I was at Ronahi toll plaza at around 11:45 and when I am about to cross the toll they started saying I don't have enough balance in fastag ( Paytm) so I show him my balance and it has 165 rupees remaining and the charge for toll was only 105 rupees. They started misbehaving and I have a serious patient with me so I couldn't resist and give him 210 rupees in cash and he refuse to give a receipt. After some time fastag deduction message will come in my mobile (receipt attached) that you have been charged 105 rupees at Ronahi toll plaza. I can't do anything at that time and complained about this case on 1033 but didn't get a proper resolution. Can you please do the needful and refund my extra money.

सिरसा से डबवाली रोड़ पर Fastag होते हुए भी 55 रुपये के टोल चार्ज कर साथ अतिरिक्त 55 रुपये जोड़कर 110 का चार्ज किया गया।
थोड़ी देर बाद Fastag से भी 55 रुपये का चार्ज किया गया।
मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि 110 रुपये का चार्ज वापिस करें।

I recently pass through yedashi toll plaza on 12/02/2022 at 9.16 am
There is no other vehicles on toll plaza line but the toll plaza take more than 2 minuts for fastag scan. When I ask employ for reason he rudely say that the scan is in process.

My vehicle no MH 20 EE 7609.
When we entered on the toll road after the exit of autumn ghat, after the 5-6 km it take the (FASTag Ac of veh no MH20EE7609 is debited by Rs 90.00 for Toll Chrgs at Hatnoor Toll Plaza.).
When we exit from the road at karodi it takes rs (FASTag Ac of veh no MH20EE7609 is debited by Rs 60.00 for Toll Chrgs at Karodi Toll Plaza.)
It means for 60km we paying Rs 150.

And we are locals for to go for district.

This is ridiculous that after a wait of more than 3 minutes my Fast Tag was deducted that too of excess amount of ₹80 whereas the actual toll fee is ₹35.

Need immediate action and refund of the amount deducted for ₹80.

निवेदन यह है कि मैं 24 दिसंबर 2021 को जयपुर जा रहा था तो मैंने अपना फास्टैग रिचार्ज करना चाहा जो नहीं हो रहा था काफी देर मेहनत करने के बाद उस पर मैसेज आया की आपको 12 दिसंबर से पहले केवाईसी करना था (जिसकी मुझे पूर्व में कोई भी सूचना नहीं दी गई थी) मैंने दी गई वेबसाइट पर केवाईसी कर दिया उसके बाद भी जब मैं फास्टैग में पैसे ऐड नहीं कर पा रहा था तो मैंने कस्टमर केयर पर फोन किया उन्होंने बताया की यह रिजर्व बैंक की तरफ से 1 सप्ताह के अंदर अप्रूवल आएगा उसके बाद ही आप का केवाईसी माना जाएगा काफी दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी रिजेक्ट की सूचना आई उसके बाद मैंने जब कस्टमर केयर पर पूछा तो उन्होंने बताया कि आप का एड्रेस सही से अपलोड नहीं हुआ मैंने अपना वोटर आईडी कार्ड फिर से बताए अनुसार अपलोड कर दिया उसके बाद भी 10_12 दिन बाद रिजेक्टेड मैसेज आया l कस्टमर केयर पर बात करने के बाद बताया कि आप इसकी पीडीएफ बनाकर दोबारा अपलोड कर दीजिए हैं इसकी पीडीएफ बनाकर अपलोड की तो 13_14 दिन तक जवाब नहीं आया उसके बाद मैंने फिर से 1 feb 2022 को कंप्लेंट की जिसका नंबर 516 8168, तब भी यह अपडेट नहीं हुआ था उसके बाद मैंने पुन: KYC किया जैसे मुझे कस्टमर केयर से उन्होंने बताया था उसके बाद में फिर भी इंतजार कर रहा हूं और मेरा केवाईसी स्टेटस पेंडिंग दिखा रहा है

ऐसे nhai रूल रेगुलेशन से काम नहीं कर रहे;

1. केवाईसी के लिए समय रहते कोई भी मैसेज ईमेल या फोन नहीं आया

2. एक सप्ताह के अंदर केवाईसी का अप्रूवल आना चाहिए (जो कि ऑलरेडी बहुत ज्यादा है) के बाद भी 10 से 15 दिन के अंदर रिजेक्शन आता है

3. उसकी कंप्लेंट करने के बावजूद भी केवाईसी नहीं हो रहा जिसके लिए उचित कारण भी नहीं बताया जाता

4. बार-बार कस्टमर केयर पर रिक्वेस्ट /complaint करने के बाद भी केवाईसी अप्रूव नहीं होता

मुझे अपने ऑफिस के लिए रोजाना टोल क्रॉस करके जाना होता है जो बहुत महंगा है इसलिए मुझे या तो लंबे रास्ते से जाना पड़ता है या डबल पैसे देने पड़ते हैं इससे मुझे बहुत परेशानी भी होती है कृपया करके इसका समाधान जल्दी निकालने की कृपा करें l

I am at 4 : 00 P.M. Vaghasiya Morbi Tollplaza There were office was close before time and there was none response about it

I usually travel to vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh from my home where I encounter neppalli tollgate(kankipadu). Few years ago the toll price is around 50 rupees and then it is increased to 150 rupees. And recently it is again increased to 160.I asked the reason to the tollbooth person and he said "go and ask NHAI" i want to know the reason for increased toll price and i want to know how many years should we have to pay toll in MACHILIPATNAM - VIJAYAWADA highway?

Last night[protected] my car ( HR51AW5038 maruti SX4 )passed from kherki Daula toll.. I haven paid money through paytm 140rs..( UTR no[protected] .. today[protected] I have received massage my car fastag deduct 70rs.. my fastag have fraud transactions from kherki daula toll.. please registered complaint again kherki daula toll.

Dear concern Authority
The main aim of NHAI is to provide safe & fast roads to public
Since NH45 paranur toll palar bridge repair work is under construction, vehicles are diverted at several places on roads connecting towards chennai, causing inconvenience to commuters.
Hence i request to stop collection of toll fee at paranur toll plaza for vehicles heading towards chennai until the bridge worki are completed

We were travelling from Jabalpur to Damoh on 10 Feb 2022 via veh number MP 20 CG 5883. At 10.37 while going and 1740 while returning, till plaza at Gadaghat, Jabalpur charged Rs 25 each from our fast tag despite showing serving officer I card and the worker conforming that the amount will not be charged. Amount was deducted from Paytm. Photo of transaction could not be att due to size issue.

There are unnecessary SPEED BREAKERS and not clearly visible which are damaging vehicle .Request for you please Remove as soon as possible

On 9 Feb i have travelling from Dhule to Nashik by my Car Ford Figo MH 15 DC 3638 first toll is of Rs. 145 on Laling Toll Plaza on 17.13 and once again toll is of Rs. 145 is deducted on Chandwad Toll Plaza on 18.47 . If once toll is deducted on Laling Toll Plaza no toll deduction on Chandwad Toll Plaza please solve my issue and recover me deducted amount.

I am customer taken a rented car and traveling from Bhubaneswar to Banapur. While going towards Banapur I need to cross the toll called "Godipada Toll Plaza". I went without any issues and while coming back to Bhubaneswar though in the wallet amount it available the toll person intentionally said the amount is not available in the fast tag and took double the amount as cash which is 150 rupees. I am surprise hearing that many peoples...
