There is a law that if we have to wait for more than 10 secs we don’t need to pay the toll tax even after waiting for more than 10 mins we were made to pay the toll tax. I don’t know why the government make the fake laws when it is of no use to public. When we told the person we’ll not pay the toll tax he was so rude. Uneducated people are hired by the government to work. Day by day it’s becoming so hard to stay in country like India. As people around you doesn’t have sense to talk even after being government official. I recorded the whole incident.

There was big traffic at bhopal-indore highway bcoz of Rudraksha Mahotsav at sehore. Rule says that no vehicle can stand more than 10 sec nd if there is huge traffic than we don't hv to pay toll n toll line should b of 100m max. But instead of big traffic Dewas toll plaza was taking toll from every vehicle and the traffic was more than 500m free toll plaza. If these toll plaza r not following rules than what is the reason for befooling us. I paid 63rs at 10pm at Dewas toll plaza. Vehicle no. Is MP09CM9922

In Maharashtra, Talegaon(Pune) tolls, Vashi(Navi Mumbai) toll and other toll points are consistently having scanning issues. Due to some network or technical issues they are unable to scan the vehicle fastags which causes longer waiting time and traffic at tolls. This is really an injustice for authentic travelers following all the guidelines still need to face this issues which should have taken care by concerned authorities.
I would suggest victim traveler or car owner should be allowed to pass the Toll if authorities are unable to scan the fastag due to their technical problems.

Dear sir c yesterday night I was travelling from Lucknow tu Kanpur I 27 02 2022 bit at Navabganj toll plaza unnao. the staff of Navab ganj toll plaza started misbehaving when my fasttag was un scanned due to their poor camera but they strated blame on me and used slang language. kindly look in to it.

Complaint about Humps on road on NH-5 Chandikhol to MARKONA . There are too many humps but no sign mentione. So bike accident cause very seriously. So please do sign before humps as soon as possible. On every humps.

Fraud at many nhai toll plaza,
fast tag black listed/low balance /inactive, but it's not true,
my fast rag not like this,
it's only fraud scam cheating looting by toll plaza workers.
do they ask double money.

my taxi = HR38AB4266, idfc first bank fast tag, it has balance and also had balance. and it's active & working. and i recharge it with money well.

but at toll plaza workers of ( dasna peripheral toll, badarpur border toll, faridabad toll, manesar toll, Gurugram toll plaza) are doing fraud scam looting taxi & commercial vehicles.
it must be be stopped otherwise all taxi drivers & other commercial vehicles drivers will stop it with our own strike & power at all toll plaza blockage & jam.

I was asked for cash at the toll despite of money being deducted from Fast tag. They claimed the money did not got cut and I would have to pay cash to proceed. Technically the toll people are fooling common man and robbing them. I have all the receipts and the screenshots. Kindly refund all my money.

Dear Sir,
I used to cross sonbhadra-Markundi (Uttar Pradesh), SH-5A ACP Highway Lodhi Toll Plaza on daily basis but from last so many days, only 3 lanes are open and 3 lanes are closed and due to this all of the riders used to wait at Toll Plaza around 20-30 minutes and also we are bound to spent fuel at Toll Plaza unnecessary. Now a days, already fuel prices are so high, so it is very hard for common people to cross the toll Plaza like me. Kindly do needful ASAP in order to avoid congesation at Toll Plaza.

I travelled on 24 Feb 2022 from Nashik to Pimplegaon Baswant in my car which is hardly 35x 2 = 70 Kms return journey. I was charged Rs190 toll while going and Rs100 while returning with total of Rs 290 for 70Km journey .

Isn’t it too high toll for such a short distance. ??
Can I be charged reasonable toll charges
And provide refund as applicable?

From rewari to jhajjar road is not in good condition and on flyover bridge road damage and road holes not filled worst road ever seen in my past

What kind of these facilities are for cheet to people and I ask the toll person for toll charges he says that Rs.105/- for 24 hr. For multiple updown but this time ihave no MSG in my wallet to deduct these multiple charges.

