Hi. I crossed toll plaza at 8:52 am and the toll was collected from fastag and my fastag balance went to -20. I recharged immediately and my fastag is active and unblocked by 11:45 am with a confirmation message from bank. I was returning from that same tollgate on same day at 5:56 pm, I was told that my fastag is not working and they collected rs 120(60+60) with penalty.
I was supposed to be charged only 30 rs for return as I was maintaining proper balance on time.
I want my refund. of extra 90rs I paid with out my fault.
I will also be happy if someone can check why this happened with me and take a measures accordingly.

I am attaching the proofs below. Kindly check.

Toll is taken from twocompany in a diff of 10 km in a durg-rajnandgaon highway. first is taken by durg shivnath expressway pvt ltd and next is taken by ashoka highways (durg) ltd.

People are entering in fast tag lines and paying in cash and toll person also taking cash

This is wasting time of people who are waiting in back

Condition of NH 119 Meerut Pauri heighway is in dangerous condition. The road between Najibabad to Kotdwar is in very dangerous condition leading risk of life of public. It is requested to close the road for public if it can not be repaired on urgent basis.

I have been complaining about my fastag since last 5 months that it's black listed but still no solution even though I always had sufficient balance in my account. Being a regular traveller, my time is wasted at every toll barrier. Fastag is the biggest scam of NHAI till date as 4 out of every 10 cars are blacklisted by the companies for no good reason and people are forced to pay double tax.

I am going through Ahmedabad - Vadodara National Highway Number 1 right now and at the time of Reaching Toll plaza near Ahmedabad CTM. I have faced issue of Fastag Scan Machine was not Working properly so that every vehical pass through it by 10 to 15 minutes delay.

all involved in asking for illegal Money from all the bypassers.

This mail is regarding not providing full and correct information regarding weight on overload fees collected by Bassi Toll Plaza, Aroli Toll Plaza, and Dhaneshwar Toll Plaza operated by Ashirwad Smart Infralink Pvt. Ltd. and NOTICE for a refund with the penalty of illegal toll collection.

Even after asking so many times by my Driver, they always refuse to provide the correct details and receipts mentioning the weight. This matter has almost reached to argument level and toll tax staff has started abusing my staff.

I tried calling the in-charge person Sh. Jaldeep Singh / [protected], Sh. Bhawani Singh / [protected], Prahalad Singh / [protected] ( according to the details provided on TOLL Information system - https://tis.nhai.gov.in/ ) but none of them is reachable.

On finding out the actual weight on the machine while weighing at their toll plazas, this matter is going for ILLEGAL toll collection. According to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Notification, the Permissible weight on two tires on the front axle and four tires on the rear axle is 19 tonnes and tolerance up to 5 percent in the gross vehicle weight is allowed i.e 19950 kg is allowed but Ashirwad Smart Infralink Pvt. Ltd. is charging Overload under permissible weight.
I have attached the images showing weights on their machines which are 18910 Kgs, 18710 Kgs, and 19000 Kgs. Please find attachments.
Because they are collecting illegal toll fees, they are not providing actual weight on their receipts also.

I am a bus operator serving the passengers by providing bus services for their convenience and paying almost 5 lakhs with fastag to NHAI every month.
And I cannot waste my Bus time on highway tolls arguing for receipts every day and arguing about their illegal toll collection.

We request NHAI to take strict action on this matter or I have to Legal Action against NHAI and Ashirwad Smart Infralink Pvt. Ltd.

This is complaint about Sarewadi toll Plaza on Pune-Solapur Highway In Maharashtra State. Our car XUV 500 with vehicle no. MH43AT7092 passed toll plaza our Fast tag is active. But on this plaza our Fast tag was not scanning due to some system issue. We were told to wait and they got gun scanner and even that did not scan the Fast tag. Another guy came and said that your fast tag is fine and no issue with it. There is system problem and wait for 2 mins. Even after 5 mins it was not resolved, after 5 mins another guy cake and said that we need to pay cash and he charged us Rs. 160 instead single charge should have been only 70 or 80 rupees. Our vehicle and Fast tag is working is fine after we called 1033 and they said that we need to register complaint against Sardewadi toll plaza. I am attaching receipt for your reference

In salem, omalu.r we are crossing but we are facing so much waiting time unnecessarily. We are facing so much issue because of that. Please provide me value reason and refund my amount which I paid on that toll booth rs.85.

On date 12/02/2022 i was passed through Dumberwadi Toll Plaza. I have 85Rs balanced in my fastage wallet.but at that toll plaza their machine can not deduct Rs 45 from my balance. i demand return toll ticket from them.but they refuse to give us return toll ticket and collect 90Rs with fine from me.
Rs 45 one time toll for vehicle like my Omni van is so high.and their is no return ticket with consesion fasicility their is no instant recharge fasicility at toll plaza that's why they recover arbitory fine from us people. kindly look into matter and serve me justice.

The road from khautalli just after you get off the meerut bypass is pathetic there is no road to speak of.Khautalli to janseth is slightly better, then from janseth to mirapur is full of port holes, then comes the bijnor barrage there also the road is in shambles you cannot drive more than 5 km/hr that too you have to drive like a snake.The road is being widened from bijnor to najibabad there also no care has been taken that the regular road are not hassled,
from najibabad to kotdwara there is no road.

The only time the roads were ok was when mr, atal bihari was the pm and mr bhandari was transpot minister
to top it all mr nitin gathkari says on national news that indian road are equalivant to americian roads

We have to wait for 10 mins.even then we were asked for toll.we yad the fasttag installed but still he asked for money.even he was disrespectful.

Wepaid toll for our car 15/02/2022 at Sasthan toll plaza. The details are as below.

Paid Rs 45.0 toll for MALB351CYMM218902 at Sasthan on 15 Feb 2022, 06:13 PM. TxnId: 0257001007150222181307.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 1664

But, the staff at the toll plaza told us that fatsga was not have money and therefore collected Rs 90 from us as manual payment. The reciept is attached.

Please ensure that etra amount collected was refunded to our fastag vallet immediatey. You should refund me Rs 180, as for our fault you collect double the amount and obviously you also should pay the penalty for your fault.

On the date of 10feb 2022. I entery to pachgaon KMP toll plaza(manesharB) toll and system not scanning my fasttag. And toll person given me receipet . And at the time of Exit on palwal toll plaza she is asking me please give me 80 rs. then i say i have fasttag then she has call to toll person and through the scanner he has scan with machine no-3. then after 2 days i got into the night and total toll fare is 90 rs. but amount deducted is 225. then i have call to Nhai toll free he says please discuss to paytem fattag. Then i have call to paytm fasttag but no solution. and i have another wrong deduction on 13feb2022 also. i have entered in fathepur greter noida and exit on chajjupur palwal toll total fare 95 rs but amount deduction 150.
My car number is HR36AD1190.

I had been faced delayed issue to some family urgency as I had to faced delay of queue movement at jewar toll. Plaza on yamuna Jaypee express way. This is ridiculous and moreover they still charge me with the toll tax... Why? If they are faulter they have to face the circumstances.

While we were traveling on the NH211 Hatnoor toll plaza on the NH211 road, named Sachin harassed us at the toll plaza by using the bad language. We were harassed at the toll plaza and ran over to us and damaged our vehicle plz action should be taken as soon as possible

Condition of 25 Km from Najibabad to Kotdwar Highway is very much poor. It's too risky to travel over here. Life risk is always there for two wheeler and other vehicle also due to patches on road. Earlier it takes 20 minutes to reach and now 1 hour is not sufficient to cover the distance.
