At the Lucknow Agra express way. toll blaza employers of Lucknow toll had taken double charge from me . first they had told me that you don't have enough balance in your fast tag so they had taken cash Rs600 from me and also have deducted the balance from my fastag which was Rs600.
Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and provide me my refund which was Rs 600 . Here the proof has been attached

I have been a regular traveller on mumbai gujarat highway and i have almost 99% times faced issue of extreme traffic even though we have fast tag implemented now.
So as per toll act if i wait for more then 3 mins or the line is more than 100 meters then i am not liable to pay toll.
But sadly because fast tag is their on my windshield i can't do anything about it. Also people on toll plaza speak extremely rudely as if they are doing a favor on us by collecting toll.
I demand a refund

We, me and my husband, both lives in canada. We got our new car yesterday so we didnt get our number by today so thats why. We cant apply for fast tag . Also we dont know about fasttag rules. So when in the morning we are about to cross toll plaza ludhiana the girl who is at toll plaza gate said that you need. To pay in cash and than my husband told her to do return ticket. She said ok and charged us 270. When we asked about return journey she said you need to show that ticket to the window than they will let you pass the gate . You dont need to pay again. But now when we are about to cross that toll they again charged us. When we talked them about that they misbehave with us. Thats so frustrating. Atlear they can guide us right us in the morning but they dont. We live in canada so however they will guide us we will do that. Nonsense staff

Registered complaint no 4800485. On 9th December, 2021 I was driving from ahmedabad to Godhra on NH47. At Pithvai toll plaza at around 1300 hours, I was waiting to pass the toll window and waited for more than 10 minutes. In quee one staff person took the photograph of vehicle number plate. Lateron I could pass the toll window but the reader was not working. I parked my vehicle and met the control room official to inform that the waiting time was more than 10 minutes and as per rule the toll amount should not be deducted from FASTAG account and expressed the serious concern to taking image to number plate for security concern.
I was confirmed that since the reader was not working there will be no deduction. He also called the person who took image and advised dthe delete the image from his mobile. I also logged on line compliant on toll free number by 4800485
Surprisingly my FAGTAG account was deducted by rs 105. The image is attached.
Sir, there is no security & privacy in debiting toll amt by taking image of number plate. There is no response on complaint lodge and closed.
Sir I request you to kinldy investiage on debiting toll amount by taking image of number plate (which is very risky and unsecured) and arrange to refund the roll amount since a waited for more that 10 minutes at toll plaza.

I am holding a fast tag for which I am trying to do KYC. I tried to do KYC several times but got rejected stating various reasons like photo not clear, pin code mismatch and the last being mis match with profile name and document. My profile name is not having initials where as the document is having initials. I tried to edit the profile name but it is not possible. My fast tag is having negative balance, so am I not able to cancel. I called up 2033 but they are asking for a document matching with my profile ID, but am not able to produce since all my documents are having initials or initials in expanded form. I am in a soup now, unable to recharge or cancel or do KYC. PLEASE HELP

Newly constructed 150A National Highway road road connecting Maruti Nagara development in chikanayakanahalli town is poorly developed I appealed to the the problem no it is not the job even if the worker concerned are verbally requested this is a problem for travel please solve this problem

In Chengapalli Toll Plaza Vijayamangalam, Erode, Tamilnadu Some shops around the Toll Plaza offering Fastag for Rs.500. How do they sell for Rs.500 when all the banks are serving for free.If I ask them about this they come beating. If you complain to the Toll office about this, they do not have the right answer. So you have to solve this.

My vehicle dl5cs3735 was unnecessarily charged toll tax by the toll at chajarasi. As I was having fasttag balance more than amount 200 but they cheated with us and make us extra payment of amount 260 by toll man also i am having a bill of that amount with me which they charged as penalty. I requested to look into it and do the needful. If required I will submit the bill which was wrongly charged and also I had debited amount 130 from fasttag which they ignored and shown me blacklisted. Please do the needful.

