Conditions of road in NH 709 in bhiwani from rohtak gate to haluwas gate is poor. CM of state, agriculture minister of haryana, MP, MLA had visited and gave confirmation of new road. But it has been 2 years since condition of highway is critical. We never seen these in life.

I request you please have a new road in this area ASAPusag

बांसवाड़ा से छोटी सरवन ( राजस्थान ) के बीच के रोड की हालत बहुत ही खराब हो चुकी है आय दिन यहा एक्सिडेंट की संभावना बढ़ती जा रही है न टोल प्लाज़ा पर fastag का उपयोग किया जा रहा है और टोल प्लाज़ा पर टोल दरे निरंतर बढ़ाई जा रही है हमारे द्वारा कई बार टोल प्लाज़ा पर मोखिक रूप से कई बार शिकायत करने के बाद भी कोई सुधार नही किया जा रहा है शिकायत करने पर वहा के कार्यकर्ता द्वारा बड़ा बुरा व्यवहार किया जाता है और बोला जाता है की यहा एसा ही चलता रहेगा !
अत: हमारा निवेदन है की रोड की खराब हालात को सुधारा जाए और टोल प्लाज़ा पर fastag का उपयोग करने का निर्देश दिया जाए जिससे राहगीरो को असुविधा न हो !

I am a regular employee who passes the Pathankot Amritsar toll palaza NH 54 ladpalwan daily, I want to raise my issue regarding the service at ladpalwan toll plaza at Pathankot Amritsar Highway NH 54 is very pathetic. Daily it took 15 to 20 minutes to pass the toll palaza, even having the fast tag install, whats the point of having the fast tag then. Also the Highway road is the worse road I have ever saw.
I am raising my concern as a citizen and a tax payer who pays approximately Rs2000 a month at a toll plaza.
Kindly raise my concern to authorities and improve the system.Fast tag system was started to resolve the jam issue at toll plaza but truly it is a failure or toll plaza don't have the management right to utilise it. National Highway authorities should take my complaint into consideration.

While traveling from Pune to Mumbai, at Talegaon toll plaza, personnel at scanning center said insufficient balance in the fasttag wallet, where it was showing sufficient balance in app. I showed his the balance also. However, he asked to pay double charge, since I normally travel through fasttag lane without any issues. I paid 403. Since, all vehicle behind my car started honking their horn and toll plaza personnel wasn't listening to me.
Then at Khalapur toll plaza, scanning personnel said this was double charge and I need to pay complete toll again. interestingly, fasttag scanning worked at this toll plaza [No change to wallet or anything I made] and I was charge another 203.
So, instead of paying 270, I had to pay 606. After calling customer care at 1033, I got reply that nothing can be done and we can not help you in this case. I have all receipts and account statements to prove the same.
What I should do now? I want to notify this issue to authority. So, that this does not happen to anyone in future again.

Worst quality of road prepared in our locality. The road which was prepared shortly was damaged/broken. Kindly focus on my complain and resolve the issue shortly. Thanks

I want to register a complent for bad condition for roads in Ballia. Roads are replaced by diches. Please atleast repair it

While travelling on Pune Kolhapur Highway, On Tasawade toll plaza 100% toll was charged for return journey within 24 ours.
On other two toll plazas, 50% toll amount was charged (Anewadi toll plaza and Khed Shivapur toll plaza)
Even asked toll plaze person at Tasawade toll plaza about 50% charge for return journey, it was told that no such difference is in place and 100% toll needs to be paid.

I travel from pratapgarh to varanasi via kanwerpur toll plaza, at toll plaza the said your fast tag is blacklisted and they charge more then actual toll, before this travel l pass several time by same vastutah which is provided by car dealer at the time of car purchased and it is active and have balance too. this was happened on 1 feb 22 at 5 PM, my vehicle no UP 65 DQ 2890.

I have ride on 25th jan from delhi to gharonda via my car and when we are reached at Bhagan toll plaza they have charged Rs. 150 for single jurney.

