Respected sir,
My toll was deducted from fast tag at dhaneri jattan toll plaza on 13 while i was on election duty. I showed them papers of election duty also. But still my money was deducted.

On monday 07.03.2022 toll 80rs toll was deducted from my fast tag but rate for up/down with in 12 hours is rs 60. I request you to resolve this issue

I am living at patiala Since 2019. I am a govt employee. My job is at rajpura. I have to cross toll plaza dhaneri jattan. Both stations are with in 15 miles radius of toll plaza. I approached them to make a pass. I showed them my rent agreement, my job documents and other details. But they refused to make pass as my car was of nabha number(Pb34).
The manager there even misbehaved when i asked him to write the reason of refusal on my application. Please resolve this issue or tell me what i can do to get a pass.

Toll deducted rs. 225 from my fast tag for CH01BK 7107 during my travel on 6 March Feb. From aashoda to kundli 2:47pm

FASTag Ac of veh no CH01BK7107 is debited by Rs 225.00 for Toll Chrgs at Kundali on[protected]:47:27 Avl Bal.Rs 90.01 - Bank of Baroda

Kindly reimburse extra amount deducted.

Respected Authority, I am a resident of Solapur city.New Highway construction of roads are in progress at hyderabad highway as well as Akkalkot road.
But at both the Cases when the road is in the city limits there is no provision of road crossings for city vehicles and it will lead to many innumerable accidents in the future.
I request the authority to please provide road crossing for city vehicles as well as pedestrian who live alongside the roads.
If any such provision is already made please let me know the details.Thank you

This is to inform you and request you to implement on the same, so the matter is that, after the toll tax from vadodara to Ahmedabad, the trucks are parked on the last left side of the highway. So please that increases the risk of accidents on the highway, today our cars also got closed call, so please sir implement on that and please do something on it . We trust you so we are requesting you to do something.

I was travelling in my car no. MH03DG0330 from Mumbai to Kolhapur (State Maharashtra) on Friday 3rd March 2021. I have an active Fastag (BOB) and I had paid the toll via Fastag at 3 toll post before reaching to Khed Shivapur (Dist Pune- Maharashtra State) at around 11.40 am. The toll post is been run by M/s. PS Toll Road Pvt. Ltd.

I had taken a lane with Fastag but the machine at that place was not working. The attendants at the Toll Post were very arrogant and were arguing with each and every vehicle owner. He threatened me to take the car back for fastag in a different lane. I told him that if your machine is not working then I will pay the cash and you may give me the receipt.

He has forcefully taken Rs. 200/- against the toll of Rs. 100/- as a fine fee. I asked him why was that on which he told that since your Car is not scanned, we charge double the Toll. (Receipt no. J43M1100.

I opposed the same but he called all his colleagues and started abusing me. I left with a protest and that's why I am making a complaint. Please note that my Fastag account was loaded with enough money and I had made all other payments after that on same Fastag.

I request you to
1. Refund my amount
2. Punish the Company with the laws applicable.
3. I should get the some relief / remittance against the same incidence.

Here at KUCHADI TOLL PLAZA, they Not allowing Two wheeler Bikes to Go and block Two wheeler Side for no reason..if any common man Go by another way himself they Charging and blocking people For self profit.

I am facing problem from March 2nd 2022 for local pass renewal from my local toll . I had submitted local pass amount and vehicle no for pass renewal on March 2nd 2022 . Same was noted in register but pass not recharge due to technical issue and he assured that it will recharge when system is working within 1 hour . But till date my fast tag not recharge and I have visited today for query but Mr Amandeep singh misbehaved with me and said give extra amount for local pass renewal . I had straight away Denied and ask him to complaint against him then he said go anywhere and abusive at that time . Pls register my complaint .

I was travelling from kognoli to pune in between anewadi toll there was a long que upto 1km i was on the fourth lane and same condition on khed shivapur toll plaza so in both the condition i am eligible for exempted category. As per NHAI rules i am attaching the photo below.

Would like to bring to notice the condition of road starting from Shabhu Barrier, Punjab upto Kharar Punjab. Travelling on this road for the past few months is totally hell and for daily travellers the condition of road is making their life too much difficult and also causes damage to the vehicle.

URGENT: Toll plaza not following the rules. They do not know how to behave with the customers, they are goons and cutting the general public voice and also not following rules for 100 meter plus looting the people and wasting people precious time. They are wasting a lot of fuel of people plus creating a lot of pollution. I also need a follow up details for this if not given then will raise higher complaint. Please find the attachment for the proofs.

The toll plaza located in porur, lacks from basic amenities from like restroom, camera for scanning fast tag, non maintenance of roads, Abusing drivers in local language for asking any doubts/clarifications.

Above mentioned are some of the amenities that should be present in every toll plaza as per nhai norms.

Do check the toll and rectify the issues.

My car number Ap11A378, as I was passing from toll gate at millampalli toll gate, andhra pradesh, they are not accessing my fastag saying their reader is not workig, for which my time wasted and I have ask others in my car for cash, NHAI taken fast tag as a prestigious project in India, for faster service, in my view this toll gate management should be warned for rules maintenance. Kadapa Bangalore Highway Toll gate doesn't have a fast tag activated and had to manually pay the amount. If we ask, they reply arrogantly.

As it is manual payment, there's a lot of traffic jam. I hope this is been looked after.

Very poor condition of toilet. No water. Very dirty, bad amelling.- Raunahi Toll Plaza, Distt Ayodhya, UP

On 5th Mach 2022, I was travelling from Chennai to Bangalore in my personal car KA53Z9751. Bangalore Hoskote Toll plaza is demanding minimum balance though i had balanced INR 53 which is INR 33 more than the toll charge (toll charge is INR 20). This is not first time they were making similar demand. This demand is against NHAI order on no minimum balance required. Further the display show my car as blacklisted though my fastag balance has never in negative.

Secondly, the staff's were very rude and unethical. I was made to wait with wife, kid and aged in law for almost 30 mins.

Request to you direct this Toll plaza to follow the guidelines issued by NHAI on FastTag minimum balance.

Dear sir in NH110 at IMAMGANJ there are making ellegal structure both of side road they are increasing their shop and making ellegal structure in government land as result accident is increasing in Imamganj NH110 . please remove encroachment both of sides .there are too many stracture beside indicash atm inwhich rush is biggest problem

Dear sir in NH110 near IMAMGANJ arwal there are too many encroachment inwhich there is always jam in this place .in Imamganj NH110 people are making broad to their shop in government land .there are making ellegal structure to both of sides .as result there is becoming road accident . please claer encroachment and ellegal shop that are being made in government road sides .
