Today I was traveling on NH50 from Hungund to Hospete and I have noticed multiple small and medium sized roadhumps on the highway, that too without any signboards. It is extremely dangerous specially at night, my car jumped on one such roadhump and my back is aching now. Hopefully not very serious but please raze those road humps.

During the current construction of the NH4A HIGHWAY connecting belagavi and Goa there lies an oil depot and a FCI collection point of grains and a petrol pump plus a lot of industries in and around which is now comming under a flyover and there is no provision of and entry and exit for that flyover which in turn will cause atleast 300-400 trucks filled with fuel and chemicals ( industries) everyday to move on the service road passing small...

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I was travels to Panipat from Ghaziabad every week. I take Duhai to Jakhauli stretch to reach sonepat.

On dated 9 Feb 2022, I took Duhai to Jakhauli way. At Jakhuli toll the amount deducted from my Fastag is 240 instead of 75 & when coming back on same day within 24 hours it was deducted 75 instead of 40.

So it is my request to refund my amount deducted in excess i.e. 200 rs.

After deducting rs.35 from my fastag, they take rs 140 in cash and saying there is not sufficient balance in your fastag even after having so much sufficient balance in fastag.

Kindly do the needful against the toll plaza contractor and refund my rs140.

While coming from dasna side just near to kasna cut, on 21 february midnight our car was struck by mud aside. By God's grace we save otherwise after those bunch of muds there is steep fall which will led to dangerous accident and loss Eof life. Please do repair kmp, after all nhai is charging heavily from us.

We were travelling today on Feb 23, 2022 locally with local vehicle number MP17BA1379 and crossed the toll plaza. Our fast tag was having balance of Rs 69 but they took the cash payment of Rs 60 (Ticket Number C2646749) citing the reason that fast tag is low in balance and it will only work when balance is more than Rs 150 in fast tag which do not seems to be a valid explanation. Request you to look into it.

Dear sir kindly solve my problem bargi and mohatara toll plaza are charging double toll from my fast tag more than 2 times please resolve it.

I have travelled through Madanpur ( Public Funded ) Km 1040.300 to Km 1119.814 - NH-NH 31 in Assam vide my vehicle Car/Jeep/Van no. I was travelling from Ludhiana to moga. At chaukimaan, Ludhiana toll plaza (booth02), I stopped at toll but due to low balance in my fastag I was unable to make payment, i rechargd my fastag balance quickly but they said we can't deduct toll fee as I recharged my account on the spot. I bought toll pass with cash ( with penalty) but toll fee was also deducted from my fastag account. When I talked to them about ghis matter, they was not ready to listen the issue. I want to raise my voice against their indiscipline.

I travelled from melur to madurai on 22/02/2022 and returned within 6 hours but my fasttag was debited two-single way trip amount. My car number is TN59BZ9327

There was delay of more than 3 minutes and faced traffic for the following transactions:

Had valid Fasttag.
Toll was deducted from my Fasttag as well as Charged double the amount in cash.

I traveled from Maruti Kunj, Gurugram to Agra on 20/06/2022 and used Western Peripheral road from Rewasan to Dholagarh for a distance of about 31 KMs in my private car registration no. UP 16BK 7854. I am shocked to note that Rs. 225/- have been charged for the same with Txnld: 312046E[protected] at 15:45 Hrs. I never received any SMS immediately but received one on 21/02/2022 at 22:08 Hrs. It is surprising to note that I have been charged at over Rs. 7/- per kilometer which is extremely high. Kindly look into the matter and refund me the excess money deducted from my Fastag issued by Paytm. I have attached a screenshot of the deduction made as explained above. Kindly arrange for a refund of the excess amount deducted.

I am working as recovery manager at bank and office sitting is in Bathinda city, so on daily basis i have to go there
But on NH7 BATHINDA BARNALA ROAD, LEHRABEGA TOLL PLAZA comes on my way
I tried to contact with toll officials for local pass but they refused to give any benefit
Because asset is on my name but address on rc is not local, i purchased car while i was in Ludhiana so rc address is showing Ludhiana address which was my rental address. But my all documents have my local address rampura phul, documents like passport, aadhar, voter card and all others
As per NHAI locals gets benefits under 20 km
Rc name father name is same but just because of address on rc they are not dealing well

Nh 75 belluru cross toll plaza collecting toll illegally for there limits which is ends in 6 km, and as per rules noted by nhai there is no facility were provided, like tolitels water and road quality also poor, illegally collects toll not provided any service roads also for the near by connection, not there is proper notification for local commuters how they charging they simply doing robbery, dedecting toll using vehicle number which linked to there license plate

I have travelled through the toll plaza on 22-Feb 2022 at 8.30 am and returned on same day at 2.30 pm but a fare of 80 rs was charged for both times.

If this is done on purpose I would like to file a complaint against the toll collecting agency.

I am using a Car having Number DL-4CAZ-7384. On 19/02/2022 when, I was crossing the toll and then entered in line to cross the same at 16.37 hrs (matter on records on camera). It is submitted that after 8 minutes I reached on booth, then I objected that do not deduct my toll as you have spent more than 3 minutes in line (as per rules of NHAI). Then the official of toll asked me that you may go without toll.
Sir, it is a matter of surprise that when I have crossed approximately 20 KM, I received a message regarding deduction of Toll Tax from my wallet of Rs. 65/-.
It is humbly requested to look into the matter and return my money and take disciplinary action against the toll manager or authorised agency under intimation to me.

Solapur to akkalkoat (maharashtra ) highway near valsang village toll boot . The toll boot employee told me to that my fastag didn't work and made me to make double payment as fine for not working fastag via cash payment i have a receipt of it . And after crossing the toll boot i got msg for money deduction via bank for toll boot payment . After reaching towards toll employee for that problem they didn't have any reasonable answer for it . They have rude behaviour towards me . They didn't have in a mood of entertaining my problem.

This is bring your kind notice to the behaviour and working module KM42 TOLL PLAZA (Gurgaon - Manesar Toll ) employees follows.
I am a commuter who travels daily through Manesar toll. On 06 November 2021 at 09:11 AM, I had lodged a complaint (complaint no-5) to the Toll PRO (Nam-Tek Chand) regarding the broken wind shield of my car due to toll barrier fallen off.
Pictures are attached for your easy reference.

He investigated the matter and said that it was a mechanical fault of the toll barrier machine due to which the glass was broken. He assured me that I would get refund of wind shield in a week.

However, it has been more than a month and till now I have not received any refund.
I am constantly chasing him for payment over phone and went to toll plaza 7-8 times. But every day he comes up with a new excuse. Also, whenever I call him, he does not pick up the calls for the whole day. Would like to file an official complaint for him because it is really frustrating that a guy treats you like that!

I want to know whether this is how the taxpayer gets the service from NHAI? It is really disappointing for a common citizen to pursue what he deserves.

So I request you to kindly advise how can I get my refund from your officials, please take strict action against PRO (Tek Chand) as he has always been non supportive and rude.
