The road from khautalli just after you get off the meerut bypass is pathetic there is no road to speak of.Khautalli to janseth is slightly better, then from janseth to mirapur is full of port holes, then comes the bijnor barrage there also the road is in shambles you cannot drive more than 5 km/hr that too you have to drive like a snake.The road is being widened from bijnor to najibabad there also no care has been taken that the regular road are not hassled,
from najibabad to kotdwara there is no road.

The only time the roads were ok was when mr, atal bihari was the pm and mr bhandari was transpot minister
to top it all mr nitin gathkari says on national news that indian road are equalivant to americian roads

    We have to wait for 10 mins.even then we were asked for toll.we yad the fasttag installed but still he asked for money.even he was disrespectful.

      Address: Bijadi Village, Koteshwara

      Wepaid toll for our car 15/02/2022 at Sasthan toll plaza. The details are as below.

      Paid Rs 45.0 toll for MALB351CYMM218902 at Sasthan on 15 Feb 2022, 06:13 PM. TxnId: 0257001007150222181307.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 1664

      But, the staff at the toll plaza told us that fatsga was not have money and therefore collected Rs 90 from us as manual payment. The reciept is attached.

      Please ensure that etra amount collected was refunded to our fastag vallet immediatey. You should refund me Rs 180, as for our fault you collect double the amount and obviously you also should pay the penalty for your fault.

        On the date of 10feb 2022. I entery to pachgaon KMP toll plaza(manesharB) toll and system not scanning my fasttag. And toll person given me receipet . And at the time of Exit on palwal toll plaza she is asking me please give me 80 rs. then i say i have fasttag then she has call to toll person and through the scanner he has scan with machine no-3. then after 2 days i got into the night and total toll fare is 90 rs. but amount deducted is 225. then i have call to Nhai toll free he says please discuss to paytem fattag. Then i have call to paytm fasttag but no solution. and i have another wrong deduction on 13feb2022 also. i have entered in fathepur greter noida and exit on chajjupur palwal toll total fare 95 rs but amount deduction 150.
        My car number is HR36AD1190.

          I had been faced delayed issue to some family urgency as I had to faced delay of queue movement at jewar toll. Plaza on yamuna Jaypee express way. This is ridiculous and moreover they still charge me with the toll tax... Why? If they are faulter they have to face the circumstances.

            While we were traveling on the NH211 Hatnoor toll plaza on the NH211 road, named Sachin harassed us at the toll plaza by using the bad language. We were harassed at the toll plaza and ran over to us and damaged our vehicle plz action should be taken as soon as possible

              Condition of 25 Km from Najibabad to Kotdwar Highway is very much poor. It's too risky to travel over here. Life risk is always there for two wheeler and other vehicle also due to patches on road. Earlier it takes 20 minutes to reach and now 1 hour is not sufficient to cover the distance.

                NH 20: Mandi-Pathankot NH

                Location Satya Narain Mandir, Near Paprola Post Office(176115), Tehsil Baijnath.

                1. Big pot hole in front of the temple making it accident prone.
                2. Encroachment by the shopkeepers, and illegal parking on the road making it vulnerable to accidents given the location of the site.

                Desirable Resolution:
                1. Immediate repair of the pot hole.
                2. Warn/Penalise shopkeepers for their misbehaviour.

                  During my journey from Agra to Gurgaon, I entered KMP expressway from Palwal toll and exit from Nuh toll. The toll amount is 40 rupees but deducted 185 rupees for the same. Please refund the excess deducted amount 145 rupees in my fastag.

                    Despite balance available in fastag, toll staff insist for cash payment. They are charging double fare saying your fasttag is not working. However, after showing them balance in fasttag and denial of paying double charges, they charged single fare. The staff is cheating the people in the name of fasttag not working. The lane was fasttag lane but they said it was cash lane and you cannot pay through fasttag.

I have pay all toll between this way but extra toll charges deduct by NHAI I have shared all my tractions history same day I have came back in my home location. In between three toll tax window from Kurukshetra to Rai(Sonipat) and next toll Eastern Peripheral Expressway Rai(Sonipat) to Kasana(Gautam Buddha Nagar). after we travel to Yamuna express way Noida to Raya Utter Pardesh and on same way I have return Raya to Kurukshetra Haryana. Total toll between in the way are three on Kurukshetra to RAI(Sonipat) one toll for Eastern Peripheral Expressway and one toll for Yamuna express way total five toll on full route in single side but in my fastag 13 entries for amount dedication. for reference I have attached all my traction of fastag account.                               VKT NH45C has been started in the year 2018, it should be completed in 2020, itself but it's still not completed and the highway has been stopped in several places like in sethiyathope to vadalur areas. This why we are all paying taxes for the government for wasting time and money like this???

                                There are four gates at the Sanathal Toll plaza but most of the time only one gate has the toll collector sitting in it while other gates are closed leading to long queue and traffic jam. Please resolve the issue at earliest

                                    In Karnataka state, Mundargi to Hadagali toll plaza they asking cash without asking cash. I asked to scan fastag for that they shouted by using bad words and not allowed my vehicle to go. Kindly go the responsible action and give solution for corruption.

                                      I have crossed Dighal toll plaza, Haryana and toll code is 103002 last 3 times dated on 26 jan 2022, 29 jan 2022 and 9 feb 2022 by car Maruti Suzuki SX4 number HR26BH2194.

                                      Normal charges are Rs. 45 for each visits but from fast tag they are charging Rs. 250 (45 + 205). as in attached picture with all transaction details and Rs. 45 message i received instantly after crossing toll but Rs. 205 message i received after 2 days.

                                      When i am asking at toll they are saying that its deducted by bank and when i am asking to bank they are saying that its deducted by Toll. both are playing passing the parcel.

                                      due to this unreliable transaction my fast tag is also blocked. so i have to pay double charges at each toll
