NHAI working appreciable work.
My complaint is regarding excess speed breaker provided at Kasara Ghat on south bound (direction towards mumbai). I usually travel Nashik-Mumbai. Earlier time required to reach Thane from Nashik was 2-2.30 hours. Recently too many speed breakers provided by you which resulting in delay of half an hour and more. Also due to many speed breakers, health issues like back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc....

Twice toll has been deducted by NHAI on[protected] while travelling from Bhagan to Dasna on Eastern peripheral Expressway. Toll has been deducted at both entry and exit against vehicle No. UP16BV 0439. O

Order ID at Bhagan Toll:[protected] Inr 75/-...

Park plus fastag agent saling IDFC fastag for 500rs above company allocated price real price of fastag is 100rs but if ask about this issues to toll plaza staff they are not responding about my complaint then retail of park plus agent is using bad word to customer RETAILER NAME : PONRAJ (NANGUNERI TOLL PLAZA, TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT, TAMILNADU)...

At toll gate my car was crossed as exception but after that amount has been deducted from my Fastag. Kindly refund the same....

Sir, salasar toll plaza between bikaner to gajner is not providing fast tag at yoll plaza....

Bullying behaviour of workers at toll booths.
not following a single rule.
what is the meaning of making 100metrs and 10sec. rule for toll plazas if we have to wait for more than 200meters at toll booth and have to waste more than 2-3 minutes for slip.
if ask for toll refund or open the toll they ask "hume to parchi kaatni hai line jitni marzi hoo". Toll slip is more important then the time of people....

My vehicle just passed through the pratapgarh toll gate where there is no legal right for any toll collection as no authority is alloted as per agreement.
While passing by they had no fastag service and enforceably stopped the vehicle through barriers and forced to pay cash Rs.30 for toll without any receipt. Engaging in wrong launguage when asked for receipt as they were not authorised to collect and that centre of toll seems to be...

There is toll tax price is too high for Maruti omni
190/- for single way and refused for return toll.
This tax slab is too high for Light motor vehicle.
Do the needful to prevent the inconvenience.

I Received notice while recharging fastage that i need to update KYC for continuation of service, which i did immediately and uploaded documents un mentioned site. But then NHAI is neither recharging and nor it is approving KYC, It shows KYC is pending and 1033 says it will take 7 days for KYC approval.
Also this is newly created wallet where it should not ask for kyc for 2 years.

I was at Ronahi toll plaza at around 11:45 and when I am about to cross the toll they started saying I don't have enough balance in fastag ( Paytm) so I show him my balance and it has 165 rupees remaining and the charge for toll was only 105 rupees. They started misbehaving and I have a serious patient with me so I couldn't resist and give him 210 rupees in cash and he refuse to give a receipt. After some time fastag deduction...

सिरसा से डबवाली रोड़ पर Fastag होते हुए भी 55 रुपये के टोल चार्ज कर साथ अतिरिक्त 55 रुपये जोड़कर 110 का चार्ज किया गया।
थोड़ी देर बाद Fastag से भी 55 रुपये का चार्ज किया गया।

I recently pass through yedashi toll plaza on 12/02/2022 at 9.16 am
There is no other vehicles on toll plaza line but the toll plaza take more than 2 minuts for fastag scan. When I ask employ for reason he rudely say that the scan is in process....

My vehicle no MH 20 EE 7609.
When we entered on the toll road after the exit of autumn ghat, after the 5-6 km it take the (FASTag Ac of veh no MH20EE7609 is debited by Rs 90.00 for Toll Chrgs at Hatnoor Toll Plaza.).
When we exit from the road at karodi it takes rs (FASTag Ac of veh no MH20EE7609 is debited by Rs 60.00 for Toll Chrgs at Karodi Toll Plaza.)
It means for 60km we paying Rs 150.
Please reply on my...

This is ridiculous that after a wait of more than 3 minutes my Fast Tag was deducted that too of excess amount of ₹80 whereas the actual toll fee is ₹35.

Need immediate action and refund of the amount deducted for ₹80....
