I am a defense employee and on 28 Jan 21 at Eastern peripheral duhai toll plaza I am forced to pay toll fee even after showing of defense ID. My toll ticket no is 182803 and my vehicle no is HP38F7396 and I have paid Rs 150...

Set of speed breakers have been placed up near a village named raundala (NH 548 C) these are very annoying, dangerous especially at night shift nce they are not as per the dimensions and no sign board aswell...

We crossed Chhara toll plaza
We were charged 120 rs for one way for private car however, when I checked on internet it shows 60rs charges
how can the officials at toll plaza charge the passengers more than expected...

The road is bumpy, time taken at toll pass due to a communication with new car is more than 30min and the behaviour of staff is rude and disrespectful...

Dear sir, Nashik sinnar toll ways is deducting double amount from fasttag while our vehicles return via toll with in 4 hrs like this my amount near about 4 to 5 k is dudected more from my account....

Toilets r locked......

There is always traffic jam in kannad ghat .several vehicles get affected in risky ghat on national highway no 211. Traffic police is also not available most of the time. People have to wait for 4-6 hrs to cross 12 km ghat area. Despite paying so much toll, no facilities for passengers.
I hope u will look into it ....

Delhi jaipur highway, the quality of road is very bad.
Fill of potholes, patchwork done and very very rough and uneven

It is a very bumpy ride. When you are charging toll tax then why the roads not being maintained and quality looked into, it's a part of the golden quadrangle even then...

First of all, though this road work is not completed they started the toll without a system which should able to cut money from fastag wallet by vehicle no.

Second there is no cash lane, so we had to pay double toll why? They don't have complete system it's not our fault

Third they took double money and no return receipt available, what the hell is this. These people just looting public...

Road between Bangalore to Mangalore is not in good condition . Especially from Hasan to Sakaleshpur. They are taking more than 4 years to construct the road of 40 km stretch . Request to complete ASAP....

This is the issue we faced at gharaunda karnal toll plaza yesterday around 03:50 pm. The staff is unprofessional and was not available vat seat lane number 2. Due to this all vehicle followed by roadways bus had to wait for 15 minutes. Quite unprofessional....

On NH3, Mumbai Agra Highway there is a Divider that has been broken about 3-4 kms before Wadalibhoi, Nashik District.
While coming from Malegaon I saw a big Truck and Motorcycles just crossing from this Divider and a Car having aged people women and children braked in emergency and a deadly accident was averted.
I request authorities to close this divider immediately to avoid further deadly accidents....

On NH3 from about 45kms from Nashik the Divider on the Highway had been broken which is causing a lot of accidents.
Infact a family with small children in the car nearly lost their lives driving on the Highway and Truck and 2 wheelers crossed from this broken divider.
How can a divider be broken on NH3 and no action has been taken yet....

On 24-Jan-2022 i was stopped at the KATHUWAS TOLL PLAZA.
Operator informed me that my TAG is BLACKLISTED whereas my TAG was active.
Operator asked me to pay in CASH a sum of Rs. 70/- to cross.
After crossing the TOLL Gate I found that Rs. 35/- was deducted for my FAST TAG wallet as well.
When I crossed checked the slip found that operator...

I have a complaint of toll plaza in raipur, chhattgarh, in mandir hausad lakholi area .

They stoped my car for 5 mins in row and they were collecting cash in fast tag line.
when i told not to charge my vehicle according to guidelines of NHAI .they said we dont follow the rules of NHAI they follow OURS we pay them money .
The staff name was MR.SAHU .
and they still charged me on 24/1/22 at 12.08 PM...

My car MH12LD0712 fasttag has been deducted rs 100 at khed shivapur toll plaza on 18jan2022 at 0841h despite a local vehicle exemption at this toll plaza.

Kindly reconcile and refund the amount

Sir Partawal Maharajganj NH730 road par semra toll plaza par mulbhoot suvidha nhi hai jisse problem hoti hai, raste me bijli ka pol h, moolbhut suvidha k naam par pani, sauchalay, ambulance, toll free number bhi nahi hai, local k logo se jabardasti misbehave kar vasuli ki jati hai.
