear Sir, I am daily travelling to meerut via dasna ghaziabad to kashi toll plaza meerut, as per your chart my up and down fair would be 105 rs but instead of charging 105 you people's are charged me 230 rs from sarai kalein khan? I didn't visited there it's not first time it's a second time I got charged wrongly, Sir I am salaried person I can't manage my funds like this. Please resolve my complain asap. And refund my money since you are do high-tech you can check any camera for the same. But please help me I am begging you, DL3CBR3667

This is to inform i dr saurabh jindal daily visitor to sohna pass through above toll plaza want to bring in your notice their is so much discrepancy - i am resident of sector 7 gurgaon whic is approx 18 km from toll plaza and as per rules monthly pass of rs 315 is for 20 km radius but executive over their dont want to understyand what is the difference
between radius and diameter and are abusive and dont solve the problem of commuter...

I was travelling by own car MH12RT6581 from Chalisgaon to Pune on 22nd March 2022, after Kannad ghat i choose to travel through new toll road NH52 to save my time. Road is really nice so i thought i will surely save my time. but when i was crossing first toll i.e Hatnur toll Naka there i realised that fastag scanning was not working properly after struggling for 5-7 min it was failed, toll charges was Rs. 90, there was no problem from my side. So normally in other case if such thing happens toll persons make entry by vehicle no. and toll charges get deducted from fastag. but here the same feature they refuse and asked for cash which is double Rs.180, so same i paid and started my journey again at Karodi ( Toll Plaza ID : 340039) the same issue and they forcing mi to pay by cash. i was waited there for 30 min. and struggling to convince them that fastag scanner has some issue. suddenly all the staff gathered and trying to threatening and asking for cash. i was traveling with family so they are taking undue advantages of that. finally with forcefully they asked cash of Rs 120 (against the fastag charges Rs.60) so total i paid Rs. 300 for using the toll road of about 60km. after as i was about to leave the highway and diverting towards Pune.. (toll location is not suitable for Pune travellers- we have to pay unnecessary). koradi toll plaza is 8.5km before the Pune highway.
Concern here is .. if toll plaza is not featured with updated technology or people are not trained for and such remote toll plaza where they forced to pay by cash and traveller has to pay double the amount.. is this the way to tread travellers ?
And 2nd thing for Pune travelers why they have to pay when they are suppose to leave the toll road.. toll plaza location should be after pune highway connection

We are stuck on mumbai pune express way between lonavala and khalapur since 45 minutes still traffic in not moving
Called helpline said blast is going
This is no reason to hold traffic
Authorities should inform and divert traffic to alternate route
Request the NHAI to take action and to help to move traffic

I am Kevin Bajpai from Nashik Maharashtra.
I am traveling from Nashik to Sendhwa through Mumbai Agra Highway. Along my route at Baswant toll gate I was detected 210rs, at Chandwad toll gate i was charged 145rs at Songir and Shirpur I was charged 75 and 120 rs respectively through fast-tag.

Fast tag was introduced to increase the transportation Speed and to lower the toll charges . I travelled 230 km and was detected 550 rs . The toll rate has been increased than the usual rate . There is no option to check the toll charges and to check for how much Kilometer we are been charged . Kindly make your system coustomer centric

I am a local resident of bansi siddharathnagar, u.p. 272153
vehicle no up 55 ah 5678 . Which is less than 10 km on 04 April 22 at 10:47 am at toll plaza located bansi -basti highway where I had to wait for more than 2 minutes and was charged 70 rupees.

There is no cash lane at Chalakwadi Tal Junnar NHAI Toll plaza.
As per say of shift manager, cash lane is not functional as per norms by NHAI

Delhi meerut expressway Kashi to dundahera cut 85 rupees but from dasna to Kashi cut 155 rupee at return time.plz check.Registration no.UP14FT4152

I waited more than 3 minutes on toll and they still took toll.

This is with reference to the Raje Toll Plaza (T-2) which is situated in NH-57, Bihar, there is no operating procedure that is being followed by the toll staff.

On Dated 17/03/2022 when i reached to toll plaz, i have found that a vechile which was not carrying fast tag entered into the fast tag Land and toll plaza people asked him to pay the double as per new rule, person denied and toll plaza...

At Andhra Pradesh, Keesara Toll plaza, they have been charging same amount of Fare charges 60/- on both ways (i.e. Total 120/-), for a round trip with in 2 hrs.

Sir, with due respect the condition of NH-316 is not good .i pay up and down 190/- (puri to bbsr) now but the road condition is not good also no plantation either side or middle of the road . NO maintenance of the road and middle divider plants .Lots of garbage in the middle divider .sir do something about this .

Yesterday on 2nd april 2022 at 9.41am, i crossed jagjitpura NH703 toll plaza on.Barnala-Moga... They deducted Rs.60 from fastag wallet. When returning afternoon i was going to cross the same toll plaza, the employee said that my fastag was not having enough balance and foreced me to pay Rs. 110 in cash, i requested them that i m going to recharge my wallet but they didn't listen to me and i had to pay Rs. 110. Immediately after crossing i recharged my wallet and Rs.50 were again deducted from my fastag wallet. So i had to pay Rs.220, which is double for up and down journey. Being a class-1 officer My self respect was hurt and i got mentality upset over this issue. The employees should behave in decent way.
I would call this hooliganism.

We had crossed the said toll plaza on[protected] near about 6 p.m and the amount for single side was not deducted from fastag, within 24 hrs we crossed same toll plaza on[protected] and for single side 40rs was deducted from fastag. But on[protected] the amount of 40rs was deducted for[protected] travel for single journey which it seems there is scam going on with consumers. It is requested to intervene in the matter or we are going to file legal petition against the toll authorities and we may stage protest for its closing.

I passed through vaghasia toll gate where single trip charge is 95 INR. But debited 105 INR from fastag.

I entered from ghaziabad on delhi meerut expressway on 1.4.2022 and exited from toll plaza at partapur towards meerut at 7.15 p.m. 1.4.2022

The toll charges deducted for my trip from ghaziabad to meerut is Rs. 155
Which is not the official amount fixed by the authorities for ghaziabad to meerut trip.
The charge of Rs. 155 is for the vehicle using the expressway from delhi to meerut.

Plz consider the charges for my trip from ghaziabad to meerut and refund the excess amount charged .

Again highliting that the toll charge of Rs. 155 deducted for my trip from ghaziabad to meerut on 1.4.2022 which is wrongly deducted and is too excess for just 40 km trip on expressway.
