Address: All tax on the way

I have done my journey from Kurukshetra Haryana to Village Arjunpur(Hathras) Uttar Pardesh. I have pay all toll between this way but extra toll charges deduct by NHAI I have shared all my tractions history same day I have came back in my home location. In between three toll tax window from Kurukshetra to Rai(Sonipat) and next toll Eastern Peripheral Expressway Rai(Sonipat) to Kasana(Gautam Buddha Nagar). after we travel to Yamuna express way Noida to Raya Utter Pardesh and on same way I have return Raya to Kurukshetra Haryana. Total toll between in the way are three on Kurukshetra to RAI(Sonipat) one toll for Eastern Peripheral Expressway and one toll for Yamuna express way total five toll on full route in single side but in my fastag 13 entries for amount dedication. for reference I have attached all my traction of fastag account. My car registration no. is HR07Q9585

        This is the complaint for Hosaote Toll Plazza - 562114 from Local residents.
        This toll either has no service road for local vehicles nor it has free local passes for local vehicles.
        Requesting authorized person to make arrangements for local residents of hoskaote and do the needful

          VKT NH45C has been started in the year 2018, it should be completed in 2020, itself but it's still not completed and the highway has been stopped in several places like in sethiyathope to vadalur areas. This why we are all paying taxes for the government for wasting time and money like this???

            There are four gates at the Sanathal Toll plaza but most of the time only one gate has the toll collector sitting in it while other gates are closed leading to long queue and traffic jam. Please resolve the issue at earliest

              This message I got today. But I have not visited the toll plaza. Plz refund me .

                In Karnataka state, Mundargi to Hadagali toll plaza they asking cash without asking cash. I asked to scan fastag for that they shouted by using bad words and not allowed my vehicle to go. Kindly go the responsible action and give solution for corruption.

                They said this is not in our control. That is state highway like that. Anyway, rules are only for common peoples.

                  I have crossed Dighal toll plaza, Haryana and toll code is 103002 last 3 times dated on 26 jan 2022, 29 jan 2022 and 9 feb 2022 by car Maruti Suzuki SX4 number HR26BH2194.

                  Normal charges are Rs. 45 for each visits but from fast tag they are charging Rs. 250 (45 + 205). as in attached picture with all transaction details and Rs. 45 message i received instantly after crossing toll but Rs. 205 message i received after 2 days.

                  When i am asking at toll they are saying that its deducted by bank and when i am asking to bank they are saying that its deducted by Toll. both are playing passing the parcel.

                  due to this unreliable transaction my fast tag is also blocked. so i have to pay double charges at each toll

                      Apropos to the above cited subject, it is to inform you that my toll tax at Ban toll plaza, Jhajjar Kotli, Jammu got deducted two times amounted to Rs. 140 on Sunday 30th January 2022 at 11:55:23 am and 04:14:41 pm thus showing my balance as -70 instead of +70.
                      I would like to mention here that I had recharged my Sbifastag with an amount of Rs.280 thus got a total balance of Rs. 285 (Rs. 5 already in the fastag).
                      So, your goodself is requested to kindly check my account properly and refund the amount of Rs. 70 and also restore my fastag with bearer vehicle registration no: JK02CS 7961 and account ending no. 11920.

                        Badarpur toll plaza is grossly mismanaged. Everyday there are huge lines of cars since their card readers are not functioning properly hence they ask cars to reverse and approach again and again.
                        Further they are not applying the return discount for cars crossing over on same day.
                        Recent transactions where I was personally overcharged and had to ask for refund.

                          NHAI working appreciable work.
                          My complaint is regarding excess speed breaker provided at Kasara Ghat on south bound (direction towards mumbai). I usually travel Nashik-Mumbai. Earlier time required to reach Thane from Nashik was 2-2.30 hours. Recently too many speed breakers provided by you which resulting in delay of half an hour and more. Also due to many speed breakers, health issues like back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc. increasing. 3-4 speed breakers at critical points are sufficient. No need to provide more than it. You just need to work out these 3-4 critical points.
                          Hon. High court given judgement regarding restrictions on speed breaker as it increases back pain issues.
                          It is therefore requested to minimise speed breakers at Kasara Ghat south bound and not to provide any other speed breakers on highway please.
                          Hoping you are going to resolve my complaint at earliest without fail.

                                    Bullying behaviour of workers at toll booths.
                                    not following a single rule.
                                    what is the meaning of making 100metrs and 10sec. rule for toll plazas if we have to wait for more than 200meters at toll booth and have to waste more than 2-3 minutes for slip.
                                    if ask for toll refund or open the toll they ask "hume to parchi kaatni hai line jitni marzi hoo". Toll slip is more important then the time of people.

                                      My vehicle just passed through the pratapgarh toll gate where there is no legal right for any toll collection as no authority is alloted as per agreement.
                                      While passing by they had no fastag service and enforceably stopped the vehicle through barriers and forced to pay cash Rs.30 for toll without any receipt. Engaging in wrong launguage when asked for receipt as they were not authorised to collect and that centre of toll seems to be closed and still cash payment for CAR collected illegally. Look into the matter and resolve such nuisance at highway.