Dear NHAI TEAM, I kindly like to inform you that Gandhi Nagar Toll plaza (address- 88, SH 19, Phulwari, Uttar Pradesh 227409) is illegally charged me for toll tax. However, Their Scanner is somewhat broken and they charged me using their cell phones. So According To new Toll Guidelines it is not legal to charge for toll in that case. As a good Citizen of india I would like to report that Toll plaza and hope for good help from NHAI TEAM. Thankyou

The NH-71 stretch between Madanapalle to Tirupati is 2 lanes with Paved Shoulders. The paved shoulders are being occupied with unwanted small plants and the paved shoulder space is not usable at all due to poor maintenance.

I request you to take the necessary steps to clear the paved shoulder path and carry out the regular maintenance

My working place is within 3 km of toll plaza and i am living on rent within 20km range of toll plaza so i requested to toll manager to make daily pass. but they are not making my pass, they said for working office no pass is allowed. please look in this matter how will i do my job.

Myself a GoI employee working for Prasar Bharati (All India Radio, Chennai, Tamilnadu).We were crossing a toll of Nemili Sriperumbudur (800 NH 4) ..we showed my govt ID when a person (not incharge of the toll) approched our vehicle without a mask asking to lower down the window glass completely and started banging on our car hood repeatedly..the booth person was explaining that the government ID we showed is not valid for getting through...
We paid the ticket ([protected])
While this was going on, This person came out of nowhere and started arguing to roll down the window completely( we had it roll down a considerable bit as we have a 2 year old child in the car) he rudely started to banging in our car hood...
This kind of attitude towards citizens who r paying regular taxes, towards a Group B employee of GoI makes us feel abused ..while booth operator and my husband who is driving the car were conversing, who is this third person to barge in and behave rudely damaging our property ?
I request your good office to look into the matter and issue a warning to the concerned person so that it is not repeated...

Total excess amount of Rs.330(110*3) debited (Rs.125 ipo 15) from my Fastag account on 28th & 31st Jan and 1st Feb'22 return journey at PATODI toll plaza, relevant snapshots attached as ready refn and doing the needful on immediate refund of said excess amount debited.

It's very much DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING AS WELL again.

PLS LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO RESOLVE SUCH REPETITIVE ISSUES OF EXCESS AMOUNT DEBITED FROM FASTAG AC OFF AND ON FROM IT'S ROOTS AND STOP HARASSING FASTAG USERS ALMOST EVERY DAY NOW.

HOPE YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT SLEEPING OVER CUSTOMER'S ISSUES BEING FACED ON REGULAR BASIS NOW.

Therefore, Your immediate action and positive response would be appreciated in this matter.

SUB: WRONG ALIGNMENT OF HIGWAY: BHUTTABARI BAGDOGRA, WEST BENGAL

1.With due respect we submit humbly for your kind considerations please.

2.Alignment of Highway at Bhuttabari is affecting 43 families homeless due to wrong decision by Highways authorities. In case the Highways taken straight and equal from both side of the road from centre of existing road, will save the 43 grieved families from going home less. Previous correspondence on the subject is with us.

3. Therefore we request you to have the alignment of Highway changed at Bhuttabari and take land from both side of the road, saving 43 families from going homeless.

MH 12 NP 9788 car was charged Rs. 100 toll 7 times at Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza.

Total 700 Rs. Deducted though there is relaxation for MH 12 vehicles.

Need refund of the same.

Sharing paytm receipts and even toll plaza must have the same record.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I Sat Pal Bhagat having Maruti suzuki Car registration no PB02 ED3872, visited above toll plaza on dated 02/02/22 for requested for issued fastage for car .But I am sorry to point out that on that toll plaza, the Chief man openly refused that we are not issued fastage.I again requested that I have already issued fastage car no PB2AR8784.On my again and again requested that I have come from 27km for getting fastage only.If NHAI fastage not available on that plaza then where we get from that fastage off line.
Head person clearly informed me that we wiil not issued fastage for car, you can do whatever you can.
Please advised the above toll plaza and look into the matter and arrange the proper solution

We provide around Rs 500 toll for travelling from jaipur to delhi, The road is all broken into bits & parts, a big hole comes as a suprise

Why not maintenance is been done since a long period last 10 years the roads are in the same shape and the roll rates are getting increased regularly