I am Ghanshyam Singh from village Runanghoro P.o Kumarhatti solan 173229.The kalka Shimla four lane work is in progress which has done a massive loss to my property .All the water flowing in the above constructed road comes directly to my home which has caused major crack in my house and heavy mud and water comes directly to home causing huge to many things .I have urged many times to the PD Shimla and to the SDM solan to do something in this regard but not s single step has taken so far.
I have many things to say which i cant write .
Kindly do something inorder to save my property as i have lost all hope.

I was travelling from Mumbai to Nashik on NH-3 in my personal car registration # MH03CM6181, during this journey my toll Rs. 120 was deducted at Arjunali toll plaza. Around 14:30 Hrs. I reached lane # N1, towards Nashik, Km 455.485 toll plaza (NH-3), Survey # 217/1, Ghoti (BK) 422 402, Tal – Igatpuri, Dist – Nashik, MH.
When I entered lane no. N1 towards Nashik The boom barrier was the open condition, a signal was in green, on digital display board no information regarding my vehicle was displayed (This bord showing some irrelevant information which normal in this toll plaza).
Since my toll was already deducted at Arjunali toll plaza (Arjunali & Ghoti toll plaza are interlinked toll plaza) and said above no stop sign/signal was for my vehicle hence didn’t stop my car and I moved the car within the permissible speed limit.
Until my car crossed to the toll booth, the boom barrier was in open position condition and when I just reach the boom the booth operator manually closed the boom barrier and it gets suddenly closed due to this action and my windshield frame got damaged.
The above incidence clearly shows error in the boom barrier system at toll plaza lane N1 & incompetence of boom barrier operator at the toll booth.
I contacted the toll plaza manager and CCTV Operator immediately and brief them about the incident showing the CCTV footage, but no positive response was given by them.
I requesting authorities to take necessary action against the toll plaza operator and compensation of car damage to be paid by the toll plaza operator.

My self advocate jigar barot. Today when i walking to jamiyatpura hanumanji mandir i pass through kalol ahmedabad toll plaza . I have seen that there is very narrow space given for two wheelers. And it is so dangerous for any two wheelers to pass through it. And specific when there are any old age person drive two wheelers.
I also found that the space given for two wheelers is maximum 3 ft. And the space is not a perfect rcc road. The space is on gutter of water drain for monsoon.
So its my request to the department to increase the space and take out the poles which narrow the road and make the space broader for two wheelers so they all can be easily pass through it.
Also there are two electric poles between the small space.
Hope for quick and positive responce quickly otherwise i have to take legal action.

Sir/madam, Today I am going to rewari from ateli (haryana) for some important work where I must be reach on time (vehicle no. -HR 35 R 2604) but I did not reached at delhi on time due to unnecessary stopping on NH-11 at khatuwas(Raj.) toll plaza lane no. 18 nearly about 6:10am. I asking him(booth employee lane no. -18) why he stopped me then he reply me you are not crossing toll gate now and took your vehicle back and come after 15 minute while my current fastag balance above ₹90 . Sir/madam, who is responsible for unable to reach on time for my work, why I am harass at toll plaza . Kindly requests you please take a justified step to resolve this as soon as and inform me what is status of my complaint.

Today I was traveling on NH50 from Hungund to Hospete and I have noticed multiple small and medium sized roadhumps on the highway, that too without any signboards. It is extremely dangerous specially at night, my car jumped on one such roadhump and my back is aching now. Hopefully not very serious but please raze those road humps.

During the current construction of the NH4A HIGHWAY connecting belagavi and Goa there lies an oil depot and a FCI collection point of grains and a petrol pump plus a lot of industries in and around which is now comming under a flyover and there is no provision of and entry and exit for that flyover which in turn will cause atleast 300-400 trucks filled with fuel and chemicals ( industries) everyday to move on the service road passing small...