My actual payment that has to be deduct on kharkhoda toll is Rs 30 only as i join the toll road from Rai and confirmed by the toll staff also as on 01 st march 2022 but they deduct Rs 190 today(03rd march 2022) kindly do the needfull .

I need to pay DOUBLE toll tax in cash at SASARAM TOLL PLAZA at 15:16:08 Hrs vide token no. [protected] on 03.03.2022 instead of Rs.801/- after deduction of toll Rs.55/- at MOHANIA TOLL PLAZA at 14:31:13 hrs. I was in hurry & not in position to wait over there to chat with NHAI TEAM. Kindly look into this matter because I need refund of Rs.115/- which has been paid unnecessarily where as it fault of NHAI.

Kuchadi toll plaza is forcefuly collected cash payment even fasteg is working properly and staff is bullying me.

Today at around 9:45 on Ahmedabad baroda express way toll booth near vadodara my car was at the tool booth and due sole error of toll booth system it took more than 2 mins of waiting time in front of gate itself, and according to NHAI RULES if my individual service time is more than 10-30 sec no toll tax should be charged ans my car should pass free cost, even then toll tax was deducted,
On asking the official standing there he started shouting at us and used foul language

Keesara toll plaza which is located on NH-65 (old NH-9) are collecting full charges if we return within 24 hrs also please, please take necessary action on this toll managment help the public by implementing same rules to all toll plaza

I have been falsely charged for toll on the Navayuga toll plaza on March 1, 2022 at 12:11pm. I have not used the road on that day. This is the second time I'm being falsely charged for using the same road. This had also happened on 10 Feb 2022 5:11 pm

It may be noted that equitas bank issued a fast tag in the name of Sreenivasan who has no relation with my car bearing registration number KL 11 BV3500. This registration is in the name of Sayed isman sabir bafakyh, designated partner, MOTORRAD wings LLP.
Further I am unable to get a fastag as this fastag is blacklisted. I am ending up paying atleast rs.500 etc every month.
Pls take necessary action against equitas bank for fraudulently issuing fastag against my car to another person. And do the necessary to remove my car number from thier database so that I can take a new fastag.

There is a law that if we have to wait for more than 10 secs we don’t need to pay the toll tax even after waiting for more than 10 mins we were made to pay the toll tax. I don’t know why the government make the fake laws when it is of no use to public. When we told the person we’ll not pay the toll tax he was so rude. Uneducated people are hired by the government to work. Day by day it’s becoming so hard to stay in country like India. As people around you doesn’t have sense to talk even after being government official. I recorded the whole incident.

There was big traffic at bhopal-indore highway bcoz of Rudraksha Mahotsav at sehore. Rule says that no vehicle can stand more than 10 sec nd if there is huge traffic than we don't hv to pay toll n toll line should b of 100m max. But instead of big traffic Dewas toll plaza was taking toll from every vehicle and the traffic was more than 500m free toll plaza. If these toll plaza r not following rules than what is the reason for befooling us. I paid 63rs at 10pm at Dewas toll plaza. Vehicle no. Is MP09CM9922

In Maharashtra, Talegaon(Pune) tolls, Vashi(Navi Mumbai) toll and other toll points are consistently having scanning issues. Due to some network or technical issues they are unable to scan the vehicle fastags which causes longer waiting time and traffic at tolls. This is really an injustice for authentic travelers following all the guidelines still need to face this issues which should have taken care by concerned authorities.
I would suggest victim traveler or car owner should be allowed to pass the Toll if authorities are unable to scan the fastag due to their technical problems.

Dear sir c yesterday night I was travelling from Lucknow tu Kanpur I 27 02 2022 bit at Navabganj toll plaza unnao. the staff of Navab ganj toll plaza started misbehaving when my fasttag was un scanned due to their poor camera but they strated blame on me and used slang language. kindly look in to it.
